通过对2002年5月东海赤潮原因种一东海原甲藻和亚历山大藻的单一藻种和两种藻混合情况下对褶皱臂尾轮虫种群数量影响的实验研究,发现塔玛亚历山大藻(ATHK)对轮虫有致死作用,其48hLC50为1300cell·ml^-1.藻的各组分毒性比较研究表明,只有藻液和藻细胞具有这种毒害作用,藻在早期生长阶段的毒害作用较强,毒性大小与藻细胞活性相关.东海原甲藻在高密度(4×10^4、5×10^4、10×10^4cell·ml^-1)时对轮虫种群数量在第5d时开始有影响;东海原甲藻在低密度(1×10^4、2×10^4、3×10^4cell·ml^-1)时,轮虫能够以其为食并进行生长繁殖.两种藻混合情况下,东海原甲藻能够减轻塔玛亚历山大藻对轮虫的毒害作用.实验结果表明,此次赤潮对东海的微型浮游动物种群能够产生一定的影响.  相似文献

在光学显微镜分析鉴定的基础上,通过高分辨率的扫描电子显微镜,对东海赤潮原甲藻标本和美国国家海洋藻种中心(CCMP)的具齿原甲藻(Prorocentrum dentatum)藻株(CCMPl517)的细胞表面结构进行观察和比较,认为两者为同一种类.在分析大量文献资料的基础上,可以认为发生在我国东海水域的赤潮原甲藻种类是具齿原甲藻(Prorocentrum dentatum),而非新种.  相似文献

一种有效去除赤潮生物的粘土复合体系   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
以粘土为主要成分,通过添加A、B两组分制备出能有效去除赤潮生物的粘土复合体系.设计了三因子三水平正交实验,考察了该体系对锥状斯克里普藻(Scrippsiella trochoidea)、强壮前沟藻(Amphi-dinium carterae)和赤潮异弯藻(Heterosigma akashiuo)的去除率,探讨了具有较高去除赤潮生物效果的复合体系对日本对虾(Penaeus japonicus)仔虾(体长1~1.5cm)的影响.结果表明,该体系对3种赤潮生物的去除能力为:锥状斯克里普藻>强壮前沟藻>赤潮异弯藻,各因子中粘土对赤潮生物去除效果的影响最大.日本对虾仔虾急性毒性实验结果表明,96h时对照组日本对虾仔虾死亡率高达80%,加入粘土和组分A、B的Ⅰ、Ⅱ及Ⅲ组死亡率均低于40%,适当浓度的组分A、B可以提高赤潮生物的去除率而对养殖生物无害,表明该复合体系具有较好的推广和应用前景.  相似文献

研究了凤眼莲浸出液对赤潮藻东海原甲藻生长的影响。浸出液浓度以单位体积溶液中所含凤眼莲鲜重表示。结果显示,在浸出液浓度大于2g·L-1时,活体凤眼莲浸出液和干凤眼莲浸出液对东海原甲藻的生长都有明显的抑制作用。在浸出液浓度达到8g·L-1时,活体凤眼莲浸出液和干凤眼莲浸出液对东海原甲藻都具有杀灭作用,东海原甲藻全部死亡出现的时间分别为培养后的第4t和第5t。经121℃高温处理20min后的活体凤眼莲浸出液对东海原甲藻的抑制作用仍然存在,抑制作用并没有显著减弱。研究结果表明凤眼莲的抑藻物质具有用来控制赤潮生物东海原甲藻的潜在价值。  相似文献

米氏凯伦藻(Karenia mikimotoi)与东海原甲藻(Prorocentrum donghaiense)为有害赤潮生物,两者经常形成复合型赤潮.该文设置东海原甲藻的起始密度为400 cells·mL-1,米氏凯伦藻分别为200 cells·mL-1、400 cells·mL-1和800 cells·mL-1,通过共培养实验,初步研究米氏凯伦藻和东海原甲藻的种间关系.结果表明:共培养条件下,受到东海原甲藻的影响,米氏凯伦藻的生长受到抑制.米氏凯伦藻不同的起始密度对东海原甲藻的生长有不同的影响,较低的起始密度(200 cells·mL-1、400cells·mL-1)促进东海原甲藻的生长,使其增长率提高,生长曲线达到拐点的时间提前;高的起始密度(800 cells·mL-1)对东海原甲藻的生长有一定的抑制作用,使其增长率降低,生长曲线达到拐点的时间推迟.  相似文献

阐述并讨论了中国东海长江口外经常发生的原甲藻赤潮原因种的种类认知问题.论述了自从Stein提出具齿原甲藻(Prorocendrum dentatum Stein)新种后迄今中外专家报告该种的描述及分布,并对比了具齿原甲藻与长江口的原甲藻的异同.研究证实我国东海的原甲藻与具齿原甲藻有较大的差别,主要表现在体积大小、藻体末端形态以及藻体前端突起的大小和形态等方面.本文汇集了国内外对具齿原甲藻与我国原甲藻的研究成果,对比认为。我国长江口外经常发生赤潮的原甲藻为东海原甲藻(Prorocendrum donghaiense Lu).文中还讨论了由陆斗定发表的东海原甲藻需要补充修正的观点.在过去的数年中,我国东海长江口海域频繁爆发大面积的原甲藻赤潮,但对于赤潮原因种原甲藻(Prorocentrum)的定种问题存在两种不同的观点,一种观点认为本种是具齿原甲藻,另一种观点认为是东海原甲藻.为了阐明此种原甲藻的命名问题,于2002年11月在深圳召开了题为“我国东海赤潮原因种原甲藻分类学国际研讨会”.认为是P.dentatum的依据是长期以来国际上通常把类似我国东海的原甲藻定为P.dentatum,其根据是它的前端有突起等.而持不同观点的专家认为我国东海的这种原甲藻在细胞长度上与Stein描述的原P.dentatum差异很大,并且除少数样品末端尖伸外,大多数细胞末端是钝圆的.专家们还认为在日本、韩国等亚洲海域分布的被报告为P.dentatum的原甲藻与我国东海的此种原甲藻为同一种.综观各种观点,作者认为东海本种原甲藻应为东海原甲藻.  相似文献

制备了有机膨润土并考察其对中肋骨条藻的去除效果,对中肋骨条藻去除效果是溴化十六烷基三甲铵改性的铁柱撑膨润土>溴化四甲基胺改性的铁柱撑膨润土>铁柱撑膨润土>溴化十六烷基三甲铵改性的钠化膨润土>溴化四甲基胺改性的钠化膨润土>钠化膨润土,有机膨润土对赤潮生物的去除能力随改性剂用量增加而提高,但改性剂用量大于1.0CEC后,增加较少。  相似文献

研究了东海原甲藻的基本营养组成,并就赤潮密度下的东海原甲藻(Prorocentrum donghaiense)和链状亚历山大藻(Alexandrium catenella)在单一和混合情况下对赤潮藻→卤虫模拟食物链物质传递的影响进行了探讨。结果表明:与其它饵料微藻相比,东海原甲藻必需氨基酸中的苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸和组氨酸含量明显偏低。东海原甲藻单独投喂时,卤虫对其的总物质转化效率随着藻密度的增加呈现先逐渐增加再逐渐降低的趋势。而当不同密度的东海原甲藻分别与一种硅藻小新月菱形藻(Nitzschia closterium)混合投喂时,随东海原甲藻密度的增加,卤虫选择性地增加对东海原甲藻的摄食,而降低对小新月菱形藻的摄食,并且其总物质转化效率逐渐降低。暴露于链状亚历山大藻藻液,卤虫体重减轻,且在其体内未检测到叶绿素a,表明卤虫未摄食该藻。当链状亚历山大藻藻细胞重悬液和去藻过滤液分别与小新月菱形藻或东海原甲藻混合时,卤虫对后两株藻的摄食量和总物质转化效率均有所降低。因此,在大规模赤潮发生时,东海原甲藻和链状亚历山大藻可能分别对浮游动物的营养和存活带来不利影响,并影响物质沿食物链的传递。  相似文献

东海原甲藻是常见有毒有害赤潮藻。本文从种群生长、光合效率和抗氧化系统等角度研究大型海藻分泌物亚麻酸胁迫下东海原甲藻的生理生化响应。结果表明:低浓度亚麻酸(200μg·L~(-1))对东海原甲藻的生长具有促进作用,200~1000μg·L~(-1)浓度下,东海原甲藻的生长受到显著抑制,当亚麻酸浓度为1000μg·L~(-1)时,抑藻率达90%;200~1000μg·L~(-1)亚麻酸胁迫下,藻细胞光合色素含量显著降低,最大光能转化效率Fv/Fm降低,当亚麻酸浓度为1000μg·L~(-1)时,F_v/F_m为对照组的33.87%;随着亚麻酸浓度的增大,抗氧化酶活性(过氧化氢酶CAT、超氧化物歧化酶SOD和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶GPx)与抗氧化非酶物质(还原型谷胱甘肽GSH、氧化型谷胱甘肽GSSG、抗坏血酸As A和脱氢抗坏血酸DHA)含量呈现出先升高后降低趋势;亚麻酸胁迫下丙二醛含量显著升高,表明膜脂过氧化程度加剧。以上结果说明,低浓度亚麻酸对东海原甲藻的生长具有促进作用,高浓度亚麻酸主要通过降低光合效率和细胞过氧化损害抑制东海原甲藻的生长。研究结果为生物法防控以东海原甲藻为优势藻种的赤潮提供了理论基础。  相似文献

Controlling harmful algal blooms through clay flocculation   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
The potential use of clays to control harmful algal blooms (HABs) has been explored in East Asia, Australia, the United States, and Sweden. In Japan and South Korea, minerals such as montmorillonite, kaolinite, and yellow loess, have already been used in the field effectively, to protect fish mariculture from Cochlodinium spp. and other blooms. Cell removal occurs through the flocculation of algal and mineral particles, leading to the formation of larger aggregates (i.e. marine snow), which rapidly settle and further entrain cells during their descent. In the U.S., several clays and clay-rich sediments have shown high removal abilities (e.g. > 80% cell removal efficiency) against Karenia brevis, Heterosigma akashiwo, Pfiesteria piscicida and Aureococcus anophagefferens. In some cases, the removal ability of certain clays was further enhanced with chemical flocculants, such as polyaluminum chloride (PAC), to increase their adhesiveness. However, cell removal was also affected by bloom concentration, salinity, and mixing. Cell mortality was observed after clay addition, and increased with increasing clay concentration, and prolonged exposure to clays in the settled layer. Mesocosm, field enclosure, and flume experiments were also conducted to address cell removal with increasing scale and flow, water-column impacts, and the possible benthic effects from clay addition. Results from these studies will be presented, especially those in regards to water quality, seawater chemistry, bottom erodibility and faunal impacts in the benthos. At this time, clay dispersal continues to be a promising method for controlling HABs and mitigating their impacts based on existing information and experimental data.  相似文献

Chemically-processed clays (PRCs) by base and acid treatments were developed to effectively remove microalgae, and their removal efficiencies were evaluated and compared to that of natural clay. The processed clays were produced by using sodium hydroxide and different amounts of sulfuric acid, and their characteristics were analyzed. Microalgae removal efficiency of the clay was varied depending on the amount of sulfuric acid used in treatments. When adding 1 g/L of a PRC-D type (treated with 1.5 v/w sulfuric acid) to the Microcystis aeruginosa suspension (1 × 106 cells/mL), the highest removal performance (87.3 ± 1.5%) without significant pH variation of the suspension was found among tested PRCs, whereas that of natural clay was 32.1 ± 2.2%. Finally, when selected PRC-D showing best efficiency was applied to lake water taken at a local algae bloomed lake, it exhibited 77.6% removal efficiency of microalgae, indicating 1.7 times higher than the natural clay. The results suggest that processed clays in this study could contribute to effective removal of microalgae in the algal-bloomed area with minimal environmental impact.  相似文献

A method was studied for marine harmful algal blooms (HABs) mitigation using clay, soil, or sand modified with xanthan and calcium hydroxide. Results showed that xanthan could trap and wrap Amphidinium carterae cells via bridging and netting interactions due to its superior salt compatibility in seawater. The maximum cell removal efficiency was 55% when xanthan was used alone. The removal effect of xanthan was enhanced by the addition of appropriate calcium hydroxide that decreased the repulsive interaction between anionic xanthan and negatively charged algal cells. Three kinds of minerals (clays, soils, and sands) were ineffective in removing algal cells before treatment. When xanthan and calcium hydroxide were used together as modifiers, the removal efficiency increased to 83–89% within 30?min using 300?mg?L?1 clays, soils, or sands modified with 20?mg?L?1 xanthan and 100?mg?L?1 calcium hydroxide. After several hours, 95–98% cell removal was achieved and there was no significant difference in the removal efficiencies among clays, soils, and sands after being modified with xanthan and calcium hydroxide. Thus, the method would provide an alternative modification approach to suppress and mitigate HABs using local soils/sands and polymers in marine systems.  相似文献

Biodegradation of dyes by some green algae and cyanobacteria   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The ability of Chlorella vulgaris, Lyngbya lagerlerimi, Nostoc lincki, Oscillatoria rubescens, Elkatothrix viridis and Volvox aureus to decolorize and remove methyl red, orange II, G-Red (FN-3G), basic cationic, and basic fuchsin was investigated. These algae showed different efficiency for colour removal; varied from 4 to 95% according to the algal species, its growth state and the dye molecular structure. Basic cationic and basic fuchsin were the most susceptible dyes for decolorisation and removal by all algae being tested, and up to 82% of methyl red was also removed by N. lincki and O. rubescens. However, the algal activity to decolorize orange II and G-Red was markedly fluctuated and lower. C. vulgaris displayed activity to remove 43.7 and 59.12% while as V. aureus removed 5.02 and 3.25% of the added dyes respectively. The results also showed that treatment of either C. vulgaris or N. Linckia with G-Red or methyl red, respectively, induced the algal azo dye reductase enzyme by 72 and 71% at the same order.  相似文献

This paper presents the first known research to examine sound production by fishes during harmful algal blooms (HABs). Most fish sound production is species-specific and repetitive, enabling passive acoustic monitoring to identify the distribution and behavior of soniferous species. Autonomous gliders that collect passive acoustic data and environmental data concurrently can be used to establish the oceanographic conditions surrounding sound-producing organisms. Three passive acoustic glider missions were conducted off west-central Florida in October 2011, and September and October 2012. The deployment period for two missions was dictated by the presence of red tide events with the glider path specifically set to encounter toxic Karenia brevis blooms (a.k.a red tides). Oceanographic conditions measured by the glider were significantly correlated to the variation in sounds from six known or suspected species of fish across the three missions with depth consistently being the most significant factor. At the time and space scales of this study, there was no detectable effect of red tide on sound production. Sounds were still recorded within red tide-affected waters from species with overlapping depth ranges. These results suggest that the fishes studied here did not alter their sound production nor migrate out of red tide-affected areas. Although these results are preliminary because of the limited measurements, the data and methods presented here provide a proof of principle and could serve as protocol for future studies on the effects of algal blooms on the behavior of soniferous fishes. To fully capture the effects of episodic events, we suggest that stationary or vertically profiling acoustic recorders and environmental sampling be used as a complement to glider measurements.  相似文献

合成毒素是赤潮藻类的一个常见特征,已知能够产生毒素的微藻有70多种。作为次级代谢产物,藻毒素的产生可能是一种压制或清除其它藻类竞争者的一种反应,在群落演替、种间竞争中发挥重要作用。目前,人们对藻毒素生物合成机理依然知之甚少,相关基因的研究仍无明显突破。利用环境因子诱导毒素生成变化进而分离差异表达基因或者比较不同产毒藻株间基因表达的差异,从中克隆藻毒素生物合成基因似乎是一种极具潜力的研究方向。  相似文献

藻类水华频发已成为全球性的水环境问题,近年来,生物控藻法因具有环境友好的特点而备受关注。本研究以我国富营养化湖泊中常见大型底栖动物铜锈环棱螺为操纵生物,通过室内培养试验,研究了其对水华水体中常见蓝藻铜绿微囊藻、绿藻普通小球藻和斜生栅藻生长及光合活性的影响,以期阐明螺-藻间相互作用关系,探究铜锈环棱螺作为生物操纵物种的可行性。结果表明: 铜锈环棱螺能在短时间内大量摄食藻细胞,其对铜绿微囊藻产毒株和不产毒株以及斜生栅藻的去除率均在12 h内达到最大值,分别为73.7%、73.2%和51.1%;其对普通小球藻的摄食强于其他藻类,至试验结束时去除率达到99.2%。产毒铜绿微囊藻产生的微囊藻毒素会在铜锈环棱螺体内累积并促发其肝脏病理学变化,进而阻碍铜锈环棱螺的摄食。试验后期各处理组藻细胞光合活性均显著低于对照组,表明铜锈环棱螺的摄食作用对藻细胞造成了损伤,抑制了其大量增殖。此外,当不产毒铜绿微囊藻与斜生栅藻混合时,铜锈环棱螺的选择摄食性导致微囊藻的优势地位被斜生栅藻所取代。因此,铜锈环棱螺可以通过摄食作用抑制藻类的光合活性并降低其生物量,从而在一定程度上抑制或减缓水华的形成。  相似文献
