宽叶香蒲净化塘系统净化铅/锌矿废水效应的研究   总被引:30,自引:1,他引:29  
研究了以宽叶香蒲(Typha latifolia)为优势群落的净化塘系统来处理广东韶关凡口铅/锌矿选矿废水。经5年多的监测结果表明,该系统能有效地净化铅/锌石广废水。在进入净化塘系统前,未处理的废水合有高浓度的悬浮物(4 635mg/L)和重金属[Fb(1.61mg/L)、Zn(1.96mg/L)和Cd(0.022mg/L)]等,经过净化后,水质明显改善,pH从8.03下降到7.74,总悬浮物去除率达99%,Pb去除率为90%,Zn和Cd去除率为84%,其它重金属如Cu、Fe和Al等也都有不同程度的降低。  相似文献

以刺萼参茎节段为基础材料进行组培试验,结果表明:以MS 6-BA0.2~1.0mg/L NAA0.05mg/L为芽增殖培养基、MS 6-BA0.2~1.0mg/L NAA0.05mg/L 多效唑3~5mg/L为壮苗培养基、1/2MS IBA0.5mg/L为生根培养基,可以得到大量的刺萼参试管苗。  相似文献

以南欧丹参种子萌发的无菌苗茎段为材料,在MS+6IBA1.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L+GA30.05mg/L培养基上进行不定芽诱导与增殖培养,30d继代一次,繁殖系数为4~6;壮苗与生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA1.0mg/L+1BA0.2mg/L。本试验建立了南欧丹参的种苗快速繁殖技术规程。  相似文献

本文报道了硫酸盐还原菌的菌学特征,以其具有吸附和絮凝作用,使工业废水得到净化。用硫酸盐还原菌处理印染废水,废水的脱色率为92.5%,COD(cr)和BOD5亦达到排放标准。对城市生活废水和含铬的电镀废水亦有很好的处理效果,各项指标分别达到了排放标准,其中净化后的电镀废水还可作为循环水使用。  相似文献

选择柠檬马鞭草带腋芽的幼嫩茎段为外植体进行快速繁殖。结果表明,腋芽诱导的最适培养基是MS基本培养基附加6-BA0.5~1.0mg/L和IBA0.1~0.3mg/L.外植体腋芽能正常萌发生长,并迅速进入增殖状态,20d转接1次,增殖倍数存3倍以上,最适生根培养基是1/2MS基本培养基附加IBA0.5mg/L,诱导生根率达99%。将生根苗移入苗盆。30d的成活率在85%以上。  相似文献

利用球衣菌FQ32制备生物吸附剂,研究其对Cu^2+的耐受能力,并以连江某工厂含Cu^2+废水为样液,对其进行吸附条件试验,分析了影响吸附率和吸附量的因素,结果表明,球衣菌FQ32对Cu^2+的耐受能力大于150mg/L。在工业废水中Cu^2+的浓度为23.1mg/L,吸附剂用量为0.2g/L,30℃,pH值6.0,吸附时间10min的条件下,该吸附剂对Cu^2+的吸附率达到85.2%,吸附量达91.21mg/g。  相似文献

目的评价6种抗真菌药物对皮肤癣菌体外抗真菌活性。方法采用CLSI推荐的M-38P方案对分离自足癣和体、股癣的皮肤癣菌进行联苯苄唑、硝酸舍他康唑、硝酸异康唑、盐酸布替萘芬、阿莫洛芬、利拉萘酯6种抗真菌药物敏感性测定。结果联苯苄唑MIC范围为0.03—4mg/L,MIC50为1mg/L,MIC90为2mg/L。硝酸舍他康唑分别为0.06—16mg/L、0.5mg/L和2mg/L。硝酸异康唑分别为0.03~2mg/L、0.25mg/L和0.5mg/L。盐酸布替萘芬分别为0.0025~0.04mg/L、0.01mg/L和0.02mg/L。阿莫罗芬分别为0.01~〉0.08mg/L、0.02mg/L和0.04mg/L。利拉萘酯分别为0.004—0.625mg/L、0.039mg/L和0.312mg/L。结论6种抗真菌药物对皮肤癣菌均有强的抗菌活性,由强到弱依次为布替萘芬、阿莫罗芬、利拉萘酯和咪唑类药物。  相似文献

试验以古巴兰幼嫩芽体为外植体,通过原球茎诱导途径,建立快速高效的古巴兰再生体系。结果表明:最适宜的诱导茎段和叶片原球茎的培养基分别为MS+5.0mg/L6-BA+1.5mg/LNAA和MS+2.0mg/L6-BA+1.5mg/LNAA;诱导出的原球茎在MS+1.5mg/L6~BA+0.5mg/LNAA培养基上继代最好;在MS+1.0mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LNAA的培养基上能分化出不定芽苗;再生的植株在MS+6.0mg/L6-BA+1.0mg/LNAA的培养基上能实现增殖和复壮;最适宜的生根培养基为1/2MS+0.1mg/LNAA。  相似文献

以带芽茎段为外植体,MS为基本培养基,研究了不同激素组合对宿根福禄考离体快速繁殖的影响。试验结果表明,不同培养阶段的适宜培养基为:(1)启动培养基:MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L;(2)继代增殖培养基:MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.3mg/L,月增殖倍数可达7.4;(3)生根培养基:1/2MS+IBA 0.2~0.5mg/L,生根率高且根粗壮。试管苗移入田间20d后成活率可达92%。  相似文献

通过对安菜组织培养的培养基种类、激素配比、碳源的研究,得出适于安菜侧芽分化生长的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L。诱导愈伤组织以2,4-D浓度在0.2mg/L~0.5mg/L之间最佳。碳源以蔗糖,浓度3%最佳。以IBA0.5mg/L~1.5mg/L浓度诱导生根效果最好。  相似文献

利用30KeV的N^+离子束注入陆地棉和海岛棉的花粉及杂交F1种子,分析了杂种后代农艺性状遗传稳定性的变化。结果表明:N^+离子辐照能显著地加速杂种后代的遗传稳定性,F4M4代性状稳定度可达90%左右。F1种子辐照后代农艺性状多偏向陆地棉,而且花粉辐照杂交后代农艺性状表现出偏母遗传。同时以^60Coγ射线效应为对照,初步探讨了N^+离主入加速遗传稳定的机制。  相似文献

ABSTRACT Sarcocystis dubeyella n. sp. and S. phacochoeri n. sp. from muscle fibers of the skeletal musculature of two warthogs in South Africa are described by light and and electron microscopy. Sarcocystis dubeyella sarcocysts are macroscopic (up to 12 mm long and 1 mm wide), with a parasite-induced encapsulation of the host muscle fiber in which the plasma membrane of the latter remained unaltered. The sarcocyst wall is characterized by evenly arranged, irregularly semicircular or rectangular villar protrusions (5.0 T. 2.8-11.0 μm) with indented margins and no specific content. Sarcocystis phacochoeri formed filiform microcysts (up to 4 mm long and 0.13 mm wide). Its cyst wall is provided with tightly packed, molarlike villar protrusions (1.6-3.3 T. 1.7-3.3 μm), with smooth margins, hollow on one side, and with longitudinal condensations of the fine granular matrix at various locations in the interior.  相似文献

We have previously characterized the activities, in vitro, of two different helper T-cell subpopulations, primed with human γ-globulin (HGG). One T-cell subpopulation helps the response of B cells to determinants (e.g., haptens) bound to the same antigen to which the T cells are primed (specific help); the other helper T-cell subpopulation responds to the same priming antigen by secreting a nonspecific molecule which helps B-cell responses to erythrocyte antigens co-cultured with the priming antigen (nonspecific help). These subpopulations also differ in their frequency and dose response to antigen, both in vivo and in vitro. They are similarly susceptible to the induction of unresponsiveness to HGG. In order to determine whether these T-cell subpopulations share or differ in their ranges of antigen recognition, we have compared the reaction of these two HGG-primed helper T-cell subpopulations to a number of γ-globulins (γG's) from other species. Plaque-forming cells generated in response to HGG shared little or no cross-reactivity with any of the heterologous (γG's) tested. In contrast, HGG-primed nonspecific helper T cells responded with significant cross-reactivity when challenged in vitro with dog γG, but HGG-primed specific helper T cells did not respond with any such cross-reactivity. No other heterologous γG tested stimulated any significant cross-reactivity from either HGG-primed T-cell subpopulation. Thus, these two T-cell subpopulations differ in their antigenic recognition. Possible explanations of these data include: (i) a difference in receptor specificity; (ii) a difference in the receptor affinity; (iii) a difference in Ia determinants of the two subpopulations.  相似文献

Association rates are calculated for cases where one reaction partner belongs to a chain that has an unspecific affinity to the other. Provided that the unspecific attachment does not completely suppress diffusion along the chain, this channeling may considerably speed up the association. Explicit formulae are derived to show how this effect depends on the chain length and other parameters. The influence of electrostatic forces and reaction barriers is discussed. Time dependent solutions of the diffusion equations are analyzed in order to test the usual steady state assumptions. Experiments on the repressor-operator system seem to be in good agreement with our theory.  相似文献

Various cooling and warming rates were investigated to determine the optimum conditions for cryopreserving the intraerythrocytic stages of Plasmodium chabaudi. Infected blood, equilibrated in 10% v/v glycerol at 37 degrees C or in 15% v/v Me2SO at 0 degree C for 10 min, was cryopreserved using cooling rates between 1 and 5100 degrees C min-1. After overnight storage in liquid nitrogen the samples were warmed at 12,000 degrees C min-1. Warming rates between 1 and 12,000 degrees C min-1 were investigated using samples previously cooled at 3600 degrees C min-1. After thawing, the glycerol and Me2SO were removed by dilution in 15% v/v glucose-supplemented phosphate-buffered saline. Survival was assayed by inoculation of groups of five mice each with 10(6) infected cells and the time taken to reach a level of 2% parasitemia estimated. The optimum cooling rate was 3600 degrees C min-1 for parasites frozen using either 10% glycerol or 15% Me2SO; the pre-2% patent periods were 0.90 and 1.01 days above control values (representing survival levels of 21 and 17.5%, respectively). The optimum warming rate was 12,000 degrees C min-1; the pre-2% patent periods were 1.01 and 1.32 days above control values, respectively (18 and 10% survival), for glycerol and Me2SO. With ethanediol (5% v/v) and sucrose (15% w/v) as cryoprotectants the optimum warming rates were also 12,000 degrees C min-1 while the optimum cooling rates were 330 and 3600 degrees C min-1, respectively.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Efficient lysogenization of Escherichia coli K12 by bacteriophage λ requires the high level of synthesis of the phage repressor shortly after infection. This high level of synthesis of repressor requires the action of the λ eII and cIII proteins. Certain mutants of λ (λcIIIs) appear to have excess cIIcIII activity and can lysogenize more efficiently than λ+. The basis for the enhanced lysogenization is that, while two or more infecting phage are necessary for λ+ to lysogenize, a single infecting λcIIIs particle is sufficient for lysogenization. Also, repressor levels in cells infected with λcIIIs are higher than in those infected with λ+. I report here that repressor overproduction by λcIIIs (1) is due to a much higher rate of repressor synthesis than that of λ+; (2) is most marked at low multiplicities of infection, possibly because λcIIIs produces repressor much more efficiently than λ+ as a singly infecting phage.  相似文献
