为了解两种不同侵染宿主方式马胃蝇的飞行行为,本研究利用飞行磨系统测定了黑腹胃蝇Gasterophilus pecorum(以牧草为产卵载体)和肠胃蝇G. intestinalis(以宿主体毛为产卵载体)的飞行能力。结果表明:(1)肠胃蝇总飞行时间和距离均显著高于黑腹胃蝇,分别为后者的5.52倍和7.65倍,但平均飞行速度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(2)黑腹胃蝇雌虫的飞行时间、距离和速度均略高于雄虫,而肠胃蝇雌虫除平均飞行速度外的飞行参数均低于雄虫。(3)肠胃蝇吊飞期间的体重消耗(24.38%)显著高于黑腹胃蝇(14.07%);黑腹胃蝇雌雄成虫甘油三酯含量均显著下降,但两者差异不显著(P>0.05)。飞行距离差异反映了两种不同侵染宿主方式马胃蝇的飞行能力发生了适应性的变化,而总飞行时间为两种马胃蝇飞行距离差异的主导因素。  相似文献

黑腹胃蝇是中国新疆荒漠地区马科动物马胃蝇蛆病最主要的病原体。本研究基于已获得的黑腹胃蝇的转录组数据,利用MISA软件(1. 0版)对黑腹胃蝇转录组中1 kb以上的Unigene进行SSR位点分析。在黑腹胃蝇转录组25 847条Unigenes中筛选得到SSR总数为12 187个,存在于8 037条Unigenes当中,出现频率为31. 09%。微卫星的序列中单碱基(38. 39%)和三碱基(33. 45%)为优势重复类型。研究共发现103种重复基元,出现最多的为A/T (37. 52%),其次是AC/GT (13. 10%)。由三碱基构成的SSR基元占比较多,分别为15 bp (20. 94%),12 bp (14. 48%)和18 bp (14. 01%)。本研究是黑腹胃蝇开发EST-SSR的基础研究,为黑腹胃蝇的遗传多样性分析、变异水平分析和功能基因发掘奠定基础。  相似文献

2014年4月至11月,在卡拉麦里山有蹄类自然保护区的22个水源地安放66台红外相机,其中在8个野放普式野马(Equus przewalskii)利用的水源地放置了16台红外相机,对野放普氏野马在水源地的活动节律和时间分配进行了研究。16台相机累计工作1 068 d,获得野放普氏野马有效照片2 051张。研究发现,野放普氏野马在水源地不同时段的有效照片数量符合正态分布,且季节间存在极显著差异。野放普氏野马在水源地不同时段的有效照片数量,春季远低于夏季和秋季(P0.05),而夏季与秋季差异不显著(P0.05)。野放普氏野马饮水频次春季极显著低于夏季和秋季(P0.01),夏季与秋季差异不显著(P0.05)。普氏野马在水源地具有稳定的日活动节律,时间分配上呈典型的钟形,13:00~17:00时达到高峰,20:00~次日5:00时快速下降,3:00~6:00时是一天中的低谷,在5:00~13:00时快速上升。不同月份野放普氏野马的日活动差异指数α(t=8.364,df=7,P0.01)和昼行性指数β(t=19.519,df=7,P0.01)均存在极显著差异,且β值为0.660.54,表明野放普氏野马活动以昼间为主。季节间活动差异指数存在极显著差异(单样本K-S检验,t=7.851,df=23,P0.01)。独立多样本Kruskal-Wallis检验季节性活动强度指数γ值差异不显著(χ~2=0.162,df=2,P0.05)。通过在卡山保护区固定水源地的实时监测,初步明晰了野放普氏野马在水源地附近的活动节律及其季节性水源地利用,从而为野放普氏野马的生态学研究及保护措施的制定提供科学依据。  相似文献

普氏野马目前已无野生的种群。对现代普氏野马生态特征的分析显示它是一种严格适应干燥寒冷气候并分布于冬季风盛行区的荒漠动物。根据地质历史记录, 夏季风盛行期中国中、东部没有普氏野马分布, 而冬季风盛行期普氏野马却广泛存在于中国中、东部的动物群中。事实证明普氏野马的分布与东亚季风密切相关, 它在东西方向上的迁徙明显受控于东亚季风的时空变迁。  相似文献

为研究圈养普氏野马Equus przewalskii对夏季高温刺激的生理应答,采用非损伤性取样法和放射性免疫法,随机选取5个圈养家族群中的成年雄马、成年雌马和成年带驹雌马各5匹,对其夏季高温期粪便内糖皮质激素和三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)代谢产物的水平进行了测定。结果表明:(1)普氏野马在夏季高温期间一直维持在较高的激素水平;(2)不同类群的糖皮质激素代谢产物水平之间的差异有统计学意义(F_2,_(60)=22.885,P0.001),成年雄马成年雌马成年带驹雌马;(3)不同类群的T3代谢产物水平之间的差异有统计学意义(F_2,_(60)=37.780,P0.001),成年雌马成年雄马成年带驹雌马;(4)3组组内不同应激程度(THI28.9 vs.THI≤28.9)下的激素水平差异无统计学意义,且组别与应激程度不存在交互作用。鉴于圈养普氏野马在夏季高温期不同类群的生理应答水平不同,建议对野马分组、分圈进行管护,防止高温造成意外损失;同时,建议利用非损伤性取样法对圈养普氏野马生理状况进行监测,为管理者进行有效的生存管理提供基础资料。  相似文献

1936—37年在南京地区观察松毛虫寄生天敌所得的初步结果可简述如下: (一)南京地区业经发现的松毛虫天敌有卵寄生蜂3种:赤眼卵蜂、松毛虫长腹卵蜂、平腹小蜂;幼虫寄生蜂4种:松毛虫瘦姬蜂、松与虫红头小茧蜂、花胸姬蜂、黑基瘤姬蜂;幼虫寄生蝇3种:家蚕寄生蝇、大寄生蝇、小寄生蝇;蛹寄生蜂4种;日本黑点姬蜂、黑瘤姬蜂、大腿蜂、费氏大腿蜂;另重寄生8种。 (二)卵寄生蜂在防治松毛虫上起了适当大的作用,有时减低寄主虫口达61.24%。3种寄生蜂中以松与虫长腹卵蜂及平腹小峰为较重要。 (三)松毛虫初龄幼虫寄生率最高时可达26%。寄生率的高低及各种天敌的比较重要性与采集寄主材料的时期有密切的关系,往往数日之差,寄生率可截然不同。 (四)松与虫的后龄幼虫遭3种寄生蝇的寄生。寄生率最高可达42%。 (五)松毛虫茧期的寄生率可达38.4%,天敌中以大寄生蝇及日本黑点姬蜂为 最主要。 (六)无论在卵期、幼虫期或蛹期,第2化松毛虫的寄生率均比第1化的为高。此点似说明越冬问题是松毛虫天敌繁殖中的一个关系问题。 (七)几种比较重要的寄生天敌的发生时期和生活习性,本文中根据观察所及,加以记载。 (八)本文中将几个影响松毛虫寄生天敌虫口的因子提出讨论,这些因子包括;重寄生的严重、天敌发生时期与寄主生活史的不相  相似文献

1.据1954年考查,东安马尾松毛虫的天敌很多,尤其是寄生天敌,它是限制或抑制松毛虫大发生的决定性因素。 2.卵期的寄生天敌有:松毛虫黑卵蜂,赤眼蜂,平腹小蜂,白角小蜂,名和小蜂及金小蜂等六种,其中以前三种较为重要。 3.第一代松毛虫的卵寄生率为12.76%,其中黑卵峰的寄生率达5.83%,第二代松毛虫的卵寄生率为40.61%,其中黑卵蜂的寄生率达33.45%。 4.松毛虫各种卵蜂羽化时期及数量的观察,使我们初步了解卵蜂的一些生物学特性,对于今后饲放卵寄生蜂防治松毛虫的措施提供了重要依据。 5.幼虫期的寄生天敌有:两色瘦姬蜂,黑胸姬蜂,红头小茧蜂,黄甲腹小茧蜂,毒蛾绒茧蜂,寄生蝇类及白僵病菌等,其中以白僵病菌及寄生蝇类较为重要。 6.三次幼虫期寄生天敌的考查可以看出:越冬代老熟幼虫的死亡率(包括寄生率)达56.62%,第一代幼虫的死亡率(包括寄生率)达82.83%,第二代幼龄幼虫的死亡率(包括寄生率)达40.83%,幼虫期的死亡率(主要是寄生率)相当高。 7.蛹期的寄生天敌有:日本黑点姬蜂,大腿蜂,花胸姬蜂,黑瘤姬蜂,松毛虫瘤姬蜂,寄生蝇类及白僵病菌等,其中以日本黑点姬蜂、寄生蝇类及白僵病菌等较为重要,但需指出,可能是因为病菌寄生的原因,未羽化蛹的比例很大,如在越冬代占36.68%,第一代占40.11%,这是值得今后深  相似文献

【目的】肠道微生物在宿主的多种生命活动中发挥重要作用。本研究旨在通过研究植物乳杆菌Lactobacillus plantarum, 苹果醋酸杆菌Acetobacter malorum和酿酒酵母Saccharomyces cerevisiae 3种微生物对黑腹果蝇Drosophila melanogaster觅食、产卵和发育的影响,进一步阐明肠道微生物与宿主的互作调控机制。【方法】采用引诱实验检测体外培养的植物乳杆菌、苹果醋酸杆菌和酿酒酵母对交配前后黑腹果蝇成虫的引诱力以及这3种微生物的单一微生物和其中2种或3种微生物的混合物对非处女蝇的引诱力。采用产卵选择实验检测黑腹果蝇非处女蝇对单一微生物和其中2种或3种微生物的混合物的产卵偏好。将黑腹果蝇卵在接种分别含有植物乳杆菌、苹果醋酸杆菌和酿酒酵母的培养基和正常培养基(对照)上培养,测量幼虫体重;同时将卵在分别含有活菌或灭活的这3种单一微生物的培养基上和正常培养基上培养,统计化蛹数,以检测不同微生物对黑腹果蝇幼虫发育的影响。将黑腹果蝇幼虫在分别含有植物乳杆菌、苹果醋酸杆菌和酿酒酵母的培养基及正常培养基中培养72 h,qRT-PCR检测胰岛素信号通路的关键基因InR在黑腹果蝇幼虫中的相对表达量变化。【结果】苹果醋酸杆菌主要影响黑腹果蝇的产卵,酿酒酵母和植物乳杆菌则可同时影响黑腹果蝇觅食和产卵,且与单一微生物相比,非处女黑腹果蝇更趋向于含有2种或3种微生物的混合物。产卵选择实验表明,3种单一供试微生物及其中2种或3种微生物的混合物对黑腹果蝇的产卵选择具有显著的吸引力,其中混合物的影响最大,然后依次是苹果醋酸杆菌、酿酒酵母、植物乳杆菌。3种微生物均可促进黑腹果蝇幼虫的发育,活菌在接种早期加快幼虫到蛹的发育,灭活菌的促进作用则相对滞后。与对照比较,InR在接种苹果醋酸杆菌的培养基上培养的黑腹果蝇幼虫中的表达量显著降低,而在分别接种植物乳杆菌和酿酒酵母的培养基上培养的幼虫中则被显著促进表达。【结论】苹果醋酸杆菌可引诱黑腹果蝇的产卵,酿酒酵母和植物乳杆菌对黑腹果蝇的觅食和产卵都有具有引诱力;同时微生物的多样性可增加黑腹果蝇的觅食和产卵偏好。植物乳杆菌、苹果醋酸杆菌和酿酒酵母可能通过不同的调控机制影响黑腹果蝇幼虫的生长发育。  相似文献

目的:了解中国新疆吉木萨尔野马繁殖中心的普氏野马(Equus przewalskii)遗传多样性及其遗传背景.方法:采用PCR产物直接测序法,对15匹普氏野马线粒体DNA D-loop高变区进行测序分析.结果:测定15个个体的线粒体DNA D-loop高变区15464~15866片段序列402bp.检测到12种单倍型,包括37个多态位点,占全部序列的9.2%,其中转换位点24个、颠换位点20个、转换位点和颠换并存位点8个、缺失位点3个.A%+T%含量(56.1%)高于G%+C%含量(43.9%),平均A含量为28.4%,T含量为27.7%,C含量为29%,G含为14.9%.单倍型间平均遗传距离为0.030,单倍型多态性(h)为1±0.00116,核苷酸多态性(π)为2.90%.15匹普氏野马线粒体DNA D-loop高变区之间平均核苷酸变异率为2.48%.结论:研究表明我国新疆吉木萨尔野马繁殖中心的普氏野马线粒体DNA D-loop区序列存在丰富的多态性.  相似文献

2011年4月~8月,在新疆野马繁育中心采用目标动物取样法,研究了圈养普氏野马(Equus ferus przewalskii)繁殖期昼间行为时间分配。结果表明:(1)雌雄普氏野马繁殖期采食、饮水和站立行为差异不显著(P0.05),而休息、运动、修饰和其他行为均表现出显著性差异(P0.05)。其中,雄马的休息时间、修饰时间显著低于雌马,运动时间和其他行为时间显著高于雌马。(2)雌雄个体繁殖期除运动、修饰和其他行为节律存在显著差异外(P0.05),其余行为节律则表现出一定的同步性。(3)雌雄野马繁殖期内昼间交配次数比较少,且同一家族群内雌马各自参与交配的日期基本不会重叠,同一天内,雄马与群内两匹以上雌马均有交配的现象十分罕见。  相似文献

采用MCP方法研究了2011年至2012年新疆卡拉麦里山有蹄类自然保护区野放普氏野马家域的变化。通过方差分析验证了年间、季节间不同群体家域及其两两重叠无差异。以家族群大小为协变量进行了野放野马家域协方差分析。利用野放野马家族大小为协变量的协方差分析分析检验了野放野马家族大小与家域关系。结果表明:(1)野马平均家域面积由2011年的(20±2)km~2/匹扩大到2012年的(30±2)km~2/匹。对部分野放群体中头马未发生更替的野马群的研究表明,随着野马群体增大,其家域面积显著增大(P0.05)。(2)单因素方差分析显示,不同野马群的家域面积在不同年份差异显著,且春季家域秋季家域夏季家域。(3)2011年不同群家域两两间相互重叠面积与群大小无显著相关(r=0.256,P=0.5800.05)。而2012年野马群家域两两之间重叠面积有显著差异(F=4.521,df=8,P0.001)。家域两两相互重叠面积与群大小显著相关(r=0.706,P=0.0330.05)。(4)不同季节间野马群家域重叠面积有显著差异(F=5.695,df=8,P0.001)。5号群、7号群和8号群的自身家域重叠面积(P0.05),3号群、6号群和9号群的家域重叠面积(P0.05)。(5)影响野放野马家域面积的生物因子有草本盖度、灌木盖度,非生物因子主要有温度、湿度、风速、最近水源地距离和最近居民点距离等。温度与草本盖度是影响野放野马家域面积大小的主要因素,两者与野放野马家域面积显著相关(P0.01)。  相似文献

Abstract. Sera from 41 horses and 159 donkeys, from twelve States of México, were tested to ascertain anti-Gasterophilus circulating antibodies by double immunodiffusion (DD), counterimmunoelectrophoresis (CIE), indirect haemagglutination (IH), thin layer immunoassay (TIA) and diffusion-in-gel ELISA (DIG-ELISA) methods using crude somatic antigen from third instar larvae of G.intestinalis (DeGeer). At necropsy, 33/41 horses and 24/159 donkeys were found to be parasitized by G.intestinalis and/or G.nasalis (L.). Gasterophilus intestinalis was the species most commonly found in the equines. Analysis of the sera from the infested animals by DD showed positive results of 21.2% in horses and of 8% in donkeys. Screening the sera with CIE gave sensitivities of 69.7% in horses and of 32% in donkeys. Examination of the sera by IH showed positive results of 87.9% and of 48% in horses and donkeys, respectively. Testing the sera with TIA gave sensitivities of 93.9% in horses and of 96% in donkeys. Analysis of horses' sera by DIG-ELISA showed a sensitivity of 93.9%.  相似文献

Although Arabian horses have been bred in strains for centuries and pedigrees have been recorded in studbooks, to date, little is known about the genetic diversity within and between these strains. In this study, we tested if the three main strains of Syrian Arabian horses descend from three founders as suggested by the studbook. We examined 48 horses representing Saglawi (n = 18), Kahlawi (n = 16) and Hamdani (n = 14) strains using the Equine SNP70K BeadChip. For comparison, an additional 24 Arabian horses from the USA and three Przewalski's horses as an out group were added. Observed heterozygosis (Ho) ranged between 0.30 and 0.32, expected heterozygosity (He) between 0.30 and 0.31 and inbreeding coefficients (Fis) between ?0.02 and ?0.05, indicating high genetic diversity within Syrian strains. Likewise, the genetic differentiation between the three Syrian strains was very low (Fst < 0.05). Hierarchical clustering showed a clear distinction between Arabian and Przewalski's horses. Among Arabian horses, we found three clusters containing either horses from the USA or horses from Syria or horses from Syria and the USA together. Individuals from the same Syrian Arabian horse strain were spread across different sub‐clusters. When analyzing Syrian Arabian horses alone, the best population differentiation was found with three distinct clusters. In contrast to expectations from the studbook, these clusters did not coincide with strain affiliation. Although this finding supports the hypothesis of three founders, the genetic information is not consistent with the currently used strain designation system. The information can be used to reconsider the current breeding practice. Beyond that, Syrian Arabian horses are an important reservoir for genetic diversity.  相似文献

Two populations of Przewalski's naked carp Gymnocypris przewalskii, 30 individuals per population, were screened for 10 microsatellite loci. Moderate allele variation was found in these loci with two to eight alleles per locus. 密云水库作为北京重要的地表饮用水水源地、水资源战略储备基地受到广泛关注,相关研究多基于流域尺度,缺乏多尺度针对水源保护区的生态风险评价,开展多尺度生态风险评价有利于指导密云水库流域高质量和可持续发展。以1990、2000、2010和2018年4期土地利用数据为基础,基于景观指数,采用地统计学方法,分析流域土地利用类型及变化,从流域尺度、水源保护区尺度构建生态风险评价模型,揭示生态风险时空变化。结果表明:(1)流域内主要土地利用类型为林地和草地,随着城市扩张和“退耕还林”等政策实施,耕地和未利用地面积减少,建设用地面积增加,流域景观趋于复杂和分散,破碎化程度加剧;(2)生态风险区域在流域尺度呈“边缘高、中间低”的空间分布规律,高风险区域面积逐渐向低风险区域转移,高风险区域集中分布在流域边缘的南部密云区、兴隆县、赤城县和流域北部丰宁县,生态安全逐渐提高。(3)水源保护区尺度呈“中间高、边缘低”的空间分布规律,高风险面积逐渐减少且空间分布集中,生态风险趋于减弱。(4)流域景观生态风险呈正相关关系,Moran’s I指数均大于0,分别为0.322、0.305、0.298和0.317,1990年...  相似文献

We examined differences in digestibility and viability following gut passage through water penny larvae (Psephenus herricki) of Synedra ulna and Achnanthidium lanceoloatum, two common diatom taxa that differ in growth habit and autecological characteristics. Prior to the experiment, diatoms were cultured in Chu-10 media in petri plates to establish a monospecific biofilm to offer grazers. After collection, insects were left to clear their guts over night, allowed to graze for 3 hours on diatom biofilms, and then placed in vials over 1-mm mesh to defecate. Samples from source material and from insect feces were mounted in syrup media and the ratio of chloroplast-containing to empty diatom frustules was microscopically assessed. In addition, subsamples from source material and feces were sprayed onto agar plates prepared with Chu-10 and individual cells were mapped and tracked for 5 days to quantify reproduction. Cells of both S. ulna and A. lanceolatum taken from source material formed colonies on agar. Achnanthidium lanceolatum cells from insect feces also formed colonies, but with lower densities than those from source material. In contrast, none of the S. ulna cells tracked from fecal cultures formed colonies, and the percentage of S. ulna cells that were dead was significantly greater in feces relative to source material. Dead cell percentages of A. lanceolatum were also higher in feces relative to source material, but to a lesser degree than observed for S. ulna. These findings have potential implications for linking patterns of energy transfer in stream ecosystems and the structure and dynamics of benthic microalgal communities.  相似文献

Primer sequences flanking 13 microsatellite loci isolated from the domestic horse (E. caballus) were successfully used to amplify homologous loci in the Przewalski's horse (E. przewalskii). The results demonstrate that the level of polymorphism at all 13 loci in the Przewalski's horse was comparable to that in the domestic horse and the overall exclusion probability in the Przewalski's horse was calculated to be 0.9994. The results suggest that it should be possible to use E. caballus-derived microsatellite markers to provide parentage verification and additional valuable information to the captive management of E. przewalskii. The ability to amplify corresponding loci in the remaining five species of the genus was also confirmed, illustrating the general application of markers isolated from the domestic horse to the evaluation of polymorphism in the other six species of the genus.  相似文献

During the winter of 2003–2004 feces were collected from a winter colony of the long-fingered bat (Myotis capaccinii) in the Hazorea cave (north-west Israel). Of the 1913 feces that were examined, 234 contained scales of Gambusia affinis – a small fish that had been introduced to Israel around 1920 in order to control mosquito larvae. The remains of spiders and five insect orders were also represented in the feces. This is the first report of a piscivorous bat in the Middle East and the first finding of fish remains in the feces of M. capaccinii. The findings show that in the north of Israel this species does not hibernate but remains active throughout the winter. It appears that the consumption of G. affinis reflects a change in the diet of these bats from insectivory to semi-piscivory.  相似文献

Based on the hypothesis that birds and rodents are important hosts for subadults of the Neotropical Amblyomma neumanni and Amblyomma parvum ticks, a survey of these type of hosts was carried out from July 2004 to March 2006, in Quilino (A. parvum) and Dean Funes (A. neumanni), Córdoba province, Argentina. Additionally, monthly tick counts were performed on cattle and goats with occasional tick search in other domestic hosts. Records of questing height of subadult ticks on vegetation were also carried out monthly. Rodents (n = 123) and birds (n = 122) captured in Dean Funes showed no infestation with A. neumanni. Apart of few nymphs found on horses, all larvae and nymphs of A. neumanni were on cattle with a larval prevalence and mean number of 22.2%, and 7.7 ± 22.52, respectively, and a prevalence of nymphs of 47.8% with a mean of 7.9 ± 18.49. The average questing height of larvae and nymphs of A. neumanni was 23.5 ± 17.1 cm and 30.7 ± 26.7 cm, respectively. A total of 138 rodents and 130 birds were captured in Quilino but the Caviidae rodent Galea musteloides carried 99.3% of larvae and 99.8% of nymphs of A. parvum, and no immature stages were detected on cattle, goat or vegetation. Tick counts on G. musteloides (n = 74) showed a prevalence of 42% and a mean number of 9.9 ± 24.83 for larvae, while nymphal infestation had a prevalence of 56.5% and a mean of 8.7 ± 11.31. Cattle appear to be suitable hosts to sustain the complete cycle of A. neumanni in nature (adult ticks infest cattle too) and questing height of subadults indicates that they are expecting to feed on medium and large-sized mammals, such as cattle and other ungulates. At least in the study site, G. musteloides is the principal host for the survival strategy of A. parvum subadults; adult ticks are common on cattle and goats. These hosts are introduced in the Neotropics but A. neumanni was able to develop a surrogate cycle independent of native hosts while A. parvum still depends on probably primeval hosts to sustain their larvae and nymphs.  相似文献
