极田鼠基础代谢率对单宁酸反应的格局   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
采用Kalabukhov-skvortsov封闭式流体压力计测定根田鼠基础代谢率对食物单宁酸的反应格局。在食物蛋白质为10%条件下,摄入3%单宁酸食物的根田鼠在第5天、10天和20天的基础代谢率分别较第0天增高10.94%、20.82%及23.54%;摄入6%单宁酸食物的根田鼠在第5天、第10天和第20天的基础代谢分别较第0天增高18.67%、29.07%及27.71%、当食物蛋白质为20%时,摄入3%单宁酸食物的根田鼠在第5天、第10天和20天的基础代率分别较第0天增高6.67%、10.63%及11.21%;摄入6%单宁酸食物的根田鼠在第5天、第10天和20天的基础代谢率分别较第0天增高9.01%、14.50%及16.09%。说明,食物单宁酸能显地增加根田鼠的基础代谢率,充分检验了单宁酸使植食性小哺乳动物基础代谢率增高的假设。  相似文献

在实验室条件下,测定了根田鼠对单宁酸的解毒代价。结果表明,在食物蛋白质为10%的条件下,摄食3%和6%单宁酸食物的根田鼠经尿液分泌的葡萄糖醛酸较对照组分别增加13.77%和38.80%;与对照组比较,在食物蛋白质为20%的条件下,摄食3%和6%单宁酸食物的实验个体尿液分泌的葡萄糖醛酸分别增加6.11%和22.25%。在食物蛋白质为10%时,用3%和6%单宁酸食物处理的个体,其尿液NH4^ —N含量较对照组个体分别增加51.69%和198.44%。在食物中蛋白质为20%时,摄食3%和6%单宁酸食物的试验个体,其尿液中的NH4^ —N含量分别较对照组高1.72%和74.19%。由此说明,单宁酸能显著增加根田鼠尿液葡萄糖醛酸分泌量,根田鼠尿液的NH4^ —N的含量随食物单宁酸增加而增高,从而增加动物机体对单宁酸的代谢价。  相似文献

目的用不同浓度单宁酸(tannic acid,TA)处理后的花生喂养棕色田鼠(Lasiopodomys mandarinus)和小鼠(Mus musculus),研究单宁酸对两种鼠食物选择倾向、食物摄入量、蛋白质消化率的影响。方法本研究的设计如下:1)选择一批棕色田鼠和小鼠,单笼饲养,自由饮水。用正常花生饲喂二周实验用棕色田鼠和小鼠,使其适应这种食物;2)随机选出棕色田鼠和小鼠各10只(雌雄各半),单笼饲养。用经0%、5%、10%TA处理的花生饲喂供试鼠一周,观察和记录两种鼠对TA处理后花生的选择和取食特征;3)随机选出18只棕色田鼠和18只小鼠,单笼饲养,并各分为3组(每组均为6只),按两种鼠分别命名为对照组、低单宁酸组、高单宁酸组,并分别用经0%、5%和10%TA处理的花生饲喂一周,测定两种鼠的食物摄入量;同时收集粪便,用凯氏定氮仪测定粗蛋白含量,计算蛋白质消化率。结果1)棕色田鼠和小鼠均优先选择无TA食物(P〈0.001),二者间差异达显著性水平(P〈0.001);2)食物中的TA降低棕色田鼠和小鼠的相对日食量(P〈0.001)和食物中蛋白质的消化率,随TA含量的升高,棕色田鼠和小鼠的相对日食量和蛋白质消化率均显著下降。结论TA降低棕色田鼠和小鼠的食物摄入量和食物中蛋白质的消化率。TA对鼠类的食物摄入量和蛋白质消化率的影响有种间差异性,小鼠对TA的适应性更强。  相似文献

蛋白质,纤维素和单宁酸对东方田鼠摄食的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
食物选择性是动物对取食生境中现存的食物种类做出的选择,是一个复杂的生态适应过程,与动物自身生理状及环境中食物的可利用量密切相关。单宁酸、蛋白质和纤维素是影响植食性动物食物选择的重要因素。在控制其它营养因子的条件下,设置10%蛋白质+2.25%纤维素+3%单宁酸(食物1)/6%单宁酸(食物2)和20%蛋白质+4.51%纤维素+3%单宁酸(食物3)/6%单宁酸(食物4)4个处理组,通过自助餐式选择笼内的喂养实验,测定单宁酸、蛋白质和纤维素对东方田鼠食物选择的影响。结果表明,东方田鼠对3%单宁酸处理组食物摄食量显著高于对6%单宁酸处理组(P0.001);但东方田鼠对6%单宁酸食物摄食量依蛋白质浓度变化,在20%蛋白质处理组的摄食量显著高于10%蛋白质处理组(P0.05);在含3%单宁酸处理组中,纤维素成为影响东方田鼠摄食的主要因素,而当单宁酸浓度增加到6%时,纤维素和蛋白质对东方田鼠摄食影响差异不显著;总之,单宁酸、蛋白质和纤维素对东方田鼠的摄食都产生重要影响,单宁酸对东方田鼠食物选择的影响程度最大,纤维素次之,蛋白质对东方田鼠摄食的影响会随单宁酸浓度的升高而增大。  相似文献

实验室条件下,测定饥饿和食物单宁酸对东方田鼠食物摄入量和觅食行为的影响。结果表明,饥饿使实验个体的食物总摄入量增加,食物摄入率及口量大小随饥饿强度的增大而增加,而觅食频次则无显著改变,实验个体每取食回合的觅食时间呈缓慢增加的趋势,与对照组比较,觅食时间差异不显著。东方田鼠优先选择0%单宁酸食物,次为3%单宁酸食物,而对6%单宁酸食物的摄入量最少。在饥饿条件下,东方田鼠食物摄入率的增加主要源于其口量大小,觅食频次和觅摄食时间对食物摄入量增加的贡献不显著。在饥饿条件下,植食性小哺乳动物并未通过延长觅食时间,降低用于防卫、繁殖活动时间来增加食物摄入量,而是通过增加口量大小,提高其食物摄入率来满足其营养需要。验证了饥饿与植物次生化合物共同作用引起田鼠类动物生理的改变,能影响其食物摄入量及觅食行为的假设。  相似文献

验证了单宁酸能引起植食性哺乳动物钠平衡的假设.在两种食物蛋白质水平条件下,测定了摄食含0%,3%和6%单宁酸食物的根田鼠的钠平衡和肾上腺肾小球的大小.结果表明,食物单宁酸能显著影响根田鼠的钠平衡,钠的丢失主要通过尿液.同时,单宁酸能显著影响试验个体的肾上腺肾小球的体积.初步研究显示,植食性哺乳动物对摄入的植物次生化合物的解毒引起机体钠平衡失调,而非植物次生化合物的消化抑制作用所致.  相似文献

在食物中含10%和20%蛋白质条件下,测定了单宁酸对根田鼠幼体在断乳后20d内的生长和存活的影响。结果表明,食物中含蛋白质为10%的条件下,摄食含3%和6%单宁酸食物的试验个体生长速率分别为-0.135g/d和-0.25g/d,食物利用效率均显低于对照组,断乳后20d内平均存活天数较对照组分别下降26.23%和49.36%。在食物蛋白质为20%的条件下,摄食含3%和6%单宁酸食物的试验个体生长速率分别为0.134g/d和-0.116g/d,摄食6%单宁酸食物的试验个体食物利用效率显低于摄食3%单宁酸食物的试验个体和对照组个体,断乳后20d内的平均存活天数较对照组下降39.41%,摄食3%单宁酸食物的试验个体较对照组略有下降,但不显。上述结果验证了单宁酸能显影响植食性小哺乳动物生长和存活的假设。  相似文献

为了解单宁酸对成年布氏田鼠(Lasiopodomys bandtii**)能量代谢和产热的影响,本文采用含0、3.3%和6.6%单宁酸浓度的食物饲喂布氏田鼠21 d,对其体重、基础代谢率、非颤抖性产热和能量收支等进行了测定。代谢率采用封闭式流体压力呼吸计测定;非颤抖性产热用皮下注射去甲肾上腺素诱导;能量摄人采用食物平衡法测定。结果发现:(1) 单宁酸食物对布氏田鼠的体重没有明显影响;(2)取食含6.6%单宁酸食物的动物的基础代谢率于第10 d高于对照组。20 d时,3组动物的基础代谢率没有显著差异;(3) 单宁酸食物对非颤抖性产热没有显著影响;(4) 食用含单宁酸食物的动物的摄人能和消化能于第10 d显著低于对照组,但第20 d时则差异不显著。这些结果表明:布氏田鼠的基础代谢率和能量摄入对单宁酸的反应具有时段性,短期内能量消耗增加,随着动物对食物的适应,生理功能恢复到正常水平。  相似文献

食粪行为是植食性小型哺乳动物为满足其营养需求所采取的一种适应对策。实验室条件下,限制1月龄和12月龄东方田鼠摄食粪便,测定了限制食粪对食物消化率和体重生长的影响,旨在进一步揭示食粪行为在植食性小型哺乳动物的营养及消化对策中的作用。结果表明,限制食粪使1月龄和12月龄东方田鼠的干物质消化率分别下降27.64 %和7.89 %,粗蛋白消化率分别下降21.39 %和12.68 %;限制食粪可显著抑制东方田鼠的体重增长,且限制食粪对幼体体重的影响较成体明显。因此,研究结果充分验证了限制食粪可降低东方田鼠的食物消化率及抑制其体重生长的假设。  相似文献

Food quality and availability play an important role in an animal's life history. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of diet quality [high-fiber diet (HF) or low-fiber diet (LF)] on energy budgets and thermogenesis in Brandt's voles (Lasiopodomys (Microtus) brandtii). Dry matter intake and gross energy intake increased and digestibility decreased in HF voles compared with LF voles, while the digestible energy intake was similar for both HF and LF voles. Nonshivering thermogenesis (NST) decreased in HF voles, while LF voles kept stable; no significant differences were detected in basal metabolic rate (BMR), BAT uncoupling protein 1 (UCP1) content and the levels of serum thyroid hormones (T3 and T4) between HF and LF voles. Although there were no differences in body fat content and serum leptin concentrations between HF and LF voles, serum leptin concentrations in HF voles were reduced to nearly half as those seen in LF voles after 4-weeks acclimation. These results support the hypothesis that Brandt's voles can compensate the poor quality diet physiologically by the means of increasing food intake and decreasing thermogenesis.  相似文献

We fed prairie voles (Microtus ochrogaster) rat chow diluted with variable amounts of -cellulose to determine 1) how much fiber the voles could tolerate in their diet; 2) changes in food intake and digestibility of dry matter and of fiber; 3) the extent to which voles utilized fiber as an energy source; and 4) whether any of these variables differed between groups of animals maintained at 5 or 22°C. Fiber content of the diets ranged from 20 to 84%. Animals held at 5°C maintained body mass through a diet containing 69% fiber, while animals held at 22°C maintained body mass through the 84% fiber diet. Dry matter intake increased with fiber level from 9.3 to 15.0 g·day-1 for animals at 5°C and from 5.6 to 14.0 g·day-1 for animals at 22°C; intake on the highest fiber diet eaten by either group was not different. Dry matter digestibility decreased significantly as the fiber in the diets increased, but was not affected by temperature treatments. Digestible dry matter intake for each group remained constant regardless of diet quality, but on each diet digestible dry matter intake for animals at 5°C was significantly higher than that of the animals held at 22°C. Digestibility of the fiber portion of the experimental diets remained constant as food quality decreased, so the percent of daily energy need met by fiber utilization increased with higher food intake. 动物的消化生理特征和消化对策可决定其营养生态位。为揭示黄毛鼠适应高纤维食物的消化对策,在高纤维食物饲喂10 d和20 d时,以食物平衡法测定摄食量、粪便量及相应的能量学参数。在取食高纤维食物10 d时,摄食量无显著变化,但粪便量显著增加,消化率显著下降;至20 d时,摄食量显著增加,消化率仍低于对照组,但消化能与对照组无差异。高纤维组动物的体重在第10 d时显著下降,但在第20 d时未进一步下降。该结果表明,黄毛鼠能够通过增加摄食量和降低消化率的消化对策适应高纤维食物,此外,降低体重使总能量需求减少,也是其适应低质量食物的对策之一。  相似文献

Seven groups of fingerling rainbow trout (Salmo gairdneri) were fed for 10 weeks on 0%, 10%, 20% and 30% of cassava or rice in isonitrogenous diets.Optimum growth and food utilisation was at 20% dietary cassava. High fibre content of the control diet did not suppress protein digestibility in this group. Rather, at all levels, protein digestibility was good and remained between 84.4% and 87.5%. However, in the control group, carbohydrate digestibility was very poor. The cassava diet which had the highest digestible energy as carbohydrate produced the best growth performance, food utilization and protein sparing. At the levels studied, the dietary carbohydrates produced no hyperglycaemic effect on the fish. There was no evidence of drastic adverse effects on the tissue and liver composition of the fish receiving these carbohydrates.  相似文献

Increased proportion of carbohydrates (dextrin) in the diet has a life prolonging effect upon male Fischer 344 rats; however, the effect of this diet appears only when the rats aged from 6 weeks to 6 months are on diet, after this treatment median survival of experimental animals increases by 96 days and the 10th percentile increases on the average by 10 days (n-60). Further maintenance of animals on the same diet has minimum effect: animals being on this diet throughout the whole life exhibit a median lifespan increase by 120 days and an increase in the 10th percentile by 41 days. However, if such animals aged 6 months are transferred to a restricted (60%) food intake regimen (control diet, not enriched with carbohydrate) a further increase in median and 10th percentile lifespan prolongation can be observed reaching 328 and 396 days, respectively as compared to controls. The effects of this early feeding (from 6 weeks to 6 months) with a carbohydrate-enriched diet available ad libitum and food restricted (60% controls) regimen fed from the age of 6 months onwards are additive, the final results being identical as if the animals are kept on the 60% food restricted intake throughout the whole life.  相似文献
