玉米化感物质异羟肟酸的研究进展   总被引:8,自引:1,他引:7  
介绍了异羟肟酸在玉米植株中的分布和玉米根系分泌物中异羟肟酸的分析方法.丁布(DIM-BOA)是玉米植株中含量最大的异羟肟酸.不同玉米品种之间异羟肟酸含量的差异很大.种子不含异羟肟酸;但萌发后其含量迅速增加,在萌芽几天后的幼苗植株其含量达最大值,随后逐渐下降;在玉米生长发育的不同时期,幼嫩叶片内异羟肟酸含量始终较高;地上部分异羟肟酸的浓度高于根系.植株异羟肟酸的浓度受生长环境条件影响显著,在紫外辐射、黑暗条件或水分胁迫下其含量明显增加.在各种禾谷类作物中,玉米根系分泌物内含异羟肟酸较高;铁的存在能显著增加玉米根系分泌物中异羟肟酸的含量.  相似文献

花期不遇、花时错开是杂交稻制种过程中的主要障碍,亦是进一步提高制种产量的限制。花期不相逢的问题,可通过延迟播种期,人工剥苞、割叶或喷赤霉素,予以缓解。而花时错开,则系父母本开花习性不相一致造成的,对进一步提高杂交稻制种量,仍然是阻力。为争取杂交稻制种产量的进一步提高,我们连续三年进行了实验室盆栽、小区、大田多点试验,结果表明,在不育系植株的盛花前期,以0.5PPm浓度喷施三十烷醇(TRIA)后,其午前的开花率有明显的上升,达13%~23%(杂交稻恢复系植株为100%),从而增加了父、母本间授粉、受精的机会,…  相似文献

在温室盆栽条件下研究了丛枝菌根(Arbuscular mycorrhizas,AM)真菌:GigasporaroseaNicol.&Schenck、Glomus mosseae(Nicol.& Gerd.)Gerdemann &Trappe和Glomus versiforme (Karsten)Bereh对玉米和棉花植株内源激素的影响。结果表明,AM真菌在正常供水和干旱条件下均能显著提高玉米和棉花植株叶片和根内玉米素、生长素和赤霉素的含量,并降低脱落酸的含量。在植物体内含磷量、生长量及其生长发育阶段等一致、仅存在接种与不接种唯一差异条件下,供试AM真菌同样能改变玉米和棉花植株内源激素的平衡状况。接种处理植株的脱落酸含量与气孔阻力呈正相关关系。表明玉米和棉花植株抗旱性和生长状况的改善与AM真菌改变内源激素的平衡状况有关。接种AM真菌的植株表现较强的抗旱性;其生长量也显著大于不接种的对照。GI.versiforme的效应最大。  相似文献

影响农杆菌介导玉米优良自交系遗传转化的因素   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
以我国玉米骨干自交系9046,齐319,414,Mo17的幼胚为材料,在已经建立的农杆菌介导的玉米幼胚转化体系的基础上,研究了影响农杆菌介导玉米优良自交系遗传转化的因素,建立了优化的玉米优良自交系的遗传转化体系。研究结果表明,1.0—2.0mm的玉米幼胚是最适宜的转化受体;在感染液和共培养基中都加入乙酰丁香酮(200μmol/L)和抗坏血酸(50mg/L),能显著提高农杆菌对玉米的侵染能力;而感染前将幼胚高渗透压预处理未能提高转化率;延迟筛选有利于提高抗性愈伤组织的存活率。应用优化后的转化体系,获得了这4个玉米优良自交系的转基因植株,PCR阳性植株率为1.71%-4.09%。转化植株叶片总DNA的PCR和Southern杂交分析表明,T-DNA上的外源基因已经整合进了玉米基因组,并且在大多数转基因植株(71.4%)中为单位点插入。这一体系的建立,为进一步将有用基因导入玉米优良自交系奠定了基础。  相似文献

在NaCl胁迫下无论接种AM真菌与否玉米植株生物产量均减少,但不接种处理的减少幅度比较种处理的高10个百分点左右,盐胁迫下接种AM真菌的玉米根系和地上部的干重、叶片水热均高于不接种处理、叶片脯氨酸含量低于不接种处理,在盐胁迫下真菌菌丝对玉米植株营养的贡献由45.3%降为42.6%,AM真菌对植株生长的效应反而由30.9%提高到63.5%,说明AM真菌主米耐盐性的机理与改善植株的水分状况和P营养状况  相似文献

通过Hoagland营养液水培玉米,定量研究了供S水平对玉米根系活性和植株S、N代谢特性的影响.当玉米缺S时。玉米根系活性和叶片硝酸还原酶(NR)活性显著降低,植株冠/根比增大;根系与地上部对S、N的吸收均减少。S在根系和新生叶中分配相对减少、在衰老叶和茎鞘中分配相对增多;N在根系中分配增多,新生叶和完全展开叶中分配相对减少;植株蛋白质、蛋白氮、蛋白硫、无机硫的含量均显著降低,非蛋白氮比率增多,无机硫占总S的比率变小,全N/全S比增大;蛋白质中的N/S比在地上部无显著变化。而在根系中显著增大;根系对S缺乏的反应更为敏感.研究表明。缺S植株蛋白质含量与NR活性之间呈极显著正相关;S的缺乏或过量均影响玉米的N、S代谢;以根系作为S素营养诊断器官。以N/S比或无机S/全S比作为诊断指标较灵敏。正常条件下其数值分别为10.7和0.302.  相似文献

利用盆栽试验研究了施硅(K2SiO3)对玉米植株水分代谢的影响.结果表明:施硅降低了干旱胁迫下玉米植株的气孔导度,降低了干旱胁迫早期到中期的蒸腾速率,保持了干旱胁迫后期较高的蒸腾速率,从而导致施硅玉米植株的叶片含水量和水势高于对照.由于植株的水分状况改善,施硅玉米植株生物量高于对照.硅增强玉米植株的抗旱性,而提高植株保水能力是硅提高抗旱性的重要原因.  相似文献

地膜覆盖栽培技术应用于玉米制种生产,具有增产的作用,能有效地提高玉米制种的产量和质量。地膜覆盖可以提高地温、抑制杂草、生长整齐、花期集中,而且还使父、母本都能在适播期内播种,保证了全苗,而且又能使花期抢在高温连雨期前相遇,提高结实率,从而提高了制种产量和质量。本试验的主要的目的就是使育种者尽快了解和掌握地膜技术的特点和实际的投入成本和产出效率,对提高育种者的经济效益和加速地膜玉米育种技术的推广极为有效的。  相似文献

基因枪轰击成熟花粉粒转化玉米的研究   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
利用基因枪轰击花粉粒再授粉的基因转化途径,将豇豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂基因(CpTI)成功导入玉米受体中。经卡那霉素筛选结果表明,非转化植株经1000ppm卡那霉素溶液处理后白化、死亡,余下大量健壮、可育的抗性植株,转化率约1.59%。通过对抗性植株进行PCR和PCR—Southern检测,初步确定CpTI基因已导入玉米基因组。饲虫实验结果表明转化植株具有较强的抗虫性。  相似文献

转基因抗矮花叶病玉米的遗传、表达及抗病性研究   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
目的:研究目的基因在转基因植株及其后代中遗传表达的稳定性,以及目的基因表达与抗病性的关系,最终得到转基因纯合株系。方法:以采用花粉介导法将RDV运动蛋白缺陷型(RDV MP^-)基因导入玉米自交系478的转基因种子(T0)作为试验材料,对其或其后代进行潮霉素抗性筛选、PCR检测、目的基因表达产物含量测定、农艺性状筛选,以及田间接种病毒的抗病鉴定。结果:通过潮霉素抗性筛选从T0种子获得了11株疑似转化植株;对T1、T2、T3代转基因植株的PCR分析证实目的基因已导入玉米植株,并显示随着转化植株世代交替,目的基因可稳定遗传给下一代,且目的基因在待测材料中的检出比例也随着代数的增加而提高;目的基因表达量的测定结果为1.83-11.57ng/mg叶片鲜重之间;田间接种玉米矮花叶病病毒试验结果证明转化植株比对照植株的抗矮花叶病能力有了显著提高,个别株系在T1代的发病率就为0,T1、T2、B代转化植株的抗病性逐代提高,比临近对照的抗病性提高2~5级;目的基因表达量与植株(系)的抗病性显著相关,r=0.923,P〈0.01;入选纯合系的农艺性状也有较大变化,穗粒数比对照系增加约5%。结论:通过以上方法,可以筛选到转基因抗病玉米纯合株系。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. Rasmussen’s encephalitis (RE) is a rare pediatric neurological disorder, and the exact etiology is not clear. Viral infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of RE, but conflicting results have reported. In this study, we evaluated the expression of both Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and human herpes virus (HHV) 6 antigens in brain sections from 30 patients with RE and 16 control individuals by immunohistochemistry. In the RE group, EBV and HHV6 antigens were detected in 56.7% (17/30) and 50% (15/30) of individuals, respectively. In contrast, no detectable EBV and HHV6 antigen expression was found in brain tissues of the control group. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in 20.0% (6/30) of individuals. In particular, a 4-year-old boy had a typical clinical course, including a medical history of viral encephalitis, intractable epilepsy, and hemispheric atrophy. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in neurons and astrocytes in the brain tissue, accompanied by a high frequency of CD8+ T cells. Our results suggest that EBV and HHV6 infection and the activation of CD8+ T cells are involved in the pathogenesis of RE.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献
