The characteristics of dry matter production before and after heading and the relationships between photosynthesis of flag leaves and dry matter accumulation in panicles were investigated on super high-yielding rice cv. Xieyou 9308 (the yield of up to 12 t/ha) with rice cv. Xieyou 63 as a control. The results showed that (i) the capacity of dry matter production before and after heading in Xieyou 9308, i.e. biomass and daily dry matter production, was remarkably higher than that in Xieyou 63, especially after heading; (ii) CO2 assimilation capacity in flag leaves in Xieyou 9308, namely Leaf Source Capacity (LSC), was also significantly higher than that in Xieyou 63, and the supply of photosynthate in leaves and the demand of grain filling were completely synchronous in Xieyou 9308, but photosynthetic function in flag leaves in Xieyou 63 declined sharply 20 days after heading and it was not enough to meet the demand of grain filling. 协优 930 8、培矮 6 4s/ 9311和汕优 6 3三个超级高产水稻品种抽穗后 ,剑叶中光合速率减小、叶绿素含量下降、SOD活力降低和MDA含量上升的幅度不同 ,显示它们开花结实过程中叶片衰老的速度不同 ,以汕优 6 3衰老最快 ,协优 930 8最慢 ,培矮 6 4s/ 9311居中。Northern杂交和免疫定量研究表明 ,汕优 6 3和培矮6 4s/ 9311剑叶rbcS(Rubisco小亚基基因 )和rca(Ru bisco活化酶基因 )mRNA的表达随抽穗后天数的增加而下降 ,而协优 930 8在抽穗后第 10天才开始下降 ;Rubisco和Rubisco活化酶蛋白含量的下降趋势与rbcS和rcamRNA的变化趋势相似。因此 ,水稻抽穗后剑叶衰老过程中光合能力的下降与光合关键酶基因(rbcS和rca)表达下降密切相关  相似文献

Characteristics of photosynthetic light and CO2 use efficiency from seedling to heading stage, and C4 pathway enzyme activities in both flag leaves and lemma were compared between two newly developed super-rice hybrids (Oryza sativa L.), Liangyoupeijiu and Hua-an 3, and a traditional rice hybrid, Shanyou 63. At seedling and tillering stages, Liangyoupeijiu and Hua-an 3 had higher net photosynthetic rates (Pn) and light saturated assimilation rates (Asat) than did Shanyou 63, at both normal (360 micromol mol(-1)) and doubled (720 micromol mol(-1)) CO2 concentrations. At the heading stage, the flag leaves of all three rice hybrids had similar Pn and Asat. However, the two super-rice hybrids had higher apparent quantum yield (AQY) and carboxylation efficiency (CE) during all three typical developmental stages, and higher quantum yield of CO2 fixation (PhiCO2) at the tillering and heading stages. In addition, Liangyoupeijiu showed significantly higher activities of the C(4) pathway enzymes in both flag leaves and lemmas than did Shanyou 63. As a result, flag leaves of the two super-rice hybrids had higher Pn at morning, noontime and late afternoon during the daily cycle. Since most of the grain yield of rice comes from the photosynthesis of flag leaves, the similar Asat and much higher AQY, CE and PhiCO2 at heading stage of the two super-rice hybrids indicates that higher photosynthetic efficiency rather than higher photosynthetic capacity may be the primary factor contributing to their higher grain yields.  相似文献

以超高产杂交水稻(Oryza sativa L.)"培矮64S/E32"和多年来大面积推广的杂交稻"汕优63"为材料,研究孕穗后剑叶中C4途径酶和对稳定碳同位素分异作用的变化.结果表明,籽粒灌浆期(移栽后68~75 d)的两个品种剑叶中NADP-MDH活性最高,随后下降;超高产杂交水稻"培矮64S/E32"的NADP-MDH的活性明显高于"汕优63";PEPCase和NADP-ME活性在黄熟期之前的叶片中持续上升.不同生育期的叶片与籽粒的△1aC值相近(19.49‰~19.82‰),在成熟期时较高.超高产水稻"培矮64S/E32"叶片的平均△13C值比"汕优63"高0.43‰.  相似文献

The relationships between photosynthetic capacity and dry matter accumulation during the grain filling period have been studied in flag leaves of Triticum aestivum L., cv. Kolibri grown in Mediterranean field conditions. Particular importance has been given to assimilate accumulation in relation to the onset of senescence. During grain filling, the time course of specific dry weight (SDW) was similar in the blade and in the sheath. Variations in SDW were about six times larger in the sheath than in the blade. Minimum blade SDW values occurred during heading and at anthesis. Maximum blade SDW values were observed two weeks after anthesis. After this, SDW values decreased sharply. The dry matter increase per grain in the period from two weeks after anthesis to the end, was only about 25% of final grain dry weight. The importance of environmental constraints on maximum SDW values are discussed. Maximum SDW values occurred at the beginning of the period of rapid decline in blade net CO2 assimilation rate and leaf nitrogen content, that is, at the beginning of senescence. On the other hand, the stomatal resistance to CO2 and the development of senescence are not apparently related. The maximum blade dry weight increase (considering a value of zero at heading) was about 60 mg dry weight per g fresh weight. The possible relationships between dry matter accumulation and senescence onset are discussed.  相似文献

2011—2012年在湖南长沙以超级杂交稻Y两优1号、杂交稻汕优63和常规稻黄华占为材料进行大田试验,比较了垄作梯式生态稻作(RT)和垄厢生态稻作(B)对水稻产量和光合生理特性的影响.结果表明: 与传统稻作(CK)相比,RT的Y两优1号产量显著提高了28.7%,单位面积有效穗数显著提高16.1%,每穗粒数高6.8%,汕优63和黄华占的RT、B处理产量分别高24.3%和19.7%、12.0%和16.2%.RT的Y两优1号叶面积、抽穗前及抽穗后干物质积累量、总干物质量都高于CK,颖花数/叶面积、实粒数/叶面积、粒重/叶面积分别比CK高8.1%、14.8%和15.8%,光合势比CK高32.2%,而净同化率则比CK低9.3%.

依托中国稻田臭氧FACE(free air ozone concentration enrichment)技术平台,以超级稻Ⅱ优084为供试材料,臭氧设置当前大气臭氧浓度和高臭氧浓度(比前者高50%),移栽密度设置低密度(16穴·m-2)、中密度(24穴·m-2)和高密度(32穴·m-2),研究不同移栽密度条件下近地层臭氧浓度升高对水稻光合作用、物质生产以及茎鞘非结构性碳水化合物浓度和含量的影响.结果表明: 臭氧浓度升高使水稻移栽后63 d、77 d和86 d剑叶SPAD值分别下降6%、11%和13%,均达显著或极显著水平.臭氧胁迫下结实期叶片净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率的降幅亦随时间推移而明显增加.高臭氧浓度使水稻抽穗至成熟期的物质生产量平均下降46%,从而使最终生物产量下降25%,均达显著水平.臭氧浓度升高使水稻拔节后茎鞘可溶性糖和淀粉的浓度和含量均显著降低,但使抽穗前茎鞘贮藏同化物的转运率大幅增加.方差分析表明,臭氧与密度间的互作对水稻所有测定参数均无显著影响.综上,近地层臭氧浓度升高使超级稻Ⅱ优084生育中后期的光合和生长均明显受抑,但这种抑制作用不受移栽密度的影响.

在2000~2005年期间,通过测定几种超级杂交水稻与普通杂交水稻‘汕优63’的产量构成和叶片光合作用探讨了谷粒产量与光合作用的关系。结果表明:(1)4种超级杂交水稻‘培矮64S/E32’、‘P88S/O293’、‘金23A/611’和‘GD-lS/ RB207’的产量水平显著高于‘汕优63’,是对照的108%~120%。(2)与‘汕优63’相比,这些超级杂交水稻的株型好,上层叶片直立,穗大即每穗粒数多,是对照的125%~177%。(3)与‘汕优63’相比,这些组合第二叶的净光合速率显著提高,但第一叶即剑叶的未必都较高。(4)去半叶处理降低了‘GD-1S/RB207’的结实率,而去半穗处理显著提高了结实率。因此,这些超级杂交水稻的高产原因在于穗大、株型好以及群体光能利用效率高。增加单叶特别是剑叶的光合能力是克服谷粒产量的光合产物源限制和在未来的超级杂交水稻育种中实现产量潜力新突破的关键。  相似文献

This study aimed to test the hypothesis that root morphology might be improved and consequently contributing to superior post-heading shoot growth and grain yield in late-stage vigor super rice. A pot experiment was carried out to compare yield attributes, shoot growth and physiological properties and root morphological traits between a late-stage vigor super rice cultivar (Y-liangyou 087) and an elite rice cultivar (Teyou 838). Grain yield and total shoot biomass were 7–9% higher in Y-liangyou 087 than in Teyou 838. Y-liangyou 087 had 60–64% higher post-heading shoot growth rate and biomass production than Teyou 838. Average relative chlorophyll concentration and net photosynthetic rate in flag leaves were 7–11% higher in Y-liangyou 087 than in Teyou 838 during heading to 25 days after heading. Y-liangyou 087 had 41% higher post-heading shoot N uptake but 17–25% lower root biomass and root-shoot ratio at heading and maturity than Teyou 838. Specific root length and length and surface area of fine roots were higher in Y-liangyou 087 than in Teyou 838 at heading and maturity by more than 15%. These results indicated that root-shoot relationships were well balanced during post-heading phase in the late-stage vigor super rice cultivar Y-liangyou 087 by improving root morphology including avoiding a too great root biomass and developing a large fine root system.  相似文献

采用子母桶栽土培法模拟冬小麦抽穗后不同的水分胁迫状态,研究了氮肥后移对冬小麦光合特性及产量的影响.设置3个氮肥处理,分别为N1(基肥∶拔节肥∶开花肥=10∶0∶0)、N2(6∶4∶0)和N3(4∶3∶3),模拟冬小麦抽穗后2种水分胁迫(渍水胁迫、干旱胁迫),设正常供水为对照.结果表明:相同供水条件下,N2和N3处理较N1处理显著提高冬小麦灌浆期旗叶的SPAD和光合速率,确保了收获时较高的穗数、穗粒数和地上部分生物量;氮肥后移处理显著提高了冬小麦的耗水量,但其籽粒产量和水分利用效率也显著提高.相同氮肥条件下,干旱胁迫和渍水胁迫处理较正常供水显著降低了冬小麦开花期和灌浆期旗叶的光合速率、千粒重、穗粒数和产量.与正常供水相比,各氮肥条件下干旱胁迫和渍水胁迫处理花后旗叶光合速率及籽粒产量的减小幅度均表现为N1>N2>N3.表明氮肥后移通过提高旗叶SPAD、减缓花后旗叶光合速率的下降幅度、增加地上部分干物质积累量,调控产量及其构成要素,以减轻逆境灾害(干旱和渍水胁迫)对产量的影响.  相似文献

采用开顶式气室和盆栽方法,以冬小麦品种‘小偃22’为材料,探讨了分期施氮与CO2浓度升高对小麦抽穗期和灌浆中期旗叶光合、地上部物质积累和产量的互作效应.结果显示:(1)不施氮条件下CO2浓度升高对小麦旗叶叶绿素含量(SPAD)和可溶性蛋白含量、光合能力、地上部花后干物质和氮素累积量、籽粒产量的影响不明显(P>0.05)或产生显著负效应;在施氮(300mg/kg土)条件下各指标均不同程度增加,且大多数达到显著水平.(2)与氮肥全部基施相比,分期施氮时CO2浓度升高使灌浆期旗叶光合能力、地上部花后干物质和氮素累积以及产量增加的幅度较大,其中以播前、返青期和孕穗期施氮比例为5∶3∶2时最明显.研究表明,适当分期施氮可能更有利于发挥CO2浓度升高对冬小麦的增产作用.  相似文献

 较为系统地研究了两个超高产杂交稻‘两优培九’、‘华安3号’和多年来大面积推广的常规杂交稻‘汕优63’不同生育期的光合色素含量、净光合速率和水分利用效率。结果表明,在苗期,3个杂交稻的单位叶面积的叶绿素(Chl)含量差别不大,类胡萝卜素(Car)的含量以‘汕优63’为最高。然而,随着发育阶段的推进,到分蘖期,尤其是抽穗期剑叶的单位叶面积Chl和Car含量,两个超高产杂交稻高于‘汕优63’。从苗期到抽穗期,超高产杂交稻‘两优培九’和‘华安3号’的净光合速率(Pn)都比‘汕优63’高,而在苗期的午间强光条件下和分蘖期的早晨以及抽穗期的早晚相对弱光条件下其Pn的差别尤为显著。在苗期,‘汕优63’的水分利用效率(WUE)略高于‘两优培九’和‘华安3号’;到分蘖期和抽穗期,在上午10时之前和下午14时以后的时间段,则是两个超高产杂交稻明显高于‘汕优63’。这些结果说明,超高产杂交稻‘两优培九’和‘华安3号’不仅有较高的Pn和较强的抗光抑制能力,而且还能充分利用早晨和傍晚较弱的光强进行光合作用,这些是它们之所以高产的重要生理基础。此外,超高产杂交稻在生长发育的中后期(分蘖期和抽穗期)具有较高的WUE,有利于节约农业用水。  相似文献

To understand the physiological reasons for poor yield of the second rice crop in southern China challenged by low temperature. The authors investigated the effects of chilling temperature on photosynthesis and the activity of fructose 1, 6-diphosphatase (FBPase) of flag leaves at milky stage using two hybrid rice varieties with different cold tolerance. The results indicated that chilling temperature caused decreases of photosynthetic efficiency and FBPase activity in detached flag leaves. The decline of photosynthetic efficiency and FBPase activity was greater in Shanyou-63 which is as cold sensitive as its parents than in Xiuyou-57 which is cold tolerant like its parents. The milky stage is the period of the fastest grain filling. The decreased the yield of the second rice crop caused by natural low temperature was associated with decline of photosynthesis and the abilities of adaption and adjustment of FBPase in attached flag leaves. The relationship between the effects of chilling temperature on photosynthesis and photosynthate transport and the yield formed by grain was discussed.  相似文献

为了解寒露风引起晚稻减产的生理原因,本试验以两个不同抗冷力的杂交水稻组合为材料,研究了低温对水稻乳熟期剑叶光合作用与果糖1,6-二磷酸酯酶(FBPase)活性的影响。结果表明:低温引起离体剑叶光合效率与FBPase 活性下降,不抗冷的“汕优63”及其亲本的光合效率与FBPase 活性比抗冷的“秀优57”及其亲本下降幅度较大。乳熟期是籽粒灌浆的高峰期,自然低温(寒露风)造成晚造水稻减产与乳熟期连体剑叶的光合作用下降和FBPase 对低温的适应和调节能力有关  相似文献

不同产量水平旱地冬小麦品种干物质累积和转移的差异分析   总被引:14,自引:0,他引:14  
旱地小麦高产栽培中品种起着重要作用,研究不同产量水平旱地冬小麦品种干物质累积和转移的差异,对黄土高原旱区作物高产稳产有重要意义。以9个旱地冬小麦品种为材料,通过田间试验研究了不同产量水平旱地冬小麦品种的生物量、花前花后干物质累积量、干物质转移量、转移率及转移干物质对籽粒的贡献率、叶面积、SPAD值以及光合速率的差异。结果表明,不同小麦品种的生物量、花前花后干物质累积量、干物质转移量、转移率及转移干物质对籽粒的贡献率均存在明显差异。与不施肥相比,高、中、低3个产量水平小麦品种在低养分投入时,成熟期生物量分别提高29%,22%和6%,高水平时分别提高46%,39%和23%,高产品种的生物量及其对养分投入的敏感程度明显高于低产品种。不同品种的花后干物质累积量随养分投入水平提高而增加,但花前营养器官中储存物质的转移量、转移率和对籽粒的贡献率却明显随之下降。功能叶(旗叶)在灌浆期高、中、低3个产量水平品种的SPAD值在低养分投入条件下分别为20.7、17.5和13.7;高养分投入时,分别为35、26.1和16.8。高产品种西农88的光合速率为6.0μmolCO.2m-.2s-1),中产和低产品种的平均光合速率分别为4.3μmolCO.2m-.2s-1和4.0μmolCO.2m-.2s-1,高产品种功能叶(旗叶)在灌浆期能保持较高的SPAD值和光合速率,因而花后能生产较多的干物质,但其花前干物质转移量、转移率及转移干物质对籽粒的贡献率均没有明显优势。可见,花后较高的叶绿素水平、光合速率和干物质累积是旱地小麦品种高产的重要原因。选择优良品种,采取合理的栽培措施,特别是通过养分调控保持花后具较高的干物质累积量是西北旱地进一步提高冬小麦产量的重要途径。  相似文献

Water shortage is increasingly limiting the luxury use of water in rice cultivation. In this study, non-flooded mulching cultivation of rice only consumed a fraction of the water that was needed for traditional flooded cultivation and largely maintained the grain yield. We also investigated the growth and development of rice plants and examined grain yield formation when rice was subjected to non-flooded mulching cultivation. One indica hybrid rice combination was grown in a field experiment and three cultivation methods, traditional flooding (TF), non-flooded straw mulching cultivation (SM) and non-flooded plastic mulching cultivation (PM), were conducted during the whole season. Grain yield showed that there was no significant difference between SM and TF rice, but the grain yield of SM cultivation was significantly higher than that of PM. The tiller numbers were inhibited in the early stage under non-flooded mulching cultivation, but the situation was reversed at the later period. Both SM and PM rice reduced dry matter accumulation of shoot, but increased root dry weight, enhanced the remobilization of assimilates from stems to grains and increased the harvest index. During the middle and later grain filling period, mulched plants showed a faster decrease in chlorophyll concentrations, photosynthetic rates of flag leaves and root activity than TF rice, indicating that non-flooded mulching cultivation enhanced plant senescence. In comparison, SM treatment produced higher grain yield and, more dry matter accumulation and panicle numbers than the PM treatment. The overall results suggest that high yield of non-flooded mulching cultivation of rice can be achieved with much improved irrigaUonal water use efficiency.  相似文献

以杂交籼稻特优559为材料,探讨了高温胁迫对水稻灌浆期剑叶中有关生理特性和籽粒灌浆速率的影响.结果表明:高温胁迫加速了剑叶叶绿素的丧失,使SOD活性明显降低,质膜透性和MDA含量明显增加,脯氨酸、AsA、GSH、可溶性蛋白质以及可溶性糖含量明显降低,籽粒灌浆速率和籽粒重下降.高温使灌浆期水稻叶片衰老加速、光合能力下降是其导致灌浆速率、结实率、粒重和籽粒产量降低的主要生理原因.  相似文献

采用二因素裂区设计,连续2年(2011-2012和2012-2013年)以川麦104和内麦836为对象,在小麦苗期、拔节期、孕穗期、开花期分别进行35 d的渍水处理,研究渍水对四川小麦生长和产量形成的影响.结果表明: 苗期渍水减产最大,减产10%~15%,随渍水时期的后移,对产量的影响减小.苗期渍水降低了第3~6叶SPAD值、单株分蘖力和单株成穗数,降低了有效穗数、花后干物质积累量和成熟期干物质量.拔节期渍水降低了第4~7叶SPAD值,孕穗期渍水降低了倒4、倒3、倒2叶SPAD值,拔节期和孕穗期渍水导致花后旗叶SPAD值下降,渐增期灌浆速率(R1)和平均灌浆速率(Rmean)下降,千粒重下降.开花期渍水对产量影响较小.表明苗期渍水是四川稻茬小麦渍害临界期.  相似文献

A delay in the mechanical transplantation (MT) of rice seedlings frequently occurs in Huanghuai wheat-rice rotation cropping districts of China, due to the late harvest of wheat, the poor weather conditions and the insufficiency of transplanters, missing the optimum transplanting time and causing seedlings to age. To identify how delaying transplanting rice affects the agronomic characteristics including the growth duration, photosynthetic productivity and dry matter remobilization efficiency and the grain yield under mechanical transplanting pattern, an experiment with a split-plot design was conducted over two consecutive years. The main plot includes two types of cultivation: mechanical transplanting and artificial transplanting (AT). The subplot comprises four japonica rice cultivars. The results indicate that the rice jointing, booting, heading and maturity stages were postponed under MT when using AT as a control. The tiller occurrence number, dry matter weight per tiller, accumulative dry matter for the population, leaf area index, crop growth rate, photosynthetic potential, and dry matter remobilization efficiency of the leaf under MT significantly decreased compared to those under AT. In contrast, the reduction rate of the leaf area during the heading-maturity stage was markedly enhanced under MT. The numbers of effective panicles and filled grains per panicle and the grain yield significantly decreased under MT. A significant correlation was observed between the dry matter production, remobilization and distribution characteristics and the grain yield. We infer that, as with rice from old seedlings, the decrease in the tiller occurrence, the photosynthetic productivity and the assimilate remobilization efficiency may be important agronomic traits that are responsible for the reduced grain yield under MT.  相似文献
