克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)是广泛分布于我国淡水水域的外来入侵物种,对其种群遗传结构的研究有助于了解种群扩散过程。本文测定了淮河流域自然水体中9个地理种群共151个野生克氏原螯虾线粒体COⅠ序列,获得624 bp的有效基因片段,共定义了25个单倍型。AMOVA分析结果表明,淮河流域的克氏原螯虾种群内的变异占主导地位,单倍型多样性和核苷酸多样性均为中等水平,各地理种群间平均遗传差异较小(Fst=0.078),遗传差异不显著。系统发生树并没有按地理位置形成对应族群,表明克氏原螯虾各地理种群间存在明显的基因流,各地理种群间没有形成明显的种群遗传分化。  相似文献

在分类学上,克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkia(Girard))隶属于节肢动物门,甲壳纲,十足目,爬行亚目,螯虾科,原螯虾属[1]。克氏原螯虾为外来物种,原产于北美洲,主要分布在美国南部和墨西哥北部,1930年引入日本,约在20世纪40年代由日本引入我国南京[2],由于食性广、繁殖快、生长迅速、适应性强,现在已成为分布于长江中下游地区一些水域虾类资源的优势种群。克氏原螯虾具有掘洞的习性,洞穴在其生活史中是重要的环境要素,因此人们一直担心其对江河大堤和水库大坝会造成危害[3]。国外对克氏原螯虾的穴居行为以及对农田的危害作过一些研究[4—6],但国内类似的研究以及有关克氏原螯虾对水利工程影响的研究尚属空白。作者就克氏原螯虾掘洞生态习性及其对堤坝工程安全影响开展了初步研究,以期为有关部门采取有效措施来降低其不利影响和根除隐患,确保水利工程的安全提供一些科学的决策依据。1材料与方法1·1研究区域研究区域为长江中下游地区的湖南、湖北、江西、安徽、江苏和上海五省一市,该区域克氏原螯虾种群分布较多,洪水发生频率较高。研究水体为江河、湖泊、水库、塘堰和沟渠,重点研究长江干流荆江段、鄱阳湖、洞庭湖、三湖连江水库...  相似文献

【背景】在我国,克氏原螯虾是一种外来入侵水生生物,已经对入侵地的生态环境造成严重的破坏。【方法】在Y形水迷宫中,研究有经验和无经验的幼体及亚成体克氏原螯虾对中华鳖的趋避行为。【结果】幼虾无论是否有经验都会显著回避中华鳖,降低外倾性;而亚成体虾对中华鳖的反应不及幼虾灵敏。【结论与意义】2种不同发育阶段的外来入侵物种克氏原螯虾均会回避土著物种中华鳖,为外来入侵生物防治和动物行为学及相关研究提供了参考。  相似文献

克氏原螯虾在20世纪初作为重要的水产品引入中国,但因其繁殖能力强、生长迅速、适应性强、喜掘洞穴,对农作物、池埂及农田水利有一定破坏作用,降低入侵地区当地物种多样性,对当地生态系统造成严重危害。因此,研究未来气候情景下克氏原螯虾适生区的变化,可为其监控和管理措施提供关键信息,有效预防和控制其蔓延。本研究基于克氏原螯虾的分布点,应用最大熵(MaxEnt)模型和规则集遗传算法(GARP)模型模拟了当前气候条件下克氏原螯虾在中国的潜在适生区,并预测了2041—2060年和2061—2080年克氏原螯虾在4种气候变化情景下(RCP 2.6、RCP 4.5、RCP 6.0、RCP 8.5)的分布,采用ROC曲线对预测结果进行检验和评价。结果表明: 在当前气候条件下克氏原螯虾集中分布在上海、江苏、浙江、安徽等长江沿岸地区;最冷季平均温度、最冷月最低温度对克氏原螯虾分布影响最大,其次是温度季节性变化、最暖月最高温度和最干月降水量。在未来气候情景下,2061—2080年克氏原螯虾的适生区面积有不同程度的变化,在RCP 2.6和RCP 4.5情景下总适生面积增加,但在RCP 8.5情景下呈先增后减趋势,而在RCP 6.0情景下无明显变化;克氏原螯虾适生区在空间分布上不仅有纬度方向上的扩散,也有向海拔较高地区迁移的趋势。  相似文献

安徽三大水系入侵物种克氏原螯虾的种群遗传格局   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)是长江中下游地区较为常见的外来物种, 目前已经扩散到安徽境内的主要水系。我们采集了安徽境内长江、淮河和新安江三大流域的4个地区9个地点的182个样本, 利用9对微卫星分子标记, 通过PCR扩增和微卫星分型, 分析了其种群遗传多样性水平和遗传结构, 构建了地方种群的遗传距离格局。结果表明本研究区域克氏原螯虾种群遗传多样性处于较高水平, 总的期望杂合度(HE)和观测杂合度(HO)分别为0.78和0.36。望江种群遗传多样性最高(期望杂合度为0.76), 肥西种群遗传多样性最低(期望杂合度为0.56)。克氏原螯虾种群显示了极强的杂合子缺失, 人为捕捞可能是造成其种群私有等位基因数目较多和杂合子缺失的主要原因。地方种群分化系数(Fst)与地理距离呈显著正相关(r= 0.33, P< 0.05), 望江种群和城东湖种群存在明显的跳跃性扩散(jump dispersal)。因此, 水系间的交流是种群扩散的主要途径, 人为贸易促使克氏原螯虾种群在不同地区的交流, 对其种群扩散也有一定的作用。  相似文献

为了解克氏原螯虾在永久性静水水体(水库和池塘)中的分布及其影响因素和它对两栖动物多样性的影响,于2008年5—8月,利用样线法与目视遇测法以及网捕法,对舟山群岛中的8个岛屿(岱山、六横、秀山、佛渡、桃花、虾峙、册子和普陀山)上的86个水库和池塘中的克氏原螯虾分布和影响其分布的因素进行了调查,调查的因素包括外来种牛蛙(Rana catesbeiana)、水体的面积、最大水深、水体周边植被的覆盖率、鱼的出现率、人口足迹以及当地蛙的密度和物种多样性。结果表明:1)83.7%的研究水体(72/86)有克氏原螯虾的分布,克氏原螯虾和牛蛙共同分布的水体占53.5%;2)克氏原螯虾的密度在各个岛屿上的分布是不均匀的;3)基于信息标准(AICc)的最小满足模型(Minimum Adequate Model)显示,克氏原螯虾的分布与水体的最大水深和牛蛙的密度呈正相关,而与其他因素没有关系。克氏原螯虾的入侵对舟山群岛永久性静水水体蛙类物种多样性的直接影响可能不大,但由于克氏原螯虾是牛蛙的重要食物,它的分布可能潜在地助长外来种牛蛙的密度。  相似文献

为比较克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)精养模式和稻虾共作模式下的食物网结构及其食性差异, 对两种养殖模式的基础食源与消费者的δ13C和δ15N进行了分析, 并借助SIBER考察了各自的食物网结构, 定量计算不同饵料对克氏原螯虾食物的贡献率。结果显示: 在采集的19种样品中, 消费者的δ13C值介于–34.22‰—–25.34‰, δ15N值介于2.33‰—8.05‰, 营养级介于1.46—3.64; 在精养模式下克氏原螯虾的营养级(2.34)高于共作模式(1.79)。食物网结构参数对比表明, 两种模式下克氏原螯虾的生态空间利用率接近, 但共作模式的食物网营养结构多样性较高, 群落的营养生态位范围较宽, 食物网的营养冗余程度较低, 不同物种竞争激烈程度较低; 食性分析显示, 在两种模式下克氏原螯虾的δ15N值与其体长、体重具有线性正相关关系, 说明克氏原螯虾营养级随着其体型增大而提高, 另外克氏原螯虾在两种养殖模式中均偏向于摄食动物性饵料, 共作模式中克氏原螯虾饵料来源分布较精养模式更均匀, 其植物性饵料贡献率较精养模式更高。研究表明: 精养模式的物质能量从基础食源传至克氏原螯虾的传递损耗较共作模式要高; 与精养模式相比, 稻虾共作模式中克氏原螯虾更偏向植食性。  相似文献

克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)已入侵我国江苏、湖北、江西、安徽等多个省(市)。为研究克氏原螯虾对其生境中主要两栖动物泽蛙(Rana limnocharis)的影响,我们于2006年5-6月对广西桂林地区自然生境中克氏原螯虾和泽蛙蝌蚪的数量和密度进行了调查,7月在室内进行了克氏原螯虾对泽蛙蝌蚪和饰纹姬蛙(Microhyla ornata)蝌蚪的捕食实验。野外调查结果表明克氏原螯虾的密度与泽蛙蝌蚪的密度呈显著负相关。室内实验结果表明克氏原螯虾对泽蛙蝌蚪的捕食强度与克氏原螯虾体长呈显著正相关,且对泽蛙蝌蚪的捕食强度高于饰纹姬蛙蝌蚪。表明克氏原螯虾对两栖类幼体有比较严重的危害,应加强监测,采取相应措施预防和控制其危害。  相似文献

以峨眉山的仙姑弹琴蛙 (Ranadaunchina)蝌蚪作为猎物 ,该地区潜在的入侵物种克氏原螯虾 (Procambarusclarkii)为捕食者 ,于冬季设计实验观察仙姑弹琴蛙蝌蚪对陌生入侵捕食者的反捕行为反应。实验按照 3× 3× 2因子设计 ,即 :捕食者状况 3个水平 (食植物的克氏原螯虾、食蝌蚪的克氏原螯虾和无捕食者 ) ,蝌蚪年龄组 3个水平(31- 35期的 2 .5龄蝌蚪、2 6 - 30期的 1.5龄蝌蚪和 2 5期的 0 .5龄蝌蚪 ) ,以及蝌蚪短期经验 2个水平 (有经验和无经验 )。实验发现 :有短期被捕食经验的蝌蚪的活动时间极显著低于无被捕食经验的蝌蚪 ,而静止时间以及隐蔽所利用时间却极显著地高于无经验的蝌蚪 ;短期经验和捕食者状况的交互效应对蝌蚪的活动时间有显著影响 ;而蝌蚪年龄、捕食者状况及其交互效应对蝌蚪的行为反应没有显著影响。这表明 ,有短期被捕食经历的仙姑弹琴蛙蝌蚪并未通过个体学习建立起对陌生捕食者克氏原螯虾的识别能力 ,而是表现出无针对性的活动性受抑、隐蔽时间增加的行为反应。如果自然条件下的仙姑弹琴蛙蝌蚪也有类似反应 ,在克氏原螯虾入侵初期 ,仙姑弹琴蛙蝌蚪则可能会由于无法识别新的捕食者而表现出过度的反捕行为反应 ,承受更大的亚致死作用 ,而对种群生存造成不利影响  相似文献

The introduction of exotic species in aquatic habitats is one of the causes for the amphibian declines observed worldwide. In the 1970s, the red swamp crayfish Procambarus clarkii was introduced in the southwest Iberian Peninsula, where no native crayfish occur. In this study we assess the effect of P. clarkii presence in the breeding site distribution of each of the 13 southwest Iberian amphibians, while simultaneously accounting for the effects of potentially confounding habitat variables, as well as for the effects of the other large aquatic predators in the study area – predatory fish. Amphibian species richness was lower in places where P. clarkii was present than in places without P. clarkii , regardless of fish presence. After accounting for habitat variables and fish, crayfish presence was a negative predictor of the breeding probability for all urodeles ( Pleurodeles waltl , Salamandra salamandra , Triturus boscai and T. marmoratus ) and for two anurans ( Pelobates cultripes and Bufo bufo ). The majority of the species affected usually breed in temporary ponds without fish, but that may be colonized by the crayfish. The ongoing expansion of P. clarkii may eventually lead to a growing isolation of amphibian populations and ultimately to local extinctions and a permanent alteration of the amphibian communities in southwest Iberian Peninsula.  相似文献

The invasion by alien macrophytes in aquatic ecosystems may produce a strong alteration of the native aquatic vegetation leading to heavy impacts for both plant and faunal native diversity. Myriophyllum aquaticum is an aquatic plant native of Southern America, invasive in several part of the world. We studied the effects of M. aquaticum invasion on plant and macro-arthropod communities in the canals around a protected wetland in the Mediterranean basin. We sampled plant and macro-arthropod communities in 10 transects in invaded and non-invaded tracts of the canals. We assessed the differences in plant and macro-arthropod species richness, diversity, taxonomic diversity and species composition between invaded and non-invaded habitats by means of univariate and multivariate analyses. Our study shows a significant loss of plant diversity between non-invaded to invaded sites, leading to communities numerically and taxonomically impoverished and highly divergent in the species composition. We also detected significant differences in arthropod species composition between invaded and non-invaded transects. Some taxa such as mosquitoes and malacostraca were more frequent in the M. aquaticum-dominated stands. Furthermore, the study shows a positive relation between invaded habitats and juvenile individuals of the invasive alien crayfish Procambarus clarkii.  相似文献

Understanding the interspecific interactions of Procambarus clarkii with other aquatic macroinvertebrates will help to unveil the mechanisms and processes underlying biological invasiveness. The purpose of this study was to investigate predator–prey interactions of two ontogenic phases of P. clarkii with native and exotic species of aquatic macroinvertebrates at a single and multiple prey level. We performed laboratory experiments to determine the consumption and the behavioral responses of Chironomus riparius, Physa acuta and Corbicula fluminea to P. clarkii. The presence of P. clarkii significantly affected the abundance of C. riparius and P. acuta, but not of C. fluminea whether prey species were provided singly or simultaneously. The consumption of C. riparius by P. clarkii was higher than P. acuta for both crayfish sizes and situations (single/multiple prey systems) and C. fluminea was never consumed. Physa acuta was the only species that exhibited an anti-predator behavior to P. clarkii. Our results show that P. clarkii can have strong consumptive and trait effects on aquatic macroinvertebrate prey at a single and multiple prey level, resulting in differential impacts on different prey species. This study clarifies some aspects of the predator–prey interactions between P. clarkii and native as well as other exotic macroinvertebrate species that have invaded freshwater biocenosis worldwide.  相似文献

Environmental DNA (eDNA) sampling is a powerful tool for detecting invasive and native aquatic species. Often, species of conservation interest co-occur with other, closely related taxa. Here, we developed qPCR (quantitative PCR) markers which distinguish westslope cutthroat trout (Oncorhynchus clarkii lewsi), Yellowstone cutthroat trout (O. clarkii bouvieri), and rainbow trout (O. mykiss), which are of conservation interest both as native species and as invasive species across each other’s native ranges. We found that local polymorphisms within westslope cutthroat trout and rainbow trout posed a challenge to designing assays that are generally applicable across the range of these widely-distributed species. Further, poorly-resolved taxonomies of Yellowstone cutthroat trout and Bonneville cutthroat trout (O. c. utah) prevented design of an assay that distinguishes these recognized taxa. The issues of intraspecific polymorphism and unresolved taxonomy for eDNA assay design addressed in this study are likely to be general problems for closely-related taxa. Prior to field application, we recommend that future studies sample populations and test assays more broadly than has been typical of published eDNA assays to date.  相似文献

The red swamp crayfish (Procambarus clarkii) was introduced to China in the early 20(th) century. It has been spread to almost all forms of fresh water bodies including lakes, rivers and even paddyfields in most provinces of China. To clarify issues such as the initial entry point(s), dispersal pattern, genetic diversity and genetic structure of Procambarus clarkii in China, the genetic structure and diversity of P. clarkii populations at 37 sampling sites (35 from China, one from the USA and one from Japan) were analyzed using both mitochondrial gene sequences (COI and 16S rRNA) and 12 nuclear microsatellites. Multiple tests including phylogenetic analyses, Bayesian assignment and analysis of isolation by distance showed that (i) the population from Japan and those collected from China, particularly from NanJing (BGt and XG) and its some neighboring sites (CJr, NT and NB), have similar genetic composition, (ii) relatively high genetic diversity was detected in Chinese populations, (iii) the P. clarkii populations in China did not experience significant population expansions. Taken together, Nanjing, Jiangsu province is the presumed initial entry point, and human-mediated dispersal and adaptive variation are likely responsible for the observed genetic pattern of P. clarkii in China.  相似文献

Trait‐based approaches are widely used in community ecology and invasion biology to unravel underlying mechanisms of vegetation dynamics. Although fundamental trade‐offs between specific traits and invasibility are well described among terrestrial plants, little is known about their role and function in aquatic plant species. In this study, we examine the functional differences of aquatic alien and native plants stating that alien and native species differ in selected leaf traits. Our investigation is based on 60 taxa (21 alien and 39 native) collected from 22 freshwater units of Hungarian and Italian lowlands and highlands. Linear mixed models were used to investigate the effects of nativeness on four fundamental traits (leaf area, leaf dry matter content, specific leaf area, and leaf nitrogen content), while the influence of growth‐form, altitude, and site were employed simultaneously. We found significantly higher values of leaf areas and significantly lower values of specific leaf areas for alien species if growth‐form was included in the model as an additional predictor.We showed that the trait‐based approach of autochthony can apply to aquatic environments similar to terrestrial ones, and leaf traits have relevance in explaining aquatic plant ecology whether traits are combined with growth‐forms as a fixed factor. Our results confirm the importance of traits related to competitive ability in the process of aquatic plant invasions. Alien aquatic plants can be characterized as species producing soft leaves faster. We argue that the functional traits of alien aquatic plants are strongly growth‐form dependent. Using the trait‐based approach, we found reliable characteristics of aquatic plants related to species invasions, which might be used, for example, in conservation management.  相似文献

Accurate assessment of species identity is fundamental for conservation biology. Using molecular markers from the mitochondrial and nuclear genomes, we discovered that many putatively native populations of greenback cutthroat trout (Oncorhynchus clarkii stomias) comprised another subspecies of cutthroat trout, Colorado River cutthroat trout (Oncorhynchus clarkii pleuriticus). The error can be explained by the introduction of Colorado River cutthroat trout throughout the native range of greenback cutthroat trout in the late 19th and early 20th centuries by fish stocking activities. Our results suggest greenback cutthroat trout within its native range is at a higher risk of extinction than ever before despite conservation activities spanning more than two decades.  相似文献

The effects of light intensity and duration on metabolic and behavioral parameters of two species of crayfish, Procambarus clarkii and Procambarus digueti, were studied. Sixty animals of each species were submitted to high irradiance conditions of two different photoperiod lengths, one normal light/dark (LD) 12:12 and one extreme LD 20:4 for 2 weeks. Hemolymph, lactate and oxygen consumption were determined throughout the experimental period. Simultaneously in 18 additional animals of each species, motor activity was individually recorded under the same control and experimental conditions. Both species showed a decrease in oxygen uptake and an increase in hemolymph lactate concentration. The statistical significance of this finding was higher for LD 20:4. This extreme condition evoked a significant decrease of motor activity in P. clarkii and a high mortality rate in P. digueti. P. digueti did not survive after the experiment, whereas P. clarkii survived and adapted to the laboratory conditions. Changes in metabolic and behavioral parameters could indicate different adaptation abilities in these species.  相似文献

Biological invasions are regarded as a major threat to native ecosystems, yet studies investigating the interactions of invaders with native biota under field conditions are rare. Whilst many invaders are present only in low densities, it is often the effects of high densities that are of particular concern. We manipulated densities of the invading New Zealand aquatic snail Potamopyrgus antipodarum within an Australian stream to test the relationships between relatively high and low densities of the invading snail and other benthic fauna. Two experiments were carried out: the first experiment investigated the relationship between P. antipodarum and benthic fauna colonising within a short period of six days, the second looked at the effects after six days of high P. antipodarum densities on resident benthic fauna. In both experiments, there was no evidence of a negative relationship between densities of P. antipodarum and native fauna. On the contrary, both experiments showed a positive relationship between P. antipodarum densities and those of some common native fauna. In the second experiment invader densities were positively correlated with total number of native taxa, as well as with total densities and the densities of common invertebrates. Coprophagy is suggested as a possible mechanism by which increase in P. antipodarum could facilitate increase in native fauna. The results of this work strongly suggest that the effects of an invader can include indirect effects on the trophic dynamics of an ecosystem.  相似文献
