从鞭打绣球(Hemiphragma heterophyllum Wall.)全草中分离到1个新单萜苷和7个已知化合物。通过波谱数据分析,新单萜苷的结构鉴定为(4S)-α-萜烯醇-8-O-β-D-吡喃木糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷,已知化合物分别鉴定为globularin (2)、(2S, 3S, 4R, 9E)-1, 3, 4-trihydroxy-2-[(2'R)-hydroxy-tetracosanoylamino]-9-octadecene (3)、 β-香树素(4)、齐墩果酸 (5)、肉桂酸 (6)、β-谷甾醇 (7)和胡萝卜甙 (8)。除化合物2外,其余化合物均为首次从鞭打绣球中分离得到。 相似文献

采用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱、ADS-5C反相柱和制备HPLC色谱技术对新疆产玫瑰红景天根茎中的植物化学成分进行提取分离和纯化研究,从中分离得到15个化合物。通过理化方法及1H、13C NMR等方法鉴定为:对-O-β-吡喃葡萄糖基-苯-2-丁酮(1)、6’-O-没食子酰-红景天苷(2)、对-O-β-吡喃葡萄糖基-苯丙烯酸(3)、7-甲氧基香豆素(4)、表没食子儿茶素-3-没食子酸酯(5)、苯乙基-6-O-β-葡萄糖苷(6)、对羟基苯甲酸(7)、红景天苷(8)、肉桂醇-6’-O-α-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-O-β-吡喃葡萄弹苷(9)、肉桂醇-6’-O-α-吡喃木糖-O-β-吡喃葡萄弹苷(10)、肉桂醇-6’-O-α-呋喃阿拉伯糖基-O-β-吡喃葡萄弹苷(11)、肉桂醇-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄弹苷(12)、对-羟基-苯乙醇(13)、3,7-二甲基-2,6-二烯-1,4-二辛醇(14)、3,7-二甲基-2,6-二烯-1,4-二辛醇-O-β-吡喃葡萄糖苷(15)。其中化合物1~4为首次在玫瑰红景天发现。 相似文献

从板蓝(Bophicacanthus cusia(Nees)Bremek.)根甲醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部分中分离鉴定了4个甙类成分,分别为(2r)-2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-1,4-苯并噁嗪-3-酮(1)、(2R)-2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-4-羟基-1,4-苯并噁嗪-3-酮(2)、松脂酚4-O-β-D-芹菜糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙(3)和尿苷。这些化合物均为首次从板蓝根中发现。板蓝根中存在苯并噁嗪酮衍生物(1和2)可能与其消炎作用有关。 相似文献

A new nor-oleanane triterpene 24-nor-4(23)-12-oleanadien-2α,3α,28-triol (1) and two new sesterterpenes salvidominicolide A (2), salvidominicolide B (3) together with fifteen known compounds were isolated from Salvia dominica L. growing wild in Jordan. The known compounds comprised six flavones, three triterpenes, one diterpene, one sesterterpene, two oxygenated monoterpenes, one sterol glucoside and one flavone glucoside. Nine new compounds, including streptothiomycin A−E ( 1 – 5 ), two cyclopentenones ( 6 , 7 ), one α-pyrone ( 8 ), wailupemycin Q ( 20 ), along with sixteen known compounds were identified from a rhizosphere strain Streptomyces sp. DS-27 derived from the marine cordgrass Spartina alterniflora under two different culture conditions. All of the structures were elucidated by extensive analysis of 1D/2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS data. The absolute configurations were determined by NOESY analysis, ECD, specific rotation and GIAO NMR calculations, and DP4+ probability analysis. Bioactivity investigation showed that compounds 5 and 7 exhibited significant inhibitory effects on LPS-induced NO production in a dose-dependent manner, which indicates their anti-inflammatory potential. 相似文献

A new neolignan glucoside was isolated from hairy roots of Cichorium intybus. Its structure was determined as (7S, 8R)-3′-demethyl-dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-3′-O-β-glucopyranoside based on a combination of 1D and 2D NMR techniques and CD data. A new acylated flavone glucoside, 3'-hydroxyscutellarein 7-O-(6'-O-protocatechuoyl)-beta-glucopyranoside (1), and a new phenol glucoside, 3,5-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol 3-O-beta-glucopyranoside (6) were isolated from Veronica thymoides subsp. pseudocinerea together with seven known flavone, phenol and lignan glycosides; 3'-hydroxyscutellarein 7-O-(6'-O-trans-feruloyl)-beta-glucopyranoside (2), 3'-hydroxy, 6-O-methylscutellarein 7-O-beta-glucopyranoside (3), luteolin 7-O-beta-glucopyranoside (4), isoscutellarein 7-O-(6'-O-acetyl)-beta-allopyranosyl (1' --> 2')-beta-glucopyranoside (5), 3,4-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol 8-O-beta-glucopyranoside (7), benzyl alcohol 7-O-beta-xylopyranosyl (1" --> 2')-beta-glucopyranoside (8), and (+)-syringaresinol 4'-O-beta-glucopyranoside (9). Compounds 2, 3 and 7-9 were reported for the first time in the genus Veronica. The structures of the isolates were determined by means of spectroscopic (UV, IR, 1D and 2D NMR, HR ESI-MS) methods. Isolated compounds (1-7) exhibited potent radical scavenging activity against the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical. 相似文献

The new triterpene saponin 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, 28-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid oleanolate was isolated from the roots of Chenopodium ficifolium. The known compounds stigmasterol-3-O-glucoside and 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid, 28-beta-D-glucopyranosyl oleanolate were also isolated. The latter compound, oleanolic acid, beta-sitosterol and its glucoside were isolated from the aerial parts. The identity of these compounds was verified through different chemical and physico-chemical evidences including different 1D and 2D NMR experiments. 相似文献

A new lindenane sesquiterpene glucoside named yinxiancaoside A (1), a new, rare bidesmosidic megastigmane sesquiterpene glucoside named yinxiancaoside B (5), and three known sesquiterpene glucosides, chloranoside A (2), pisumionoside (3), and sarcaglaboside A (4), were isolated from the whole plant of Chloranthus japonicus Sieb. The structures of the new compounds were established by an extensive study of their spectral data, especially 1D- and 2D-NMR. The methanolic extract of the flowering stems of Vitex agnus-castus yielded three new iridoids: 6'-O-foliamenthoylmussaenosidic acid (agnucastoside A), 6'-O-(6,7-dihydrofoliamenthoyl)mussaenosidic acid (agnucastoside B) and 7-O-trans-p-coumaroyl-6'-O-trans-caffeoyl-8-epiloganic acid (agnucastoside C) in addition to four known iridoids (aucubin, agnuside, mussaenosidic acid and 6'-O-p-hydroxybenzoylmussaenosidic acid) and one known phenylbutanone glucoside (myzodendrone). The structure elucidations were mainly done by spectroscopic methods (1D and 2D NMR spectra) and MS data interpretation. A new α-pyrone derivative 1 and six known α-pyrone derivatives 2–7, along with known compounds 8–10 were isolated from the fermentation products of the endophytic fungus Diaporthe sp. RJ-41. Among them, nine compounds (1–9) were reported for the first time from the genus Diaporthe. This work expanded the knowledge of the chemical diversity of the genus Diaporthe, and the chemotaxonomic significance of the isolates was also discussed. 相似文献
