采用体质测量法以天津汉族正常者310例(女性231例, 男性79例)为对照, 分析天津汉族抑郁症患者202例(女性140例, 男性62例)的皮纹特征。经统计学分析, 结果显示: 抑郁症患者组双手a-b嵴线数、小鱼际及各指间区真实花纹出现率较正常组无显著性差异; 指端斗形纹出现率增加(P<0.01); 掌部a-b嵴线数波动不对称性(FA值)增加(P<0.01)、atd角偏大(P<0.01)、桥贯型及皱褶掌出现率增加(P<0.01)等可能是抑郁症患者的主要皮纹特征。  相似文献

本文研究了宁夏汉族男性256例(正常: 128例; 冠心病患者: 128例) 双手数量皮纹学特征及其波动性不对称, 比较了其均值的差异性。结果表明: 1)冠心病患者组与正常对照组相比较, 指纹嵴线数、指纹总嵴线数及a-b嵴线数均值均低于正常对照组; 2)冠心病患者组双手atd角及a-b间距均值均高于对照组, 双手atd角表现为显著增高(P<0.05), 右手a-b嵴线数均值表现为患者组低于对照组, 有显著性差异(P<0.01); 3)冠心病患者组数量皮纹性状波动性不对称水平与对照组在FAⅡ(a-b嵴线数, P<0.01)及FAⅤ(atd角, P<0.05)两项上表现出显著增高; 冠心病患者组a-b嵴线数FA分布在|R-L|≥7组显著增高(P<0.05)。  相似文献

本文分析了精神分裂症患者134例(男性70例,女性64例)和正常对照人群331例(男性170例,女性161例)皮纹a-b嵴线数波动性不对称的分布特征。结果表明:⑴精神分裂症患者双手皮纹a-b嵴线数明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),表现出明显增高。  相似文献

目的:探讨不同性别人群发生不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的相关危险因素。方法:选择本院住院部收治的138例UAP患者为UAP组及80例同期经冠状动脉造影检查冠脉正常的非CHD者为对照组进行研究,对不同性别UAP患者发病的相关因素进行分析和比较。结果:男性UAP组和男性对照组在吸烟、高血压病史、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、半胱氨酸(Hcy)、维生素B12(Vit B12)和叶酸(FA)方面存在显著性差异(P0.05),两组其它指标比较无显著性差异(P0.05);女性UAP组和女性对照组在高血压病史、糖尿病病史、尿酸(UA)、Hcy、VB12和FA方面存在显著性差异(P0.05),两组其它指标比较无显著性差异(P0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示:吸烟、高血压、HDL、Hcy、和Vit B12水平为男性UAP患者发病的独立危险因素(P0.05~0.01);高血压、UA、Hcy、Vit B12和FA水平为女性UAP患者发病的独立危险因素(P0.05)。结论:不同性别人群发生UAP的危险因素不同,血浆Hcy和UA水平为女性UAP的独立危险因素,而血浆Hcy水平为男性UAP的独立危险因素。  相似文献

本文研究了宁夏汉族男性不育患者指长波动性不对称(FA)与不育的相关性。分析了宁夏汉族男性不育患者308例(原发组196例, 继发组112例)各指指长FA(2FA、3FA、4FA、5FA)及复合FA(CFA)的均值及其均值的差异性; 比较了指长FA与a+b级精子比率间的关系。结果表明: 1)原发组各指指长FA均值均高于继发组, 且2FA(P<0.01)、4FA(P<0.05)和CFA(P<0.05)有显著性差异; 2)原发组a+b级精子比率显著低于继发组(P<0.05); 3)原发组2FA分布在|L-R|≥0.04组显著增高(P<0.05), 2FA与a+b级精子比率呈高度负相关(P<0.001)。  相似文献

本文报告95例(24~40岁)慢性前列腺炎(Chronic ProstatitisCP)患者前列腺液(简称EPS)的厌氧菌培养结果。厌氧菌培养阳性49例(51.57%),共分离出26种65株厌氧菌,分离率从高至低依次为拟杆菌(41.65%),消化链球菌(29.23%)、消化球菌(9.23%)和小韦荣氏球菌(4.62%),还有梭杆菌、衣氏放线菌、丙酸杆菌和真杆菌。这些厌氧菌种类与男性尿道口和女性生殖道正常菌群的厌氧菌相似,提示这些厌氧菌是泌尿生殖道正常菌群,也可能是条件致病菌。对照组(24~38岁)的正常男性15例的EPS厌氧菌培养均阴性。对上述CP患者中的69例生育力与厌氧菌培养阳性率比较,对照组15例,CP患者生育组34例和不育组35例,三个组之间患者EPS的厌氧菌阳性率经统计学处理有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)、CP不育组与对照组有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),而CP生育组与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。提示厌氧菌可能不仅是慢性前列腺炎的致病菌之一,而且可能还与慢性前列腺炎所致的不育有关。  相似文献

为探究氯胺酮与丙泊酚对小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗的麻醉效果,并筛选出最理想的麻醉方案,本研究选取2014年1月至2016年9月由陆军军医大学附属第一医院收治的小儿先天性心脏病患者58例作为研究对象,随机分为氯胺酮组与丙泊酚组。氯胺酮组患儿共29例,男性17例,女性12例,平均年龄为(4.19±2.03)岁;丙泊酚组患儿29例,其中男性患儿19例,女性10例,平均年龄为(4.26±2.40)岁,在先天性心脏病介入治疗过程中分别给予每组患儿相应的麻醉方案,并比较术中、术后情况以及家属的满意率。研究数据显示,两组患儿的手术耗时与术中脉搏氧饱和度(SpO_2)比较无明显差异,但丙泊酚组患儿术后苏醒时间较快(p=0.000);术后丙泊酚组不良发应发生率为10.34%,氯胺酮组不良发生率为34.83%,两组患儿的不良反应发生率比较p值为0.028;丙泊酚麻醉的患儿家属满意率高达100.00%,氯胺酮组满意率为72.41%,两组患儿的家属满意率比较p值为0.002。研究数据表明,在先天性心脏病介入治疗过程中,相比氯胺酮麻醉方案,丙泊酚麻醉方案具有苏醒时间短,术后无兴奋表现,不良反应少,利于患儿的预后的优点,更加适用于小儿先天性心脏病的介入治疗。  相似文献

目的:探讨超声对高血压心脏病患者左心室整体功能评价的临床价值.方法:69例高血压心脏病患者分为3组:A组26例左室壁厚度正常,B组23例仅室间隔增厚,C组20例室间隔与左室后壁均增厚,同时选择正常健康者D组48人为对照.常规行超声心动图检查,测量并计算出二尖瓣口血流频谱舒张早期和舒张晚期血流峰值之比(E/A)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及Tei指数等评价参数.结果:高血压心脏病A、B组LVEF值均在正常范围,C组LVEF值有所下降,但与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但E/A值均较对照组减小(P<0.05);高血压心脏病A、B和C组Tei指数分别为(0.49±0.15)、(0.56±0.10)和(0.56±0.10),高于正常对照组的(0.32±0.08)(P<0.05).结论:在LVEF正常情况下Tei指数能更早地全面反映高血压心脏病患者左心功能下降情况,并且不受心率、心室几何形态,心室收缩和舒张压等因素的影响,为临床早期干预治疗防止心衰发生提供了依据.  相似文献

目的:探讨衣原体感染与血清中抗精子抗体(AsAb)、抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)、抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)之间的关系.方法:用ELISA法检测120例衣原体感染不育男性(男性衣原体感染组)和55例正常生育男性(男性正常时照组)的血清中AsAb、ACA;检测142例衣原体感染不孕女性(女性衣原体感染组)和60例正常生育女性(女性正常对照组)的血清中AsAb、ACA、EMAb.结果:男、女衣原体感染组AsAb、ACA检出率高于相应对照组,具有显著性差异(P值均<0.05);女性衣原体感染组EMAb检出率高于女性对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:生殖道衣原体感染和与不孕不育有着密切的相关性,且AsAb、ACA、EmAb的产生与衣原体感染有关.  相似文献

波动性不对称 (Fluctuating asymm etry,FA)是指相对于生物两侧对称发育的一种细微的随机偏离 ,通常用来指示生物在外界环境压力下发育的稳定性程度。 2 0 0 2年在我国北方棉区 1 3个具有 1~ 5 a转 Bt基因棉种植史的市、县采集了棉铃虫上灯蛾 ,测定了各点成虫后足腿节的波动性不对称 (Fluctuating asymmetry,FA)。结果表明 ,1 2个采集地的棉铃虫后足腿节均表现出 FA;相关性分析发现 ,各采集点的 FA值与 Bt棉的种植年代间存在着显著的负相关关系 (r=- 0 .77) ,显示出棉铃虫自然种群对 Bt棉的适应性随着 Bt棉种植时间延长而渐增的趋势。讨论了棉铃虫对 Bt棉的适应以及 FA作为棉铃虫田间种群对 Bt棉早期抗性监测指标的可能性  相似文献

Fluctuating asymmetry (FA) is an imperfect measure of the developmental stability of an individual. Estimates of the heritability of FA will underestimate the heritability of developmental stability; the extent of this bias can be estimated and corrected by estimating the repeatability of developmental stability. This note corrects an error in a previous derivation of this repeatability using the absolute value of the difference between sides as the measure of FA, and derives the repeatability of developmental stability for another common measure of FA, the variance among sides within an individual.  相似文献

Fluctuating asymmetry (the directionally random asymmetry of bilateral structures, FA) is commonly used as a measure of developmental instability, and may increase with stress. As several studies reported a relation between FA and developmental abnormalities, we investigate whether FA could be an additional perhaps more sensitive marker of developmental toxicity. The aim of this work is analyzing patterns of FA in multiple traits in a large dataset of rabbit fetuses, which were prenatally exposed to a toxic compound and sacrificed just before natural delivery. Gravid females were exposed to three doses of this compound, inducing abnormalities in the fetuses at the high dose only. The average FA, however, was already higher than control in rabbit fetuses of the low‐dose group but did not further increase with higher concentrations. Moreover, the increase in FA differed between traits, with the hindlimbs showing the strongest response. In addition, we did not find any association between FA and the presence of fetal abnormalities at the individual level. Although these results suggest that FA may act as “an early warning system,” we did not find a dose–response relationship with increasing stress and effects were trait‐specific. Further testing is needed before FA may be considered as a sensitive marker in developmental toxicity studies.  相似文献

Fluctuating asymmetry (FA) is considered to be a good measure of developmental stability. We measured the asymmetry of leaves and flowers of 16 different genotypes of Lotus corniculatus grown in four different experimental environments to estimate the plasticity or developmental stability of asymmetry itself. We found that an index of FA (absolute difference between size of left and right sides, corrected for trait size) differed significantly across environments, with the treatment CO2+/N+ inducing the greatest FA for both flowers and leaves. Genotypes did not differ in FAs. Individual plants showed significantly different FAs only for flowers. At the individual level, we found no significant relationship between flower FA and fitness. Previous work indicates that change in asymmetry in a poor or perturbing environment versus a good environment could reflect the intrinsic quality of a particular genotype. However, in our experiment, genotype effect was significant only for change in asymmetry of leaves, and this last trait was not significantly correlated with our fitness estimate for each genotype in either the most or the least perturbing environment.  相似文献

Fluctuating asymmetry of paired morphological structures is regarded as a measure of developmental stability. To test whether poorly canalized individuals are highly sensitive to postnatal environmental influence, we accepted the exogenous disease low-back pain as an example of such sensitivity. Asymmetry of the palmar a-b ridge count was examined in 217 males suffering from low-back pain against 300 healthy controls. Low-back pain patients showed significantly higher values of asymmetry indices indicating lower developmental stability. The results suggest that dermatoglyphic asymmetry can mark phenotypes weakly adapted to postnatal stress.  相似文献

Fluctuating asymmetry (FA, subtle random deviations from perfect bilateral symmetry) is often used as a measure of developmental instability (DI), which results from perturbations in developmental pathways caused by genetic or environmental stressors. During the present study, we estimated FA in 5 morphological traits, viz. wing length (WL), wing to thorax ratio (W:T), sternopleural bristle number (SBN), sex-comb tooth number (SCTN), and ovariole number (ON) in 18 laboratory populations of Drosophila ananassae. FA levels of measured traits differed significantly among populations except for SBN (in males and females) and W:T ratio (in females). Positional fluctuating asymmetry (PFA), a sensitive measure of DI, also varied significantly among the populations for SBN in females and SCTN in males. Interestingly, both males and females were similar for nonsexual traits. However, when FA across all traits (sexual and nonsexual) was combined into a single composite index (CFA), significant differences were found for both populations and sexes. Males showed higher CFA values than females, suggesting that males are more prone to developmental perturbations. The magnitude of FA differed significantly among traits, being lowest for nonsexual traits (SBN, WL, W:T ratio) and highest for sexual traits (SCTN and ON). The trait size of sexual traits (SCTN and ON) was positively correlated with their asymmetry. The possible reasons for variation in FA both among traits and among populations, and the usefulness of FA as an indicator of developmental stress and phenotypic quality in D. ananassae are discussed.  相似文献

Fluctuating asymmetry (FA) is the most commonly used measure of developmental instability. The relation between FA and individual fitness remains controversial, partly due to limited knowledge on the mechanisms behind variation in FA. To address this, we investigated the associations between FA, growth and reproduction as well as the ontogeny of FA in a clonal population of Daphnia magna . FA was not correlated with growth and reproduction, either at the between- or the within-individual level, in a high ( N  = 48 individuals) or in a low ( N  = 52 individuals) food-quantity regime. There were therefore no indications of functional effects of FA or of phenotypic trade-offs between developmental stability, growth and reproduction. Individual asymmetries varied randomly in sign and magnitude between subsequent molts ( N  = 19 individuals, 9–11 instars), but the levels of FA were generally lowest at intermediate ages. No feedback between right and left sides was detected. This suggests that FA only reflects the most recent growth history, that developmental instability may increase in old age, and that FA depends on processes operating on each side of the body independently. Fluctuating asymmetry (FA) refers to random deviations from symmetry of otherwise bilaterally symmetric traits. Researchers have hypothesized that FA should be inversely related to individual quality or fitness. In this study, we tested for FA-quality and FA-fitness relations in the damselfly, Enallagmaebrium (Hagen). We used wet mass of an individual as a measure of its quality and longevity as a measure of its fitness. Contrary to predictions, we found no relation between FA and quality or fitness, even after we controlled for possible confounding factors, such as measurement error and inadequate sample size.  相似文献
