目的:调查病房护士工作满意程度及其影响因素.方法:选取哈尔滨市某三级甲等医院94名病房护士作为研究对象,采用自制调查问卷对病房护士进行调查,问卷内容主要包括护士工作满意度评定量表和一般社会人口统计学资料.结果:病房护士工作满意度总分平均为(76.85±10.97)分,影响护士工作满意度的一般社会人口统计学资料主要包括年龄、婚姻状况及职称.结论:病房护士工作满意度处于中等水平,年龄、婚姻状况及职称是影响其工作满意度的主要因素.护理管理人员应通过改善工作环境,根据护士不同特点制定个性化制度,以提高护士工作满意度,进而达到提高工作质量的目的.  相似文献

目的探讨开展"优质护理服务示范病房"对促进医院护理工作的效果。方法通过转变护理观念,实行责任制整体护理,合理调整排班模式,推行APN班及弹性排班,把亲情式服务与相应配套措施相结合,有计划、有步骤的开展临床护理工作。结果增加了护士之间的合作意识,使护理工作得到持续改进,全面提升了护理服务品质,提高病人满意度。结论在儿科护理过程中实施优质护理服务不仅明显提高患者的满意度,同时也提高了护士对工作的满意度,提高了护理工作质量,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。  相似文献

目的 探讨品管圈活动在提高住院患者对护理工作满意度中的应用效果.方法 成立呼吸内科"品管圈"组织,运用PDCA循环,针对第三方调查问卷对住院患者不满意因子进行原因分析,制订相应的改善措施并组织实施,比较实施前后的效果.结果 实施品管圈活动后,住院患者对护理工作的满意度从88%上升至98%,经统计分析,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);临床护理服务质量得到了明显的提高.结论 品管圈活动的开展可促进病区临床护理质量持续改进,提倡感动服务,有效地提高住院患者对护理工作的满意度,提高了病区护士综合管理能力,增加护士自身的归属感与成就感.品管圈活动是提高临床护理质量管理的一种有效手段.  相似文献

目的探讨医护一体化工作模式在呼吸内科病房的应用与成效。方法我科于2013年4月起采用医护一体化工作模式,由医生护士形成协同小组共同管理病人,包括共同查房、健康教育、出院随访,并针对慢性病患者进行全程心理干预,比较实施前后医生及患者对护理工作满意度情况、患者对疾病相关知识知晓率、患者与医护的合作率及患者出院后的生命质量。结果与实施医护一体化工作模式前比较,医生及患者对护理工作满意度均明显提高(P0.05),患者防治疾病知识水平、患者与医护合作率和患者出院后的生命质量均明显提高(P0.05)。结论医护一体化工作模式可以促进医护配合和谐,提升医疗护理质量,同时也提高了医护患满意度,提高慢性病患者出院后的生活质量。  相似文献

目的:应用临床护理路径,提高囊性动脉瘤介入手术患者的护理质量。方法:采用病例对照研究随机选择囊性动脉瘤患者60例。其中病例组30例,对照组30例,在相同治疗条件下病例组使用临床护理路径干预,对照组予以常规护理。结果:病例组使用临床护理路径后,与对照组相比平均住院日缩短P〈0.05,住院费用减少P〈0.05,患者满意度提高P〈0.05。结论:临床护理路径对囊性动脉瘤患者介入手术的干预效果有效,值得临床护理应用。  相似文献

目的:评价护士绩效考核与激励机制在基层医院的构建及应用效果,为基层综合医院的绩效考核与评价体系的构建提供科学依据。方法在护理部宏观指导下确立绩效考核指标,成立科室绩效考核小组。选择我院外一科护理人员作为考评对象,从工作量、工作质量、护理安全、培训考核、病人满意度等5个方面进行考核,考核小组采用日常工作中随时考评和月底通报公布综合考评相结合,并以绩效考核结果进行月绩效工资分配。结果绩效考核充分调动了护士的工作积极性,提高了护理工作效率及护理质量,提升了护理人员的整体素质,同时也提高了病人的满意度。结论实施绩效考核管理能有效提高护士工作积极性,改善整体护理质量,保障护理安全,发挥护理人力资源最大效应,促进护理管理效能的提高。  相似文献

为探讨改良重症监护护理评分系统(ICNSS)在重症监护室女护士护理工作负荷量统计中的应用,本研究选取ICU女护士30人,分别在应用ICNSS、改良ICNSS后,应用自行设计的问卷对护士应用两种量表后的满意度进行了调查,发现护士应用改良ICNSS后,评估用时少于ICNSS,对改良ICNSS的应用满意度高于ICNSS,院内护理质量考核达标。本研究表明,改良ICNSS对于女护士护理质量无负性影响,评估更为便捷、客观,能避免重复性护理的评分,更符合重症监护室的临床应用,值得推广使用。  相似文献

ABSTRACT: BACKGROUND: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among work stress, sex life satisfaction, and mental health of married nurses. Demographic information, work stress, sex life satisfaction, sexual desire and mental health measured using the Chinese Health Questionnaire, data were collected from 100 married nurses in Taiwan. FINDINGS: Sex life satisfaction and age were negatively correlated, but sex life satisfaction and sexual desire were positively correlated. The mental health of over-committed nursing staff was not affected. Higher reward for effort was positively correlated with sex life satisfaction. CONCLUSIONS: No matter whether job stress was high or low, receiving a higher reward for effort led to better sex life satisfaction, which had a satisfying positive effect on the nurses' lives. To improve nursing care quality at the hospital, nursing administrators should assist nurses in confronting work stress via positive adjustment, which is associated with the nurses' sexual harmony, and quality of life.  相似文献

A methodology is developed in diagnosing the effect of job organizational factors on job satisfaction in two automotive industries in Malaysia. One hundred and seventy male subjects of age 18-40 years with the mean age of 26.8 and standard deviation (SD) of 5.3 years and the mean work experience of 6.5 years and SD of 4.9 years took part in the study. Five job organizational factors were tested in the study including job rotation, work method, training, problem solving and goal setting. A job organization questionnaire was designed and was based on respondents' perception in relation to job satisfaction. The results showed that job organization factors were significantly related to job satisfaction. Job rotation, work method, training and goal setting showed strong correlation with job satisfaction while problem solving had intermediate correlation in the first automotive industry. On the other hand, most job organization factors showed intermediate correlation with job satisfaction in the second automotive industry except the training factor which had low correlation with job satisfaction. These results highlight that job rotation, work methods, problem solving and goal setting are outstanding factors in the study of job satisfaction for automotive industries.  相似文献

ABSTRACT: BACKGROUND: Nurses' research utilization (RU) as part of evidence-based practice is strongly emphasized in today's nursing education and clinical practice. The primary aim of RU is to provide high-quality nursing care to patients. Data on newly graduated nurses' RU are scarce, but a predominance of low use has been reported in recent studies. Factors associated with nurses' RU have previously been identified among individual and organizational/contextual factors, but there is a lack of knowledge about how these factors, including educational ones, interact with each other and with RU, particularly in nurses during the first years after graduation. The purpose of this study was therefore to identify factors that predict the probability for low RU among registered nurses two years after graduation. METHODS: Data were collected as part of the LANE study (Longitudinal Analysis of Nursing Education), a Swedish national survey of nursing students and registered nurses. Data on nurses' instrumental, conceptual, and persuasive RU were collected two years after graduation (2007, n = 845), together with data on work contextual factors. Data on individual and educational factors were collected in the first year (2002) and last term of education (2004). Guided by an analytic schedule, bivariate analyses, followed by logistic regression modeling, were applied. RESULTS: Of the variables associated with RU in the bivariate analyses, six were found to be significantly related to low RU in the final logistic regression model: work in the psychiatric setting, role ambiguity, sufficient staffing, low work challenge, being male, and low student activity. CONCLUSIONS: A number of factors associated with nurses' low extent of RU two years postgraduation were found, most of them potentially modifiable. These findings illustrate the multitude of factors related to low RU extent and take their interrelationships into account. This knowledge might serve as useful input in planning future studies aiming to improve nurses', specifically newly graduated nurses', RU.  相似文献

The present study contributes to theory and practice through the development of a model of shift-work tolerance with the potential to indicate interventions that reduce nurses' intention toward turnover and increase job satisfaction in hospital-based settings. Survey data from 1257 nurses were used to conduct structural equation modeling that examine the direct and indirect effects of supervisor and colleague support, team identity, team climate, and control over working environment on time-based work/life conflict, psychological well-being, physical symptoms, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. The analysis of the proposed model revealed a good fit The chi-square difference test was non-significant (chi2(26) = 338.56), the fit indices were high (CFI = .923, NFI = .918, and NNFI = .868), the distribution of residuals was symmetric and approached zero, the average standardized residual was low (AASR = .04), and the standardized RMR was .072. In terms of the predictor variable, the final model explained 48% of the variance in turnover intention. The data revealed considerable evidence of both direct effects on adjustment and complex indirect links between levels of adjustment and work-related social support, team identity, team climate, and control. Nurses with high supervisor and coworker support experienced more positive team climates, identified more strongly with their team, and increased their perceptions of control over their work environment. This in turn lowered their appraisals of their time-based work/life conflict, which consequently increased their psychological well-being and job satisfaction and reduced their physical health symptoms and turnover intention. The type of shift schedule worked by the nurses influenced levels of turnover intention, control over work environment, time-based work/life conflict, and physical symptoms.  相似文献

摘要目的:近年来医务人员工作压力过重而引起的心理疾病日益突出,引起社会各界的关注。本研究针对军队医院医务人员的 心理压力及工作满意度情况展开调查,分析影响该群体心理健康的因素,探讨改善心理环境的有效方法,为提升军队医院管理提 供参考。方法:对我院312 名医务人员的基本资料、心理应激及工作满意度情况进行问卷调查,分析影响军队医院医务人员心理 健康的危险因素。结果:医务人员的心理压力主要表现为焦虑、抑郁、敏感和偏执,工作中普遍不满的是工资福利、工作负荷、晋升 及人际关系。医务人员所处的岗位和职称等级不同,其心理压力与工作满意度也不同。临床医师与护理人员的心理压力均较高, 医技与行政人员的工作满意度较高(P<0.05);初级职称与中级职称医务人员的心理压力较高,副高级职称与高级职称人员的工作 满意度较高,组间数据比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:军队医院的管理人员应完善管理机制,创造良好的发展平台,改善军队医院 医务人员的心理环境,促进医院的发展。  相似文献

Through personal interviews, we examine the job experiences and attitudes of Arab and Jewish workers sharing the same work site in five manufacturing facilities. We find that Arabs and Jews differ in terms of demographic, job status, and job treatment factors, as well as in levels of job satisfaction. Using hierarchical multiple regression analyses, we determine that average Arab-Jewish differences in job satisfaction are not related to generic racial/ethnic differences. Rather, group disparities in job satisfaction primarily derive from differences in worker perceptions of their environment as well as in the nature of inter-ethnic work relations. Our results suggest employer efforts to establish a more supportive work environment and the promotion of positive cross-ethnic relationships at work may reduce the Arab-Jewish job satisfaction gap.  相似文献

Our aim was to explore and compare the job satisfaction between family physicians and hospital specialists in Split, Croatia. The survey was carried out in 2005 and 2006. A validated questionnaire was composed of two parts: 92 statements and questions about job satisfaction in the form of a Lickert scale (range 1-5) and eight questions concerning demographic issues. The questionnaire was completed and returned by 165 hospital specialists from the University Hospital and by 131 family physicians from the Split County. Response rate for family physicians was 39.81% and 41.46% for hospital specialists. Hospital doctors were divided in two groups: internal and surgical. There were no significant differences between family physicians and hospital specialists in total job satisfaction (F = 1.02; p = 0.41). Family physicians were more satisfied with their workplace conditions than internal medicine specialists (19.37 +/- 4.23 vs. 17.37 +/- 4.59; F = 5.93; p = 0.003), and less satisfied with the possibilities for postgraduate training than surgeons (5.27 +/- 1.90 vs. 6.59 +/- 2.07; F = 9.26; p < 0.001). Global job satisfaction was rather low but does not differ between the three medical groups. Disparities were observed in some segments (opportunity for further training and academic advancement, vacation, and salary). The reason for the family physician's relative satisfaction may be due to stable working conditions, independence in organizing work schedules and personal responsibility.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to analyze two important outcomes of individual skills-based volunteerism (ISB-V) among healthcare volunteers in Malaysia. The outcomes are: job performance and life satisfaction. This study has empirically tested the impact of individual dimensions of ISB-V along with their inter-relationships in explaining the life satisfaction and job performance. Besides, the effects of employer encouragement to the volunteers, demographic characteristics of volunteers, and self-esteem of volunteers on job performance and life satisfaction have been studied. The data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 1000 volunteers of St. John Ambulance in Malaysia. Three hundred and sixty six volunteers responded by giving their feedback. The model was tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The main results of this study are: (1) Volunteer duration and nature of contact affects life satisfaction, (2) volunteer frequency has impact on volunteer duration, (3) self-esteem of volunteers has significant relationships with volunteer frequency, job performance and life satisfaction, (4) job performance of volunteers affect their life satisfaction and (5) current employment level has significant relationships with duration of volunteering, self esteem, employer encouragement and job performance of volunteers. The model in this study has been able to explain 39% of the variance in life satisfaction and 45% of the variance in job performance. The current study adds significantly to the body of knowledge on healthcare volunteerism.  相似文献
