【目的】研究入侵植物薇甘菊提取物对土壤氮素矿化的影响及化感利己作用,为薇甘菊通过释放化感物质促进自身生长并排斥本地植物生长提供实验证据,为揭示薇甘菊的入侵机制提供理论依据。【方法】采用经典的化感生测实验、化感物质添加实验以及盆栽控制实验,对比研究薇甘菊及其本地伴生植物水提液和粗提物的化感生测效应、水提液和粗提物添加对土壤氮素的影响以及水提液添加对薇甘菊生长的影响。【结果】与本地伴生种相比,薇甘菊水提液的化感抑制作用较强且促进了土壤硝态氮的生成;而薇甘菊粗提物的化感作用较弱且抑制了土壤铵态氮和硝态氮的生成。水提液盆栽控制实验结果表明,与本地伴生种火炭母相比,薇甘菊水提液具有显著的化感利己作用,这与薇甘菊水提液处理后薇甘菊生长土壤中的蛋白酶活性增强和有效氮含量增加相一致。【结论】薇甘菊可通过水溶性化感物质促进有效氮的生成来实现化感利己作用。  相似文献

本文研究了芒萁植株地上部分和地下部分水提液对几种杂草和农作物的生化他感作用。证明:(1)芒萁水提液对供试杂草及白菜、萝卜的种子萌发有显著或极显著抑制作用,对全部供试幼苗的根生长和多数供试幼苗的苗高有显著抑制作用;(2)地上部分的生化他感作用强于地下部分;(3)芒萁对供试植物幼苗根生长的抑制作用强于对茎、叶的作用。  相似文献

采用生物测定法研究金发草根、茎、叶水浸提液对水稻、小麦、油菜和莴苣等4种受体植物的化感作用。结果表明,金发草根、茎、叶水浸提液对4种受体植物种子萌发和幼苗生长均具化感作用,且随着水浸提液浓度的增高而增强。除水稻外,小麦、油菜、莴苣的发芽速率均受金发草水浸提液的显著抑制,但对最终发芽率影响不显著,说明金发草对植物种子萌发的化感作用主要是延迟种子发芽时间;金发草对作物幼苗生长的化感作用总体上表现为促进地上部分生长而抑制地下部分的生长。受体植物不同发育期对金发草化感作用的敏感程度不同,幼苗期高于萌发期;金发草叶的化感作用最强,其综合效应分别为根与茎的2.14倍和2.56倍。  相似文献

采用顺序提取法制备了泥胡菜(Hemistepta lyrata Bunge)等8种草本植物全草的石油醚、乙酸乙酯和乙醇提取物,并以高粱(Sorghum vulgare Pers.)、黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)、小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)和油菜(Brassica campestris L.)为供试对象,用种子萌发法对提取物的除草活性进行了生物测定。结果表明,所有提取物对4种作物幼苗根和茎的生长均有一定的抑制作用,但抑制率有一定差异。泥胡菜和獯草[Humulus scandens(Lour.)Merr.]的乙酸乙酯提取物对作物幼苗根和茎的抑制作用最强,抑制率随提取物浓度的提高逐渐增高,且对作物幼苗根生长的抑制强度高于茎。在低浓度(12.5g·L^-1)条件下,泥胡菜乙酸乙酯提取物对小麦幼苗根和茎生长的抑制作用最强;蓓草乙酸乙酯提取物对高粱幼苗根的生长及油菜幼苗根和茎的生长抑制作用最强。研究结果显示,泥胡菜及蓰草的乙酸乙酯提取物具有潜在的除草活性。  相似文献

薇甘菊粗提物在椰心叶甲上的防控潜力   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为了评价外来入侵杂草薇甘菊Mikania micrantha在害虫综合防治方面的潜力,为椰心叶甲Brontispa longissima的防控提供参考,测定了薇甘菊提取物对椰心叶甲室内生物活性和田间防治效果。结果表明:不同极性溶剂对薇甘菊活性物质提取率中,以甲醇和乙醇的提取率最高(甲醇、乙酸乙酯、正己烷、石油醚、三氯甲烷、蒸馏水、乙醇的提取率分别为10.54%,7.17%,6.22%,6.28%,8.67%,8.62%和10.36%);薇甘菊甲醇和乙醇提取物均对椰心叶甲表现出一定的生物活性,且乙醇提取物对各龄幼虫及成虫的活性均高于甲醇提取物,其中乙醇提取物对椰心叶甲1~5龄幼虫和成虫LC50分别为7.09,7.88,8.93,11.88,13.26和17.46 mg/g,而甲醇提取物相应LC50值分别为12.36,14.85,15.89,17.46,19.91和27.81 mg/g;两种提取物均能造成椰心叶甲蛹的羽化延迟、成虫畸形、卵孵化时间延迟等情况。大田试验结果表明,薇甘菊乙醇提取物对椰心叶甲表现出显著的防治效果,其中100和20 mg/mL处理组在处理后的第7天其虫口减退率均达到80%以上。结论:薇甘菊提取物对椰心叶甲具有一定的生物活性和防控潜力。  相似文献

为探讨全球变化温度升高对外来入侵植物薇甘菊(Mikania micrantha)化感作用和入侵能力的影响,研究不同温度(22、26和30℃)处理对其种子萌发、幼苗生长、生物量分配、挥发物成分和化感作用的影响。结果表明,薇甘菊种子在温度为22、26和30℃时的萌发率分别为29.2%、52.4%和75.2%。30℃条件下薇甘菊种子萌发率最高,萌发速度快。温度升高显著增加薇甘菊茎的生长、增加对茎的生物量分配。GC-MS和GC测定显示,温度升高改变了薇甘菊挥发物的化学成分。同时,生物测定表明,温度升高增强薇甘菊挥发物对萝卜(Raphanus sativus)和油菜(Brassica campestris)的化感作用。说明温度升高促进了薇甘菊种子的萌发和生长,同时增强了该植物的化感作用,温度升高可能加速薇甘菊的生物入侵。  相似文献

研究了2种牧草大翼豆和旋扭山绿豆,以及入侵杂草薇甘菊的化感作用。结果表明,化感作用大小表现为:大翼豆〉薇甘菊〉旋扭山绿豆。大翼豆对薇甘菊具有化感抑制作用,其中茎的抑制作用大于叶,高浓度的抑制作用大于低浓度。旋扭山绿豆对薇甘菊的化感抑制作用显著低于大翼豆。另一方面,薇甘菊对2种牧草的化感作用较弱,远低于2种牧草对薇甘菊的抑制作用。可见,果园间作牧草大翼豆比旋扭山绿豆在防止薇甘菊入侵方面更具有优势。  相似文献

研究薇甘菊Mikania micrantha乙醇提取物对假眼小绿叶蝉Empoasca vitis自然种群的控制作用,并比较其与常用药剂0.3%印楝素EC1000倍液、10%吡·仲EC500倍液的控制效果,结果表明薇甘菊乙醇提取物4gDW/100mL、2gDW/100mL、1gDW/100mL和2个常用药剂的种群干扰作用控制指数均小于1,其中控制效果最佳的是薇甘菊4gDW/100mL,其干扰作用控制指数最低,仅为0.2392,其次为0.3%印楝素ECl000倍液,干扰作用控制指数为0.2787。田间调查结果表明,薇甘菊乙醇提取物3个不同浓度的处理以及0.3%印楝素EC1000倍液处理下的蜘蛛数量与对照相比显著不差异,而10%吡·仲EC500倍液处理下蜘蛛的数量明显少于其它处理。室内观察表明,薇甘菊4gDW/100mL处理后,田间优势天敌银斑蛛Argyrodessp.、旋转后丘蛛Dipoenura cyclosides的取食量与对照没有显著差异,说明薇甘菊乙醇提取物对假眼小绿叶蝉天敌较安全。  相似文献

Moringa oleifera is a miracle plant rich in nutrients, antioxidants, and antibiotic properties. Present study was designed to evaluate various biochemical attributes of leaves and flowers of M. oleifera. Plant parts (leaves, flowers) of M. oleifera, collected from different roadsides of Multan district, Punjab, Pakistan, were used as experimental material. Result indicates that alkaloids, saponin, carbohydrates, fats, and protein had a high value in the aqueous extract of both leaves and flowers of M. oleifera. Whereas phenol content was high in methanolic leaves extract and the phenol contents were high in aqueous extract of flowers. The extract yield of M. oleifera leaves and flowers both showed a higher percentage in aqueous extract (57.5%), followed by methanol extract and lowest in ethyl acetate extract. Flavonoids contents were higher in ethyl acetate extract of leaves (33.67%) and aqueous extract of flowers (53.71%). While crude fiber was high in methanolic extract of leaves (12.40%) and in flowers crude fiber was high in ethyl acetate extract (15.86%). The moisture contents were higher in leaves (8.87%) than flowers (7.3%) and similarly, ash percentage in flowers (52.60%) than leaves (41.84%). Ethyl acetate extracts of M. oleifera leaves show antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa while methanolic extract of M. oleifera flowers shows antibacterial activity against Xanthomonas sp. Maximum growth inhibits show in all extracts of leaves against Aspergillus flavus, F. oxysporum, and P. glabrum except for the concentrated aqueous extract of leaves. While in flowers maximum growth inhibits all extracts against P. glabrum, A. niger, and A. flavus except the diluted ethyl acetate extract. Phytochemicals present in different parts of moringa have significant edible and commercial potential. Moringa extracts exhibited significant antimicrobial activity, therefore have applications in pharmaceuticals.  相似文献

The growth inhibitory effect of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) plants after crop harvested was investigated. Aqueous methanol extracts of the cucumber plants inhibited the growth of roots and shoots of cress (Lepidium sativum L.), lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.), alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.), ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum L.), timothy (Pheleum pratense L.), crabgrass (Digitaria sanguinalis L.), Echinochloa crus-galli (L.) Beauv and Echinochloa colonum (L.) Link, and increasing the extract concentration increased the inhibition. These results suggest that cucumber plants may possess allelopathic activity. The aqueous methanol extract of cucumber plants was divided into ethyl acetate and aqueous fractions, and the growth inhibitory activity of ethyl acetate fraction was greater than that of aqueous fraction. Thus, ethyl acetate fraction was further purified and a main allopathically active substance in the fraction was isolated and determined as (S)-2-benzoyloxy-3-phenyl-1-propanol by spectral data. This substance inhibited root and shoot growth of cress seedlings at concentrations greater than 10 μM, and the concentration required for 50% inhibition of root and shoot growth was 21 and 23 μM, respectively. These results suggest that (S)-2-benzoyloxy-3-phenyl-1-propanol may contribute to the growth inhibitory effect of cucumber plants and may play an important role in cucumber allelopathy. The inhibitory principles of aqueous extracts of aspen leaves, acting upon mycorrhizal fungi of forest trees, were isolated by extraction with ethyl acetate and chromatography on silicic acid. Two inhibitors were identified as benzoic acid and catechol by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. When added to a synthetic medium, these substances had a strong inhibitory effect on the growth of different Boletus-species and a weaker inhibitory effect on litter-decomposing Marasmius-species. When the fraction of the extract which was not soluble in ethyl acetate was included in the medium, the aromatic compounds still inhibited the mycorrhizal fungi while the growth of the litter-decomposers was stimulated.  相似文献

Laboratory experiments were conducted to examine the allelopathic potentials of rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) on seed germination and radicle elongation of Monochoria vaginalis (Burm. f.) Presl var. plantaginea (Roxb.) Solms-Laubat. To compare the relative allelopathic potentials of rice plants at different growth stages, aqueous extracts of dried tissues were obtained from the seeds, husks, and seedlings harvested 10, 20, 40 and 120 days after seeding. When M. vaginalis seeds were incubated in solutions containing aqueous extracts, significant increases in the germination rate were observed for all the aqueous extracts except for the extract of 10 d-old shoots at higher dosages. When partitioned with ethyl acetate, the germination-promoter(s) in the aqueous extracts remained in the aqueous phase while some inhibitors were extracted with ethyl acetate. In contrast, aqueous shoot extracts added to the incubation media at the same dosage for promotion of seed germination inhibited radicle elongation of M. vaginalis, indicating that the sensitivity of the weed varies between these two growth stages.  相似文献

以西南地区具有代表性的16种绿肥植物为受体材料,采用培养皿药膜法研究了铁核桃(Juglans sigillata)根水浸提液对受体种子发芽率及幼苗鲜重、干重的化感效应;并进一步研究了铁核桃根、叶水浸提液和胡桃醌对化感效应存在明显差异的4种绿肥植物(绿豆、红三叶、白三叶、花生)种子萌发与幼苗生长以及抗氧化酶特性的影响,以筛选适宜中国西南地区核桃园种植的绿肥植物,探讨核桃根和凋落物对绿肥作物的化感作用机制。结果表明:(1)铁核桃根水浸提液对绿豆的发芽率没有影响,但对绿豆幼苗鲜重和干重有显著抑制作用,而对其他15种绿肥的发芽率和鲜重、干重均有抑制作用。(2)胡桃醌显著抑制绿豆种子萌发,而铁核桃根或叶水浸提液对绿豆种子萌发没有影响。(3)铁核桃根或叶水浸提液以及胡桃醌对绿肥植物幼苗生长的化感效应趋势一致,但核桃根或叶水浸提液的化感效应强于胡桃醌。(4)绿豆幼苗在铁核桃根或叶水浸提液以及胡桃醌处理下,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性均高于其他3种(红三叶、白三叶、花生)受体幼苗,表明绿豆清除活性氧能力高,细胞受损害程度较低,受化感作用影响最弱。研究认为,绿豆为适宜中国西南地区幼龄核桃园种植的间作绿肥植物。  相似文献

采用生物测定法研究了紫茎泽兰叶和根水浸提液对任豆、香椿和龙须藤等三种岩溶木本植物种子萌发的化感作用。结果表明,除最低浓度(0.0125 g/mL)外,其它浓度的叶浸提液均能显著抑制香椿种子的萌发及幼苗生长,浓度越高抑制作用越大;对任豆和龙须藤种子萌发也有一定的化感作用,但抑制作用相对较弱,有时为促进作用。紫茎泽兰叶浸提液对受试植物的化感作用强于根水浸提液。  相似文献

This study evaluates the relative contributions of leaves and roots to the belowground allelopathic effects of Mikania micrantha. The hypothesis that leaves contribute more to the allelopathic effect than roots was experimentally tested. We assessed the allelopathic effects of aqueous extracts from Mikania leaves and roots on the seed germination and seedling growth of two co-occurring woody plants in southern China, Lagerstroemia indica L. and Robinia pseudoacacia L. The results showed that the aqueous extracts from Mikania leaves and roots had inhibitory effects on the woody species. Allelopathic activity depended on the concentration of the extracts, target species, and the extract sources (i.e., leaves vs. roots of Mikania). Leaf extract showed stronger allelopathic effects than root extract on germination percentage, initial germination time, speed of germination, and shoot height; while root extract had greater allelopathic effects on roots than leaf extract. The latter phenomenon might greatly promote the invasion success of Mikania due to more direct and effective allelopathy of root. Our results suggest that allelopathy of root extract on belowground biomass might be greater than that of leaf extract for some species in contrast allelopathy of leaf extract on belowground biomass might also be greater than that of root extract for other species, at least for their effects on root growth of the target species.  相似文献

Rubus imperialis, Artemia salina, 3-O-methylellagic-4'-O-alpha-rhamnose Acid Screening of different extracts, fractions and compounds from Rubus imperialis Chum. Schl. (Rosaceae) has been conduced using the brine shrimp microwell cytotoxicity assay. Three parts of the plant (methanolic extract from leaves, roots and stems), three fractions from roots (hexane, ethyl acetate and butanol) and three isolated compounds (niga-ichigoside F1, 23-hydroxytormentic acid, ellagic acid derivative) were tested. The most promising material (LC50 <1000 microg/ml) were the methanolic extract and ethyl acetate fraction from roots. However, there was little correlation observed in the degree of toxicities observed between the isolated compounds. On the other hand, the cytotoxicity and in vivo assays confirmed the hypoglycemic activity of methanolic extract and validated the Brazilian popular use of R. imperialis as an antidiabetic agent.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to assess the phytotoxic potential of Cleome arabica L, as well as to isolate the main bioactive compounds. Phytotoxicity was evaluated on germination and seedling growth of Lactuca sativa, Raphanus sativus, Peganum harmala and Silybum marianum, through testing aqueous and organic extracts of different C. arabica organs (roots, shoots, siliquae and seeds). Results showed that siliquae methanol extract caused the greatest negative effect on lettuce germination and growth. For the bioactive subfractions (petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and methanol–water), the ethyl acetate induced highly significant reduction, showing 100% inhibition of lettuce growth at 6 g/L. The bioactive ethyl acetate subfraction was chromatographed and subjected to NMR techniques. Based on bio-guided chromatographic fractionation, five bioactive allelochemical compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate extract of siliquae of C. arabica. The most inhibitory compound on lettuce seedling growth was elucidated as 11-α-acetylbrachy-carpone-22(23)-ene.  相似文献

Summary The acidic ether extract of leaves collected in October from dormant strawberry plants outdoors at Invergowrie inhibited coleoptile growth in germinating wheat embryos. On paper chromatograms developed either with isopropanol: ammonium hydroxide: water (10:1:1) or isopropanol: 1% ammonium hydroxide (4:1), the zones possessing inhibitory activity had Rf's 0.6–0.7 and 0.6–1 respectively. Fractions possessing comparable activity were eluted from granular animal charcoal columns by 10% and 20% acetone in water, and, on further purification, eluted only by 10% ethyl acetate in chloroform from columns of celitesilicic acid (2:1). The inhibitor in this fraction was identified as (+)-abscisic acid (abscisin II, dormin) by spectropolarimetry.  相似文献
