分别对河南省27个果园的中华猕猴桃(Actinidia chinensis Planch.)品种‘金桃’果实的5项采收生理指标及果实软熟时的8项品质性状进行测定,采用主成分分析法对果实软熟时的品质指标进行综合评分,并对果实的采收生理指标、果实软熟品质指标及综合分值间进行相关性分析。结果显示,采收时的生理指标(干物质、色度角、硬度和可溶性固形物)均与果实软熟品质综合分值间呈极显著相关,其中干物质相关系数最高,为0.437。干物质与体现果实软熟品质的关键指标(可溶性固形物、总糖和糖酸比)均呈极显著性相关。研究结果表明‘金桃’果实采收时,干物质含量是果实软熟时品质的重要评价指标,而可溶性固形物和色度角是评判采收期的辅助指标。  相似文献

以中华猕猴桃(Actinidia chinensis Planch.)黄肉新品种‘金圆’果实为材料,通过低温贮藏实验(1℃±0.5℃,相对湿度90%~95%),系统研究武汉和六盘水所产‘金圆’果实的生理指标及贮藏性。结果显示,两地‘金圆’果实硬度和色彩角(h值)随贮藏时间延长而逐渐下降,硬度在前20 d下降幅度大。果实可溶性固形物(SSC)含量和干物质在贮藏期间变化规律基本一致,六盘水产果实的SSC和干物质含量高于武汉。武汉产果实VC、可溶性总糖、可滴定酸含量仅在80 d时高于六盘水,其他时间均低于六盘水。两地果实的固酸比和糖酸比变化一致,六盘水产果实固酸比(SSC/TA)和糖酸比(SS/TA)在80 d时均达到峰值,而武汉产果实只有糖酸比达到峰值。随贮藏时间延长,两地果实的失重率均缓慢上升,160 d时武汉和六盘水果实的失重率分别为2.82%和2.55%;在贮藏前60 d两地果实腐烂率较低,之后上升较快,160 d时六盘水产果实腐烂率是武汉的1.77倍。本研究结果表明六盘水产‘金圆’果实的风味品质优于武汉,而武汉产果实贮藏性更好些。  相似文献

以中华猕猴桃(Actinidia chinensis Planch.)品种‘H-1’为材料,研究有机栽培和生态绿色栽培模式对其可溶性固形物、总糖、总酸、Vc、氨基酸、矿物元素和香气等果实品质性状的影响。结果显示:生态绿色栽培的‘H-1’中,果实可溶性固形物、总糖和Vc含量比有机栽培的果实分别高出15.90%、26.30%和29.25%,其中Vc的差异最为明显;总酸含量与有机栽培种相差不大;有机栽培的‘H-1’中必需氨基酸的含量是生态绿色栽培种的1.69倍,且锌和钙的含量也高于生态绿色栽培,但钾元素含量相差不明显;生态绿色栽培的‘H-1’果实中可检出的果香成分比有机栽培多5种。研究结果表明栽培方式不同,猕猴桃果实品质表现出一定差异,可根据果实鲜食及加工用途的不同选择合适的栽培方式。  相似文献

以四川省53家果园的猕猴桃(Actinidia)品种‘金艳’(A.eriantha×A.chinensis‘Jinyan’)果实为材料,测定其软熟时的单果重、色彩角、硬度、可溶性固形物含量、总糖含量、总酸含量、糖酸比、软熟率、病果率及采收时的干物质含量等10个品质指标,并进行主成分分析,对‘金艳’果实品质评价中的主要影响因子以及适合的果实品质评价方法进行分析。结果显示:按方差贡献率大小前6个成分的特征根大于0.8,累计方差贡献率为88.57%;综合分值排名前3位的果园分别为DJY1、GY4和GY1。主成分分析法提取并分析了前6个贡献率较高的主成分,结果表明该方法适合‘金艳’果实以采收干物质、软熟色彩角、硬度、可溶性固形物含量、总糖、糖酸比等为基础的综合果实品质评价。  相似文献

以中华猕猴桃( Actinidia chinensis Planch.)黄肉红心新品种‘东红’为材料,对其果实在常温和低温贮藏方式下的生理及品质变化进行了研究。结果表明,果实硬度在2种贮藏方式下均呈先快速下降后缓慢下降的趋势。可溶性固形物含量、总糖含量、固酸比和糖酸比等4个品质指标均表现为先快速上升后维持在较高水平(低温贮藏下)或继续小幅上升(常温贮藏下)的趋势。总酸含量整体上均呈现逐渐下降之势,至果实软熟时稳定在0. 9%的水平。维生素C含量却在常温贮藏下基本呈逐渐上升之势,而在低温贮藏下大致表现为先上升后轻微下降。果实失重率和腐烂率均随贮藏时间的延长而逐渐增加,在常温贮藏时上升较快,而在低温贮藏时上升非常缓慢。总体而言,‘东红’果实主要的生理和品质指标在常温贮藏2 ~ 3周后或低温贮藏9周后发生明显转变,果实进入可食用阶段;并且继续低温贮藏15周内还能较好地保持果实品质,耐贮性较好。  相似文献

以四川蒲江32家果园的猕猴桃(Actinidia)品种‘东红’(A.chinensis var.chinensis‘Donghong’)为材料,对果园土壤养分含量和果实品质进行检测,应用典型相关性分析和多元回归分析,筛选出影响果实品质的主要土壤因子,并找出调查果园存在的土壤问题。结果显示:‘东红’采收干物质主要受有机质的影响;软熟色彩角主要受碱解氮、速效钾、有效硫的影响;软熟硬度主要受速效钾、交换性钙的影响;软熟可溶性固形物主要受有机质的影响;软熟可溶性糖主要受速效钾、有效硫的影响;软熟可滴定酸主要受有机质的影响。因此,土壤有机质含量是‘东红’果实干物质、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸等品质的重要影响因子,其次是速效钾、有效硫和碱解氮。  相似文献

以湖北武汉、湖南花垣和贵州大方3个不同产地的中华猕猴桃(Actinidia chinensis Planch.)黄肉新品种‘金梅’果实为材料,对‘金梅’果实在低温贮藏和常温货架期内的生理特征和品质变化规律进行研究。结果显示:3个产地‘金梅’的果实硬度均在低温贮藏12周后快速下降至可食用硬度水平;而可溶性固形物含量(SSC)和总糖含量均表现为先快速上升然后稳定在较高水平,其中大方果实的SSC和总糖含量仅低温贮藏3周后就较早上升到稳定水平,但低于武汉和花垣的果实。3地‘金梅’果实中总酸含量则在较小的范围内波动,在武汉、花垣和大方产的软熟果实中含量依次降低。3地‘金梅’果实中维生素C含量约在70~90 mg/100 g鲜重范围内小幅波动,其中花垣‘金梅’维生素C含量整体较低。3地‘金梅’果实在低温贮藏过程中均表现出较高的失重率和较低的腐烂率,其中大方果实失重率低于武汉和花垣,但其较早出现较高的腐烂率。花垣和大方‘金梅’果实在分别低温贮藏4、12、20周后转入到常温货架期的寿命可达4、3、2周之久;其中,大方‘金梅’较早较快软熟,并且其SSC含量明显低于花垣‘金梅’。研究结果表明3地‘金梅’均表现出较好的耐贮性和较长的货架期,其中花垣‘金梅’表现出较好的果实综合品质,可能与其干物质含量较高有关。  相似文献

猕猴桃果实生长发育过程可分为三个时期。(1)迅速增长期:中华猕猴桃大约从4月中旬至6月上旬;美味猕猴桃大约从4月底或5月初至6月中下旬。(2)缓慢增长期:中华猕猴桃约自6月上旬至7月下旬;美味猕猴桃自6月下旬至7月下旬。(3)停滞增长期:中华猕猴桃从7月下旬至8月底或9月初;美味猕猴桃自8月上旬至9月上中旬。 中华猕猴桃优株果实可溶性固形物含量增长过程可分为四个阶段:(1)微升增长阶段,持续时间5周左右;(2)活跃增长阶段,持续2周左右;(3)迅速增长阶段,持续2周左右;(4)渐缓增长阶段。美味猕猴桃优株及绿果猕猴桃果实固形物含量增大变化的阶段性不明显。  相似文献

模拟干旱胁迫对枣树幼苗的抗氧化系统和渗透调节的影响   总被引:30,自引:6,他引:24  
用不同浓度的PEG-6000对抗旱性不同的1年生枣树(Zizyphus jujuba)幼苗进行渗透胁迫处理后,研究了不同抗旱性品种枣树幼苗的抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量的变化.结果显示,干旱胁迫下3种枣苗叶片的相对含水量(RWC)均降低,丙二醛(MDA)含量和细胞质膜相对透性均增加.在30%PEG胁迫下除骏枣1号的SOD活性降低外,3个品种枣苗在干旱胁迫下SOD和POD活性都增加;狗头枣2号的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在胁迫下明显增加,而木枣1号和骏枣1号的CAT活性均随着胁迫程度的增加而逐渐下降;木枣1号和骏枣1号的APX活性随着胁迫程度的增加先增加后降低,而狗头枣2号明显增加.干旱胁迫下,除骏枣1号的脯氨酸(Pro)含量和木枣1号的可溶性糖含量在30%的胁迫水平下降低(P>0.05)外,3种干旱胁迫水平下3个品种枣苗的Pro和可溶性糖含量均增加.总之,干旱胁迫下,枣苗叶片相对含水量、抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT和APX)活性、渗透调节物质Pro和可溶性糖含量均为:狗头枣2号>木枣1号>骏枣1号,而MDA含量和膜透性均为骏枣1号>木枣1号>狗头枣2号,表明3个品种的抗旱性为:狗头枣2号>木枣1号>骏枣1号,研究结果与其品种的实际抗旱性一致.  相似文献

以山梨猕猴桃(Actinidia rufa(Siebold and Zuccarini)Planchon ex Miquel)品种‘63101’和中华猕猴桃(Actinidia chinensis var. chinensis C. F. Liang)品种‘磨山雄7号’杂交产生的400余株F1代个体为材料,连续2~3年对其果实品质和外观特点的9个性状进行测定,分析它们的遗传规律。结果显示 ,子代群体单果质量连续3年低于双亲中值,遗传传递力连续3年低于100%,优势率连续3年均为负值;可溶性固形物子代中值除2015年略低外,其余2年均高于亲中值12.3%;优势率均为正值,遗传传递力均大于100%;子代果实形状出现分离,与母本圆柱形相同的比例占82%;果皮毛被中,偏离母本的有毛比例为60%;果皮颜色出现绿色、绿褐色、褐色的分离,比例为1∶1.5∶1;果实肩部形状多与母本的方形相似,占比为63%;果肉颜色也多与母本的绿色相似,占比为 86%;果实风味中,与父本和母本相似的表型占比均为32%,口感酸的占比18%,超低亲极酸占比1%,超高亲浓甜占比9%。说明杂交子代单果质量和可溶性固形物含量分别表现为趋小和趋高的遗传倾向;果实形状、果实肩部形状和果肉颜色的遗传倾向于母本性状,而果皮毛被的遗传倾向偏离母本性状;果实风味具有广泛的性状分离现象,存在远高于高亲值和远低于低亲值的极端单株。研究结果说明这些子代材料有选育成为优良猕猴桃单株的潜力。  相似文献

To explore the fruit development characteristics of Actinidia chinensis'Hort16A' , fruit shape indexes during 2-154 d after anthesis, contents of soluble sugar and titratable acid in fruit during 30-154 d after anthesis, and contents of organic acid components in fruit during 44-147 d after anthesis were analyzed. The results show that fruit of 'Hort16A' grows rapidly during 30-44 and 58-72 d after anthesis. Content of soluble solid in fruit during 100-140 d after anthesis is slightly higher than that during 2-93 d after anthesis, and increases rapidly during 147-154 d after anthesis. Fruit firmness decreases rapidly during 147-154 d after anthesis. In general, during 30-154 d after anthesis, content of soluble sugar in fruit increases gradually, while content of titratable acid decreases firstly, then increases, and decreases again. In the fruit, tartaric acid is not detected, content of quininic acid is the highest, contents of malic acid and citric acid are higher, and contents of succinic acid and fumaric acid are very low. Total content of organic acids increases firstly and then decreases, and reaches the highest value at 140 d after anthesis. It is suggested that in order to improve fruit quality of'Hort16A' , its cultivation and management plans will be set up based on fruit development characteristics.  相似文献

With the aim to contribute to elucidation of the role of phytohormones in plant responses to stresses the endogenous contents of abscisic acid (ABA) and cytokinins (CK) were followed in French bean, maize, sugar beet, and tobacco during water stress and subsequent rehydration. The effects of pre-treatments with exogenous ABA or benzyladenine (BA) before imposition of water stress were also evaluated. The content of ABA increased by water stress, and with the exception of bean plants increased content of ABA remained also after rehydration. In all plant species the ABA content was further increased by ABA pre-treatment, but in bean and maize it decreased by BA pre-treatment. The highest total content of CK was observed in bean and the lowest in maize during water stress. In their spectrum, the storage CK were dominant in bean, and inactive CK in tobacco while in sugar beet and maize all groups were present in comparable amounts. In all plant species, the contents of CK increased during water stress and with exception of bean they decreased back after rehydration. ABA pre-treatment further increased contents of CK in water-stressed bean and tobacco. BA pre-treatment increased contents of CK in sugar beet and tobacco after rehydration.  相似文献

We examined the potential for exploitation competition by differential attractiveness in two sympatric species of columnar cacti on Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles. Stenocereus griseus and Subpiloccreus repandus have temporally overlapping flowering phenologies and share pollinators. We examined nectar volume, energy contents, and sugar ratios for the entire night and at two-hour intervals in both cactus species. Except for a burst in nectar volume and sugar concentration by Subpilocereus repandus during the first two hours of anthesis, nectar secretion patterns, energy contents, and sugar ratios (70% hexose) were similar for the two species. The standing crops of nectar in both species were kept very low by bat pollinators. We suggest that the potential for exploitation competition between Stenocereus griscus and Subpilocereus repandus is currently very low on Curapo.  相似文献

Background

The Hawthorn (Crateagus sp.) mostly occurs around the temperate region of the world with a high number of species, producing a fruit with numerous beneficial effects for human health. The aim of the study was to determine organic acid and sugar contents in the fruit of a number of hawthorn species grown in Erzincan province of Turkey.

Results

Citric acid was the predominant organic acid in all hawthorn species and C. pseudoheterophylla had the highest citric acid content (23.688 g/100 g). There were not statistically significant differences among hawthorn species (except C. atrosanguinea Pojark) in terms of fumaric acid content. C.pontica C.Koch had a higher content of vitamin C (9.418 mg/100 g) compared to other species. Fructose was the predominant sugar component in all species and C. monogyna subsp. monogyna Joiq had the highest fructose content (18.378 g/100 g).

Conclusions

The high fruit quality of the studied species indicates the importance of this fruit in human nutrition as a natural source. The study revealed that there were differences in terms of fruit characteristics among hawthorn species and thus better quality hawthorn genotypes can be selected within the species. Hence, this study is considered to be a valuable reference for forthcoming studies.
