研究以杂交黄颡鱼(黄颡鱼Pelteobagrus fulvidraco♀×瓦氏黄颡鱼Pelteobaggrus vachelli♂)“黄优一号”[体重(4.79±0.01) g]为研究对象, 探究饲料中螺旋藻(Arthrospira platensis)和叶黄素对黄颡鱼生长、抗氧化能力和抗病能力及体色异常调控的影响。实验设计4组饲料, 不添加任何色素源的对照组(Con), 添加2%的螺旋藻组(Spirulina, SP), 添加0.2%的叶黄素组(Lutein, Lut)及添加2%螺旋藻和0.1%溶血磷脂组(Spirulina+Lysophospholipids SPL)。720尾鱼随机放入12个缸, 每缸60尾鱼, 先使用对照组饲料投喂20d至体表颜色异常, 再用4种饲料饲养35d, 共4个处理, 每个处理3个重复。在养殖实验结束后进行嗜水气单胞菌攻毒实验。研究结果表明, 各个处理组间特定生长率(SGR)和摄食率(FR)均没有显著差异(P>0.05); 但SP和SPL组饲料效率(FE)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各组间全鱼水分、 蛋白和脂肪含量没有显著差异(P>0.05)。各组间实验鱼皮肤亮度没有显著性差异(P>0.05); 但SP和SPL组皮肤黄度和饱和度显著高于另外两组(P<0.05); 同时, SP和SPL组背部皮肤红度显著高于对照组(P<0.05); SPL组腹部皮肤红度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。SP和SPL组腹部皮肤叶黄素含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著低于另外3个处理组(P<0.05); 各组过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性没有显著性差异(P>0.05); SPL组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活性和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著高于叶黄素和对照组(P<0.05); SP和SPL组丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于另外2个处理组(P<0.05)。SP和SPL组的实验鱼感染嗜水气单胞菌后的累计存活率显著高于叶黄素和对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述, 黄颡鱼“黄优一号”在前期投喂缺乏色素的饲料造成体色异常后, 在饲料中添加螺旋藻或配合添加溶血卵磷脂比叶黄素更有效的改善鱼体的体色, 同时更能提高黄颡鱼的抗氧化能力和抗病力。  相似文献

An 8‐week feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary xanthophylls/ astaxanthin ratio on the growth and skin color of large yellow croaker, Larimichthys crocea. Five pigment‐supplemented diets were formulated to contain 75/0, 50/25, 37.5/37.5, 25/50 and 0/75 mg kg?1 of xanthophylls/astaxanthin. The xanthophylls contain 89.31% lutein and 6.12% zeaxanthin. A diet without pigment supplementation was used as the control. The large yellow croaker juveniles (13.80 ± 0.03 g) were randomly distributed in 18 sea cages (1.0 × 1.0 × 1.5 m) at a density of 45 fish per cage. Water temperature ranged from 21 to 31°C during the feeding trial. To obtain results, the survival rate, specific growth rate, feed conversion ratio, skin redness, skin yellowness, skin lightness, skin carotenoid content and skin melanin content were measured. The results showed that the survival rate, specific growth rate and feed conversion ratio were not significantly affected by dietary treatments (P > 0.05). The ventral skin lightness was also not affected by dietary treatments (P > 0.05); however, the dorsal skin lightness of fish fed with the control diet was significantly lower than those fed with pigment‐supplemented diets (P < 0.05). The lowest values of yellowness and carotenoid content both in the ventral skin and dorsal skin were found in the control group. Yellowness and carotenoid content increased with an increasing proportion of dietary xanthophylls in both the ventral and dorsal skin. Higher redness values were found in the compound pigment groups, either in the dorsal skin or ventral skin. Fish fed with the control diet showed a higher melanin content in the dorsal skin than those fed with pigment‐supplemented diets, although differences were not significant (P > 0.05). Lightness and yellowness were linearly related to skin carotenoid content. Meanwhile, skin yellowness and carotenoid content were linearly related to the proportion of xanthophylls in dietary pigments.  相似文献

黄颡鱼饲料中添加谷胱甘肽降低藻毒素毒性作用的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过60d的生长实验研究饲料中不同含量的谷胱甘肽(GSH)对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco Richardson)摄食含蓝藻粉饲料后的毒性保护作用。共配制6种近似等氮等能(粗蛋白45%,总能19.5kJ/g)的实验饲料。以不添加蓝藻粉、不添加GSH的饲料组作为正对照,其他5种饲料均添加7.5%的藻粉,微囊藻毒素(Microc ystins,MCs)含量约为58μg/g,GSH添加量分别为:0(负对照)、200、500、800和1400mg/kg。实验结果表明,第1至第30天时,负对照组与正对照组实验鱼的摄食率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。第31至第60天时,负对照组实验鱼的摄食率显著高于正对照和其他GSH添加组(P0.05),但各GSH添加组肾脏中GSH显著低于正对照而高于负对照(P<0.05)。200、500和800mg/kg GSH添加组肝脏和肌肉中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于负对照(P<0.05)。在整个实验期间,随着饲料中GSH含量的增加,肝脏、肾脏、全肠和肌肉中微囊藻毒素含量先显著下降,当GSH添加量为500和800mg/kg时达到稳定,直至GSH添加量为1400mg/kg时显著上升。根据对黄颡鱼增重,肝脏和肌肉中MDA的含量以及组织中毒素的分析,在饲料中添加500-800mg/kg GSH可以有效缓解黄颡鱼饲料中微囊藻毒素的毒性。    相似文献

The difference in carotenoid components among various color types of soybean seeds, and the changes in carotenoid composition during seed development were examined by reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatogrphy (HPLC). Lutein was the major carotenoid component in seed extracts from the common yellow soybean and from a variety having a black seed coat. Green soybean seeds contained several xanthophylls in addition to lutein. None of the mature soybean seeds contained β-carotene, a part from a trace amount being detected in a local variety of green soybean. The total carotenoid and lutein contents were higher in green soybeans than in the yellow types, and the estimated total amount of carotenoids correlates with that of chlorophylls. The thylakoid membrane residue in the plastids of green soybean had lost its functional lamella structure. Immature soybean seeds contained a green-vegetable type of carotenoids including α- and β-carotene. The amount of β-carotene decreased more rapidly than that of lutein and chlorophylls during seeds maturation. These results suggest that β-carotene, which acts as a photo-protective agent in developing seeds, is susceptible to degradation in the course of seed maturation.  相似文献

为考察正常及氧化鱼油、豆油、混合油脂(鱼油﹕豆油=1﹕1)对斑点叉尾鮰(Ictalurus punctatus)生长性能、体色和肝脏抗氧化能力的影响, 设计6组等氮等脂饲料, 分别添加6%鱼油、6%豆油、3%鱼油+3%豆油、6%氧化鱼油、6%氧化豆油、3%氧化鱼油+3%氧化豆油, 饲喂6组初始体重(150.5±4.2 g)的斑点叉尾鮰8周, 每组3个重复, 每个重复14尾鱼。结果表明, 摄食6%鱼油、6%豆油、3%鱼油+3%豆油饲料的斑点叉尾鮰在增重率、饲料系数、肌肉组成、体色和肝脏抗氧化指标上均无显著差异(P>0.05); 摄食3组氧化油脂饲料后, 鱼体增重率和肌肉粗脂肪含量降低(P<0.05), 饲料系数和背部、尾部皮肤b*(黄度值)增加(P<0.05), 肝脏丙二醛(MDA)和血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)和直接胆红素升高(DBIL)(P<0.05), 肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、还原型谷胱甘肽降低(GSH)(P<0.05), 而肌肉色度值(L*、a* 、b*)和肌肉水分、粗蛋白质、灰分含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。以上结果表明, 6%氧化油脂(鱼油、豆油或混合油脂)导致斑点叉尾鮰生长性能下降、皮肤黄度增加、肝脏抗氧化能力受损; 豆油可替代斑点叉尾鮰饲料中鱼油的使用, 而不会对生长产生负面影响。  相似文献

An experiment was conducted to study fatty liver disease caused by different ether extract levels in diets of juvenile Sciaenops ocellatus. Juvenile S. ocellatus (n=1,260; initial body weight approximately 2.73 g) were divided into nine treatment groups (triplicate groups per treatment) and fed in aquatic cases by a recirculated filtered rearing system; the temperature of the aquatic cases was maintained at 23.2±2.0° for 8 weeks. Nine kinds of diets containing different protein (38, 42, 46%) and ether extract levels (4, 8, 12%) were used. Results showed that the relative growth ratio and survival ratio of the fish fed on medium lipid diets (8%) or high ether extract diets (12%) were significantly lower than those of the fish fed on low ether extract diets (4%) (p < 0.05). There was a positive correlation between the ether extract contents in hepatopancreas of fish and the ether extract contents of diets. At the end of the experimental period, the fish of the nine experimental groups suffered from different degrees of fatty liver disease and serious illness, and death occurred in a large number of fish fed on medium (8%) and high ether extract diets (12%) from the third test week; mortality was highest in the fifth test week. The ill S. ocellatus showed symptoms of loss of appetite, lack of movement, black skin, and weight loss and eventually died. The main pathological change in ill fish was fatty liver disease. Their hepatopancreas were swollen and pale, accompanied by fatty degeneration, fatty necrosis of hepatocytes, and atrophy of the pancreas. Ultrastructural changes showed the presence of many lipid droplets and granules in the mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, and cell plasm of hepatocytes. Study results indicated that all the nine kinds of diets with different lipid or protein levels could cause nutritional fatty liver disease in juvenile S. ocellatus. The pathological severity and serious level of fatty liver disease in the tested fish positively correlated with the contents of the ether extract, but not with those of protein, in test diets. The increase in the level of ether extract in test diets was responsible for the direct cause of illness or death in juvenile S. ocellatus. A factorial experiment was designed to examine the effect on compensatory growth (CG) of Nile tilapia Oreochromis niloticus fed diets containing different protein and lipid levels under normal and temporally restricted feeding regimes. Four diets were formulated to contain either 30% or 36% crude protein, and 5% or 11% crude lipid. Triplicate replicates of each treatment were assigned to 24 150‐L tanks (20 fish/tank density). Fish (mean initial weight ± SD = 8.79 ± 0.34 g) were then fed either the normal feeding regime (thrice daily to apparent satiation) or the restricted regime (1 day feed deprivation followed by 3 days of feeding to apparent satiation) over a 44‐days study period. Fish receiving a diet under the restricted regime achieved weight gains (WG) comparable to fish consuming the diet containing 30% protein and 5% lipids under the normal feeding regime. Fish maintained on the restricted feeding regime exhibited reduced feed intake (FI), WG, feed efficiency ratio (FE), protein efficiency rate (PER) and hepatosomatic index versus fish on the normal feeding regime, except WG in fish fed the diet with 30% protein and 5% lipids. However, the resultant FI (85%~94%) was higher than the excepted 75% intake when fish were subjected to the restricted regime. Feeding 11% lipid diets led to improved FI, WG, FE, and PER compared to feeding the 5% lipid diets. Increased FI, WG, and FE, but reduced PER were observed in fish fed with 36% protein versus fish fed 30% protein. Fish receiving the 36% protein diets had lower whole‐body moisture and ash contents, but elevated whole‐body protein and lipid contents compared to those receiving the 30% protein diets. Whole‐body moisture contents were lower, but whole‐body protein, lipid and ash contents were higher in fish fed 11% lipid diets than in fish fed 5% lipid diets. There was an increase in whole‐body moisture content, but a decrease in protein and lipid content in response to the restricted feeding regime. Ash content was not affected by the feeding regime. The present study shows that Nile tilapia fed diets subjected to a restricted feeding regime exhibited growth comparable to those fed the diet at 30% protein and 5% lipid levels under a normal feeding regime. This positive effect was more pronounced in diets at a high protein level or in a combination of high protein and lipid levels.  相似文献

A feeding trial was conducted for 56 days to study the effect of replacement of fish meal by dried fish and chicken viscera, and a combination of oil cakes, in the diet of Clarias batrachus juveniles. The nutritional values of these by-products were studied through a digestibility experiment. No significant difference in nutrient digestibility was observed in different diets. Even 19.59% lipid in the diet of catfish did not affect the nutrient digestibility. Both amylolytic and proteolytic enzymes in the intestine of juveniles were studied. A decreased protease activity due to replacement of animal protein by plant protein and a decreased (P < 0.01) aspartate aminotransferase (ASAT) activity could be observed after inclusion of 22% of dried fish viscera in the diet of the catfish. Though body lipid content increased in fish fed a high level of lipid, fat-free body composition did not vary among the fish fed on different diets.  相似文献

We assessed the effects of body lipid content on the resting metabolic rate and specific dynamic action (SDA) of the southern catfish Silurus meridionalis. Obese and lean fish were obtained by feeding the fish with two different feeds at 27.5 °C for 4 weeks prior to the experiment. The fish were fed with experimental diets with a meal size of 4% by body mass. A continuous-flow respirometer was used to determine the oxygen consumption rate at 2-h intervals until the postprandial oxygen consumption rate had returned to the preprandial level. The body lipid content of the obese fish was significantly greater than that of the lean fish. The metabolic parameters evaluated (resting metabolic rate, peak metabolic rate (Rpeak), factorial ratio, time to peak, duration, energy expended on SDA (SDAE), or SDA coefficient) were not significantly affected by body fat content in terms of the whole-body or mass-specific values. Increased body fat content did not decrease the resting metabolic rate in the southern catfish, which might be due to the higher levels of highly unsaturated fatty acids in these fish. The results also suggest that the body composition does not appear to affect the SDA response.  相似文献

Rotifers (Brachionus plicatilis), maintained on baker's yeast, were fed for 24h upon two algal diets, Isochrysis galbana (diet A) and Isochrysis galbana + Nannochloropsis gaditana (diet B). (These algal diets were selected for their potential use as essential fatty acid (EFA) boosters, taking into account the requirements of fish larvae). The effect of these algal diets on total lipid content, lipid classes and fatty acid composition was studied. The total lipid content increased after feeding upon both diets but no significant differences were found between the two types. Neutral lipid and polar lipid contents increased and a positive correlation was observed between the neutral lipids content of rotifers and that of the food supplied. However, the content of polar lipids in rotifers did not depend upon that of the diet. The increase in neutral lipid content was found to be higher in rotifers fed upon diet B, compared to diet A which increased the phospholipid content. Non-enriched rotifers contained only small amounts of polyenoic fatty acids, i.e. 18:3n-6, 18:3n-3, 20:4n-6, 20:5n-3 and 22:6n-3, the contents of which increased significantly by feeding both diets. The EFA composition (20:4n-6, 20:5n-3 and 22:6n-3) of neutral lipids and phopholipids in rotifers reflected the EFA composition of each diet. Diet B-fed rotifers had the highest content in 20:4n-6 and 20:5n-3, whereas rotifers fed diet A and the highest 22:6n-3 content. The mixed diet I. galbana + N. gaditana enhanced substantially the composition of lipid classes i.e. neutral lipids and of n-3 PUFA of rotifers in comparison with Isochrysis or yeast diets.  相似文献

An 8‐week growth trial was carried out in a semi‐recirculation system at 26 ± 0.5°C to investigate the optimal dietary carbohydrate‐to‐lipid (CHO:L) ratio for carnivorous Chinese longsnout catfish (Leiocassis longirostris Günther). Triplicate tanks of fish were assigned to each of five isocaloric and isonitrogenous diets with different carbohydrate‐to‐lipid ratios (0.75, 1.48, 1.98, 2.99 and 5.07). The results showed that a higher specific growth rate (SGR) and feed rate (FR) were observed in the fish fed diet ratios of 1.98 CHO:L (P < 0.05). Overloading dietary carbohydrate (5.07 CHO:L ratio) caused skeletal malformations. Apparent digestibility of dry matter (ADCd) significantly increased with dietary CHO:L ratio (P < 0.05), while significantly higher apparent digestibility of protein (ADCp) and apparent digestibility of energy (ACDe) was observed only in the 1.98 CHO:L group (P < 0.05). Whole body contents of dry matter, lipid and energy significantly increased as the CHO:L ratio decreased (P < 0.05). The hepatosomatic index (HSI) was highest at 1.98 CHO:L ratio (P < 0.05). Highest dietary CHO:L ratio resulted in lower liver glycogen, liver lipid, plasma glucose and plasma triacylglycerol (P < 0.05), whereas there was no significant difference in plasma total cholesterol (P > 0.05). High dietary CHO:L ratio caused pathological changes in fish morphology and liver histology. Based on maximum growth, the optimal carbohydrate‐to‐lipid ratio was 1.98 for Chinese longsnout catfish.  相似文献

A 3‐month experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of stocking density on growth performance and skin color of juvenile darkbarbel catfish. Experimental fish (5.0 ± 0.6 g; n = 160) were stocked in triplicate in 2 m2 concrete tanks in a greenhouse at the initial density of 50, 150, 400 and 650 fish m?2, respectively (0.42, 1.25, 3.33 and 5.42 kg m?3). At the end of the experiment, 60 fish from each tank were sampled to record body weight and total length, and six fish from each tank were sampled to measure skin color by instrumental color analysis. Results showed that stocking density affected growth performance significantly (P < 0.05). Final mean weight (W), final mean total length (L) and specific growth rate (SGR) were significantly higher at 150 fish m?2 treatment and lower in both the highest and lowest (650 and 50 fish m?2) density treatments (P < 0.05). The condition factor (CF) was higher in 150 and 50 fish m?2 and lowest at 650 fish m?2 treatment; the coefficient of variation of weight (CV) tended to increase with the increase in stocking density, which was lowest in 50 fish m?2 and highest in 650 fish m?2. Stocking density also affected the skin color parameters, L* (lightness), a* (redness), b* (yellowness) and h* (hue), significantly (P < 0.05). The values of these parameters tended to decline with the increase in stocking density. Results of the present study suggest that growth performance and skin color responses to stock density exhibit different patterns for darkbarbel catfish juveniles: highest and lowest densities impaired growth rate, and higher density had a darkening effect on skin color.  相似文献

Many birds obtain colorful carotenoid pigments from the diet and deposit them into growing tissues to develop extravagant red, orange or yellow sexual ornaments. In these instances, it is often unclear whether all dietary pigments are used as integumentary colorants or whether certain carotenoids are preferentially excluded or incorporated into tissues. We examined the carotenoid profiles of three New World passerines that display yellow plumage coloration—the yellow warbler (Dendroica petechia), common yellowthroat (Geothlypis trichas) and evening grosbeak (Coccothraustes vespertinus). Using high-performance liquid chromatography, we found that all species used only one carotenoid—lutein—to color their plumage yellow. Analyses of blood carotenoids (which document those pigments taken up from the diet) in two of the species, however, revealed the presence of two dietary xanthophylls—lutein and zeaxanthin—that commonly co-occur in plants and animals. These findings demonstrate post-absorptive selectivity of carotenoid deposition in bird feathers. To learn more about the site of pigment discrimination, we also analyzed the carotenoid composition of lipid fractions from the follicles of immature yellow-pigmented feathers in G. trichas and D. petechia and again detected both lutein and zeaxanthin. This suggests that selective lutein incorporation in feathers is under local control at the maturing feather follicle.  相似文献

11 genes involved in lipid metabolism were cloned from liver of yellow catfish Pelteobagrus fulvidraco, including CPT 1A, CPT 1B, PPARα, PPARγ, SREBP-1, G6PD, 6PGD, FAS, acetyl-CoA ACCa, ACCb, and LPL. Phylogenetic analysis further identified these genes, and confirmed the classification and evolutionary status of yellow catfish. mRNA of all eleven genes was present in liver, muscle, mesenteric adipose, ovary and heart, but at varying levels. The present study will facilitate further studies on the regulation of lipid metabolism at the molecular level for the fish species.  相似文献

为探讨鱼溶浆(SW)对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)胆汁酸代谢的影响, 以30%鱼粉日粮为对照(FM), 在无鱼粉日粮中分别添加约8% (SW8)、17% (SW17)和25% (SW25)的鱼溶浆(干物质), 设计4组等氮等能日粮, 在池塘网箱中养殖黄颡鱼[初始体重(15.67±0.11) g] 60d。结果显示: 与FM组相比, SW25组黄颡鱼全鱼脂肪含量显著降低(P<0.05), SW17、SW25组肝胰脏脂肪含量显著降低; 同时, SW17、SW25组血清胆固醇降低11.9%—16.6%, 甘油三酯降低32.5%—47.9% (P<0.05)。SW25组肝胰脏胆汁酸水平比FM组降低了76.3% (P<0.05), 而在血清、肠道中胆汁酸水平升高了125.7%和123.3% (P<0.05)。黄颡鱼肝胰脏CYP7A1基因的mRNA表达量没有显著变化(P>0.05), BSEP、ABCC4、NTCP 基因的表达量随鱼溶浆添加量增加而呈现上升趋势, SW25组的表达量比FM组高16.9%、68.2%和222.8%, ABCC4、NTCP表达量变化显著(P<0.05)。结果表明: 在无鱼粉日粮中添加25%的鱼溶浆(干物质), 不影响黄颡鱼肝胰脏胆汁酸的合成作用, 但促使胆汁酸向血液、肠道中转移, 增强了脂肪的能量代谢作用, 减少鱼体脂肪沉积。  相似文献

BackgroundSelenium (Se) functions through selenoproteins and is essential to growth and metabolism of vertebrates. The present study was conducted to identify twelve selenoproteins genes (selenoe, selenof, selenoh, selneoi, selenom, selenok, selneon, selenoo, selenot, selenos, selenou and msrb1) from yellow catfish. Their mRNA expression patterns, as well as their response to dietary oxidized fish oils and Se addition were explored.MethodsWe use 3′and 5′ RACE PCR to clone full-length cDNA sequence of twelve selenoprotein genes from yellow catfish. Their mRNA expression patterns were assessed via quantitative real-time PCR. Yellow catfish were fed diet adequate Se+ fresh fish oil, adequate Se+ oxidized fish oil, high Se+ fresh fish oil and high Se+ oxidized fish oil, respectively, for 10 weeks. Their kidney, heart, brain and testis were used to assess the mRNA expression of twelve selenoprotein.ResultsTwelve selenoprotein genes had similar domains with mammals and the other fish. Their mRNAs were expressed widely in eleven tissues but varied with the tissues. Dietary oxidized fish oils and Se addition influenced their mRNA abundances of twelve selenoproteins in a tissue-dependent manner.ConclusionOur study demonstrated the characterization and expression of twelve selenoproteins, and elucidated their responses in yellow catfish fed diets varying in oxidized fish oils and Se addition, which increased our knowledge into the biological function and regulatory mechanism of Se and selenoproteins in fish.  相似文献

实验以三氧化二铬(Cr2O3)为外源指示剂,采用“70%基础饲料+30%实验原料”的方法配制实验饲料,测定了初始体质量为(28.68±0.49) g的黄颡鱼(Peltobagrus fulvidraco)对国产鱼粉、进口鱼粉、进口鸡肉粉和脱脂黄粉虫粉在膨化制粒和非膨化制粒两种工艺下的干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和氨基酸表观消化率。结果显示,在非膨化制粒工艺下,黄颡鱼对进口鸡肉粉的干物质表观消化率显著高于另外3种原料(P<0.05),黄颡鱼对黄粉虫粉蛋白消化率最低(P<0.05),黄颡鱼对进口鸡肉粉脂肪表观消化率显著高于国产鱼粉和进口鱼粉(P<0.05); 在膨化制粒工艺下,进口鸡肉粉的干物质表观消化率显著低于另外3种原料(P<0.05),国产鱼粉和进口鱼粉的粗蛋白质消化率达94%以上,显著高于另外两种原料(P<0.05),但进口鸡肉粉的脂肪表观消化率显著低于其他原料(P<0.05)。在非膨化制粒工艺和膨化制粒工艺下国产鱼粉、进口鱼粉和黄粉虫粉的干物质表观消化率无显著性差异,但在非膨化制粒工艺下进口鸡肉粉的干物质表观消化率显著高于膨化制粒工艺(P<0.05)。对于国产鱼粉、进口鱼粉和黄粉虫粉而言,非膨化制粒工艺的蛋白消化率显著低于膨化制粒工艺(P<0.05),而鸡肉粉则相反。膨化加工工艺进口鱼粉的脂肪表观消化率显著高于非膨化加工工艺(P<0.05),而膨化加工工艺的黄粉虫脂肪表观消化率显著低于非膨化加工工艺(P<0.05)。氨基酸的消化率结果与粗蛋白的表观消化率变化趋势基本一致。由此可知,对于黄颡鱼饲料,国产鱼粉和进口鱼粉是最佳的蛋白质来源,进口鸡肉粉和黄粉虫亦可以作为其优质的蛋白质来源。对于进口鱼粉、国产鱼粉和黄粉虫粉,膨化制粒工艺更有利于黄颡鱼对其干物质、蛋白、脂肪和氨基酸等营养元素的消化利用,而对于进口鸡肉粉,非膨化制粒工艺更有利于黄颡鱼对营养元素的消化利用。  相似文献

This study investigated the effects of elevated dietary levels of vitamin E (α‐tocopherol) on growth performance, proximate composition and fatty acid profiles of juvenile silver pomfret, Pampus argenteus. Three semi‐purified experimental diets were formulated to contain 49% protein and 16% lipid. High docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) tuna oil was added to the diets to supplement DHA. A graded level of vitamin E (0‐, 50‐, and 100 mg kg?1) was added to experimental diets 1 to 3, respectively. Analyzed vit. E levels were 155.2, 195.3 and 236.4 mg kg?1 in diets 1, 2 and 3, respectively. The experiment was conducted for 12 weeks with juvenile silver pomfret (29.6 ± 7.6 g) using a flow‐through system consisting of nine 1‐m3 tanks. Each treatment had three replicates and fish were stocked at the rate of 20 m?3. Growth performance and feed utilization parameters of fish fed diets 2 and 3 were significantly (P < 0.05) higher than in fish fed diet 1, but the parameters in diets 2 and 3 did not differ significantly (P > 0.05). Although whole body protein levels were not influenced by the dietary vit. E levels, whole body lipid in fish fed diet 2 was significantly higher than in fish fed the other diets. The whole body vit. E levels in fish fed diet 2 (22.6 mg kg?1) and diet 3 (24.1 mg kg?1) were significantly (P < 0.05) higher than in those fed diet 1 (18.2 mg kg?1). Whole body total saturated fatty acids were significantly lower, and DHA levels higher in fish fed diets 2 and 3 than those fed diet 1. The results of the present study suggest that increasing dietary supplementation of vit. E in high lipid diets enhances the growth performance of fish and that a dietary level of 196 mg kg?1 vit. E is suitable for the growth of silver pomfret.  相似文献
