Background

The present study hypothesized that GH-AluI and IGF-I-SnabI polymorphisms do change the metabolic/endocrine profiles in Holstein cows during the transition period, which in turn are associated with productive and reproductive parameters.

Methods

Holstein cows (Farm 1, primiparous cows, n = 110, and Farm 2, multiparous cows, n = 76) under grazing conditions were selected and GH and IGF-I genotypes were determined. Blood samples for metabolic/endocrine determinations were taken during the transition period and early lactation in both farms. Data was analyzed by farm using a repeated measures analyses including GH and IGF-I genotypes, days and interactions as fixed effects, sire and cow as random effects and calving date as covariate.

Results and Discussion

Frequencies of GH and IGF-I alleles were L:0.84, V:0.16 and A:0.60, B:0.40, respectively. The GH genotype was not associated with productive or reproductive variables, but interaction with days affected FCM yield in multiparous (farm 2) cows (LL yielded more than LV cows) in early lactation. The GH genotype affected NEFA and IGF-I concentrations in farm 1 (LV had higher NEFA and lower IGF-I than LL cows) suggesting a better energy status of LL cows. There was no effect of IGF-I genotype on productive variables, but a trend was found for FCM in farm 2 (AB cows yielded more than AA cows). IGF-I genotype affected calving first service interval in farm 1, and the interaction with days tended to affect FCM yield (AB cows had a shorter interval and yielded more FCM than BB cows). IGF-I genotype affected BHB, NEFA, and insulin concentrations in farm 1: primiparous BB cows had lower NEFA and BHB and higher insulin concentrations. In farm 2, there was no effect of IGF-I genotype, but there was an interaction with days on IGF-I concentration, suggesting a greater uncoupling somatropic axis in AB and BB than AA cows, being in accordance with greater FCM yield in AB cows.

Conclusion

The GH and IGF-I genotypes had no substantial effect on productive parameters, although IGF-I genotype affected calving-first service interval in primiparous cows. Besides, these genotypes may modify the endocrine/metabolic profiles of the transition dairy cow under grazing conditions.  相似文献

以IGFBP3基因作为秦川牛(Bos taurus)部分屠宰指标的侯选基因,在对60头秦川牛的IGFBP3基因进行PCR-RFLP和序列分析的基础上,对秦川牛群体中IGFBP3基因座等位基因和基因型频率的分布及其与秦川牛部分屠宰性状的关系进行了分析。结果发现,在秦川牛群体中,651 bp的PCR 产物经过限制性内切酶HaeIII消化后,表现出3种基因型,其中等位基因A、B及3种基因型AA、AB、BB的频率分别为0.84、0.16和070、0.28、0.02。经序列分析发现,第299位的C→A颠换(GGCC变成了GGAC)导致了1个HaeIII限制性酶切位点的丢失而产生了该基因座多态性。在所研究的群体中,该多态基因座处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态(P>005)。对13头24月龄秦川牛进行屠宰分析,发现不同基因型对秦川牛部分屠宰指标有一定影响,AA、AB及BB型个体的屠宰率、净肉率及西冷、牛柳、眼肉和嫩肩肉的产率逐渐降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05);AA型个体的眼肌面积大于BB型个体(P<0.05),AB型和BB型个体胴体脂肪含量高于AA型个体(P<0.01)。 Abstract:DNA samples from 60 Qinchuan cattle (Bos taurus) were analyzed with PCR-RFLPs and sequencing for insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3 (IGFBP3) gene.Fragments of 651 bp were amplified with two primers and the products of PCR were digested with restriction endonuclease HaeIII.The produced fragments showed three genotypes,namely AA,AB and BB after electrophoresis.Frequencies of the genotype AA,AB,BB and allele A,B were 0.7,0.28,0.02,and 0.84,0.16,respectively.Sequence analysis showed that a transversion of C→A at 299 nt resulted in loss of the cleaved site of restriction endonuclease HaeIII and produced this polymorphism.This polymorphic locus of IGFBP3 gene was at Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P>0.05).The genotypes of AA,AB,BB slightly affected several slaughter and carcass traits of Qinchuan cattle.Dressing percentage,net meat percentage,striplion percentage,tenderloin percentage,ribeye percentage and tender shoulder percentage were decreased with the genotypes of AA,AB and BB in Qinchuan cattle,but it was not significant (P>0.05).Average ribeye area in individuals of AA genotype was significantly higher than that in individuals of BB genotype (P<0.05),and beef fat content in individuals of genotype AB and BB was significantly higher than that in individuals of AA genotype (P<0.01).  相似文献

Effect of polymorphic variants of growth hormone (GH), beta-lactoglobulin (beta-LG), and Pit-1 genes on milk yield was analyzed in a Holstein herd. Genotypes of the cows for these genes were determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method. Allele frequencies were 0.884 and 0.116 for L and V variants of GH, 0.170 and 0.830 for A and B variants of Pit-1, and 0.529 and 0.471 for A and B variants of beta-LG, respectively. GLM procedure of SAS software was used to test the effects of these genes on milk yield. Results indicated significant effects of these genes on milk yield (P < 0.05). Cows with LL genotype of GH produced more milk than cows with LVgenotype (P < 0.05). Also, for Pit-1 gene, animals with AB genotype produced more milk than BB genotype (P < 0.05). In the case of beta-LG gene, milk yield of animals with AA genotype was more than BB genotype (P < 0.01). Therefore, it might be concluded that homozygote genotypes of GH (LL) and beta-LG (AA) were superior compared to heterozygote genotypes, whereas, the heterozygote genotype of Pit-1 gene (AB) was desirable.  相似文献

采用PCR-SSCP方法对中国美利奴羊和哈萨克羊中IGFBP-3基因的多态性进行了检测, 并对不同基因型与中国美利奴羊部分羊毛性状间的关联性进行了分析。结果在位于内含子1区的一段178 bp的扩增产物经SSCP分析后出现了3种基因型, 基因型AA、AB和BB及等位基因A、B在中国美利奴羊中的频率分别为0.70、0.24、0.06和0.82、0.18; 在哈萨克羊中的频率分别为0.87、0.13、0.00和0.93、0.07。序列分析发现: 在该序列的122位碱基表现多态性 (g.122 G>T)。所研究的两个群体在该位点上均处于Hardy-Weinberg不平衡状态(P<0.01)。不同基因型对部分羊毛性状有一定的影响: 不同基因型个体在剪毛后体重和净毛率上没有明显差异。AA、AB及BB基因型个体的羊毛伸直长度逐渐变短, 其中AA与AB基因型之间差异极显著(P<0.01)。AA型个体的剪毛量和羊毛密度要明显低于AB型(P<0.01)和BB型个体(P<0.05); 羊毛纤维直径则明显高于AB型(P<0.01)和BB型(P<0.05)个体。  相似文献

摘要: 以544头中国荷斯坦奶牛为研究对象, 以k-酪蛋白基因为产奶性状的候选基因, 扩增779 bp的片段, 结合测序结果采用PCR-RFLP方法来检测k-酪蛋白基因3个位点的多态性。结果在exon 4的第10 891 bp、10 927 bp和10 988 bp处分别发生了T/C、C/A错义突变和G/A同义突变, 据此分别选择了TaqⅠ、HindⅢ、 PstⅠ等 3种限制性内切酶检测了其多态性。发现3个位点的A、B等位基因在群体中都有分布, 且处于低度多态; A 和B 等位基因的频率分别为86.03%和13.97%; AA, AB和BB基因型频率分别为73.71%, 24.63%和1.66%; c2适合性检验表明, 该群体在这3个位点的突变达到Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态(P > 0.05); BB和AB基因型个体乳脂率显著高于AA基因型个体(P<0.05), AB基因型个体脂蛋白比显著高于AA基因型个体(P < 0.05), 但不同基因型对产奶量和乳蛋白率没有显著影响; 3个位点的酶切多态性在所研究群体中是紧密连锁的。说明在中国荷斯坦奶牛群体中, κ-酪蛋白B等位基因可作为改良奶牛乳脂率性状的分子遗传标记。  相似文献

采用PCR-SSCP方法对长白猪(87头)、大白猪(79头)和马身猪(102头)的胰岛素样生长因子-I(IGF-I)基因exon3和exon4分别进行单核苷酸多态性分析。发现exon3上有多态性,且存在3种基因型(AA、AB、BB)。统计结果表明,3种基因型在各品种中的分布不一致,多重比较差异极显著(P<0.01)。固定效应模型分析结果表明,背膘厚基因型间差异显著(P<0.05),而初生重、断奶重和6月龄重基因型间差异不显著(P>0.05)。最小二乘分析结果表明,BB基因型与其它2种基因型比较有较大的初生重,同AA和AB型比较差异极显著(P<0.01),3种基因型在初生重的大小排列顺序为AA相似文献

本研究以北京黑猪为研究对象, 以FSHb 亚基基因为产仔性状的候选基因, 分别采用PCR产物直接电泳和PCR-RFLP方法来检测FSHβ亚基基因2个位点的多态性。结合测序发现: FSHb-1位点上, 北京黑猪BB型的134与135 bp (D00621序列的6 473与6 474 bp) 之间插入273 bp的片段而产生多态, 序列分析表明该插入片段为一典型的逆转座子, 在插入片段中还发现了一个RNA 聚合酶Ⅲ内部启动子; FSHb-2位点上, 由于扩增片段173 bp处存在C→T的突变, 使得HaeⅢ酶切位点消失而产生多态; 2个位点的A、B等位基因在北京黑猪群体中都有分布, 且处于低度多态。χ2适合性检验结果表明, 该群体在这2个位点的突变都达到Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态 (P>0.05)。用SAS 8.2 软件最小二乘法拟合线性模型, 将基因座不同基因型与繁殖性状总产仔数 (TNB)、产活仔数 (NBA) 和出生重 (WB) 进行了关联分析, 结果表明: 就初产母猪而言, FSHb-1位点上, AA型比AB和BB型个体的TNB分别多0.96头和1.85头 (P<0.05), AA和AB型比BB型个体的NBA分别多0.95头和1.69头(P<0.05)。FSHb-2位点上, AA型比AB型和BB型个体的TNB分别多1.57头和2.15头 (P<0.05); AA和AB型比BB型个体的NBA分别多1.00头和0.94头 (P<0.05); 就经产母猪而言, FSHb-2位点上, AA型个体的WB比BB型的WB重0.25 kg (P<0.05)。全部群体的FSHb-1位点的A等位基因和初产母猪FSHb-2位点的A等位基因对TNB、NBA和WB表现为正效应。  相似文献

A method was depicted to identify null allele CSN1S1 N and low allele CSN1S1 F of the CSN1S1 gene of goat using PCR-SSCP (polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism). First, primer A was designed to amplify the exon 9 of CSN1S1 gene which produced three genotypes AA, AB, and BB. Among these three genotypes, only AA and AB individuals had a cytosine deletion at exon 9 after DNA sequencing, which cannot be used to identify the N and F alleles. Therefore, primer B was used to amplify intron 14 of CSN1S1 of described AA and AB individuals. Genotypes FF, FN and NN were detected within AA individuals and genotypes FO and NO were detected in the above AB individuals. The frequencies of F and N alleles in 708 samples from Xinong Saanen (XS) and Guanzhong (GZ) dairy goat breeds were 0.1139, 0.0927, and 0.2376, 0.1193, respectively. In 268 XS samples, the individuals with NN genotype contained a significant lower protein content than that of other genotypes (P<0.01). Individuals of FF genotype had significant higher milk yield than that of NO genotype in the first milk lactation of 202 XS individuals (P<0.05). Therefore, the variability at CSN1S1 locus contains enough genetic diversity to be potentially useful in improving the quality and production of milk in Chinese dairy goat breeds.  相似文献

以中国荷斯坦奶牛(Chinese Holstein dairy cattle)为对象,以α1 抗胰蛋白酶基因(α1-AT)为候选基因,扩增5′侧翼区668 bp和999 bp的片段并进行测序.首次发现,在+3 142 bp处P1和+4 408 bp处P2分别发生C-T、T-C突变.随后采用PCR-RFLP方法对随机采自6个牛场,共计294头牛进行了检测,遗传变异和产奶性状分析结果显示:2个位点的等位基因在群体中都有分布,且处于中度多态.P1位点A和B等位基因的频率分别为50.34%和49.66%; AA、AB和BB基因型频率分别为23.81%、53.06%和23.13%;P2位点E和F等位基因的频率分别为30.61%和69.39%, EE、EF和FF基因型频率分别为11.90%、37.41%和50.68%. χ2适合性检验表明,该群体在P1位点的突变达到Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态(P>0.05),在P2位点未达到平衡.基因与产奶性状关联分析表明,AB基因型个体产奶量与脂蛋比显著高于AA基因型个体(P<0.05);FF基因型个体乳蛋白率显著高于EF基因型个体(P<0.05);9种单倍型组合与乳脂率、乳蛋白率、体细胞数、产奶量及脂蛋比均存在不同程度相关性.  相似文献

Association between ribonuclease L (RNASEL) gene 1623A>C polymorphism and prostate cancer (PCa) susceptibility has been assessed in large quantities of studies but with controversial conclusions. We undertook a pooled analysis containing 7397 PCa cases and 6088 control subjects to assess the correlation between RNASEL 1623A>C polymorphism and PCa risk. Moreover, we used enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to test the serum RNASEL expression among patients enrolled in our centers and in-silico tools were also utilized. The overall results of our analysis indicated a positive relationship between 1623A>C variant and PCa risk (allelic contrast, odds ratio [OR] = 1.07; 95% confidence interval [CI] = 1.02-1.12; Pheterogeneity = 0.575; CC vs AA, OR = 1.14; 95% CI = 1.03-1.26; Pheterogeneity = 0.217; CC + CA vs AA, OR = 1.10; 95% CI = 1.01-1.19; Pheterogeneity = 0.303; and CC vs CA + AA, OR = 1.08; 95% CI = 1.00-1.17; Pheterogeneity = 0.298). In ethnicity subgroup analysis, similar results were especially indicated in African descendants. In addition, serum RNASEL levels in PCa cases with CC + CA genotypes were higher than those with AA genotypes. Our present study showed evidence that RNASEL 1623A>C polymorphism is related to PCa risk, especially in African descendants.  相似文献

Using two techniques, the authors collected replicated data on red cell osmotic fragility of normal Jersey cows having different haemoglobin genotypes. The data were tested against several theoretical distributions. The logistic sigmoid was chosen as a model, the concentration of added salt solution at which 50% haemolysis occurred was taken as an index. A meta-analysis on the effects of A and B alleles, the most frequent alleles of CSN3 gene, on milk yield and composition traits was conducted by pooling a large dataset consisting of 30 471 genotyped cattle. Four genetic models, comprising dominant (AA + AB vs. BB), recessive (AA vs. AB + BB), additive (AA vs. BB) and co-dominant (AA + BB vs. AB), were employed to analyze data. Standardized mean difference (SMD) was used to measure the size of the effects of A and B alleles of CSN3 on studied traits. Effect sizes of 0.2, 0.5 and 0.8 represent small, medium and large effects, respectively. The results indicate that B allele, in the form of BB genotype, has a significant, but medium effect on lactation yield under dominant (SMD = 0.259, P-value = 0.006) and additive (SMD = 0.279, P-value = 0.035) models. Moreover, a small decrease in the fat percentage occurred in cows having A allele under dominant (SMD = −0.077, P-value = 0.006) and additive (SMD = −0.106, P-value = 0.035) models. Furthermore, CSN3 variants significantly but slightly affect protein percentage under dominant (SMD = −0.146, P-value = 0.000), recessive (SMD = −0.077, P-value = 0.000) and additive (SMD = −0.219, P-value = 0.000) models, showing the negative effect of A allele on this trait. Meta-analysis results reveal that daily milk yield is slightly affected by CSN3 variants under recessive (SMD = 0.056, P-value = 0.033) and additive (SMD = 0.061, P-value = 0.013) genetic models. There is no effect of CSN3 variants on either protein or fat yield. In addition, the effects of CSN3 variants on milk-related traits were not observed under the co-dominant model. Sensitivity and publication bias analyses were carried out to confirm the stability of meta-analyses results.  相似文献

采用PCR-SSCP方法对长白猪、大白猪、杜洛克猪、山西黑猪和马身猪的肌细胞生成素(Myogenin,简称MyoG)基因进行单核苷酸多态性检测,并分析MyoG基因对猪的初生重、断奶重、6月龄重和背膘厚的影响。根据猪MyoG基因的DNA序列设计10对引物,发现In2-3引物扩增的片段有多态性。统计结果发现,3种基因型(AA、AB、BB)在各品种中的分布不一致。χ^2独立性检验表明,基因型频率在外来猪种(长白猪、大白猪、杜洛克猪)与地方猪种(山西黑猪、马身猪)间存在显著差异(P〈0.05)。固定效应模型分析结果表明,初生重和背膘厚基因型间差异显著(P〈0.05),而断奶重和6月龄重基因型间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。最小二乘分析结果表明,BB基因型与其他两种基因型比较有较小的初生重,同AA和AB型比较差异极显著(P〈0.01),3种基因型在初生重的大小排列顺序为AA〉AB〉BB;AA基因型与其他两种基因型比较有较小的背膘厚,同AB和BB型比较差异极显著(P〈0.01),3种基因型在背膘厚的大小排列顺序为AA〈AB〈BB。因此,推测基因型对个体的初生重和胴体瘦肉率存在一定的影响,选择带有A等位基因的个体有望提高个体的初生重和胴体的瘦肉率。  相似文献

Vitamin D receptor (VDR) is implicated in the regulation of bone mineral density (BMD). In this study, we performed a meta-analysis to evaluate the association between the VDR BsmI (rs1544410) and ApaI (rs7975232) polymorphisms and BMD in Chinese women. Literature was retrieved from PubMed and other databases. The studies on the association between VDR BsmI and ApaI genotypes and BMD at the lumbar spine, the femoral neck, the trochanter or the Ward’s triangle in Han Chinese women were included in this meta-analysis. Pooled BMD differences and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated using random- or fixed- effects model. Twenty-five eligible studies, which included 4,075 Chinese women, were identified. No significant difference was observed for either genotype when the meta-analysis was limited to premenopausal women. In postmenopausal women, BMD differences were significant for BB vs. Bb [−0.029 (95% CI −0.056, −0.002) g/m2, P = 0.037] at the femoral neck, AA vs. Aa [−0.029 (95% CI −0.051, −0.006) g/m2, P = 0.012] at the lumbar spine, and Aa vs. aa [0.022(95% CI 0.011, 0.033) g/m2, P = 0.000] at the trochanter. These results suggest a modest but statistically significant association between VDR BsmI and ApaI polymorphisms and BMD in Chinese postmenopausal women, with higher BMD in heterozygous subjects. More epidemiological and mechanistic studies are needed to further investigate the role of VDR gene polymorphisms in regulating BMD and osteoporosis in the future.  相似文献

Two pairs of primers (P1 and P2) were designed to detect single nucleotide polymorphisms of exon 2 and intron 2 of bone morphogenetic protein 4 (BMP4) gene in both high fecundity breed (Jining Grey goat) and low fecundity breeds (Boer, Angora and Inner Mongolia Cashmere goats) by single strand conformation polymorphism. Results showed that no polymorphism was detected for exon 2 (primer P1) of BMP4 gene in four goat breeds. For intron 2 (primer P2), three genotypes (AA, AB and BB) were detected in Jining Grey and Inner Mongolia Cashmere goats, two genotypes (AB and BB) in Angora goats, and only one genotype (AA) in Boer goats. Sequencing revealed one mutation (2203G>A) of BMP4 gene in the genotype BB in comparison to the genotype AA. The differences of litter size between AA, AB and BB genotypes were not significant (P > 0.05) in Jining Grey goats. A pair of primer (P3) was designed to detect polymorphism in the 3' flanking region of BMP4 gene that contained dinucleotide repeated sequence (CA) in the four goat breeds by microsatellite analysis. For primer P3, three genotypes (CC, CD and DD) were detected in four goat breeds. Sequencing revealed one more CA dinucleotide in genotype DD than in genotype CC. The Jining Grey does with genotype CC had 0.55 (P < 0.05) or 0.72 (P < 0.05) kids more than those with genotype CD or DD. These results preliminarily indicated that allele C of BMP4 gene is a potential DNA marker for improving litter size in goats.  相似文献

以180只3个品系的温岭草鸡为材料, 采用PCR-RFLP方法对鸡MSTN基因外显子1的2个多态位点进行研究, 并分析对屠体性状的遗传效应。Bsh1236Ⅰ识别G(2100)A突变, 产生MN和NN 2种基因型, MspⅠ识别G(2109)A突变, 产生AA、AB和BB 3种基因型, 联合2个位点分析出现了5种基因型。基因型频率在品系间的c2检验表明差异均不显著(P>0.05)。方差分析显示不同基因型的屠宰率有显著或极显著的差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。多重比较显示:杂合型MN的腹脂重和屠宰率显著(P<0.05)高于突变型NN; 杂合型AB的胸肌重和胸肌率显著(P<0.01或P<0.05 )高于基因型AA, 基因型AA的腹脂重和腹脂率都极显著(P<0.01)高于突变型BB, 在腿肌重性状上, BB型显著(P<0.05)低于AA型和AB型;2个位点联合分析时, NA/MA基因型的腹脂重、腹脂率和胸肌率均极显著(P<0.01)高于或低于其他基因型。  相似文献

荷斯坦牛Nramp1基因遗传多态性及其与乳房炎相关性的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用PCR-SSCP技术检测了344头中国荷斯坦牛Nramp1基因exon 11的基因多态性, 并分析了其不同基因型与乳房炎及产奶量性状的关系。结果表明: 实验群体发现3种基因型AA、AB、BB, 其中A等位基因为优势等位基因, 等位基因频率为0.767, 而B等位基因频率则为0.233。经χ2适合性检验, 群体处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态(P>0.05)。测序结果显示: 扩增片段分别在200 bp(C/G)和254 bp(T/G)存在碱基突变, 并导致了氨基酸改变, 分别为丙氨酸替换为脯氨酸(Ala356Pro)、亮氨基酸替换为蛋氨酸(Leu374Met)。通过构建最小二乘线性模型, 进行Nramp1基因多态性与产奶量、体细胞评分(SCS)的相关性分析表明, AA型个体的SCS最小二乘均值显著低于BB﹑AB型(P<0.05), 而AA型﹑AB个体的产奶量最小二乘均值显著高于BB型(P<0.01, P<0.05), AA基因型可作为乳房炎抗性的优良基因型。因此, 可将Nramp1作为奶牛乳房炎候选基因应用于分子标记辅助选择育种。  相似文献

采用PCR-SSCP技术检测促卵泡素b亚基(follicle-stimulating hormone β, FSHβ)基因5′调控区、外显子1和外显子2在高繁殖力山羊品种(济宁青山羊)和低繁殖力山羊品种(辽宁绒山羊、波尔山羊、安哥拉山羊)中的单核苷酸多态性, 同时研究该基因对济宁青山羊高繁殖力的影响。结果表明: 山羊与绵羊的FSHβ 基因该段核苷酸序列同源性为98%。9对引物中, 只有P9的扩增片段存在多态性。P9的扩增片段在济宁青山羊和辽宁绒山羊中检测到AA、AB和AC 3种基因型; 在波尔山羊中检测到AA、CC和AC 3种基因型; 在安哥拉山羊中检测到AA、BB、CC、AB、AC和BC共6种基因型。测序分析发现BB型与AA型相比在外显子2的第94 bp处有G→A突变, 并引起氨基酸改变(丙氨酸→苏氨酸); CC型与AA型相比在外显子2的第174 bp有一处C→T沉默突变。济宁青山羊AA、AB和AC基因型频率分别为0.686、0.137和0.177。AA基因型济宁青山羊产羔数最小二乘均值比AB基因型的多0.78只(P<0.05), 比AC基因型的多0.64只(P<0.05)。  相似文献

采用PCR-SSCP方法检测胰岛素样生长因子2 (insulin-like growth factor 2, IGF2)基因外显子7, 8, 9的多态性, 并分析其对初生重、断奶重、6月龄重和6月龄背膘厚的遗传效应。根据猪IGF2基因的DNA序列(AY044828)设计3对引物, 结果在Ex8引物对扩增的片段上发现了多态性, 并对纯合子进行测序, 发现exon8的53位存在C→T转换, 且检测到3种基因型(AA、AB、BB)。统计结果表明, 3种基因型在各品种中的分布不一致, 长白猪与大白猪比较, 莱芜猪与大薄莲猪比较, 沂蒙黑猪和里岔黑猪比较差异不显著(P > 0.05); 其他猪种间基因型分布的差异均显著(P < 0.01)。固定效应模型分析结果表明, 初生重和6月龄背膘厚基因型间差异显著(P < 0.05), 而断奶重和6月龄重基因型间差异不显著(P > 0.05)。最小二乘分析结果表明, BB基因型个体同AA和AB基因型个体比较初生重的差异显著(P < 0.05), 3种基因型在初生重的大小排列顺序为AB > AA > BB; AA基因型个体同AB和BB基因型个体比较6月龄背膘厚的差异显著(P < 0.05), 3种基因型在6月龄背膘厚的大小排列顺序为BB > AB > AA。因此, 推测IGF2基因对个体的初生重和胴体瘦肉率存在一定的影响, 将IGF2基因应用于猪育种过程中的标记辅助选择可以加快猪的育种进程。  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to determine any potential association of the BF, RBP4, and ESR2 genes with reproduction traits in an autochthonous Greek pig population. The PCR-RFLP methodology was implemented for genotyping purposes of the examined genes. No deviation from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium was observed for the examined loci, while the B allele noted to be the more frequent in all analyzed genes. In addition, sows with the AA genotype of BF gene found to produce significantly lower numbers of the total born piglets (TNB) and number of piglets born alive (TNA), while the respective BB genotype significantly exceeded in TNB and NBA traits compared to the other two genotypes (P?Abbreviations: TNB: Total number of born piglets; NBA: Number of piglets born alive  相似文献
