利用抗DS-LRH 血清和PAP 免疫标记技术,作卵巢处于Ⅳ期的鲤鱼GRH 分泌核群定位,证叫NPO 系统是合成与释放GRH 的部位。NPO 细胞呈锥形,核周体有明显的棕色分泌颗粒,细胞核大,不着色。其神经纤维,含有棕色分泌颗粒者,排列呈串珠状,分布于(1)NPO 的周围,(2)前脑侧束区,(3)视前隐窝腹侧和尖端,(4)视交叉中部,(5)沿视束和下丘脑外侧区。对NPO 的功能进行了讨论。  相似文献

海洋渔业资源是自然资源的重要组成部分,海洋经济物种体内重金属含量直接影响到人们身体健康。利用2018年春季惠州市海洋渔业资源调查样品,分析了贝类、甲壳类、鱼类等3类27种海洋经济物种体内重金属Cu、Pb、Cd的含量特征,利用单因子污染指数(SFI)、金属污染指数(MPI)和目标危险系数(THQ)分别进行了重金属污染水平评价和健康风险评估,并探讨了海洋经济物种体内重金属的来源及影响因素。结果显示,(1)2018年春季,惠州海域3类海洋经济物种体内重金属元素含量由大到小皆为Cu>Pb>Cd。不同类海洋经济物种对同种重金属的富集能力有明显差异,方差分析显示,贝类体内Cu含量显著高于鱼类,Cd含量显著高于甲壳类和鱼类。(2)惠州海洋经济物种体内3种重金属元素含量的Pearson相关分析结果显示,Cu与Pb、Cd显著正相关,反映其具有同源性和类似生物地球化学行为,受到人为活动的影响。(3)SFI值反映,3类海洋经济物种体内Cu含量为正常背景值水平,Pb含量为轻度污染;贝类、鱼类体内Cd含量分别为轻度污染和中度污染,值得引起重视。MPI值由大到小为贝类>甲壳类>鱼类。整体说明,不同海洋经济物种体内重金属含量特征对生存环境质量有明显响应。(4)根据《无公害食品水产品中有毒有害物质限量》(NY 5073-2006),从1996年到2018年春季,惠州海域海洋经济物种体内Cu含量稳定,无超标样品;甲壳类、鱼类体内Pb、Cd含量超标需引起关注。(5)3类海洋经济物种的THQ值皆<1,由大到小顺序为贝类>甲壳类>鱼类,对人身健康无影响。  相似文献

 本文用目前各国学者广泛使用的一些数量分类和排序方法对黄土高原区的马衔山植物群落进行了分类和排序。所用方法包括多元等级分划分类(TWINSPAN程序)、PCA排序(ORDINA程序)、RA和DCA排序(DECORANA程序)。研究结果表明可以把32个样地分为两大类共7个群落类型:山地森林 (1)山杨+白桦群落,(2)青杆群落,(3)青杆+白桦+山杨群落,(4)山杨+康定柳+糙皮桦群落;山地灌丛 (1)康定柳+糙皮桦群落,(2)糙皮桦+黄毛杜鹃+裂香杜鹃群落,(3)黄毛杜鹃+裂香杜鹃群落。它们的分布格局与海拔梯度密切相关。此外,本文还对所用方法的比较进行了讨论。  相似文献

海鞘生长快,繁殖迅速,能产生大量在短时间内附着的幼虫,是海洋污损生物群落中的重要成员,对海上人工设施会产生严重危害。污损性海鞘主要由悉尼海鞘(Ascidia sydneiensis)、史氏菊海鞘(Botryllus schlosseri)、米氏小叶鞘(Diplosoma listerianum)、柄瘤海鞘(Styela clava)、红贺海鞘(Herdmania momus)等9科29属103种组成,其中在太平洋海域64种、印度洋23种、大西洋44种,而北冰洋海域仅3种;另外,其附着污损具有明显的地域性和季节特点,并与深度有关。今后应加强污损性海鞘的生态调查和分类研究,阐明深海及两极海域附着污损特点,揭示幼虫附着变态过程的分子调控机理,完善幼虫采集培养技术,以期更好地掌握海鞘生物学特性与生态特点,丰富和发展海洋生态学内容,并为海洋污损生物的防除奠定基础,促进海洋经济产业的发展。  相似文献

选择我国沿海易发有毒赤潮藻——塔马亚历山大藻 [Alexandrium tamarense (Lebour) Balech,1 985 ]和从厦门海域筛选的海洋细菌作为实验材料 ,研究在实验生态条件下 A.tamarense的生理生态特征 ,及其与 3株从厦门海域筛选的海洋细菌 S5,S7,S10 与 A.tamarense共同培养表现的生态关系的差异性。结果表明 :在实验室条件下 ,A.tamarense可以较好地生长并保持自然状态下的若干特性 ,其生长曲线与微型生物的生长曲线相似 ;分别在藻细胞生长的延滞期和指数期加入细菌过滤液 ,发现 3种海洋细菌的过滤液对 A.tamarense生长有不同的抑制作用效果。三者的抑藻能力大小依次为 S10 >S5>S7。本文对海洋细菌抑藻作用机理、赤潮的生物防治可能性进行了讨论。  相似文献

The adsorption of dissolved domoic acid (DA) and its geometrical isomers was assessed in aqueous solutions containing various types of particles. In one series of experiments carried out in coastal seawater, detectable net adsorption of 100 nM DA occurred only onto natural seawater particles (unfiltered seawater) and 0.5 g L−1 chromatographic silica (18%) in 0.2 μm-filtered seawater. Some net adsorption (<5%) also occurred in the 0.5 g L−1 suspension of estuarine sediment and 0.5 g L−1 solution of humic acid in filtered seawater. No losses were seen in 0.5 g L−1 suspensions of illite, kaolinite, montmorillonite, and silica sand. Biological degradation accounted for small losses (8–10%) in filtered seawater without particles. A second series of experiments using organic-free, <5 μm fractions of kaolinite and montmorillonite in deionized water (DIW) demonstrated that 70% of DA adsorbed onto kaolinite, but only 5% onto montmorillonite. Geometrical isomers of DA (iso-DA D, E, and F) showed negligible adsorption (0–8%) onto a variety of particles in filtered seawater, suggesting that major ions in seawater neutralize electrostatic attractions between particles and DA isomers. These results suggest that DA and its isomers are relatively hydrophilic and not particle reactive. Our data suggest that photochemical and biological degradation of dissolved DA and its isomers appears to occur in bulk surface seawater and its transport to bottom sediments must be mainly biologically driven.  相似文献

Implantation in seawater and (or) sediment of bacterial flora and the influence of such flora upon the survival and growth of an Escherichia coli of human origin have been the object of experimental pilot studies. The selected pilot plant permitted work on large volumes of seawater and sediment, and maintenance of the structure of the latter. Diverse experiments were carried out in the presence or absence of seawater and (or) sediment bacterial flora during 13 days. Escherichia coli bacteria were introduced in the seawater experimental system at concentrations of 1 to 3 X 10(5) colony-forming units (cfu) per 100 mL. In sterile sediment, E. coli bacteria first went through a proliferative phase and then implanted themselves (3 X 10(4) cfu/100 g at 0 days and 4 X 10(5) cfu/100 g at 13 days). Diffusion in the supernatant sterile seawater of organic matter released from sediment allowed the strain to proliferate (8 X 10(6) cfu/100 mL at 1 day) and survive for a few days (1 X 10(4) cfu/100 mL at 6 days), prior to an ultimate decreasing phase (1 cfu/100 mL at 13 days). In the presence of the seawater indigenous flora, an immediate decrease (2 X 10(3) cfu/100 mL at 6 days), without a growth or even a survival phase, evidenced a selection pressure. In a nonsterile sediment, in the presence or absence of seawater indigenous flora, E. coli bacteria implanted themselves quickly (5 X 10(4) cfu/100 g at 1 day) and survived (1 X 10(4) cfu/100 g at 13 days). The survival of the fish pathogen Tenacibaculum maritimum in different seawater microcosms was investigated during 160 days. The persistence of culturable cells was greater in sterile than in natural seawater. Standard plate counts showed that T. maritimum survived in sterile seawater for more than 5 months at concentration around 10(3) cfu ml(-1). However, T. maritimum proved to be very labile in non-sterile seawater, rendering culturable cells no longer than 5 days. These results were confirmed when DNA-based methods were applied. Regardless of the microcosms used, epifluorescence microscopy counts remained at about 10(6) cells ml(-1) throughout the experiment, even though we can not distinguish T. maritimum in the case of non-sterile microcosms. Resuscitation assays with addition of fresh medium to non-sterile microcosms did not favour the recovery of T. maritimum on solid media. Although morphological changes from filamentous to spheres were observed after 3 days in the non-sterile microcosms, in the case of the sterile microcosms this change was observed at the sixth day. The biochemical, physiological, serological and genetic characteristics were unaffected in the sterile microcosms. The overall results contribute to a better understanding of the behaviour of T. maritimum in natural seawater and suggest that the aquatic bacterial population play an important role in the survival of this fish pathogen.  相似文献

Darwin was an early exponent of the importance of 'occasional means of dispersal' in accounting for the present-day distribution of plants and animals. This study examined the implications of capture on the water surface of meltwater and seawater for the local and long-range dispersal of Antarctic springtails. Individuals of the maritime Antarctic collembolan Cryptopygus antarcticus , were floated on tap water and seawater at 0, 5 and 10°C. LT50s on seawater were 34 (10°C), 65 (5°C) and 75 (0°C) days. On tap water, LT50s were 69 (10°C), 126 (5°C) and 239 (0°C) days. Less than 20% escaped from the water surface. A significantly greater proportion of springtails moulted on tap water and viable offspring were produced on both tap water and seawater. Comparison across treatments of survival of moulting and non-moulting individuals found significantly greater survival in moulting animals for three of the treatment combinations. It is suggested that moult exuviae facilitate survival on the water film through the simultaneous provision of a flotation aid and a source of nourishment – that is, an 'edible raft'. A separate experiment measuring changes in haemolymph osmolality over time on tap water and seawater at 2 and 5°C found significant differences in all treatments. Causes of mortality are discussed in relation to osmoregulatory failure and starvation.  相似文献

Starfish (Asterias forbesi) oocytes encased within their follicle cells mature spontaneously during a portion of the normal reproductive period when released from the ovary into seawater. A previous report has shown that oocytes isolated in acidic seawater do not mature spontaneously but retain the capacity to do so when returned to normal seawater. The object of this study was to determine the mechanism by which acidic pH reversibly blocks spontaneous oocyte maturation in isolated follicles. Incidence of spontaneous oocyte maturation in follicles isolated in acidic seawater decreased as pH decreased from 7 to 4. Oocytes in which spontaneous maturation was inhibited (ASW at pH 4.7 TO 5.4) underwent germinal vesicle breakdown with the addition of 1-methyladenine. Oocytes isolated in acidic seawater (pH 4 or 5) with intact follicle cells matured spontaneously when transferred immediately to normal seawater pH 8); after four hours, 60-65% of the follicles incubated in seawater at pH 5 matured spontaneously when returned to normal seawater as compared to less than 10% of the follicles maintained at pH 4. Inhibition of spontaneous maturation was not reversible in the absence of the follicle cells. Oocytes isolated in acidic seawater with their follicle cells did not spontaneously mature when transferred to calcium-free seawater at pH 8. The results obtained support the hypothesis that acidic seawater reversibly inhibits spontaneous oocyte maturation by interfering with the release of meiosis-inducing substance from the follicle cells.  相似文献

Resolution of the nitrogen (N) cycle in the marine environment requires an accurate assessment of dinitrogen (N(2)) fixation. We present here an update on progress in conducting field measurements of acetylene reduction (AR) and (15)N(2) tracer assimilation in the oligotrophic North Pacific Subtropical Gyre (NPSG). The AR assay was conducted on discrete seawater samples using a headspace analysis system, followed by quantification of ethylene (C(2)H(4)) with a reducing compound photodetector. The rates of C(2)H(4) production were measurable for nonconcentrated seawater samples after an incubation period of 3 to 4 h. The (15)N(2) tracer measurements compared the addition of (15)N(2) as a gas bubble and dissolved as (15)N(2) enriched seawater. On all sampling occasions and at all depths, a 2- to 6-fold increase in the rate of (15)N(2) assimilation was measured when (15)N(2)-enriched seawater was added to the seawater sample compared to the addition of (15)N(2) as a gas bubble. In addition, we show that the (15)N(2)-enriched seawater can be prepared prior to its use with no detectable loss (<1.7%) of dissolved (15)N(2) during 4 weeks of storage, facilitating its use in the field. The ratio of C(2)H(4) production to (15)N(2) assimilation varied from 7 to 27 when measured simultaneously in surface seawater samples. Collectively, the modifications to the AR assay and the (15)N(2) assimilation technique present opportunities for more accurate and high frequency measurements (e.g., diel scale) of N(2) fixation, providing further insight into the contribution of different groups of diazotrophs to the input of N in the global oceans.  相似文献

Confirmatory tests were made in 4807 positive tubes of MacConkey broth. It was found that when an equal volume of seawater was added to a double strength MacConkey broth only 88% of the tubes contained coliform organisms (12% false-positive reactions); when, however, the ratio of the volume of seawater to broth was 1/5 or less, coliform organisms were found in 93·5% of the positive tubes (6·5% false-positive reactions). Glutamate medium gives a higher rate of false reactions than MacConkey broth when an equal volume of seawater is added to double strength medium. When the volume ratio of seawater to glutamate medium is equal to or less than 1/5, then the minerals-modified lactose glutamate medium gives better results than MacConkey broth in the coliform and especially in the Escherichia coli count. The difference is statistically significant.
It is thus concluded that for the bacteriological examination of seawater the volume ratio of water to medium should be 1/5 or less and also that glutamate medium is the medium of choice.  相似文献

Summary The urophysis or neurohemal contact site of the caudal neurosecretory system of Mollienesia sphenops, the black molly, was studied in animals adapted to an artificial seawater environment. This species of fish was chosen for these studies because of its known ability to osmoregulate and its adaptability to the laboratory aquarium. The urophysis of freshwater acclimated mollys contained an abundance of neurosecretory granules. However, in fish subjected to a seawater environment for one week the number of neurosecretory granules was significantly decreased. 为了考察直接电解海水消除细菌污染的可能性,本文将海水及海水稀释成不同浓度后通过氧化电解水装置进行电解不同时间后,所得酸性电解海水、碱性电解海水和中性电解海水对病原菌[埃希氏大肠杆菌(Escherichina coli)、沙门氏菌(Salmonella)、单核细胞增生李斯特菌(Listeria moncytogene)、摩化摩根(Morganella morganii)、副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus)]以及食品加工表面接触材料(地板砖、不锈钢板、瓷砖、手套、抹布)的消毒效果进行分析研究.结果表明,酸性电解海水具有良好的杀菌效果,能将107 CFU/mL的病原菌悬液在1 min内几乎全部杀死.碱性电解海水和中性水无明显的杀菌效果.通过模拟食品加工过程,对食品加工表面接触材料人为染菌,研究电解海水对表面材料的消毒效果,结果表明酸性电解海水仍能将表面材料含有的107CFU/cm2病原菌在5 min之内几乎全部杀灭.由此说明电解海水对食品加工表面接触材料具有明显的消毒效果,能取代以淡水为原料的电解水杀菌效果是高效廉价和不浪费淡水资源的一种理想消毒剂.  相似文献
