不同抗性砧木嫁接黄瓜幼苗对NaCl胁迫的生理响应   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在对系列黄瓜嫁接砧木进行耐盐性鉴定的基础上,选择夏尔巴、新土佐、铁力砧和云南黑籽南瓜4种抗性不同的砧木品种嫁接‘新泰密刺’黄瓜,以自根苗为对照,研究了幼苗对NaCl胁迫的生理响应差异.结果表明:在100 mmol·L-1 NaCl胁迫条件下,嫁接苗的电解质相对渗漏率和丙二醛含量均显著低于自根苗,其中黑籽南瓜嫁接苗最低,其次是铁力砧、新土佐和夏尔巴嫁接苗;NaCl胁迫下嫁接苗叶片中脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量及过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性均显著高于自根苗,其中黑籽南瓜嫁接苗最高,铁力砧和新土佐嫁接苗间无显著差异,夏尔巴嫁接苗最低.NaCl胁迫后,嫁接苗叶片中Na+含量为黑籽南瓜<铁力砧<新土佐<夏尔巴<自根苗,K+含量在黑籽南瓜、铁力砧和新土佐嫁接苗间差异不大,但均明显高于夏尔巴嫁接苗,自根苗含量最低;嫁接苗Na+/K+显著低于自根苗,以黑籽南瓜嫁接苗最低.  相似文献

以日本引进的茄子设施栽培专用耐盐品种'Torvum Vigor'为砧木,栽培品种'苏崎茄'为接穗,研究了80 mmol·L-1 NaCl胁迫下茄子嫁接苗和自根苗生长、多胺代谢和ABA含量的变化.结果表明,在NaCl胁迫下,茄子嫁接苗的生长量、3种不同形态多胺(游离态、结合态和束缚态)和ABA含量均显著高于自根苗.NaCl胁迫显著增加了叶片精胺和ABA含量;腐胺和亚精胺含量在胁迫前期上升,后期下降.嫁接苗的腐胺和亚精胺含量降低幅度低于自根苗,而精胺和ABA含量上升幅度则高于自根苗.嫁接苗生长和多胺代谢受NaCl胁迫的影响小于自根苗,NaCl胁迫下ABA的快速积累和保持相对高的多胺含量与嫁接苗耐盐性有关.  相似文献

以影武者为砧木,宝大903为接穗,研究了NaCl胁迫下番茄嫁接苗与接穗自根苗在生物量及Na 、K 、Ca2 、Mg2 、Cl-等含量方面的差异.结果显示,NaCl胁迫下,嫁接苗生长受抑制程度较轻;嫁接苗和自根苗Na 、Cl-含量增长幅度最大的部位均是叶片,嫁接苗增长幅度小于自根苗;K 、Ca2 、Mg2 含量下降幅度最大的部位均是根系,嫁接苗下降幅度小于自根苗;嫁接苗的K /Na 值、Ca2 /Na 值显著高于自根苗,说明嫁接苗选择性吸收K 、Ca2 能力显著强于自根苗.结果表明,NaCl胁迫下嫁接苗体内离子分布的区域化优于自根苗,耐盐性强于自根苗.  相似文献

NaCl胁迫对茄子嫁接苗根系多胺代谢的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用高压液相色谱法对80 mmol.L-1NaCl胁迫下营养液栽培茄子嫁接苗和自根苗根系多胺代谢的差异进行了研究。结果表明,胁迫2 d时,嫁接苗根系游离态亚精胺和结合态多胺含量显著高于自根苗,游离态腐胺和束缚态多胺显著低于自根苗,游离态精胺含量两者无显著差异。胁迫10 d时,自根苗3种形态的多胺含量均下降,显著低于对照植株,而嫁接苗根系游离态精胺、结合态腐胺和束缚态多胺含量显著高于对照植株。研究结果表明,NaCl胁迫显著提高了茄子嫁接苗和自根苗根系多胺氧化酶的活性,且自根苗增加幅度显著高于嫁接苗;嫁接苗胁迫初期根系结合态多胺的迅速积累及胁迫后期保持较高的精胺含量有利于其耐盐性的提高。  相似文献

以Torvum Vigor为砧木,栽培品种苏崎茄为接穗,研究NaCl胁迫对茄子嫁接苗和自根苗抗氧化物质含量和H2O2产生及清除酶活性的影响.结果表明;(1)NaCl胁迫可诱导叶片中H2O2的产生,导致膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的积累,嫁接苗叶片中H2O2和MDA的含量显著低于自根苗.(2)在NaCl胁迫下,嫁接苗叶片中谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性上升,自根苗则下降;NaCl胁迫促进了嫁接苗还原型抗坏血酸(AsA)和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的合成,嫁接苗叶片中AsA和GSH的含量显著高于自根苗.由此认为,茄子嫁接苗耐盐性优于自根苗的原因之一在于嫁接苗保持较快的AsA-GSH循环,从而保证GSH和AsA的再生以减轻氧化损伤.  相似文献

以日本引进的茄子设施栽培专用耐盐品种‘Torvum Vigor’为砧木,栽培品种‘苏崎茄’为接穗,在营养液栽培条件下,对80 mmol·L-1 NaCl胁迫下茄子嫁接苗和自根苗的光合特性、叶片抗氧化酶活性、活性氧代谢进行了比较.结果表明:NaCl胁迫下,茄子嫁接苗的干质量、叶绿素含量和光合速率分别比苏崎茄自根苗高67。8%、8。8%和31。1%,均有显著差异;抗氧化酶活性均显著高于苏崎茄自根苗,而O2-·生成速率、H2O2和MDA含量则显著低于苏崎茄自根苗.NaCl胁迫明显降低了叶片叶绿素含量和光合速率,显著增加了O2-·生成速率、H2O2和MDA含量,但嫁接苗受NaCl胁迫的影响小于苏崎茄自根苗,嫁接苗较强的耐盐性与NaCl胁迫下较高的抗氧化酶活性和较低的氧化损伤有关.  相似文献

以引进日本的设施栽培专用耐盐茄子品种Torvum Vigor为砧木,栽培品种苏崎茄为接穗,通过营养液栽培对80 mmol·L-1NaCl胁迫下茄子嫁接苗和自根苗的生长和离子分布进行了比较.结果表明,(1)NaCl胁迫下嫁接苗茎伸长受抑制程度显著低于自根苗,嫁接苗根部生长旺盛;(2)嫁接苗根部贮存一定量的Na 、Cl-,地上部除叶柄外各部位Na 、Cl-含量均显著低于自根苗;(3)NaCl胁迫后嫁接苗在幼叶和根部保持较高K /Na 和Ca2 /Na 值;(4)嫁接苗根部选择吸收SK,Na、SCa,Na值和幼叶选择运输SK,Na、SCa,Na值均显著高于自根苗.因此,嫁接茄子因根部Na 、Cl-的贮存,减轻了地上部的盐离子毒害,而且K 和Ca2 在幼叶和根部的特异积累使其K /Na 值和Ca2 /Na 值提高,从而增强了耐盐性.  相似文献

以耐盐性较强的葫芦品种‘超丰抗生王’为砧木,耐盐性较弱的西瓜品种‘秀丽’为接穗,采用营养液水培法,研究了NaCl胁迫对西瓜自根苗和嫁接苗保护酶活性、膜质过氧化及光合特性的影响。结果表明,NaCl胁迫下,嫁接苗和自根苗生物量显著下降,但嫁接苗下降幅度小于自根苗;NaCl胁迫抑制了西瓜自根苗和嫁接苗的气体交换参数,但是嫁接苗的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)及叶绿素含量显著高于自根苗;NaCl胁迫下西瓜嫁接苗叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均显著高于自根苗,丙二醛含量较自根苗低。上述结果表明,NaCl胁迫下嫁接苗通过维持较高的抗氧化酶活性来提高清除活性氧(ROS)的能力,从而降低氧化损伤,并保持较高光合速率,从而增强西瓜幼苗对盐胁迫的耐性。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. Rasmussen’s encephalitis (RE) is a rare pediatric neurological disorder, and the exact etiology is not clear. Viral infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of RE, but conflicting results have reported. In this study, we evaluated the expression of both Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and human herpes virus (HHV) 6 antigens in brain sections from 30 patients with RE and 16 control individuals by immunohistochemistry. In the RE group, EBV and HHV6 antigens were detected in 56.7% (17/30) and 50% (15/30) of individuals, respectively. In contrast, no detectable EBV and HHV6 antigen expression was found in brain tissues of the control group. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in 20.0% (6/30) of individuals. In particular, a 4-year-old boy had a typical clinical course, including a medical history of viral encephalitis, intractable epilepsy, and hemispheric atrophy. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in neurons and astrocytes in the brain tissue, accompanied by a high frequency of CD8+ T cells. Our results suggest that EBV and HHV6 infection and the activation of CD8+ T cells are involved in the pathogenesis of RE.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献
