云南景洪地区蝉鸣特点的分析   总被引:7,自引:1,他引:6

本文对云南景洪地区三种蝉:A.周氏尖瓣蝉Acutivalva chotti Yao,B.大狭瓣蝉Aola bindusara Distant,C.中华舌瓣蝉Linguvalva sinensis Chou et Yao的鸣声特点,及其晨鸣进行了分析。 蝉A和蝉B的鸣声都是由主峰频率为6.3 kHz的单次声群(SSG)和连续声群(CSG)组成的节律声。但是蝉A鸣声的节律平均周期、SSG中单次声的个数和CSG中调幅脉冲列的重复频率等都明显地与蝉B有区别。蝉C的鸣声是由重复频率约120Hz的调幅脉冲列组成的连续声,其主峰频率为5kHz。 蝉B的傍晚鸣声与午间鸣声相比较,其CSG中调幅脉冲列的重复频率和主峰频率等都是相同的,仅仅是节律的平均周期延长1.7秒,1/3倍频谱中低于1,000Hz的各个频率幅值明显下降。 这三种蝉晨间群鸣由前奏、高潮声和尾声组成。高潮声开始于6点(28±2)分,尾声终止于6点(43±2)分,是以24小时为周期的生物钟现象。 这些结果可能为蝉科分类和蝉的声通讯研究提供某些参考。  相似文献

丹顶鹤繁殖期的性活动可分为雄鹤求偶、雌鹤对雄性求偶的应答、两性交配和交配完结4个阶段,其相应的鸣声模式分别为雄性的求偶鸣声、雌性对雄性求偶的应答声和两性的对鸣声、两性对唱的交配声和两性的高声合唱。4个阶段鸣声都是以基本音的主频率(PF)为主音的单音调声,前3个阶段都带数个近似fn=nf0(f0=FP)关系的低幅值谐频成分。第4个阶段带数个近似fn=nf0(f0=FP)关系的高幅值谐频成分;品质因数(Q3dB)多半为4~6,声脉冲重复频率(RFP)一般为150~180Hz,而第2阶段声的RFP一般为180~260Hz。雄性鸣声的每个单次叫声中含有的音节数较少,一般不超过4个;而雌性鸣声比较复杂。每个单次叫声中含有的音节数较多,一般都在7~8个以上;但雌雄鸣声的每个音节都是由3个声脉冲组成。雄鹤鸣唱声频率变化范围较小,而雌鹤鸣唱声频率变化形式是由低到高达到高峰后又开始下降。4个阶段的鸣声都具有较好共鸣。只有第2阶段发声运动较快。而且发现雄鹤鸣唱单次鸣叫声的音节数“增多”。各阶段鸣声特性均存在差异,不同配偶间均存在显著差异,研究结果表明丹顶鹤雌雄都具有不同的鸣声,且其性活动过程中不同的鸣声行为具有较高的个体识别信号潜能。另外,求偶鸣叫声和求偶应答与对鸣声在性活动鸣声中起着决定性的作用。  相似文献

北京西郊(BX)、陕西西安(SX)、四川峨嵋山(SE)、山东潍坊(SW)、福建福州(FF)和陕西杨陵(SY)地区蟪蛄蝉鸣声都含高潮声“Zhi…”声、脉冲的单一式调幅特性和高潮声的载波主频率(6433±375)Hz等基本相同,显示种的同一性。但是高潮声的基频和主频率的品质因数(Q3dB)等显示出不同程度的地区性种下差异。BX、SX和SE的基频相同(550Hz),都为高Q3dB,即无明显的地区差异。SW和FF的基频分别为450Hz和650Hz,Q3dB都明显降低,即呈一定的地区差异。SY不仅呈节奏变化的单次声-高潮声-尾声的特有模式,而且基频增高为800Hz,即地区差异更明显。  相似文献

本文由1741个叫声的分析,给出了蟋蟀的鸣声特征和黑蝉叫声的影响.雄蟋招引声的每个单次叫声(SC)平均含有7.6个节拍,每个含有2个脉冲列组,每组含有4个主要的调幅脉冲列.每个SC的声长、间隔和平均重复周期(?)及节拍速(?)分别为1.285-1.325s,0.755—0.746s和2.078s及每秒7.6个节拍.鸣声谱的主峰频率(MPF)和MPF下降20db的带宽分别为5223±79Hz和(4498±82)—(5656±68)Hz.正在歌唱的蟋蟀鸣声基本上不受黑蝉自鸣声的影响,但黑蝉的前置自鸣声对蟋蟀鸣声波形有一定的影响.黑蝉的惊叫声不仅对蟋蟀鸣声波形有明显影响,而且时间特性有一定影响,即(?)约缩短一半,(?)的变差明显扩大.但对频率特性都无影响.  相似文献

鸣禽鸟的基本发声中枢——丘间复合体背内侧核(nucleus dorsalis medialis of the intercollicular complex,DM)对叫声的调控模式是诱发单次叫声。应用电生理与声学分析相结合的方法研究鸣禽鸟燕雀(Fringilla montifringilla)DM核团对声音调控的模式。经语图和频谱图分析,结果显示:燕雀左侧DM诱发单次叫声的声长和主能量区的带宽分别为右侧DM诱发叫声的2倍和1.7~3.1倍,提示燕雀DM对叫声声长和声强的调控能力,均呈明显的左侧优势。这与高级发声中枢(high vocal center,HVC)和古纹状体粗核(nucleus robustus archistriatalis,RA)等发声控制核团在控声模式中具有左侧优势的特征相似,从而为鸣禽发声控制通路高、低级中枢具有内源投射关系提供了声学上的证据。  相似文献

黑蝉鸣声的波形结构无明显的方向性.单音节的重复周期和调幅脉冲列的间隔(I_1和I_2)分别为9.787±0.813ms、2.286±0.093ms和1.874±0.063ms.幅值特性有明显的方向性.主峰频率(MPF=5.47±0.11kHz)的幅值,头向和背向分别比尾向下降5.9dB和3.9dB,侧向和腹向分别增高1.1dB和2.3dB.两侧第三气门受阻后鸣声的波形结构和音色都产生明显变化.I_1和I_2分别为0.912±0.156ms和1.099±0.113ms,约为正常值的40—59%.有三个谱带,MPF为5775Hz,两侧谱带的峰值频率为4575Hz和7025Hz,分别下降1.5dB和3.4dB.  相似文献

古纹状体粗核(RA)损毁对燕雀常用短叫声的声学特性基本无影响, 但对习得性长叫声的时域和声学特性产生显著的失控性影响. RA损毁可导致单音调长叫声的基本音主频率约提升500音分, 并失去2个陪音. RA损毁不仅导致变音调长叫声的高潮声和尾声的声长分别平均增长13.4%~22.1%和缩短21.2%~24.2%, 而且高潮声的偶次谐分音的频率提升系数平均下降18.5%~25.8%, 递升速率随频率增高平均下降22.7%~24.0%. 进而表明, RA对习得性发声时域和频率特性的调控是相互匹配的. 同时, 双侧RA损毁可引起发声模式混乱, 所产生的长叫声具有单音调和变音调长叫声的双重特性, 前奏呈频率提升, 高潮声为单音调声.  相似文献

成年扬子鳄(Alligator sinensis)的声信号已经有过深入的研究,然而其声音的个体发育,特别是幼鳄出壳前后鸣声的时空特征至今还不为人所知。为了解扬子鳄声音的发育过程,记录和分析了21只扬子鳄幼鳄的260个叫声,结果表明,幼鳄出壳前后的鸣声具有相似的特征,即开始向上的频率调节和较长的向下的频率调节。出壳前和出壳后的两组叫声均包括持续叠加的多组谐波,并且绝大多数的鸣声都是在第3谐波显示了最强的能量。分析了出壳前后鸣声的9个参数,即总时长、向上调频的时长、向下调频的时长、基频的起始频率、最高频率、结束频率、向上调频的倾斜度、向下调频的倾斜度、主频。除了向上调频的时长,出壳前后鸣声的其他时长参数均没有表现出显著差异。与之相反的是,出壳前后鸣声的频谱参数,特别是基频的最高频率和主频均表现出显著差异(P0.05)。出壳前鸣声基频的最高频率为(573±103)Hz,出壳后的声音最高频率(460±52)Hz,出壳前比出壳后高113 Hz;出壳前的声音主频(1 359±229)Hz,出壳后的声音主频(1 123±216)Hz,前者比后者高236 Hz。幼鳄发出主频较高的鸣叫有利于吸引附近母鳄的注意同时避免天敌的捕食。  相似文献

We investigated individual vocal characteristics of the coo call in Japanese monkeys. The goal of the study was to determine which parameters are individual discriminators (for individuals of different ages and sexes) and to test whether those differences were similar for individuals of same age and sex. A discriminant analysis realized on eight individuals pointed out that three parameters (call duration, start and end frequencies of the fundamental component) differentiated individuals efficiently and was validated by a second discriminant analysis realized on three same-age females.  相似文献

Acoustic features of coo calls in Japanese macaques (Macaca fuscata) show large and graded variation. To explore the relevance of acoustic variation in coo calls, I examined whether acoustic features differed by the caller's activity and proximity to group members. The subjects were five adult females from a wild, habituated group of Japanese macaques consisting of 23 individuals. Coo calls from the five females were recorded with their activity and proximity to group members. Acoustic features of 280 calls were measured with a sound spectrograph. Some of the acoustic variables differed by proximity but not by activity. The callers produced coo calls with larger frequency modulation and longer duration when they were far from group members compared to when they were near another member. The results suggest that Japanese macaques produce calls with more detectable and locatable features depending on the proximity to group members.  相似文献

To date, there have been no investigations of the behavioral effects of interleukin-1 (IL-1) in nonhuman primates. In this study the locomotor behavior and vocalizations of juvenile rhesus monkeys were monitored for 45 minutes following intravenous injections of recombinant human IL-1 alpha. In addition, their reaction to a broadcasted recording of infant monkey distress calls was determined 20 minutes after the beginning of each test session. IL-1 induced sleep-like inactivity and significantly diminished the monkey's behavioral and vocal responses to the broadcasted calls. The coo calls uttered by the monkeys following IL-1 treatment also had a longer duration and lower fundamental frequency than calls during the control condition. As several studies have indicated that behavioral effects of IL-1 may be mediated by corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH), a second group of rhesus monkeys was given injections of CRH. CRH did not alter behavior or call structure at the dose administered. These results extend previous research on the behavioral effects of IL-1 to include the nonhuman primate and provide the first evidence that cytokines can affect vocal communication in rhesus monkeys. © 1995 Wiley-Liss, Inc.  相似文献

The hypothalamus of the adult ring dove contains acoustic units that respond to species‐specific coo vocalization. Loss of nest coo leads to unsuccessful breeding. However, the recovery of nest coo in some doves suggests that these units are capable of self‐renewal. We have previously shown that lesioning the hypothalamus generates the addition of new neurons at the lesioned area. In this study, we sought to determine whether lesion‐induced new neurons are involved in the recovery of coo‐responsive units. We systematically recorded electrical activity in the ventromedial nucleus (VMN) of the hypothalamus, before and after lesion, for varying periods up to 3 months. Recordings were made when the birds were at rest (spontaneous discharge) and when the birds were exposed to acoustic stimulations (evoked discharge). Concurrently, the lesioned area was monitored for changes in cell types by using bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) to label newly divided cells and NeuN to identify mature neurons. For 1 month after lesion, there was no sign of electrical activity, and only BrdU‐labeled cells were present. When the first electrical activity occurred, it displayed abnormal spontaneous bursting patterns. The mature discharge patterns (both spontaneous and evoked) occurred after detection of BrdU+/NeuN+ double‐labeled cells 2–3 months postlesion and were similar to those found in intact and sham‐lesioned birds. Double‐labeled cells bore morphologic characteristics of a neuron and were confirmed with z‐stack analysis using confocal laser scanning microscopy. Moreover, double‐labeled cells were not stained for glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), suggesting that they were neurons. The number of coo‐responsive units was significantly correlated with that of BrdU+/NeuN+ cells. Furthermore, the marker for recording sites revealed that coo‐responsive units were colocalized with BrdU+/NeuN+ cells. Taken together, the evidence strongly suggests that lesion‐induced addition of new neurons promotes the functional recovery of the adult hypothalamus. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Among heme-based sensors, recent phylogenomic and sequence analyses have identified 34 globin coupled sensors (GCS), to which an aerotactic or gene-regulating function has been tentatively ascribed. Here, the structural and biochemical characterization of the globin domain of the GCS from Geobacter sulfurreducens (GsGCS162) is reported. A combination of X-ray crystallography (crystal structure at 1.5 Å resolution), UV-vis and resonance Raman spectroscopy reveals the ferric GsGCS162 as an example of bis-histidyl hexa-coordinated GCS. In contrast to the known hexa-coordinated globins, the distal heme-coordination in ferric GsGCS162 is provided by a His residue unexpectedly located at the E11 topological site. Furthermore, UV-vis and resonance Raman spectroscopy indicated that ferrous deoxygenated GsGCS162 is a penta-/hexa-coordinated mixture, and the heme hexa-to-penta-coordination transition does not represent a rate-limiting step for carbonylation kinetics. Lastly, electron paramagnetic resonance indicates that ferrous nitrosylated GsGCS162 is a penta-coordinated species, where the proximal HisF8-Fe bond is severed.  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. The dichtomously branched stigma in each carpel of the Tricyrteae is supplied by a bifurcated dorsal bundle.  相似文献
