目的:探讨瞬时弹性成像技术(FibroTouch)对非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的诊断价值及受控衰减系数(CAPTM)与糖脂代谢的相关性分析。方法:选取2017年8月~2019年8月期间本院收治的NAFLD患者117例为研究对象,纳入实验组,另选同期在我院进行健康体检的健康受试者80例为对照组。对实验组患者和对照组受试者进行FibroTouch检查、腹部彩色多普勒超声检查、糖脂代谢指标生化检查。对比两组受试者的糖脂代谢指标水平、CAPTM水平、FibroTouch检查与彩色多普勒超声检查诊断NAFLD的准确率,分析CAPTM水平与糖脂代谢指标水平的相关性。结果:实验组空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(apoA)、CAPTM水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。FibroTouch检查NAFLD的准确率高于彩色多普勒超声检查(P<0.05)。经Pearson相关性分析显示,CAPTM与各项糖脂代谢指标均呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:相比于彩色多普勒超声检查,FibroTouch用于NAFLD的诊断准确率更高,FibroTouch检查参数CAPTM与糖脂代谢指标存在明显的相关性,可辅助用于NAFLD的诊断和病情评估。  相似文献

以中国烤烟(Nicotiana tabacum)主产省份2005年B2F(上部二级桔黄色烤烟)、C3F(中部三级桔黄色烤烟)和X2F(下部二级桔黄色烤烟)3个等级烤烟为研究对象,利用地统计学与GIS技术结合的方法研究了中国烤烟主产省份烤烟水溶性总糖、还原糖含量和糖碱比的空间分布特征。结果表明:各等级烤烟水溶性总糖、还原糖含量和糖碱比空间相关性表现为近似相关,东西方向上,均呈现由西向东先降低后升高的趋势,南北方向上,水溶性总糖含量、还原糖含量趋势不明显,糖碱比各等级趋势各异。  相似文献

在湖南3大烟区的永州市、浏阳市、桑植县进行盆栽试验,探讨气候、土壤及其互作对湖南烟叶还原糖、烟碱和总氮含量的影响。结果表明:①烟叶还原糖、烟碱和总氮3种化学成分的变异强度中等,且其变异强弱按该顺序递减。②气候、土壤及其互作对烟叶还原糖、烟碱和总氮3种化学成分的影响程度不同,气候对它们均具有强影响效应,土壤对它们无明显影响;气候与土壤的互作对它们的影响效应年际间有差异。气候对还原糖、烟碱和总氮3种化学成分含量变异总的贡献率为51.42%,土壤为19.78%,气候与土壤互作为28.79%。气候是影响这3种烟叶化学成分的主要生态因素。③烟株大田发育不同时期的不同气候因子与烟叶化学成分的相关性不同,其中伸根期的日照时数、昼夜温差与蒸发量,旺长期的相对湿度、平均气温与云量,成熟期的平均气温、昼夜温差与日照时数分别是各时期与烟叶化学成分相关性较大的前3个气候因子。整个大田期以平均气温、相对湿度和昼夜温差3个气候因子与烟叶化学成分的相关性较大。  相似文献

目的建立实验性糖尿病心肌病大鼠模型,观察心功能和结构变化,初步分析心脏功能和结构指标相关性。方法雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、高糖高脂膳食组和糖尿病心肌病模型组,采用高糖高脂膳食12周负荷一次性小剂量STZ腹腔注射建立糖尿病心肌病模型,观察各组动物心脏功能、心脏重量和心重指数、左心室形态和胶原含量等的变化。结果 (1)与正常对照组比较,糖尿病心肌病模型组大鼠左心室舒张末压(LVEDP)和最大舒张速率(-dp/dtmax)值显著升高(P0.05),心率(HR)、左心室收缩压(LVSP)、左心室最大收缩速率(+dp/dtmax)、每搏输出量(SV)和心排量(CO)明显降低(P0.05);全心重指数(HW/BW)和左心室重量指数(LVW/BW)明显升高(P0.01);常规HE染色显示心肌细胞排列紊乱,心肌细胞肥大,细胞核边缘不清等,室间隔和左心室壁厚度明显增加(P0.001,P0.05);心肌胶原含量明显增加(P0.05)。(2)大鼠心脏功能参数±dp/dtmax和CO值分别与结构参数HW/BW和LVW/BW呈现明显的相关性(P0.01或P0.05)。结论大鼠高糖高脂膳食喂养负荷小剂量STZ一次性腹腔注射,可造成心脏舒张和收缩功能紊乱以及心肌结构重塑,心脏功能与结构变化呈显著相关性,可复制实验性糖尿病心肌病模型。  相似文献

目的 诸多研究证实高糖饮食会对视觉功能造成损伤,但是目前关于高糖饮食对视觉功能影响的研究主要聚焦于视觉通路前端,集中在眼球系统和视神经节部分,对于视觉通路的后端如中枢皮层还未有过相关报道。为了更全面地了解高糖饮食对视觉功能的影响,本文补充高糖饮食对视觉中枢皮层影响的研究。方法 本研究利用GO/NO-GO方位辨别任务的行为学范式、在体多通道电生理技术探究了高糖饮食对青年小鼠初级视觉皮层的影响。结果 行为学结果表明,经历了2个月高糖喂养的青年小鼠,方位辨别能力下降。通过电生理技术分析初级视觉皮层(V1)单个神经元的反应特性,发现高糖饮食小鼠初级视觉皮层单个神经元的方位调谐能力下降,神经元的反应变异性增加、信噪比明显降低。神经元噪音相关性分析结果表明,高糖饮食组小鼠初级视觉皮层的噪音相关性表现出明显的上调。进一步分析群体水平上信噪比和反应变异性的变化,结果表明群体水平上信噪比明显下降而反应变异性明显上升。结论 高糖饮食通过影响初级视觉皮层单个神经元的感受野特征以及群体神经元的信息处理能力,损伤了青年小鼠的方位辨别能力。  相似文献

目的通过研究糖基因在髓性白血病中的差异表达,明确这些糖基因与白血病耐药的相关性,从而为预测和诊断髓性白血病耐药性,寻求逆转药物提供新策略和靶点。方法采用real-time PCR技术筛选髓性白血病细胞及其耐药细胞株中差异表达的糖基因,筛选出两组细胞差异表达3倍以上的糖基因,初步探索糖基因在髓性白血病耐药性中的特征性改变;采用流式细胞仪分析髓性白血病耐药细胞株与多种FITC标记植物凝集素的结合能力,表征比较细胞膜表面糖链的特征。结果 12个糖基因在NB4和NB4/ADR细胞株中表达具有显著的差异;高表达的糖基因与FITC标记植物凝集素的结合能力增强。结论髓性白血病细胞及其耐药细胞株中糖基因、细胞膜表面糖链特征均有显著差异,这些特征性改变与白血病多药耐药具有相关性。  相似文献

杏树营养物质含量与多毛小蠹危害关系的分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为揭示杏树营养物质含量与多毛小蠹Scolytus seulensis Murayama危害的关系,本文通过对多毛小蠹不同危害程度的杏树树叶和韧皮部中的营养物质(可溶性糖、多糖、可溶性蛋白)含量进行研究。用方差分析和相关性分析判断各个营养物质含量与多毛小蠹危害之间的关系。结果表明,小蠹危害后,能使树体一系列生理生化反应。不同受害程度的杏树树叶中营养物质含量差异不显著(P0.05);不同受害程度的杏树韧皮部中营养物质含量变化存在显著差异(P0.05),3种营养物质含量均表现为重度受害(50.34±0.68,21.46±1.52,11.31±0.10)轻度受害(44.75±0.7,17.33±0.06,10.35±0.27)健康(38.58±0.88,11.92±0.51,9.25±0.24)。对不同受害时期营养物质含量的分析表明,树叶中可溶性糖和多糖含量均呈现先下降后上升的趋势,7月时含量最低。韧皮部中可溶性糖和多糖含量均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,7月时含量最高。可溶性蛋白含量在树叶和韧皮部中表现一直呈上升趋势,8月时含量最高。经过相关性分析,受害程度与韧皮部中的营养物质(可溶性糖、多糖、可溶性蛋白)的含量在各个受害时期均呈正相关关系(r0.834),其中与可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白在7月相关性最大(r=0.948,0.939);与多糖在8月相关性虽大(r=0.961)。杏树植株中营养物质含量越高被害率越高,且不受季节变化的影响。  相似文献

选择塔里木河沿岸典型样地,以乔木树种胡杨(Populuseuphratica)、灌木柽柳(Tamarixspp.)和草本植物罗布麻(Apo-cynumvenetum)为研究材料,垂直距离输水河道500m范围内,间隔100m设置一个采样断面。监测并分析塔里木河下游应急输水前后5个断面地下水位、地下水含盐量及3种植物叶片游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、内源植物激素脱落酸(ABA)和细胞分裂素(CTK)含量的变化。研究3种荒漠植物对水盐双重胁迫环境的生理响应及适应策略。结果表明:盐胁迫显著增加3种植物叶片或同化枝的可溶性糖浓度,断面间不同植物叶片或同化枝可溶性糖积累存在差异;输水后断面间随地下水位不同程度的抬升,胡杨和柽柳叶片或同化枝脯氨酸含量出现了成比例的下降;柽柳同化枝可溶性糖与脯氨酸积累相关性最小,发展了不同于另外两种植物的通过有机溶剂积累适应胁迫环境的策略,即同化枝可溶性糖与脯氨酸作为响应于地下水位变化的功能物质独立地起作用,可溶性糖积累对盐胁迫的响应明显,而脯氨酸积累对干旱胁迫的响应更为明显;对与胁迫抗性有关的植物内源激素ABA、CTK浓度及浓度增长量变化进行分析,发现胡杨具有不同于其他两种植物的内源ABA、CTK浓度增量变化趋势;胡杨和罗布麻叶片ABA积累量与脯氨酸积累百分量(△[脯氨酸])而柽柳中ABA积累量与可溶性糖积累百分量(△[可溶性糖])显著相关。  相似文献

Aim Chestnuts (Castanea spp.) are ecologically and economically important species. We studied the general biology, distribution and climatic limits of seven chestnut species from around the world. We provided climatic matching of Asiatic species to North America to assist the range‐wide restoration of American chestnut [C. dentata (Marsh.) Borkh.] by incorporating blight‐resistant genes from Asiatic species. Location North America, Europe and East Asia. Methods General chestnut biology was reviewed on the basis of published literature and field observations. Chestnut distributions were established using published range maps and literature. Climatic constraints were analysed for the northern and southern distribution limits and the entire range for each species using principal component analysis (PCA) of fourteen bioclimatic variables. Climatic envelope matching was performed for three Chinese species using Maxent modelling to predict corresponding suitable climate zones for those species in North America. Results Chestnuts are primarily distributed in the warm‐temperate and subtropical zones in the northern hemisphere. PCA results revealed that thermal gradient was the primary control of chestnut distribution. Climatic spaces of different species overlap with one another to different degrees, but strong similarities are shown especially between Chinese species and American species. Climatic envelope matching suggested that large areas in eastern North America have a favourable climate for Chinese species. Main conclusions The general biological traits and climatic limits of the seven chestnut species are very similar. The predictions of Chinese species climatic range corresponded with most of the historical American chestnut range. Thus, a regionally adapted, blight‐resistant, introgressed hybrid American chestnut appears feasible if a sufficiently diverse array of Chinese chestnut germplasm is used as a source of blight resistance. Our study provided a between‐continent climate matching approach to facilitate the range‐wide species restoration, which can be readily applied in planning the restoration of other threatened or endangered species.  相似文献

Somatic embryogenesis holds promise for mass propagation of American chestnut trees bred or genetically engineered for resistance to chestnut blight. However, low germination frequency of chestnut somatic embryos has limited somatic seedling production for this forest tree. We tested the effects of culture regime (semi-solid versus liquid), cold treatment, AC and somatic embryo morphology (i.e., cotyledon number) on germination and conversion of the somatic embryos. Cold treatment for 12 weeks was critical for conversion of chestnut somatic embryos to somatic seedlings, raising conversion frequencies for one line to 47%, compared to 7% with no cold treatment. AC improved germination and conversion frequency for one line to 77% and 59%, respectively, and kept roots from darkening. For two lines that produced embryos with one, two or three-plus cotyledons, cotyledon number did not affect germination or conversion frequency. We also established embryogenic American chestnut suspension cultures and adapted a fractionation/plating system that allowed us to produce populations of relatively synchronous somatic embryos for multiple lines. Embryos derived from suspension cultures of two lines tested had higher conversion frequencies (46% and 48%) than those from cultures maintained on semi-solid medium (7% and 30%). The improvements in manipulation of American chestnut embryogenic cultures described in this study have allowed over a 100-fold increase in somatic seedling production efficiency over what we reported previously and thus constitute a substantial advance toward the application of somatic embryogenesis for mass clonal propagation of the tree.  相似文献

American chestnut (Castanea dentata) was a dominant species in eastern North America prior to the importation of chestnut blight. In light of recent efforts to restore viable populations of chestnut in eastern forests, an increased understanding of its association with other co‐occurring, disturbance‐adapted oak species is necessary. We evaluated crown architecture and leaf morphology in juvenile chestnut and red oak (Quercus rubra) to assess potential differences in establishment strategies of both species. We also investigated differences in nonstructural carbohydrate reserves and whole tree biomass partitioning between species. Seedlings of both species were planted in forest stands treated either with midstory removal or small patch cuts, simulating potential restoration plantings. After 5–7 years, chestnut's allocation to its root system was lower than red oak's, with chestnut saplings instead diverting resources to branches and foliage. Chestnut had lower leaf area index, greater crown projection area, and higher specific leaf area than red oak, indicating the species may have an advantage in shaded understories. There were only minor differences in nonstructural root carbohydrate reserves, between red oak and American chestnut, indicating that chestnut may respond similarly to oak by resprouting after disturbances topkill young saplings. We suggest that American chestnut has morphological and physiological attributes that allow it to function as an opportunistic and plastic species that can utilize gaps to facilitate its canopy recruitment, yet still persist after occasional surface fire. This knowledge can guide restoration strategies for this iconic species of the eastern temperate forest region.  相似文献

研究不同根系分隔方式对栗(Castanea mollissima)/茶(Camellia sinensis)间作地下部分相互作用和植物种间互作动态的影响, 探究根系互作对植株株高、基径和根系生长的影响, 可为栗/茶复合经营模式的可持续发展提供科学指导。该研究以栗/茶间作和相应单作为研究对象, 运用盆栽实验的根系分隔技术(塑料膜分隔、尼龙网分隔和不分隔), 分别利用logistic生长模型模拟栗和茶株高与基径生长动态过程, 利用幂函数研究株高-基径的异速生长关系, 并从细根发育角度分析地下部分相互作用对植物生长发育的影响。结果显示: 与单作茶相比, 间作茶塑料膜分隔方式地上部分、地下部分和总的干生物量以及根长、根表面积、根体积、分形丰度和直径为0.2-1.0 mm根的根长分别显著增加了357.1%、281.8%和345.2%以及74.3%、273.9%、244.8%、42.0%和382.4%。间作茶塑料膜分隔方式的株高渐进值比单作茶显著增加了30.9%, 尼龙网分隔方式的间作栗株高渐进值和基径渐进值比单作栗分别显著增加了21.9%和28.2%; 塑料膜分隔方式下间作茶株高达到最大增长速率的时间和间作栗的基径达到最大增长速率的时间比相应单作模式分别显著延迟了14和15天。不同处理中栗和茶的株高-基径异速生长均呈显著线性正相关关系, 且不分隔方式下间作栗和间作茶的株高-基径异速生长模型的斜率均表现为最小, 且均<1。结果表明, 栗和茶间作时, 栗地上部分通过遮阴促进茶幼苗侧根分枝数、细根根长和株高的生长来增加其干生物量累积, 但地下部分则表现为竞争作用, 且随着地下部分竞争作用的强度增加会逐渐抵消地上部分的促进作用, 最终植物种间相互作用表现为中性作用。  相似文献

The IAA-oxidase activity in bean cuttings ( Phaseolus vulgaris L. cv. Contender) treated with extracts from juvenile and adult chestnut ( Castanea sativa Mill.) was studied in the light of the effect of the extracts on the rooting activity of some auxins. Extracts from adult chestnut increased IAA-oxidase activity in bean cuttings. Extracts from juvenile chestnut inhibited IAA-oxidase activity only slightly, but substantially reduced the IAA-oxidase activity of bean cuttings pre-treated with adult chestnut extracts. These findings provide evidence that there is a relationship between the IAA-oxidase system and the effect of chestnut extracts on IAA-induced rhizogenesis in bean cuttings.  相似文献

Detection of interspecific competition between insects is often sensitive to scaling. We give an example of scale-dependent interference between the weevil Curculio elephas and the moth Cydia splendana, which both have larvae that develop in the fruits of chestnut Castanea sativa. Measures at three scales were considered: chestnut, husk (with one to three fertile fruits) and tree. Data come from observations in the field over 14 years, complemented by experiments done directly in trees. Data on individual chestnut fruits revealed a marked statistical interference between the two insects. Experiments demonstrated that presence of a moth larva in a fruit usually inhibits weevil egg-laying. Conversely, weevil presence does not strongly modify moth larval behavior. Cases of double infestation often correspond to fruits first attacked by the weevil. With measures on husks, interference between the two insects was observed only in some trees; its intensity was always weaker than in the chestnuts themselves. At the scale of entire trees, rates of infestation by each insect are not correlated. Interference in chestnut fruits is interpreted by assuming that the weevil female either is sensitive to a repellent molecule originating from a moth larva or its frass, or can detect moth larval sounds. Mechanisms governing infestation rates from data per tree are discussed in relation to those found at fruit scale and to plant-insect interactions. The need to estimate available resources both from quantitative and qualitative points of view is emphasized.  相似文献

Trees of Aesculus sp. are often present in European landscapes. Common horse chestnut and red horse chestnut are seriously damaged by the fungus Erysiphe flexuosa as well as the pest Cameraria ohridella. Both pathogen and pest have spread throughout Europe. A genetic background of trees resistance still remains unknown. The present study was undertaken to estimate genetic variation of A. hippocastanum and A.×carnea grown in urban greens and their susceptibility to powdery mildew and horse chestnut leafminer. According to obtained results both species were infected by E. flexuosa in a similar degree but there were significant differences in susceptibility of particular trees (ANOVA). C. ohridella damaged only A. hippocastanum. The correlation between age of trees and degree of infestation by pathogen and pest was not observed. The significant genetic variability between two Aesculus species was revealed by the analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) where both the intra- and the inter-species variation were found to be significant. It was shown that 73.0% of the genetic variance was contributed by the differentiation between A. hippocastanum and A.×carnea, whereas 27.0% was partitioned within species. The medium level of genetic diversity of Aesculus spp. was determined using SRAP and RAPD analyses. The mean value of genetic similarity was equal to 0.55 for common horse chestnut and 0.98 for red horse chestnut. Among 40 polymorphic SRAP and RAPD markers 17 were associated with degree of leaf damage caused by C. ohridella.  相似文献

As a discarded lignocellulosic biomass, chestnut shell is of great potential economic value, thus a sustainable strategy is needed and valuable for utilization of this resource. Herein, the feasibility of biological processes of chestnut shell with Dichomitus squalens, Phlebia radiata and their co-cultivation for lignin-modifying enzymes (LMEs) production and biodegradation of this lignocellulosic biomass was investigated under submerged cultivation. The treatment with D. squalens alone at 12 days gained the highest laccase activity (9.42 ± 0.73 U mg?1). Combined with the data of laccase and manganese peroxidase, oxalate and H2O2 were found to participate in chestnut shell degradation, accompanied by a rapid consumption of reducing sugar. Furthermore, specific surface area of chestnut shell was increased by 77.6–114.1 % with the selected fungi, and total pore volume was improved by 90.2 % with D. squalens. Meanwhile, the surface morphology was observably modified by this fungus. Overall, D. squalens was considered as a suitable fungus for degradation of chestnut shell and laccase production. The presence of LMEs, H2O2 and oxalate provided more understanding for decomposition of chestnut shell by the white-rot fungi.  相似文献
