人类指掌皮肤嵴纹与智力发育的相关性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本工作对120例遗传型智残者和60例非遗传型智残者的指、掌皮肤嵴纹数进行分析,并分别与相同例数的对照组同类资料进行比较,找出与智力发育相关的指端、指间区、指基部皮纹参数,据此将遗传型智残组按智商值的不同分为6个组,将不同智商组对应的各区嵴纹数进行分析处理。结果表明,指端皮肤嵴纹数与智商呈正相关,相关系数r=0.8319,各指间区和指基部嵴纹数与智商值呈负相关,相关系数r=-0.7392。 Abstract Digital and palmar of 120 cases of hereditary mental deficiency and 60 cases of non-hereditary mental deficiency were analysed, and compared with the control group using the same cases and identical data, and then skin vein parameter interrelated with intelligence development for digital end, interdigital area, digital root were found. In the light of this we divided the hereditary mental deficiency group into 6 accorcding to IQ value, and analysed statistically every area ridge count corresponding to different IQ group. The result showed that ridge count of digital end was positively correlated with IQ value correlative coefficientr=0.8319; Whereas ridge count of interdigital area and digital root were negatively correlated with IQ value correlative cofficientr=0.7392.  相似文献

本工作对遗传型智力残疾患者和非遗传型智力残疾患者各50例的趾端、拇趾球区、小鱼际远端区、趾间区的皮肤嵴纹数进行分析,并分别与对照组的同类资料比较。遗传型智残组与对照组比较,其趾端、拇趾球区、b~cRC、c~dRC均存在着非常显著的差异,P<0.001;其小鱼际远端区、a~bRC具有显著差异,P<0.05。非遗传型智残组与对照组的比较,其趾端、拇趾球区、a~bRC、b~cRC 的差异均无显著意义,P>0.05;小鱼际远端区、c~dRC具显著差异,P<0.05。这些结果表明,小鱼际远端区皮肤嵴纹数在诊断智残患者中有一定参考价值,趾端、拇趾球区、各趾间区的皮肤嵴纹数在智残患者的诊断中以及遗传型与非遗传型智残患者的鉴别方面都有一定的参考价值。 Abstract: Total Ridge Count of toe,hallucis area,hypothenar distal and interdigitorum of each 50 cases of hereditary and nonhereditary mental deficiency groups were analysed,and compared with those of the control groups respectively.TRC of toe,hallycis area,b~c and c~d of hereditary mental deficiency groups,compared with those of the control groups,had great significent difference (P<0.001)and TRC of hypothenar distal and a~b had significent difference (P<0.05).Non- hereditary mentale deficiency was compared with the control group;TRC of toe,hallycis area,a~band b~c had no significent difference (P>0.05);TRC of hypothenar distal and c~d had significent difference (P<0.05).The results showed that TRC of hypothenar distal had reference value to diagnose mental deficiency,and TRC of toe,hallucis area and each interdigitorum had a certain reference value to diagnose mental deficiency and distinguish between hereditary and non-hereditary mental deficiency.  相似文献

本文对皖南地区520例汉族大学生的趾纹进行了调查分析,计算出了各型趾纹频率、趾纹组合、趾嵴纹计数等项参数。比较了不同性别、不同侧别和不同人种间的差异,分析了趾纹类型和趾嵴纹计数在各趾的分布特点,并对差异的原因进行了讨论。Abstract: The authors inverstigated and analysed the toe prints of 520 cases of good healthy students in Wannan area of Aahui, and calculated the frequency of various toe patterns, combinations of toe patterns, toe ridge counts (TRC) and so on. The differences between sexes, sides and reces were compared. The distributive character of toe patterns and toe ridge count on every toe were analysed. The different cause were discussed.  相似文献

本研究对猴和人的手(脚)掌纹进行了观察,并应用χ2检验进行比较分析,结果显示:(1)指(趾)间区、小鱼际区、脚弓区纹型出现频率,猴远远高于人。猴指(趾)间区纹型出现频率达95.5%以上,而人的指间区最高的Ⅰ4为72.1%,最低的Ⅰ1仅为1.0%,趾间区fⅠ3为34.6%,fⅠ1是3.7%;猴的手掌小鱼际区纹型频率为131.8%,脚掌小鱼际区为59.1%,而人分别为14.4%和18.5%;脚弓区也类似。(2)上述区的纹型类型,猴与人也有明显差异。最明显的特点是猴的斗形纹频率明显高。如指间区、趾间区、手掌小鱼际区和脚掌小鱼际区的斗形纹频率分别是77.3%、40.9%、59.1%和22.7%,而人分别为0.1%、0.3%、0和0。本研究结果对研究灵长目皮纹的遗传与进化有重要意义。 Abstract:Dermal ridges of palms (soles) in monkeys and men were observed.Using the method of χ2 examination to make a comparative study and analysis.The results showed the ridge pattern frequencies of the monkeys i n their interdigital areas were much higher than men.The ridge pattern frequenc y of the monkeys in each interdigital area and sole interdigital area was over 9 5.5%,but men’s Ⅰ4 was 72.1% at the highest, and Ⅰ1 was only 1.0% at the l owest, fⅠ3 was 34.6% and fⅠ1 was 3.7%.The ridge pattern frequency of the m onkeys in their hypothenars of palms was 131,8%,soles was 59.1%,but that of men were 14.4% and 18.5%.These similar phenomenon also existed in the arch areas of the feet.There were obvious differences between monkeys and men in their types o f ridge patterns.The obvious character was that the whorl frequency of the monke ys was obviously higher. For example ,the whorl frequency of the monkeys in thei r interdigital areas and sole interdigital areas ,hypothenar of the palms and so le were 77.3% and 40.9%,59.1%and 22.7% respectively.But those of the men were 0. 1% and 0.3%,zero and zero.The results are very significant for researching the i nheritance and evolvement of the primates'dermal ridges.  相似文献

本文对203名青少年白发患者的皮纹进行了分析,并与216名正常对照组个体作了比较.发现青少年白发组的As和Wd出现率以及A/A和L/W的对应频率均显著低于正常对照组;青少年白发组女性的a-bTRC值、男性变异型掌褶纹的出现率、10指同斗频率、右手Ⅰ2区及左手Hy区的花纹出现率均显著高于正常对照组的相应出现率.说明青少年白发者的皮纹可能有自身的遗传特征。 Abstract:This paper sought to analyze the dermatoglyph of 203 cases with juvenile poliosis,and make an individual contrast with the control group of 216 normal juveniles.It was found that the incidence of As and Wd in the group of juvenile poliosis and the correspondence rate of A/A and L/W were obviously lower than those of the normal contrast group,while a-b TRC value in the female patients with juvenile poliosis and the incidence of abnormal palmprint in the male, the frequency of all loop whorl,and palm patterns in the I2 area of the right hand and in the Hyarea of the left hand were evidently higher than the corresponding incidences of the normal contrast group.Dermatoglyph of the juvenile poliosis has its own heredity.  相似文献

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristic of microcirculation in healthy volunteers and patients with septic shock in both Xining(2 260 m) and Nanjing(10 m). Methods: A total of 62 cases, 33 healthy volunteers, 22 cases in Xining,(2 260 m above sea level) and 11 cases in Nanjing(10 m above sea level); and 29 septic shock, 13 cases in Xining and 16 cases in Nanjing were collected. The total vessel density(TVD), perfused vessel density(PVD), proportion of perfused vessel(PPV) and microcirculation flow index(MFI) of both healthy volunteers and septic shock had been investigated by using sidestream dark field(SDF). Analyzed and managed the image data by using AVA3.0 software. Results: In the healthy volunteers in Xining area(22 cases),the volume of TVD(15.59 ± 2.58 mm/mm~2), PVD(15.58 ± 2.58 mm/mm~2) and PPV(96.60% ± 4.63%) were significant higher than the volume of TVD(10.0 ± 2.10 mm/mm~2), PVD(10.81 ± 2.38 mm/mm~2) and PPV(84.24% ± 8.00%) of the volunteers(11 cases) in Nanjing(11 cases). But the MFI(2.17 ± 0.31) of the healthy volunteers in the Xining was significant lower(P0.05) than the MFI(3.21 ± 0.34) in the healthy volunteers of Nanjing. In the septic shock group(13 cases) in the Xining, the volume of TVD(5.44 ± 1.94 mm/mm~2), PVD(4.18 ± 1.61 mm/mm~2), PPV(42.14%± 5.38%) and MFI(1.05 ± 0.32) compared with the volume of the healthy volunteers in Xining, the TVD(15.59 ± 2.58 mm/mm~2), PVD(5.58 ± 2.58 mm/mm~2), PPV(96.60% ± 4.63%) and MFI(2.17 ± 0.30) were significant lower(P0.05). In the healthy volunteers compare with septic shock group in Nanjing area, the TVD(6.80±1.72 vs 10.00±2.10, P0.05), PVD(5.86±1.58 vs10.81±2.38,P0.05), PPV(45.42±4.86 vs 84.24±4.86, P0.05), MFI(1.28±0.28 vs 3.21±0.34 P0.05), there was significant decreased. In the septic shock group in the Xining compared with the septic shock in Nanjing, there was no significant difference. 10 of 13 patients with septic shock were survived in Xining. 13 of 16 patients with septic shock were survived in Nanjing. Conclusion: The changes of physiological and pathophysiological characteristic in microcirculation induced by hypoxia would be useful for clinical treatment of septic shock at high altitude.  相似文献

A generalization of Poisson Sujatha distribution(AGPSD),which includes Poisson-Lindley distribution(PLD)and Poisson-Sujatha distribution(PSD)as particular cases,has been proposed and studied.Its moments and moments-based measures including coefficient of variation,skewness,kurtosis and index of dispersion have been obtained and their behaviors have been discussed.The estimation of its parameters has been discussed with maximum likelihood estimation.The applications of the proposed distribution has been explained through two examples of count data from ecology and the goodness of fit of the distribution has been compared with Poisson distribution,PLD and PSD.  相似文献

Taking Elaeagnus mollis Diels and seven dominant woody species in its community from Yicheng County of Shanxi Province as research objects, leaf traits including specific leaf area (SLA), nitrogen content in leaf per unit area ( Narea ) , leaf dry matter content ( LDMC ) and photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency ( PNUE ) were compared, and correlations of SLA value with LDMC and PNUE values were analyzed. The results show that there are different degree variations in four indexes of leaf traits of E. mollis, Vitex negundo var. heterophylla ( Franch.) Rehd., Broussonetia papyrifera ( Linn.) L' Hér. ex Vent., Lespedeza bicolor Turcz., Caragana microphylla Lam., Rosa xanthina Lindl., Amygdalus davidiana ( Carrière) de Vos ex Henry and Periploca sepium Bunge, in which, SLA value with the largest coefficient of variation ( 404%) , and LDMC value with the lowest coefficient of variation ( 103%) . Compared with other tested species, SLA and PNUE values of E. mollis are the lowest ( 103 cm-2 · g-1 and 108 μmol · mol-1 · s-1 , respectively) , while its Narea value is the highest ( 0243 g · m-2 ) , and its LDMC value is also relatively high ( 0380 g·g-1 ) . SLA value of eight tested species show an extremely significant positive correlation ( P<001) with PNUE value, and a significant negative correlation ( P<005 ) with LDMC value, correlation coefficient are 0923 and -0718, respectively, indicating that SLA value is an important parameter of leaf photosynthetic capacity and resource utilization ability. It is suggested that compared with other dominant woody species, E. mollis is more sensitive to environmental change, and has a poor environmental adaptability.  相似文献

The prevalence of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency and its gene mutations were studied in the Achang population from Lianghe County in Southwestern China. We found that 7.31% (19 of 260) males and 4.35% (10 of 230) females had G6PD deficiency. The molecular analysis of G6PD gene exons 2―13 was performed by a PCR-DHPLC-Sequencing or PCR-Sequencing. Sixteen inde-pendent subjects with G6PD Mahidol (487G>A) and the new polymorphism IVS5-612 (G>C), which combined into a novel haplotype, were identified accounting for 84.2% (16/19). And 100% Achang G6PD Mahidol were linked to the IVS5-612 C. The percentage of G6PD Mahidol in the Achang group is close to that in the Myanmar population (91.3% 73/80), which implies that there are some gene flows between Achang and Myanmar populations. Interestingly, G6PD Canton (1376G>T) and G6PD Kaiping (1388G>A), which were the most common G6PD variants from other ethnic groups in China, were not found in this Achang group, suggesting that there are different G6PD mutation profiles in the Achang group and other ethnic groups in China. Our findings appear to be the first documented report on the G6PD genetics of the AChang people, which will provide important clues to the Achang ethnic group origin and will help prevention and treatment of malaria in this area.  相似文献

Brahman and Bhangi, two endogamous groups of Hindu society, have been studied for ridge counts of plantar interdigital areas. No significant sexual difference, excepting a–b ridge count for Brahmans, was observed. Similarly, nonsignificant bilateral variation is exhibited. No ethnic variation is observed as regards the mean total a–b, b–c and c–d counts. The distribution of ridge counts can be correlated with the anatomical axis of the palm and sole. The palm (Pateria, '67) shows the minimum value for b–c and the sole for a–b. Therefore the minimal counts coincide with anatomical axes, corresponding to the common localization of syndactyly.  相似文献

Palmar dermatoglyphs were studied in 38 patients with lens dislocation. The patients were distributed into three groups: Marfan syndrome, mild Marfan syndrome, isolated lens dislocation. Marked arachnodacytyly was observed in the first group. In these patients increase in finger length was positively correlated with the ridge count. Moderate increase in finger length and ridge count was observed in the second group. The relative finger length was lower in patients with isolated lens dislocation than in unaffected persons, though the ridge count did not differ from the control. The relations noted between the finger length and ridge count in Marfan syndrome are in agreement with the suggestion that these two parameters are determined by common cause, namely, the morphogenetic gradient in digital primordia.  相似文献

Variations in asymmetry and interdigital diversity for the three finger-dermatoglyphic traits, total finger ridge count (TRC), absolute total finger ridge count (ARC), and finger pattern intensity index (PII) have been studied here from a sample of 646 males belonging to nine population groups from Maharashtra, India. It is seen that at such local level of population differentiation the ridge count measures TRC and ARC discriminate the population better as compared to PII. A considerable amount of variations also exist in their asymmetries and interdigital diversities and these suggest the possibility of their genetic controls. Such genetic controls might mediate both asymmetry and interdigital diversity jointly, as there seems to be positive correlation between these measures with respect to all the three finger-dermatoglyphic traits.  相似文献

The effects of the hereditary malformation of Hammertoe mutant mice (gene symbol Hm) on the digital pads and dermal ridge configurations on their hindlimbs were examined. In the wild‐type (+/+) mice with normally separated digits, dermal ridges developed only on the pads. Heterozygous (Hm/+) and homozygous (Hm/Hm) mutant mice, however, had a broad big toe, fused interdigital soft tissues, reduced claws, an extra rudimentary postaxial digit and camptodactyly. The dermal ridges appeared not only on the pads, affected in their number and configurations, but also on the ventral surface of the interdigital webbings and postaxial marginal area exhibiting an extra rudimentary digit and webbing. These aberrant configurations may be related to the abnormal occurrence of programmed cell death (PCD) in the interdigital zones and the postaxial marginal portion in Hm/+ and Hm/Hm mice. That is, the diminished cell death may fail to decrease the cell density in the interdigital zones and postaxial marginal portion and result in the webbing and an extra rudimentary digit and webbing, respectively. Simultaneously, it could also interrupt the migration of surviving cells of these areas toward the neighboring digits and the distal area of the sole and produce the ectopic dermal ridges on the way to the as yet unformed (presumptive) digital and plantar volar pads. The present findings suggest that normal interdigital and pre/postaxial PCD contributes not only to the separation of digits, the initial formation of individual digits of different sizes, and the inhibition of the extra digit but also to the development of the presumptive digital and plantar pads, including dermal ridges. Palmar pattern ridge counts were subjected to segregation analysis in an attempt to identify possible major gene effects on these dermatoglyphic traits. The phenotypes considered were total palmar pattern ridge count, and ridge counts for the right interdigital III and IV and left interdigital IV individual palmar areas (sample sizes were too small for the other palmar areas). Evidence of familial resemblance was found for all of the phenotypes studied, and initial evidence for a major effect was found for all but the right palm interdigital III ridge count. However, this initial evidence could be attributed to nongenetic effects in each case, including skewness in the trait distribution. Tests for agreement with Mendelian transmission frequencies were found to be very useful in discriminating between a non-Mendelian major effect and a major gene. We concluded against a major gene effect for any of these traits, and multifactorial inheritance remains a plausible alternative explanation for the familial resemblance.  相似文献

In this study, we analysed inter-sex differences within two linguistic groups from the Sardinian linguistic area and intra-sex differences between the two groups by means of 41 quantitative digital dermatoglyphic variables: 20 digital dermatoglyphic traits (radial and ulnar ridge counts on each of the 10 fingers), 15 digital dermatoglyphic directional asymmetry variables, total finger ridge count, bilateral summed radial and ulnar finger ridge counts, an index of asymmetry between homologous fingers, and two indices of intra-individual diversity of finger ridge counts. The comparisons between males and females within the same linguistic groups and between the males of the two groups and the females of the two groups were carried out with the Mann-Whitney test at a prefixed level of alpha = 0.05, using the Bonferroni correction for multiple comparisons. The results indicate a strong similarity of the two linguistic groups in the inter-sex differences, whereas there are no significant differences between them for either males or females. The similar pattern of sexual dimorphism and the homogeneity of the males and females of the two groups suggest a common genetic matrix of these Sardinian-speaking groups.  相似文献
