根据形态特征,泽当居群与西藏沙蜥、红尾沙蜥有显著区别,为沙蜥属一新种:泽当沙蜥Phrynocephalus zetangensis sp.nov.Wang,Zeng et Wu鉴别特征为鼻鳞1枚;鼻间鳞4-5枚;背鳞数少于腹鳞数;雄性尾末端黑色,雌性灰白色。  相似文献

本文报道了白条沙蜥Phrynocephalus albolineatus,东疆沙蜥P.grumgrizimaloi及西藏沙蜥P.theobaldi的核型,西藏沙蜥2n=22I+26m,NF=48,其余二者2n=22I+24m,NF=46。与同属已知其它的核型进行了比较。沙蜥属中至少存在2b=46和2n=48两种核型类群,二者可能与“沙蜥属物种形成的两个起源中心”的假说相关。讨论了沙蜥属中的核型演化  相似文献

本文记述中国西藏自治区的新蝎蛉属 Neopanorpa Weele昆虫3新种:西藏新蝎岭 Neopanorpatibetensis Hua et Chou, sp. nov.(正模,西藏通麦, 2050 m),胡氏新蝎蛉 Neopanorpa hushengchangiHua et Chou, sp. nov.(正模,西藏樟木口岸),以及李氏新蝎蛉 Neopanorpa lifashengi hua et Chou,sp. nov.(正模:,西藏易贡, 2300 m)。简述了西藏长翅目的分类历史和现状,证实过去记载所谓的三种西藏蝎蛉(模式产地均为马边),即Panorpa guttata Navas,P.davidi Navas,和P.stigmalis Navas,实际上均为四川省种类。新种模式标本分别保存在西北农业大学昆虫博物馆和中国农业大学昆虫标本室。  相似文献

本文研究了Pseudoschwagerinauddeni,P.vulgaris,P.fusiformis,P.bedei和P.parabeedei的123个标本的薄片和照片,对这5个种及其所含亚种的形态特征进行了详细的度量,并采用多元判别分析方法对各种、亚种的形态特征进行了定量对比。定量分析和定性研究的结果表明,P.uddenirusiensis和P.vulgarisashensis,P.vulgarisaktjubensis以及P.fusiformiscrasa,P.fusiformisplicata等亚种定义中的主要形态特征实际上仅仅反映了P.uddeni,P.vulgaris,P.fusiformis种内的个体变异,P.bedeiuralensis和P.parabedei与P.bedei的形态特征在统计上非常相似。建议废除P.uddeni,P.vulgaris,P.fusiformis和P.bedei种内的亚种名称,并将P.parabedei视为P.bedei的晚出同义名。  相似文献

测定了水稻(OryzasativaL.)不同正反交组合的PSⅡ电子传递活性、D1蛋白量、叶绿素a荧光、净光合速率(PN)、光呼吸速率(PR)、RuBPCase/Oase活性,并对RuBPCase进行了动力学分析。结果表明:光抑制条件下粳(japonica)亚种中D1蛋白净降解少,PSⅡ电子传递活性和光化学效率高,表现耐光抑制,而籼(indica)亚种则相反,籼、粳正反交F1的上述指标介于双亲值之间且偏向其母本。进一步观察它们的CO2交换特点,所有基因型水稻PR保持稳定、PN降低,因而PR/PN增加。与耐光抑制的粳亚种相比,对光抑制敏感的籼亚种中PN降低较多、PR/PN增加较多。正反交F1杂种的PR/PN介于双亲值之间且偏向其母本。CO2交换的关键酶RuBPCase/Oase活性和RuBPCase动力学参数没有变化且在基因型间无差异。相关分析表明,D1蛋白量与Fv/Fm、PR/PN的相关系数分别为0.9501和-0.9768。看来,质基因编码的D1蛋白是籼粳杂种稻光抑制特性及其生理遗传的分子基础。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. The dichtomously branched stigma in each carpel of the Tricyrteae is supplied by a bifurcated dorsal bundle.  相似文献

Some closely related members of the monocotyledonous familiesAlismataceae, Liliaceae, Juncaceae, Cyperaceae, Poaceae andAraceae with variable modes of pollination (insect- and wind-pollination) were studied in relation to the ultrastructure of pollenkitt and exine (amount, consistency and distribution of pollenkitt on the surface of pollen grains). The character syndromes of pollen cementing in entomophilous, anemophilous and intermediate (ambophilous or amphiphilous) monocotyledons are the same in principal as in dicotyledons. Comparing present with former results one can summarize: 1) The pollenkitt is always produced in the same manner by the anther tapetum in all angiosperm sub-classes. 2) The variable stickiness of entomophilous and anemophilous pollen always depends on the particular distribution and consistency of the pollenkitt, but not its amount on the pollen surface. 3) The mostly dry and powdery pollen of anemophilous plants always contains a variable amount of inactive pollenkitt in its exine cavities. 4) A step-by step change of the pollen cementing syndrome can be observed from entomophily towards anemophily. 5) From the omnipresence of pollenkitt in all wind-pollinated angiosperms studied one can conclude that the ancestors of anemophilous angiosperms probably have been zoophilous (i.e. entomophilous) throughout.
