以两年生山定子(Malus baccata(L.)Borkh)盆栽苗为材料,正常浇水为对照,控水条件下喷施不同浓度(0、25、50、75、100mg/L)5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA),测定各持续干旱胁迫时期(第0、4、8、12天)叶片的抗旱生理指标及光合荧光参数,研究ALA对干旱胁迫下山定子叶绿素荧光和抗逆生理生化特性的影响及其调节机制。结果显示:(1)持续干旱胁迫条件下,外源ALA处理使得山定子叶片渗透调节物质(SS、SP、Pro)含量增加,抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、APX)活性升高,丙二醛(MDA)积累减少。(2)ALA处理增大了干旱胁迫下山定子叶片的气孔开度,促进叶绿素的合成,并对干旱引起的最大光化学效率(F_v/F_m)、实际光量子效率(YⅡ)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)及光合电子传递速率(ETR)的减小,以及PSⅡ调节性能量耗散的量子产额(Y_(NPQ))、非调节性能量耗散的量子产额(Y_(NO))和非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ/4)的增大有明显的缓解作用。研究认为,外喷ALA能够有效缓解干旱胁迫对山定子生理代谢功能的损伤,但干旱胁迫条件下山定子对不同浓度ALA响应程度不尽相同,其中以75mg/L的ALA处理效果较为理想。  相似文献

采用盆栽试验方法,以NaCl为盐分模拟不同盐度环境,研究了施氮(N)对盐环境下生长的甜菜(Beta vulgaris)功能叶光系统Ⅱ (PSⅡ)荧光特性的影响及光合色素含量的变化.结果表明:在轻度、中度及重度盐环境下,施N均能增大PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/Fo)、PSⅡ实际光量子产量(Y(Ⅱ))、非调节性能量耗散的量子产量(Y(NO))、相对电子传递速率(ETR)及光化学猝灭系数(qp),且在适宜的施N范围内(0-1.2 g·kg-1)上述参数随施N量的增加而增大.各叶绿素荧光参数光响应的结果表明,随着光强的增加,各处理下调节性能量耗散的量子产量(KNPQ))、ETR及非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)旱上升趋势,相反,Y(Ⅱ)、Y(NO)及qp则呈下降趋势,在有效的光强范围内(0-1 000 μmol·m-2·s-1)施N提高了甜菜功能叶PSⅡ反应中心的开放程度,并且在高光强下调节PSⅡ耗散掉过剩的光能以避免对其反应中心造成伤害.各盐度环境下施N也显著增加了甜菜功能叶叶绿素与类胡萝卜素含量,增大了叶绿素a/叶绿素b值,且叶绿素与类胡萝卜素含量随施N水平的增加而增加.说明盐环境下施N能够增强甜菜功能叶PSⅡ的活性,提高PSⅡ光能利用率,从而增强其对盐渍环境的适应性.  相似文献

以3.5 a桢楠(Phoebe zhennan)幼树为试验材料,采用盆栽控制试验,探讨桢楠幼树光合生理在不同浓度镉(Cd)胁迫下的变化情况。试验设置6个Cd(CdCl_2)处理水平(0、10、20、30、40、50 mg/kg)。每处理施用量等分为5份,分五次施入,每两月施一次,待处理结束后测定相关指标。(1)随着Cd胁迫程度加重,叶绿素a(Chla)、叶绿素b(Chlb)、类胡萝卜(Car)及叶绿素总量均呈下降趋势,Chla/b逐渐升高;(2)净光合速率(P_n)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔限制值(LS)随Cd胁迫加重而显著下降,胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)则显著上升;(3)随着Cd胁迫程度的加重,最大净光合速率(P_(max))、光饱和点(LSP)和暗呼吸速率(Rd)均呈下降趋势,光补偿点(LCP)则逐渐上升;(4)初始荧光(F0)、最大荧光(Fm)、实际光量子效率(ΦPSⅡ)、电子传递速率(ETR)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)均随Cd胁迫程度的加重呈下降趋势,非光化学淬灭系数(qN)则逐渐增加,最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSII潜在活性(Fv/F0)在T1—T4时无显著变化,T5时显著增高;(5)桢楠幼树对剩余光能的耗散均以热耗散途径为主,但随着Cd浓度的增加(T3—T5),会增加桢楠幼树非化学反应能量(E_x)的耗散,减少热耗散能量(D)和光化学反应能量(P)。低浓度Cd(T1—T2)胁迫时,桢楠幼树的光合作用受到严重抑制,随着Cd浓度的进一步增加(T3—T4),叶绿素荧光参数变化显著,桢楠幼树对吸收光能的分配发生明显改变,表明其耐Cd的耐性较弱,因此需注重桢楠幼林造林地的选择,避免在Cd污染严重地区种植。  相似文献

光质和光强均是影响植物光合作用的重要外部因素,该文以菜豆(Phaseolus vulgaris)为材料,通过叶绿素荧光技术比较研究了菜豆叶片在不同光强的红光和蓝光下叶绿素荧光特性的变化规律。结果表明:随着红光和蓝光光强的增加,菜豆叶片的光适应下的最大光化学效率(Fv'/Fm')呈下降趋势,但与在红光下相比,蓝光下叶片的Fv'/Fm'值较高。随着蓝光光强的增加,菜豆叶片PSⅡ实际光化学效率(Y(Ⅱ))和光化学猝灭系数(q P和q L)先呈上升趋势之后逐渐趋于平稳;而随着红光光强的增加,以上参数呈下降趋势。随着红光和蓝光光强的增加,非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)、相对电子传递速率(ETR)以及调节性能量耗散的量子产量Y(NPQ)均呈上升趋势,但与在红光下相比,蓝光下叶片NPQ和Y(NPQ)的值较低,而ETR值较高。非调节性能量耗散产量Y(NO)随着红光光强增加而呈上升趋势,而随着蓝光光强增加呈下降趋势。综上可见,随着光强的增加菜豆叶片的光化学效率呈降低趋势,但叶片在蓝光下的光化学吸收和利用效率高于红光。研究结果可为植物对光强和光质的响应提供一定的参考。  相似文献

采用叶绿素荧光测定系统,研究在不同光强下交替氧化酶(alternative oxidase; AOX)基因超表达突变体(XX-2)和野生型(WT)拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)叶片的叶绿素荧光参数的变化。结果表明:两种拟南芥叶片的最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)没有显著差别; 而不同光强下两种拟南芥叶片的实际光量子效率(Y(II))、光化学猝灭系数(qp)均随光照强度的增加呈下降趋势; 同光强下XX-2叶片的上述参数均高于WT。非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)与调节型能量耗散的量子产额(Y(NPQ))均随着光照强度的增加呈上升趋势; 同光强下XX-2叶片的NPQ与Y(NPQ)均低于WT。非调节型能量耗散的量子产额(Y(NO))均随光照强度的增加呈下降趋势; 当光强超过165 μmol·m-2·s-1后,同光强下XX-2叶片的Y(NO)高于WT; 表观电子传递速率(ETR)随着光照强度的增加均表现出先上升后下降的趋势; 同光强下,XX-2叶片的ETR高于WT。以上结果表明,交替氧化酶超表达体在不同光照条件下具有更加优化的叶绿素荧光性能。  相似文献

外源水杨酸对黄瓜幼苗叶片PSⅡ活性和光能分配的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以黄瓜品种‘中农203号’幼苗为试材,采用水培法研究了根际施用0.05、0.10和0.50 mmol/L水杨酸对黄瓜幼苗叶片PSⅡ活性和光能分配的影响,以探讨水杨酸对光合作用的调节机制。结果显示:黄瓜幼苗叶片净光合速率(Pn)、荧光参数和光能分配对水杨酸的响应存在明显的浓度依赖性。0.05和0.10 mmol/L水杨酸处理提高了叶片PSⅡ最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/F0)、电子传递速率(ETR)、光化学猝灭系数(qP),降低了非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ),使PSⅡ吸收光能中分配于光化学反应的能量增加,进而提高了Pn,并以0.10 mmol/L水杨酸施用效果最明显,差异达极显著水平(P<0.01);而0.50 mmol/L水杨酸处理降低了ΦPSⅡ、Fv/Fm等,使光能分配于热耗散和荧光耗散的比例升高,导致Pn下降。研究表明,水杨酸对黄瓜叶片光合的正负调节作用与浓度依存下的PSⅡ活性和光能分配改变有关。  相似文献

用Li-6400XT便携式光合作用仪对濒危植物长序榆幼苗的各叶绿素荧光参数的日变化和快速光响应曲线进行了测定。结果发现,光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)的实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、电子传递速率(ETR)在整个白天阶段较稳定,下午18:00显著下降。光化学淬灭(qP)先增大后减小。非光化学淬灭(NPQ)呈现出与光化学淬灭(qP)相反的变化趋势,中午最低,说明长序榆幼苗光能利用率较高。快速光曲线表明实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)和光化学淬灭(qP)随着光合有效辐射(PAR)的增大而减小,电子传递速率(ETR)和非光化学淬灭(NPQ)随着光合有效辐射(PAR)的增大而增大。使用幂函数能够很好的拟合实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)和电子传递速率(ETR)随光强的变化,而对数函数能较好的拟合实际光化学淬灭(qP)和非光化学淬灭(NPQ)随光强的变化。  相似文献

渗透胁迫对小麦幼苗叶绿素荧光参数的影响   总被引:61,自引:4,他引:57  
用叶绿素荧光诱导动力学技术,研究模拟干旱条件对小麦幼苗叶片叶绿素荧光参数,即原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、光合电子传递量子效率(φPSⅡ)、qP(光化学猝灭)、qNP(非光化学猝灭)、ETR(表观光合量子传递效率)的影响.结果表明,渗透胁迫对小麦幼苗叶绿素荧光参数影响较大.随着渗透胁迫的加剧,Fv/FmFv/Fo都表现出现降低-增加-降低的趋势,在渗透胁迫2 h以前,小麦叶片内部没有发生光抑制,但随着胁迫的加剧,Fv/Fm值增加,使得小麦幼苗叶内发生光抑,导致ΦPSⅡ和ETR的下降;在渗透胁迫过程中,小麦叶片吸收光能的光化学猝灭(qP)的下降和光化学猝灭(qNP)呈现先降低后增加的趋势,说明小麦在受到干旱胁迫前期,PSⅡ反应中心的开放比例降低;在胁迫2h后,随着胁迫的加剧,qP和qNP增加有利于提高PSⅡ反应中心开放部分的比例,将更多的光能用于推动光合电子传递,提高了光合电子传递能力,同时非光化学能量耗散的提高,有助于耗散过剩的激发能,以保护光合机构,缓解环境胁迫对光合作用的影响,体现了小麦叶片的自我保护机制.两个品种相比,长武13的叶绿素荧光参数的变化幅度比陕253小,具有更强的抵御干旱胁迫的能力.  相似文献

该文研究了两种不同基因型的黄单胞杆菌[野生型( Xcp-W)和烷基过氧化物还原酶亚基C( AhpC)的缺失突变体( Xcp-ahpC)]侵染菜豆叶片( Phaseolus vulgaris)3 d后,叶片侵染位点以及同一叶片上距侵染位点不同距离处叶绿素荧光参数的变化。结果表明:与对照相比,两种病原菌侵染后叶片被侵染位点以及同叶距侵染位点一定距离处潜在最大光化学效率( Fv/Fm )的变化不显著,而光系统Ⅱ( PSⅡ)实际光化学效率[ Y(Ⅱ)]、电子传递速率( ETR)以及光化学猝灭系数( qP和qL )均显著降低。与野生型病原菌Xcp-W的侵染相比,Xcp-ahpC突变型菌株侵染后叶片的以上参数的降低更为明显。野生型病菌Xcp-W侵染对非调节性能量耗散产量[ Y(NO)]和调节性能量耗散产量[ Y(NPQ)]无显著影响;但Xcp-ahpC型病原菌侵染则导致了( Y(NO)和Y(NPQ)的显著上升。综上可知,白叶枯病菌侵染使得叶片光系统Ⅱ的光能使用效率受到了系统性的抑制,而病原菌烷基过氧化物还原酶亚基C的缺失对叶片光系统Ⅱ的光能使用效率的抑制作用更为强烈,并影响了植物的光能耗散机制。  相似文献

为准确评价O3胁迫对冬小麦光响应能力和PSⅡ光能吸收、分配与利用的影响,通过OTC设置了活性碳过滤空气(CF,4—28 nL/L)、不通风(5H,15—68 nL/L)、环境空气(NF,7—78 nL/L)、100nL/L O3 (CF100,96—108 nL/L)和150nL/L O3 (CF150,145—160nL/L) 等5种O3熏蒸处理,用IMAGING-PAM测量了冬小麦(丰抗13)扬花期的Fo、Fm及自然光下的快速光曲线。结果表明,O3胁迫显著降低了冬小麦PSⅡ的最大量子效率(Fv/Fm)、最大光合速率(Pm)、半饱和光强(Pm/α)、吸光系数(IA)、调节性热耗散的量子产额(Y(NPQ))和非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ),显著提高了冬小麦的初始光能利用效率(α)、非调节性热耗散的量子产额(Y(NO))和PSⅡ吸收光能的日累计损失(Daily ∑Y(NO)+ Daily ∑Y(NPQ));CF处理显著提高了冬小麦的Pm、α、Y(NPQ)、NPQ及PSⅡ日累计利用的光能(Daily ∑Y(Ⅱ));当其余4组的Y(NPQ)和NPQ趋于饱和时,NF仍在以较快的速率上升。O3胁迫显著降低了冬小麦吸收、利用光能的能力和光保护能力,改变了PSⅡ吸收光能的分配结构,提高了冬小麦对光强变化的敏感性,加剧了光抑制,致使冬小麦受到O3和过剩光能的双重伤害;CF处理下冬小麦的光合能力和光保护能力显著提高,但对强光的潜在耐受能力低于NF;固城的空气质量已对冬小麦造成一定影响,极可能导致产量损失。  相似文献

Data from microscopic morphology, single-spore cultures, and DNA analyses of teleomorphs and anamorphs support the recognition of five species of Prosthecium with Stegonsporium anamorphs on Acer: P. acerinum sp. nov., the teleomorph of S. acerinum; P. acerophilum comb. nov., formerly known as Dictyoporthe acerophila; P. galeatum comb. nov., originally described as Massaria galeata; P. opalus sp. nov.; and P. pyriforme sp. nov., the teleomorph of S. pyriforme s. str. The morphology of both type specimens and freshly collected material was investigated. The teleomorphs have brown ellipsoidal ascospores with five distosepta and often a longitudinal distoseptum. The anamorphs of all species described here belong to Stegonsporium; their connection to the Prosthecium teleomorphs was demonstrated by morphology and DNA sequences of single spore cultures derived from both ascospores and conidia. The anamorphs and teleomorphs of all five Prosthecium species are described and illustrated by LM images, and a key to these species is provided. As perceived from this work, S. pyriforme is restricted to Europe and does not occur in North America, whereas S. acerinum is restricted to North America, not found in Europe. The host associations given in the literature are revised and evidence is provided that only A. opalus, A. pseudoplatanus, and A. saccharum are confirmed hosts of Prosthecium with Stegonsporium anamorphs. Molecular phylogenetic analyses of tef1, ITS rDNA, and partial nuLSU rDNA sequences confirm that the species with Stegonsporium anamorphs are closely related to P. ellipsosporum, the generic type species. Stilbospora macrosperma is confirmed as the anamorph of P. ellipsosporum by DNA data of single spore isolates obtained from both ascospores and conidia.  相似文献

Leveillula on monocotyledonous plants have been recorded as L. taurica by several authors, whereas the fungus on Allium has been described as an independent species, namely L. allii, by some authors. We sequenced ca 600 bp of the rDNA ITS region for two Leveillula specimens from Allium and Polianthes (both from monocotyledons) and compared them with several already published sequences from Leveillula isolates from dicotyledons. Pair-wise percentages of sequence divergences were calculated for all Leveillula isolates. The ITS sequence of the Polianthes isolate was identical to L. taurica on Helianthus and Vicia. The sequence of the Allium isolate was 99.5 % identical to L. taurica on Euphorbia, Haplophylum, Peganum, etc. These results suggest close relationships between monocot and dicot pathogenic Leveillula species. The identity between two monocot isolates was 98.4 %. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the two monocot isolates do not group into a clade together. This result suggests that Leveillula acquired parasitism to monocots at least twice independently.  相似文献

It has been recently reported that prolactin (PRL) plays an important role in immune system regulation. In this study we investigated the activity of three natural drugs with immunomodulatory activity: Echinacea purpurea (EP), Hypericum perforatum (HP) and Eleutherococcus senticosus (ES) on PRL production. Male rats were orally treated with two different doses (30 and 100 mg/kg) of extract of these drugs for 3 or 15 days. A 3-day treatment was not able to modify PRL serum levels, whereas a 15-day treatment with EP and HP at the higher dose significantly inhibits PRL production. A treatment with ES was always ineffective. A possible mechanism for this effect could be that both HP and EP extracts display a direct dopaminergic activity, although an involvement of the GABA-ergic system cannot be excluded.  相似文献

Results of molecular studies regarding the phylogenetic placement of the order Ostropales and related taxa within Lecanoromycetes were thus far inconclusive. Some analyses placed the order as sister to the rest of Lecanoromycetes, while others inferred a position nested within Lecanoromycetes. We assembled a data set of 101 species including sequences from nuLSU rDNA, mtSSU rDNA, and the nuclear protein-coding RPB1 for each species to examine the cause of incongruencies in previously published phylogenies. MP, minimum evolution, and Bayesian analyses were performed using the combined three-region data set and the single-gene data sets. The position of Ostropales nested in Lecanoromycetes is confirmed in all single-gene and concatenated analyses, and a placement as sister to the rest of Lecanoromycetes is significantly rejected using two independent methods of alternative topology testing. Acarosporales and related taxa (Acarosporaceae group) are basal in Lecanoromycetes. However, if the these basal taxa are excluded from the analyses, Ostropales appear to be sister to the rest of Lecanoromycetes, suggesting different ingroup rooting as the cause for deviating topologies in previously published phylogenies.  相似文献

为了解马尾松(Pinus massoniana)磷酸甘油酸激酶1(PGK1)与胞质溶胶葡萄糖磷酸异构酶(GPIC)的功能,采用RACE技术克隆了PmPGK1PmGPIC基因,并进行了生物信息学分析与亚细胞定位,采用实时荧光定量PCR技术分析PmPGK1PmGPIC的表达特性。结果表明,PmPGK1PmGPIC全长为2 106和1 848 bp,分别编码507和566个氨基酸。PmPGK1和PmGPIC分别定位于叶绿体和胞质溶胶。PmPGK1表达量为新叶 > 老叶 > 新茎 > 根 > 花;而PmGPIC为老叶 > 花 > 新叶 > 新茎 > 根。低温胁迫24 h,PmPGK1PmGPIC的表达量均随时间延长先降低后升高,且PmGPIC的表达量在处理2 h后即降至较低水平;高浓度CO2胁迫24 h,PmPGK1的表达量随时间延长呈降低-升高-再降低的变化趋势,PmGPIC的表达下调但变化较不显著。因此,推测PmPGK1主要参与卡尔文循环及叶绿体/质体糖酵解,PmGPIC主要参与细胞质基质糖酵解;PmPGK1、PmGPIC活性在低温胁迫下均受抑制;PmPGK1活性在CO2胁迫下受到显著抑制,而PmGPIC活性的影响不大。  相似文献

Four new species of the hyphomycete genera Phaeoramularia viz. Ph. caesalpinae, Pseudocercospora viz., Ps. tiliacearum, Stenella, viz. S. argyreiae and S. grewiae occurring on Caesalpinia bonducella Fleming (Caesalpiniaceae), Grewia sp. (Tiliaceae), Argyrea sp. Lour (Convolvulaceae) and Grewia sp. L. (Tiliaceae), respectively are described and illustrated here. All these fungi were collected from Western Ghats of India.  相似文献

Many Cola plant species are endemic to West and Central Africa. Cola acuminata and Cola nitida are used as masticatory when fresh, while the dried nuts are used for beverages and pharmaceutical purposes in Europe and North America. Garcinia kola seeds, that serve as a substitute for the true kola nuts, are used in African traditional medicine for the treatment of various diseases, including colic, headache and liver cirrhosis. Seeds extracts of G. kola are also known for their anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antiviral properties. To gain information on the chemical properties of the kolas, we have isolated and analyzed cell wall polysaccharides, arabinogalactan-proteins and phenolic substances from the seeds of the three kola species. The sugar composition of cell wall material of C. acuminata, C. nitida and G. kola revealed that Gal (up to 30%), Ara, GalA and Glc as the predominant monosaccharides, representing approximately 90% by mol of the total hydrolysable sugar present in this material. In Ammonium oxalate cell wall fraction, GalA was found to be the major sugar present in all kola species. In the alkali-soluble fraction, there were significant differences in the level of Glc and Gal. The level of Glc was high in C. acuminata and C. nitida while the level of Gal and Xyl were high in C. nitida and G. cola. Isolation and quantification of arabinogalactan-proteins demonstrate that G. kola seeds contained four to eight times more of these proteoglycans than the seeds of the other two species. Finally, analysis of soluble phenolic substances shows that caffeine and catechin were largely represented in C. acumina and C. nitida seeds, with caffeine accounting for 50% of all soluble phenolics. These findings indicate that the three Kola seeds are highly enriched in pectins and proteoglycans and that C. acuminata and C. nitida can be used as a possible source of caffeine and catechin.  相似文献

The morphology of many hypogeous fungi converges on a homogeneous reduced form, suggesting that disparate lineages are subject to a uniform selection pressure. The primary goal of this study was to evaluate the morphology and infer the phylogeny of the Leucogastrales with Mycolevis siccigleba using a Bayesian methodology. A comprehensive morphological assessment was used for an a priori phylogenetic inference to guide the sequencing effort. All structures except spore ornamentation pointed to the Albatrellaceae as the most likely sister taxon. Polyporoletus sublividus, a close relative of Albatrellus, produces ornamented basidiospores with a similar structure to M. siccigleba basidiospores. The ITS from 30 taxa was used for the molecular phylogenetic analysis. P. sublividus was found sister to Mycolevis. Leucophleps spinispora and L. magnata formed a group sister to the Polyporoletus/Mycolevis group, whereas Leucogaster was polyphyletic with respect to the core of the Leucogastrales and sister to A. caeruleoporus. This relationship was expected as previously undescribed chlamydospores produced by members of Albatrellus had a similar morphology to the basidiospores of L. rubescens.  相似文献

利用光学显微镜详细观察了叉蕨属(Tectaria)下延叉蕨(Tectaria decurrens)和芽胞叉蕨(T.fauriei)的配子体发育过程,记录了配子体各发育阶段的特征。结果表明:(1)下延叉蕨和芽胞叉蕨的孢子均为单裂缝,具周壁,由周壁形成纹饰,孢子极面观椭圆形,赤道面观豆形或肾形。(2)孢子萌发方式为向心型。(3)原叶体发育方式为三叉蕨型。(4)成熟原叶体心脏形,两翼向斜上方扩展。(5)均具单细胞和多细胞毛状体,在丝状体或片状体阶段出现。研究认为,从配子体发育角度看,叉蕨属是较进化的陆生真蕨类;毛状体的类型、位置和出现时间等特征在叉蕨属种间存在差异,可作为该属种间分类的特征。  相似文献
