目的:尼莫地平治疗高血压性脑出血的临床疗效。方法:90例高血压脑出血患者随机分为实验组(45例)和对照组(45例),对照组仅采用常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础上采用尼莫地平进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后的临床神经功能缺损评分、临床残疾评分以及血肿和水肿带体积改变。结果:实验组和对照组的治疗有效率为73.33%和42.22%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组和对照组治疗前、后临床神经功能缺损评分分别为(18.58±3.06)、(12.31±2.74)和(18.28±2.97)、(15.22±2.72),实验组和对照组治疗前、后临床残疾评分分别为(38.93±3.37)、(61.57±3.03)和(37.51±4.962)和(43.48±7.19),实验组和对照组治疗前、后的血肿体积分别为(17.23±5.48)cm3、(7.93±3.33)cm3和(17.60±5.46)cm3、(10.97±4.25)cm3,实验组和对照组治疗前、后的水肿带体积分别为(7.73±3.20)cm3、(4.21±1.60)cm3和(7.83±3.19)cm3和(5.67±1.82)cm3,所有患者治疗后各指标均优于治疗前,治疗后两组组间比较均有有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:尼莫地平能够明显的减少血肿体积和水肿带的体积,提高治疗的效果,减少脑出血患者发生神经功能缺损和残疾的可能。  相似文献

Organization of cardiac tissue into cell strands and layers has been implicated in changes of transmembrane potential (DeltaV(m)) during defibrillation. To determine the shock-induced DeltaV(m) in such structures, cell strands of variable width [strand width (SW) = 0.15-2 mm] were grown in culture. Uniform-field shocks with variable strength [shock strength (SS) = 2-50 V/cm] were applied across strands during the action potential (AP) plateau, and DeltaV(m) were measured optically. Three different types of DeltaV(m) were observed. Small DeltaV(m) [<40%AP amplitude (APA)] were linearly dependent on SS and SW and were symmetrically distributed about a strand centerline with maximal positive and negative DeltaV(m) on opposite strand sides being equal. Intermediate DeltaV(m) (<200%APA) were strongly asymmetric with negative DeltaV(m) > positive DeltaV(m) because of a negative time-dependent shift of V(m) at the depolarized side of the strands. For large DeltaV(m) (>200%APA), a second time-dependent shift of V(m) to more positive levels was observed in the hyperpolarized portions of strands, causing reduction of the DeltaV(m) asymmetry. We conclude that during application of shocks to cell strands during the AP plateau, passive changes of V(m) were followed by two voltage- and time-dependent shifts of V(m), possibly reflecting changes of ionic currents or membrane electroporation.  相似文献

Isolation of vitamin B 12 transport mutants of Escherichia coli   总被引:13,自引:10,他引:3  
Escherichia coli KBT001, a methionine-vitamin B(12) auxotroph, was found to require a minimum of 20 molecules of vitamin B(12) (CN-B(12)) per cell for aerobic growth in the absence of methionine. After mutagenesis with N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine and penicillin selection, two kinds of B(12) transport mutant were isolated from this strain. Mutants of class I, such as KBT069, were defective in the initial rapid binding of CN-B(12) to the cell and were unable to grow in the absence of methionine even with CN-B(12) concentrations as high as 100 ng/ml. The class II mutants possessed intact initial phases of CN-B(12) uptake but were defective in the secondary energy-dependent phase. These strains were also unable to convert the CN-B(12) taken up into other cobalamins. In the absence of methionine, some of these strains (e.g., KBT103) were able to grow on media containing 1 ng of CN-B(12)/ml, whereas others (e.g., KBT041) were unable to grow with any of the CN-B(12) concentrations used. Osmotic shock treatment did not affect the initial rate of uptake of CN-B(12) but gave a substantial decrease in the secondary rate. Trace amounts of B(12)-binding macromolecules were released from the cells by the osmotic shock, but only from strains such as KBT001 and KBT041 which possessed an active initial phase of CN-B(12) uptake. These results are interpreted as being consistent with the view that the initial CN-B(12) binding site which functions in this transport system is probably bound to the cell membrane.  相似文献

Plasmid transfer rates for the conjugative plasmid R388::Tn1721 from Pseudomonas cepacia (donor) to Pseudomonas fluorescens (recipient) on agar media, in broth, and in microcosms containing sterile or nonsterile soil, in the presence or absence of germinating pea seeds, were determined. Donors, recipients, and transconjugants were enumerated on selective media after 1 day on agar or in broth culture and over a 7-day period in soil or pea spermosphere microcosms. Donor and recipient growth rates and plasmid transfer rate constants [(gamma), where (gamma) = transconjugants (middot) (donors (middot) recipients)(sup-1) (middot) h(sup-1)] were calculated for three initial parental densities (10(sup4), 10(sup6), or 10(sup8) CFU/g or ml) in each system. For all initial density levels, values of (gamma) in agar and broth matings were higher than those in soil or in the pea spermosphere-rhizosphere microcosms. Values of (gamma) were not influenced by the pea spermosphere or by sterile or nonsterile conditions of the soil. However, (gamma) values in microcosm experiments were inversely related to initial parental density and were directly related to donor growth rates. Values of (gamma) averaged 4 x 10(sup-10), 4 x 10(sup-12), and 3 x 10(sup-14) when initial donor and recipient cell densities were 10(sup4), 10(sup6), and 10(sup8) CFU/g, respectively. These results suggest that the plasmid transfer rate constant is independent of parental cell density only when parental growth is not limited. In a resource-limited environment, intra- or interspecific competition may reduce the transfer rate by limiting parental growth.  相似文献

Twenty samples were taken from the inner or outer surfaces of stone monuments of six historic Scottish buildings and ruins. Biofilms developing on mineral substrates were analysed by in situ scanning electron microscopy and cultivation. Various methods were used to characterize the isolates including automated ribotyping, RAPD and sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene for bacteria, and stereomicroscopy and sequencing of the Internal Transcribed Spacers (ITS) for fungi. Most samples contained microbes between 10(5) and 10(7)cfug(-1) substrate. Actinobacteria belonging to the genus Streptomyces (17 samples/5 monuments) or Arthrobacter (12/3) and Pseudomonas (9/3) were frequently detected. Most streptomycetes were in terms of their 16S rRNA gene sequence most closely related to S. microflavus (10/3) or to the undescribed species S. "vulgaris" (8/3). Indoor and outdoor biofilms exhibited significant differences in their microbiota, as shown by both microscopy and isolation studies. Pigmented coccoid Arthrobacter species were typical for the outdoor samples, whereas Pseudomonas species were common in the indoor samples. Based on the low phylogenetic relationship to a known species (type strain), potential novel pigmented bacterial species belonging to the genera Arthrobacter, Brevundimonas, Cryseobacterium, Deinococcus and Dyadobacter were detected from the outdoor samples and to Pseudomonas from the indoor samples. Hyaline fungal species of Acremonium (10/4) mainly occurred in indoor samples, whereas pigmented species of Cladosporium (8/3), Penicillium (6/3) and Phialophora (6/2) were found outdoors. The Florida panther (Puma concolor coryi) is one of the most endangered mammals, with the entire population estimated to consist of only 30-50 adult animals. Between 1978 and 1999, 73 free-ranging Florida panther carcasses were submitted for postmortem evaluation, of which 47 (64%) were radiocollared and 26 (36%) were uncollared cats. Overall, mortality of panthers > 6-mo-old was due to vehicular trauma in 25 (35%), intraspecific aggression in 19 (26%), illegal kill in seven (10%), research activities in two (3%), infectious diseases in two (3%), esophageal tear in one (1%), pleuritis in one (1%), pyothorax in one (1%), aortic aneurysm in one (1%), atrial septal defect in one (1%), and causes of death were undetermined in 13 (18%) due to autolysis. Of the 25 panthers that were killed by vehicular trauma, 20 (80%) died between October and April. This coincides with increased number of winter visitors to south Florida. Among radiocollared panthers, intraspecific aggression was the primary cause of mortality for 19 (41%) dead cats. Of these cats, 16 (84%) were males and 14 (88%) were either less than 3 or more than 8-yr-old. These animals were probably fighting to establish or retain territory. Among the 26 uncollared panthers, vehicular trauma was the primary cause of mortality and was responsible for 16 (62%) deaths. This study documents the causes of mortality and the age, sex, and seasonal mortality trends for both radiocollared and uncollared free-ranging endangered Florida panthers over a 21-yr-period.  相似文献

Small colony variants (SCVs) of Pseudomonas aeruginosa NCTC 6750 (WT) were repeatedly isolated in an in vitro kinetic model after exposure to gentamicin (GM). There were minor differences biochemically and in phage and serotyping between the wild type (WT) strain and SCVs. Changes in outer membrane protein profiles were found. SCVs were more resistant to polymixin and to a range of aminoglycosides (except kanamycin), but were more susceptible to a range of other antibiotics (hydrophilic and hydrophobic) with differing modes of action.  相似文献

目的评价微生态制剂(培菲康)治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法110例在福建医科大学附属第一医院儿科住院治疗的新生儿高胆红素血症患儿分为治疗组和对照组;对照组65例给予肝酶诱导剂、光疗等综合治疗;治疗组45例在综合治疗基础上加用培菲康治疗。治疗前后检测患儿血清总胆红素和间接胆红素含量。采用SPSS11.0软件包进行统计学分析,α=0.05为显著性检验标准。结果时间-效应分析显示培菲康治疗组和对照组血清总胆红素下降值及95%CI(μmol/L)分别为142.6(126.7~158.4)、74.1(66.9~81.3),血清间接胆红素下降值及95%CI(μmol/L)为115.7(103.3~128.1)、62.6(53.7~71.7),差异有显著性(P〈0.05);多元Cox回归分析显示患儿年龄、体重、孕周、入院前病程、入院血清总胆红素值/间接胆红素值及应用培菲康治疗为影响高胆红素血症患儿血清总胆红素/间接胆红素下降的主要因素;治疗组和对照组治愈例数(治愈率)分别为37例(82.2%)、8例(17.8%),好转例数(好转率)分别为47例(72.3%)、10例(27.7%),χ^2=1.448,P=0.229。2组均未见明显不良反应发生。结论应用培菲康治疗新生儿高胆红素,可促进胆红素分解和排泄,减少肠肝循环,减少肠道重吸收未结合胆红素,是治疗新生儿高胆红素血症一种可靠、安全的药物。  相似文献

为了探讨布地奈德和沙丁胺醇雾化吸入对小儿支气管肺炎的治疗效果,本研究选取138例小儿支气管肺炎患儿随机分组,对照组患儿应用布地奈德治疗,试验组患儿给予布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇治疗,观察比较两组患儿TGF-β1、CRP水平、肺功能水平、临床症状消失时间差异。研究结果表明,治疗后试验组患儿TGF-β1 (1.50±0.46)μg/mL、CRP (12.01±0.97)μg/mL较对照组明显下降(p<0.05);治疗后试验组患儿FEV1(2.68±0.86) L、FEV1/FVC (85.67±8.65)%、PEF变异率(12.04±1.59)%较对照组比较明显改善(p<0.05);试验组患儿咳嗽持续时间(4.49±0.35) d、啰音持续时间(5.79±0.51) d、发热持续时间(2.18±0.24) d、肺部X线阴影持续时间(6.16±0.63) d同对照组比较明显缩短(p<0.05)。本研究初步表明,针对小儿支气管肺炎患儿应用布地奈德和沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗可有效改善临床症状和通气功能,改善临床指标,促进患儿康复,值得推广应用。  相似文献

Three fluorescence-labelled derivatives of testosterone were prepared consisting of the steroid separated from the fluorochrome by a hydrocarbon "bridge". "Bridges" of different lengths (C2 to C7) were used as the length required to avoid steric hindrance effects by the fluorochrome in studies on steroid-protein binding was unknown. The three derivatives prepared were: 17 beta-hydroxy--4-androsten-3-one 3-(O-(N-(2'-mercapto)ethyl)carbamoylmethyl)oxime, 17 beta-hydroxy-4-androsten-3-one 3-(O-(N-(3'-amino)propyl)carbamoylmethyl)oxime and 17 beta-hydroxy-4-androsten-3-one 3-(O(N-(7'-amino)heptyl)carbamoylmethyl)oxime. These were then coupled with either a dansyl or a fluorescein molecule. Overall yields were sufficient and the products immunoreactive with anti-testosterone antiserum.  相似文献

The media (secreted isoforms) and tissue extracts (intracellular isoforms) from ovine and bovine pituitaries perifused in vitro were chromatofocused to examine the pattern of LH isoforms secreted. At slaughter, anterior pituitaries from castrated male cattle (n = 6) and sheep (n = 4) were collected, sectioned mid-sagitally, and weighed. One half was immediately frozen and used to assess intracellular isoforms of LH. The remaining half was sliced and perifused for 120 min to allow attainment of a stable basal secretion rate and then stimulated with 5 x 10(-8) M LHRH. Effluent samples were collected and assayed for LH. Samples representing basal or LHRH-induced secretion were pooled, dialyzed against water, and lyophilized. Pituitary extracts were desalted by flow dialysis against water. All samples were chromatofocused on pH 10.5-7.0 gradients, and concentrations of LH in eluant fractions were determined by RIA. LH in pituitary extracts resolved into nine peaks, which were coded with letters beginning with the most basic isoform. Isoforms A, B, and C were nondetectable (bovine; p less than 0.01) or constituted a smaller percentage of total LH (ovine; p less than 0.05) in perifusates compared to intracellular samples. The percentages of isoforms D and E were lower (p less than 0.05) in perifusates than in intracellular samples from the ovine extracts but similar for the bovine (p greater than 0.05). Adult male sand rats (Psammomys obesus) were caught in the Béni-Abbès area. The highest testicular contents of androgens (ng/testis) were observed in autumn and in winter (testosterone: 7.6 +/- 1.1; androstenedione: 0.76 +/- 0.11) and the lowest in early summer (June) (testosterone: 1.5 +/- 0.3; androstenedione: 0.20 +/- 0.05). Values had increased by late July. Annual variations of the testosterone metabolic clearance rate (litres/24 h/100 g body wt) were similar to those of testicular androgens; values were high in winter (6.7 +/- 0.7) and lowest in June (3.2 +/- 0.3). The onset of testicular endocrine activity in sand rats was concomitant both with the highest temperatures and the start of reduction in photoperiod; its regression occurred when temperature and photoperiod were increasing.  相似文献

Porcine conceptus secretory proteins (pCSP) were obtained from medium in which pig conceptuses, collected on Day 15 of pregnancy, were cultured for 30 h. Culture medium was pooled, dialyzed, and concentrated by Amicon ultrafiltration for intrauterine infusion. Serum proteins (SP) were obtained from blood collected from a Day 15 pregnant gilt and diluted for intrauterine infusion. Catheters were placed into both uterine horns and the inferior vena cava of cyclic (Day 8) gilts. Single blood samples were collected at 0800 h on Days 9, 10, and 11. On Day 11, all gilts received 1 mg estradiol-17 beta (E2) i.m. at 0800 h. Protein infusions commenced on Day 12 and continued through Day 15, twice daily at 0800 h and 2000 h. Protein infusions per uterine horn were (1) 4.0 mg pCSP + 4.0 mg SP (pCSP, 4 gilts) and (2) 8.0 mg SP (SP, 4 gilts). Blood samples were collected every 15 min on Days 12 through 17 between 0805 h and 1100 h. Single blood samples were collected at 0800 h after Day 17 until gilts exhibited estrus. Concentrations of prostaglandin (PG) E, 13,14-dihydro-15-keto-PGF2 alpha (PGFM), and progesterone (P4) were measured by specific radioimmunoassays. Interestrous intervals for pCSP-treated (18.2 days) and SP-treated (18.0 days) gilts were not different (SEM = 0.8 days) and temporal changes in concentrations of P4 in plasma did not differ between pCSP-treated (29.2 ng/ml) and SP-treated (31.2 ng/ml) gilts.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

The effects of the combined application of soil fungicide (benomyl) and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) on lead (Pb) phytoextraction by ryegrass (Lolium perenne) were examined. Twenty-five pots of Pb-contaminated soil (200 mg Pb kg(-1)) were seeded with ryegrass and randomly arranged into the following treatments: (1) Control, (2) benomyl, (3) EDTA, (4) benomyl and EDTA (B+E), and (5) benomyl followed by an application of EDTA 14 days later (B .. . E). Chemicals were applied when plants had reached maximum growth. Plants were analyzed for foliage Pb concentration using inductively coupled argon plasma (ICAP) spectrometry. The synergistic effects of the combined benomyl and EDTA application (treatments 4 and 5) were made evident by the significantly (p < 0.05) highest foliage Pb concentrations. However, the foliage dry biomass was significantly lowest for plants in treatments 4 and 5. The bioaccumulation factor (BF) and phytoextraction ratio (PR) were highest for plants in treatment 5 followed by plants in treatment 4.  相似文献

MacConkey (MC), membrane lauryl sulphate (MIS), membrane faecal coliform amended with rosolic acid (MFC + R) and without the acid (MFC - R) were evaluated in the anaerobic membrane filtration (anaerobic-MF) recovery of faecal coliform populations (FCs), genera and faecal coliform positive (FC-positive) strains isolated from various sources of freshwater, i.e., rivers, rural wells, unchlorinated distributive supplies and hand pumps. Mean counts (x 10(2)/100 ml) of presumptive (typical) FCs varied from 13.69 (MC) to 40.81 (MLS) in river samples, and from 2.0 (MC) to 4.19 (MFC + R) in wells. The proportion of FC-positive, typical FCs ranged from 48.66 (MIS) to 66-67% (MC) in rivers, and from 50 (MC) to 90.22% (MFC + R) in wells. More than 30% of the typical FCs from all sources on each medium was FC-negative. These usually formed small (ca 1.0 mm diam.) colonies on the test agar, and were prevalent in wells. Typical FCs and FC-positive strains were not recovered from piped supplies and hand pumps. In spite of anaerobic incubation, non-faecal coliforms (NFCs) were often higher than the FCs; the FC:NFC ratios for rivers ranged from 1.65 (MC) to 7.65 (MLS) and (MFC + R) but were < 1.0 for wells on each medium. Escherichia coli, Klebsiella and Enterobacter species were recovered on all media: approximately 35-64% of the strains confirmed as FCs were E. coli, 20-42% were Kl. pneumoniae. The FC counts on the media were variable, but the overall performance in recovering 'true' FCs was similar; < 70% of strains per medium were FC-positive. Geostatistical analysis was used to compare rhizoplane colonization patterns of an antibiotic-producing biological control bacterium versus a non-antibiotic-producing mutant strain. Pea seeds were inoculated with Pseudomonas fluorescens 2-79RN(inf10) or P. fluorescens 2-79-B46 (a phenazine-deficient Tn5 mutant of P. fluorescens 2-79RN(inf10)) (10(sup8) CFU/pea), planted in sterile sand, and incubated at 20(deg)C. After 3 days, seedlings were prepared for scanning electron microscopy. Photomicrographs (x1,000) of the root surface were taken at the seed-root junction and at 0.5-cm intervals to the root tip. Bacterial counts on the root surface were made in 5- by 5-(mu)m sample units over an area which was 105 by 80 (mu)m. Coordinates and number of bacteria were recorded for each sample unit. Spatial statistics were calculated by covariance for the following directions: omnidirectional, 0, 45, 90, and 135(deg). The ranges of spatial influence and nugget (estimator of spatially dependent variation) were determined. For both P. fluorescens 2-79RN(inf10) and P. fluorescens 2-79-B46, spatial structure was evident along the entire root, particularly in the 0(deg) direction (along the root length) (e.g., range = 24 (mu)m, nugget = 0.52). The degree of spatial dependence observed indicated aggregation of bacterial cells. No differences were detected in the spatial patterns of colonies of P. fluorescens 2-79RN(inf10) and P. fluorescens 2-79-B46, indicating that the lack of phenazine production did not influence spatial patterns on the rhizoplane.  相似文献

The present study was performed to describe 2 cases of human thelaziasis (HT) which occurred in Gyeongsangnam- do and to briefly review the previously reported Korean cases. A 58-year old woman, residing in Hadong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, came to Gyeongsang National University Hospital (GNUH) complaining of foreign body sensation and itching of the right eye in March 2000. Total 6 adult nematodes of Thelazia callipaeda (2 males and 4 females) were detected in her right eye. A 80-year old man, residing in Jinju-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, came to GNUH complaining of foreign body sensation, itching, and pain of the right eye in December 2007. A total of 5 worms (4 females and 1 degenerated) were removed from his right eye. We analyzed characteristics of the total 39 Korean HT cases reported to date, including the present 2 cases. Most of the cases (71.8%) occurred in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do before 2000, and 21 cases (53.8%) were males and 18 (46.2%) were females. The prevalence was higher in younger ages below 30 years (48.7%) than 31-60 years (41.0%) and over 61 years (10.3%). The seasonal prevalence showed a higher incidence in autumn (43.6%) than in other seasons. Most of the cases (94.9%) were conjunctival sac infections and only 2 (5.1%) were intraocular cases. The present 2 HT cases are the first reported cases in Gyeongsangnam-do. Some characteristics of Korean HT cases were analyzed.  相似文献

Female rabbits (n = 151) were assigned at their first parturition (day 0) to one of three treatment groups (A: non-lactating does and ad libitum feeding, R: non-lactating does and restricted feeding, L: lactating does and ad libitum feeding). Additional females (n = 18) were slaughtered at parturition. Experimental females were presented to the male on days 3 (A3, L3 and R3 groups, n = 25, 26 and 26, respectively) or 10 (A10, L10 and R10 groups, n = 25, 25 and 24, respectively) and were slaughtered on day 28 after parturition. Compared to does slaughtered on day 0, adipose tissues were lighter in L (-66%) and R (-32%) females while they were heavier in A females (+40%; P < 0.01). These results suggest that both L and R females were in energy deficit. Receptivity (80% vs. 98%) and conception rate (51% vs. 83%) were lower in L compared to A females (P < 0.01) regardless the day of male presentation. Ovulation rate (-14%) and conception rate (-26%) were lower in R3 than in A3 does (P < 0.05). Ovulation rate was 24% lower in the L10 than in the A10 group (P < 0.01). The uterine contents were lighter (-25%) in L and R than in A does (P < 0.001) regardless the day of male presentation. These results suggest that the energy deficit associated with milk production can partly explain the negative influence of lactation on reproductive performance.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to determine histologically the distribution of microspheres (MSs) (14 micron), and hence the relative distribution of blood flow, in rat plantaris muscle relative to the fiber types (fast-twitch-oxidative-glycolytic [FOG], fast-twitch-glycolytic [FG], and slow-twitch-oxidative [SO]). Three conditions were investigated: 1) preexercise standing; 2) treadmill locomotion at 15 m/min (fast walking); and 3) treadmill locomotion at 60 m/min (moderate galloping). The MS suspension (containing 1 x 10(6) MSs) was infused into the ascending aorta via a catheter in the carotid artery under each of the 3 conditions so that MSs were distributed to the tissues in proportion to their respective blood flows. Sections (20 micron) of the plantaris muscle were cut and assayed for reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide tetrazolium reductase (NADH-TR) and myofibrillar adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) activities so the fibers could be typed as SO, FOG, or FG. MSs were located in the NADH-TR sections, and the fibers next to the MSs were classified and counted. The observed numbers of fibers of each type in each condition that were adjacent to MSs were compared to the predicted number of adjacent fibers based on the assumption the MSs were randomly distributed in the tissue. This analysis demonstrated that MSs (and blood flows) were preferentially distributed to SO fibers during preexercise, to SO and FOG fibers during slow locomotion, and to FOG fibers during fast locomotion. 对单性结实的龟井温州蜜柑和自花结实的鄂柑1号花期前后子房(幼果)和春梢叶的果胶酸钙、草酸钙、水溶性果胶和原果胶含量变化进行研究。结果表明:(1)两品种子房(幼果)和春梢叶中果胶酸钙含量变化均相类似且变幅小,但鄂柑1号的含量相对较高;两品种草酸钙的含量变化则因器官不同而有所区别,在春梢叶中,两者呈类似的上升趋势,而于子房(幼果)中两者却相反,龟井蜜柑花后趋下降,鄂柑1号却明显上升;鄂柑1号子房(幼果)的草酸钙含量较龟井蜜柑高。(2)两品种子房(幼果)和春梢叶原果胶含量动态相似,均于花后出现明显上升;而水溶性果胶动态差异明显,龟井蜜柑子房(幼果)和春梢叶在花后6d均出现上升峰值;鄂柑1号的水溶性果胶和原果胶含量均相对较高。  相似文献
