荷花(Nelumbo nucifera Gaerth)作为一种著名的水生观赏植物已有很长的栽培历史。近年来,适宜盆栽的小型品种一碗莲尤为人们喜爱,已培育了众多的优良品种。荷花是典型的虫媒异花授粉植物,雌蕊较雄蕊早成熟一天。大部分品种为自然或人工杂种,一般依靠无性繁殖——地下茎的分株繁殖。这种方式的繁殖系数很低,有些品种每年只能分2~3株。因而,人们尝试开辟有性繁殖的途径。本文以白碗莲为材料,观察了有性过程中雌雄配子体及胚的发育情况,初步分析了影响结实率的若干因素。  相似文献

湖南有维管束植物5500余种(含变种,下同),其中野生木本观赏植物1200余种。笔者根据湖南木本观赏植物自然分布规律.将湖南野生木本观赏植物划分为4个类型.即中温型、低温型、耐寒型、广温型。对湖南主要的野生木本观赏植物如针叶类(39种)、茶属(31种).冬青属(68种)、兰花类(86种)、杜鹃花属(54种)、槭树属(42种)等种类较多的类群进行了探讨,并对它们的观赏特性、抗寒性和选育潜力也进行了研究.提出了开发利用的建议。  相似文献

利用超高效液相色谱质谱联用(I-Class UPLC/Xevo TQ MS)技术, 对50个品种荷花干燥花粉中的类黄酮代谢产物进行了分离及结构鉴定。结果表明, 在荷花(Nelumbo nucifera)花粉中检测到了13种黄酮醇和2种黄酮, 这15种类黄酮化合物均为首次从荷花花粉中检出, 其中槲皮素3-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷(quercetin 3-O-glucuronide)、槲皮素3-O-新橙皮糖苷(quercetin 3-O-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-glucopyranoside)以及槲皮素3-O-阿拉伯糖-(1→2)-半乳糖苷(quercetin 3-O-arabinopy- ranosyl-(1→2)- galactopyranoside)含量较高, 且在所有品种中均有检出。不同品种花粉中检测到的类黄酮总含量(TF)差异较大, 绯云千叶类黄酮总含量最高, 为281.08 mg∙100 g-1; 仙女散花最低, 仅为82.64 mg∙100 g-1。通过聚类分析, 将50个品种聚为4组, B组类黄酮化合物种类最多, 而且该组总类黄酮含量最高, 其中绯云千叶、伯里小姐和蜀红莲的干燥花粉中总类黄酮含量均超过200 mg∙100 g-1, 可推荐为采集荷花花粉用的优良品种。  相似文献

采用SSR标记技术对42个荷花品种( Nelumbo spp.)的基因组DNA进行扩增,在此基础上,对供试品种进行UPGMA聚类分析、群体结构分析和主坐标分析( PCoA)。结果表明:采用17对SSR引物从42个荷花品种的基因组DNA中扩增出77个位点,多态性位点百分率为88.31%;每对引物可扩增出1~9个多态性位点。根据Nei's遗传距离,供试的42个荷花品种可被分成Ⅰ和Ⅱ两组,分别包含3和39个品种;在Nei's遗传距离0.150处,Ⅱ组被进一步分成Ⅱa、Ⅱb和Ⅱc 3个亚组,分别包含3、16和20个品种。群体结构分析结果表明:组分概率高于等于0.80时,供试的42个荷花品种被分成Pop1、Pop2和混合群3个亚群,分别包含17、16和9个品种。 PCoA分析结果表明:在F1水平上,供试的42个荷花品种被分成2个部分;其中,Pop1亚群的品种均分布在第二和第三象限,而Pop2亚群的品种则分布在第一和第四象限。总体来看,聚类分析、群体结构分析和PCoA分析的结果基本一致。综合分析结果表明:玉组包含美洲黄莲( N. lutea Pers.)品种‘艾江南',且与传统中国莲( N. nucifera Gaertn.)品种的亲缘关系最远,故认为该组为美洲黄莲;Ⅱ组为中国莲,其中,Ⅱc亚组以传统中国莲品种为主,而Ⅱb亚组则偏重于美洲黄莲。总体上看,供试的42个荷花品种主要被分为中国莲和美洲黄莲两组,而中美杂交莲并没有独立成组,其成因有待进一步研究。  相似文献

水生肉食亚目(Hydradephaga)属于鞘翅目Coleoptera,是一类具有水生习性的食肉性真正水生甲虫(True water beetles)。在真正水生甲虫的系统分类中存在三种假说,一种是肉食亚目(Adephaga)位于该系统的基部,一种是多食亚目(Polyphaga)位于该系统基部,第三种是藻食亚目(Myxophaga)位于该系统基部。最近研究结果更多倾向第一种假说。目前水生肉食亚目大约有5 500个种,200多个属,含8个科。水生肉食亚目的科间水平系统发育关系虽被广泛研究,但观点仍不统一。有代表意义的有三个假说,一是豉甲科(Gyrinidae)位于系统基部,接下来是龙虱科(Dytiscidae)、两栖甲科(Amphizoidae)、水甲科(Hygrobiidae)、小粒龙虱科(Noteridae)与沼梭科(Haliplidae);二是沼梭科位于系统的基部;三是豉甲科位于系统的基部,接下来是沼梭科和龙虱总科(Dytiscoidea),其中龙虱总科由两栖甲科、水甲科、龙虱科、小粒龙虱科组成。目前根据形态学的分类,并结合分子系统学研究方法,第三种假说更符合水生肉食亚目的系统分类,也支持了水生肉食亚目作为一个单系,其祖先来自陆生的假说。  相似文献

分析回顾了莲科的系统位置、莲品种分类的现状与问题和莲的遗传多样性。莲科(Nelumbonaceae)植物传统上被归入睡莲科(Nymphaeaceae)。许多研究表明,莲科与睡莲科在形态、细胞、孢粉等方面差异很大,因而建立莲科,置于睡莲目(Nymphaeales)、毛茛目(Ranunculales)或莲目(Nelumbonales)中。分子系统学研究发现,睡莲科为被子植物的基部类群之一,而莲科则是真双子叶植物的基部类群之一,与山龙眼科和悬铃木科有密切关系。莲科含莲(Ndumbo nucifera)和美洲黄莲(N.lutea)两种,间断分布于太平洋的两岸。莲在我国有悠久的栽培历史和广大的栽培面积,栽培品种超过600个。由于杂交和反复回交的原因,品种之间的遗传关系非常复杂。莲的遗传资源的研究还很不充分,尤其是野生类型。对一些栽培品种的研究其实验材料又含有美洲黄莲的遗传组分,因而多高估了莲的遗传多样性。  相似文献

为了明确惠州西湖风景名胜区维管植物资源及多样性特征,该研究通过野外实地调查和文献查阅,统计惠州西湖风景名胜区维管植物种类构成及其科、属、种层面的具体组成,并分析其分布区类型、濒危物种、药用植物和水生植物状况。结果表明:(1)惠州西湖风景名胜区共有维管植物169科650属1 061种,其中被子植物种类最丰富,有145科613属1 002种,科、属、种数分别占总数的85.80%、94.30%、94.44%;裸子植物9科20属36种,科、属、种数分别占总数的5.33%、3.10%、3.39%;蕨类植物15科17属23种,科、属和种数分别占总数的8.88%、2.60%、2.17%。(2)惠州西湖风景名胜区植物资源的优势科明显,含10种及以上的科有29科653种,占总种数的61.55%,其中菊科最多(有63种),禾本科次之(有60种);研究区有单属、种的植物442种,表明单种或少数种的科在研究区维管植物中占大多数。(3)惠州西湖风景名胜区有种子植物154科,分属13个分布区类型,其中泛热带分布区类型有60科,所占的比例最高(55.56%),表明该区种子植物具有明显的热带特性,其种子植物区系以热带分布为主。(4)惠州西湖风景名胜区有珍稀濒危植物29种(其中国家保护植物26种),药用植物702种,水生植物150种。研究表明,惠州西湖风景名胜区维管植物资源种类丰富,多样性程度高,应特别加强植物资源的保护和利用以及生态景观的建设。  相似文献

激素代谢是植物传导信号和调节生长发育的重要途径.陆地植物五大类激素在水生植物中也有分布,尽管近年来环境污染导致水生植物衰退的问题日益得到重视,但水生植物激素的研究和应用却远滞后于陆生植物.在总结了近年来激素类物质在水生植物中的研究成果,分别从激素的种类、激素的生理生态作用、激素生物合成的途径及作用的部位和机制、激素之间的相互作用.激素类物质在实验和实践上的应用等进行了全面阐述,指出了水生植物激素生理生态学研究的发展方向,从利用激素类物质诱导水生植物抗性的表达,提高抗逆性,恢复水生植被,以及研究和开发适于水生植物生产和管理的生长调节剂等方面,就水生植物激素的进一步研究和应用进行了探讨.  相似文献

ISSR analysis of genetic diversity in sacred lotus cultivars   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
In this study, inter-simple sequence repeats (ISSR) markers were applied to assess genetic diversity and genetic relationships of 92 cultivars of sacred lotus (Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.), one of the most famous flowers in China. Our results showed that sacred lotus exhibited a low level of genetic diversity (percentage of polymorphic bands, PPB = 55.8%), which may result from its asexual mode of reproduction and long-term artificial selection. Clustering analyses indicated that these cultivars could be divided into two clades. Most cultivars of Chinese lotus species origin were included in one clade, and one cultivar of American lotus species origin was nested in the other clade. The hybrid cultivars from hybridization between the two subspecies were interspersed in these two clades. Seven cultivars native to Thailand formed a distinct subclade among the cultivars of Chinese lotus species origin. Genetic differentiation between two subspecies, and between cultivars from Thailand and other cultivars could be attributed to geographic isolation. The monophyly of three cultivars of Sanshui Winter Lotus and their closest relationships to Chinese lotus species origin suggests that they might have a common origin and may consist completely or mainly of genetic material from N. nucifera subsp. nucifera.  相似文献

莲品种资源的SRAP遗传多样性分析   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
利用分子标记SRAP技术对国内广泛栽培以及新近育成的39个莲品种进行了DNA多态性分析。选取5对引物扩增基因组DNA,共获得101条带,其中88条为多态性条带,每对引物平均提供20个标记信息。由UPMGA方法得到的聚类分析结果表明了39个品种间的遗传关系,结果表明:花莲、籽莲和藕莲三大类群有明显的界限,花莲和籽莲的遗传距离较近,藕莲与它们的遗传距离较远。分子方差分析结果表明:莲品种间和品种内均存在遗传变异,藕莲品种内的遗传变异略低于品种间的遗传变异,而诱变籽莲、诱变花莲和常规籽莲品种内遗传变异均大于品种间的遗传变异,尤其是诱变籽莲、诱变花莲品种内遗传变异占总变异的分量分别超过了70%和60%,这种品种内的遗传变异,一方面对于莲的高产稳产具有重要的意义,另一方面也说明了从这些国内广泛栽培的品种以及新近育成的莲品种中可以直接进一步选育出更优良的新品种。  相似文献

Studies on large-scale geographic patterns of aquatic plant diversity can promote research on the generality of macroecological patterns in different ecosystems. Here, we compiled a checklist of 889 aquatic angiosperms in China, including 738 helophytes (emergent and marshy plants) and 151 hydrophytes (submerged, free-floating, and floating-leaved plants). We explore the geographic patterns and environmental correlates of aquatic plant diversity based on six metrics including species richness (SR), weighted endemism (WE), phylogenetic diversity (PD), phylogenetic endemism (PE), the standardized effect size of phylogenetic diversity (PDses), and the standardized effect size of mean phylogenetic distance (MPDses). Our results show that the diversity of aquatic plants in China is extremely uneven, with high diversity in southeastern China and low diversity in northwestern China, and the geographic patterns of taxonomic and PD are generally consistent. The pattern of helophytes differs from that of hydrophytes. Notably, the wavy-shaped pattern of aquatic plant diversity (especially SR and PD for hydrophytes) across the latitude observed in this study is not consistent with those previously observed for aquatic plants in other continents. Climatic variables and water environmental variables are the main drivers of aquatic plant diversity in China; however, the effects of individual variables differ between helophytes and hydrophytes. Water environmental variables have a greater impact on PDses and MPDses of hydrophytes than those of helophytes. Overall, our work provides insight into understanding the large-scale patterns of aquatic plant diversity and is a critical addition to previous studies on the macroecological pattern of terrestrial organisms.  相似文献

Nymphaea species, the most popular decorative plants, were collected for specificity of inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) analyses in species identification and differentiation of cultivars and natural populations. Dendrogram constructed from ISSR analyses separated out wild species, namely Nymphaea cyanea, N. nouchali, N. capensis, N. lotus and an outgroup N. mexicana, and cultivars. The dendrogram indicates that the cultivars should be differentiated from N. capensis, as they are sister individuals of N. capensis. The ISSR banding data and the dendrogram are concordantly concluded that wild N. capensis would be an effective type species for producing different cultivars. After plant identification by ISSR markers, DNA barcodes of all sample materials were done to provide species specific markers which can be used for rapid and accurate further plant identification without morphological characters. DNA barcoding sequence analysis indicates genetic distance values. All sequences were recorded in GenBank database.  相似文献

Shorebirds (Charadriiformes) undergo rapid migrations with potential for long‐distance dispersal (LDD) of plants. We studied the frequency of endozoochory by shorebirds in different parts of Europe covering a broad latitudinal range and different seasons. We assessed whether plants dispersed conformed to morphological dispersal syndromes. A total of 409 excreta samples (271 faeces and 138 pellets) were collected from redshank Tringa totanus, black‐winged stilt Himantopus himantopus, pied avocet Recurvirostra avosetta, northern lapwing Vanellus vanellus, Eurasian curlew Numenius arquata and black‐tailed godwit Limosa limosa in south‐west Spain, north‐west England, southern Ireland and Iceland in 2005 and 2016, and intact seeds were extracted and identified. Godwits were sampled just before or after migratory movements between England and Iceland. The germinability of seeds was tested. Intact diaspores were recovered from all bird species and study areas, and were present in 13% of samples overall. Thirteen plant families were represented, including Charophyceae and 26 angiosperm taxa. Only four species had an ‘endozoochory syndrome’. Four alien species were recorded. Ellenberg values classified three species as aquatic and 20 as terrestrial. Overall, 89% of seeds were from terrestrial plants, and 11% from aquatic plants. Average seed length was higher in redshank pellets than in their faeces. Six species were germinated, none of which had an endozoochory syndrome. Seeds were recorded during spring and autumn migration. Plant species recorded have broad latitudinal ranges consistent with LDD via shorebirds. Crucially, morphological syndromes do not adequately predict LDD potential, and more empirical work is required to identify which plants are dispersed by shorebirds. Incorporating endozoochory by shorebirds and other migratory waterbirds into plant distribution models would allow us to better understand the natural processes that facilitated colonization of oceanic islands, or to improve predictions of how plants will respond to climate change, or how alien species spread.  相似文献
