研究生教育作为我国高等教育体制中最高层次的教育,是培养具有高素质、创新型人才的核心环节。医学院校研究生的素 质教育与创新能力是决定其基础医学研究能力和临床专业技能的重要因素,而研究生课程体系的建设是决定研究生培养过程中 重要的一环。为了提高研究生的创新能力,我校对研究生课程体系进行了一系列的改革。通过总结国内外10 所知名院校生物学 专业研究生课程体系的特点,对比分析我校在此方面存在的不足,进一步明确生物学专业研究生培养的目标,并有针对性的提出 课程体系改革的措施,为后续研究生教育改革奠定基础。  相似文献

随着医学科学技术的发展和社会需求的扩大,医学界对高层次人才的需求持续增长。为推进我国医疗卫生系统的可持续发展,医学院校适应时势变化,积极调整和优化研究生教学类型结构,大力发展专业学位研究生教育。专业学位研究生教育以培养临床思维和提高临床技能为重点,同时注重基本科研素质的培养。随着专业学位研究生招生人数的增加,如何保证研究生的"质"和"量"的同步提升成为高校和教育者研究热点。本文通过借鉴临床医学科学学位硕士研究生的教学与培养模式,结合临床医学专业学位硕士研究生的特点及培养要求,对以往教学经验与教训做一总结,着力于探索一条适合临床医学专业学位硕士研究生的教学与培养模式,为建立标准化的临床医学专业学位硕士研究生的教学与培养模式提供参考。  相似文献

病理学是研究疾病的发病、病变机理及在疾病发展过程中各组织器官形态特征与功能变化的一门学科,被称作是联系基础与临床的桥梁和纽带。据统计我国现阶段临床病理医生的需求量很大,而高水平临床病理诊断医师尤为欠缺。近年来,病理学专业学位研究生的培养应运而生,旨在为国家培养高质量的病理学人才。然而由于我国传统的病理学研究生的培养仍存在种种弊端,毕业的研究生难以获得临床与科研二者综合能力的提升,因而限制了其自身在病理学事业方面的发展。本文依据我科室专业学位研究生的培养经验,探讨病理学专业学位研究生的培养模式以及如何培养高层次病理学人才,促进其科学研究与外科病理诊断的有机结合,为推动我国病理学事业的蓬勃发展打好坚实基础。  相似文献

医学研究生的科研探索和创新能力对我国医学事业的发展十分重要,培养研究生的基础科研能力是医学研究生教育的重要方面。本文从课程设计、教学理念、教学内容、教学模式以及成绩评价等要素总结了昆明医科大学《分子生物学》课程体系构建与学生科研创新能力培养的教学实践与思考。该课程体系由"分子生物学理论基础"和"分子生物学实验技术"两个模块组成;前者侧重加强学生的知识储备和引导学生建立科研思维方法,后者注重提高学生的基础实验技能,以培养学生综合运用基本知识分析和解决问题的能力,为从事基础医学和临床医学研究奠定基础。  相似文献

高通量测序技术目前已广泛的应用于临床研究领域。与传统测序方式相比,该技术具有通量高、耗时短、成本低等特点。研究生教育中对高通量测序技术的新进展及其在疾病研究、临床诊断等方面的应用方面的介绍较少。培养医学研究生对高通量测序技术的应用能力,可以增强研究生对高通量测序技术的方法、原理、应用范围、数据分析的理解,为医学研究生应用高通量测序技术发现及解决临床问题打下一定的基础。  相似文献

目的 以转化医学模式申报、管理、应用中医药防治病毒性肝炎科研项目,实现基础科研和临床应用的双向联通。 方法 以承担国家“十一五”重大科技专项课题为契机,组建转化医学研究团队,统筹管理科研项目分配和申报,共享科研仪器设备和医学生物标本及生物信息库,通过科学的运行机制实现中医药防治病毒性肝炎科研成果向临床应用进行转化。 结果 近2年,实施转化医学模式的医院在研国家级项目达4项,天津市局级项目4项;2年来培养中西医结合人才3人,选派4人攻读医学硕士、博士研究生,3人取得硕士学位。 结论 以转化医学模式,组织管理中医药防治病毒性肝炎科学研究,能够打破传统医学研究的分隔,重建中医药防治病毒性肝炎医学研究体系,实现实验室与临床的双向转化,不失为从人才培养到学科建设等各方面的中医药转化医学模式的有益探索。

研究型医院是指以完成临床医疗工作为基本任务,以培养优秀人才为突出优势,以创新性科学研究为重要使命,以制定和修定临床医学标准和规范为水平标志的大型综合型医院。其是我国医院管理界的新生事物。要走研究型医院快速、持续发展之路,提高医院的整体诊治水平,就必须大力培育复合型人才。研究生培养作为研究型医院优秀人才培养的重要组成部分,在培养过程中必然需要新的培养方式。建立与研究型医院发展相适应的研究生培养机制,诱导研究生国际视野,培养研究生创新意识,激发研究生求知欲望,训练研究生专项特长,树立研究生转化医学思维,才能培养出适应研究型医院发展需要的研究生。本文就研究型医院研究生培养的几点想法与同行共享。  相似文献

目的 研究临床型研究生培养与住院医师培训相结合的可能性。方法 对上海某三级甲等医院临床型研究生和部分临床带教老师进行问卷调查。结果 对于临床型研究生培养纳入住院医师培训,对其临床能力培养是否有帮助和对就业是否有帮助,带教老师和学生之间看法具有显著差异(P <0.05);临床型研究生医师资格被带教老师和学生认为是存在的障碍第一位;带教老师认为临床型研究生培养纳入住院医师规范化培训有必要的比例明显高于学生。结论 从经济上、技术上、组织管理和社会影响进行分析,临床型研究生培养与住院医师培训相结合有其可行性,两条途径的临床能力培训并轨后,将利于统一的专科医师准入制度的建立。  相似文献

An important part of training the next generation of physicians is ensuring that they are exposed to the integral role that research plays in improving medical treatment. However, medical students often do not have sufficient time to be trained to carry out any projects in biomedical and clinical research. Many medical students also fail to understand and grasp translational research as an important concept today. In addition, since medical training is often an international affair whereby a medical student/resident/fellow will likely train in many different countries during his/her early training years, it is important to provide a learning environment whereby a young medical student experiences the unique challenges and value of an international educational experience. This article describes a program that bridges the gap between the basic and clinical research concepts in a unique international educational experience. After completing two semester curricula at Alfaisal University in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, six medical students undertook a summer program at St. Boniface Hospital Research Centre, in Winnipeg, MB, Canada. The program lasted for 2 mo and addressed advanced training in basic science research topics in medicine such as cell isolation, functional assessment, and molecular techniques of analysis and manipulation as well as sessions on the conduct of clinical research trials, ethics, and intellectual property management. Programs such as these are essential to provide a base from which medical students can decide if research is an attractive career choice for them during their clinical practice in subsequent years. An innovative international summer research course for medical students is necessary to cater to the needs of the medical students in the 21st century.  相似文献

提高医学创新人才培养手段是医学教育改革的重点内容之一。"分子与细胞"是临床医学教育改革的重点专业基础课,也是一门全新的整合课程,具有学时多、难度大且要求和临床专业紧密结合的特点。如何转变临床专业课程的传统教学模式,是临床专业课程改革创新的焦点。该研究通过基于嵌入式文献阅读和临床案例式的翻转课堂教学模式,将传统的面对面授课转化为以学生为中心的授课方式,将课堂主阵地由线下转移至线上,为线下课堂提供了更多创新融合的方式,同时增强了医学生对于生命学基本原理的理解,为培养具有精准医学专业背景的医学生提供了理论基础。通过三年的翻转课堂实施,临床专业卓越医生试点班学生对教学满意度以及学生成绩显著提升,说明在临床专业整合课程开展翻转课堂教学具有积极意义。  相似文献

In 2011, the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine (UPSOM) and Tsinghua University formed a partnership to further the education of Tsinghua medical students. These students come to UPSOM as visiting research scholars for two years of their eight-year MD curriculum. During this time, the students, who have completed four years at Tsinghua, work full-time in medical school laboratories and research programs of their choice, essentially functioning as graduate students. In their first two months in Pittsburgh, the scholars have a one-week orientation to biomedical research, followed by two-week rotations in four labs selected on the basis of the scholars’ scientific interests, after which they choose one of these labs for the remainder of the two years. Selected labs may be in basic science departments, basic science divisions of clinical departments, or specialized centers that focus on approaches like simulation and modeling. The Tsinghua students also have a brief exposure to clinical medicine. UPSOM has also formed a similar partnership with Central South University Xiangya School of Medicine in Changsha, Hunan Province. The Xiangya students come to UPSOM for two years of research training after their sixth year and, thus, unlike the Tsinghua students, have already completed their clinical rotations. UPSOM faculty members have also paved the way for UPMC (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center), UPSOM’s clinical partner, to engage with clinical centers in China. Major relationships involving advisory, training, managerial, and/or equity roles exist with Xiangya International Medical Center, KingMED Diagnostics, First Chengmei Medical Industry Group, and Macare Women’s Hospital. Both UPSOM and UPMC are actively exploring other clinical and academic opportunities in China.  相似文献

《遗传学》是生命科学相关专业本科阶段最重要的课程之一。近年来,随着生命科学领域研究的不断深入,新知识与新技术也在不断更新。但遗传学的教学模式目前仍以理论讲授为主,这使得抽象的原理难以被学生理解接受,直接影响了教学效果。因此探索新的教学模式尤为必要。2010年以来我校在生物技术专业《微生物遗传学》教学中开展了新教学模式——文献精读,文章从文献精读的前期课程基础,如何选择专业文献,怎样组织教学过程,开展文献精读对学生和教师的意义等方面全面分析了实施情况和应用价值,指出该教学模式体现了“前沿”和“经典”的结合,使书本的知识在实践中具体化,既提高学生的学习效果,激发学习兴趣,又开拓了学生的思路,锻炼其能力。这种教学模式为《遗传学》教学授课不断探索新的模式、在“精准医疗”时代下如何培养兼具临床与科研能力的医疗人才提供新思路。  相似文献

Biomedical engineering (BME) continues to make the future, not just respond to the present, by anticipating the needs of interface engineering and clinical medicine. In many respects, BME is the educational mode of the future, fostering collaboration among disciplines at its core by building on basic concepts in engineering and biology. We strive to educate where the needs, opportunities, and jobs are and will be in the future. The bridge between engineering, biology, and medicine is a growing link, and there is no sign that this interface will slow. With an aging population, dynamic changes in health care, as well as global economies and related themes upon us, we are only at the very beginning of the impact that BME will have on medicine and the quality of life. Those of us in BME are excited to be setting this agenda and welcome your participation. In part, this is why we have designed our BME major to cover both the depth and breadth, always a challenge, but one that we are committed to. The depth of the design projects, research experience, coursework, study abroad options, and internships all convenes to establish a solid foundation for our students as they embark on their career paths.  相似文献

The potential of the Internet as a medium through which to teach basic and applied immunology lies in the ability to illustrate complex concepts in new ways for audiences that are diverse and often geographically dispersed. This article explores two collaborative Internet-based learning projects (also known as e-learning projects) that are under development: Immunology Online, which will present an Internet-based curriculum in basic and clinical immunology to Swiss undergraduate and graduate students across five campuses; and the OCTAVE project, which will offer online training to an international cadre of new investigators, the members of which are carrying out clinical trials of vaccines against HIV infection.  相似文献

随着医学模式的转变,预防医学已经成为现代医疗体系的重要组成部分,在提高公共卫生健康水平方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。为了更好地开展预防医学工作,预防医学专业学员不仅要掌握牢固的预防医学专业知识,更要具备丰富的临床医学知识。针对预防医学专业本科学员的临床课程教学,我校经过多年的探索与改革,已经积累了丰富经验,教学质量较高;但现阶段仍然存在着一些问题。本文分析我校预防医学专业本科学员临床课程的教学现状及存在的主要问题,并提出建议;从而为进一步提高预防医学专业本科学员的临床课程教学质量提供依据。  相似文献

To explore the benefits that students may derive from assuming responsibility for the medical care of people in isolated communities under a minimum of supervision, two volunteer third-year medical students spent the summer of 1964 caring for 1600 Indians and Metis at Wabasca, Alberta. They worked closely with the local public health nurse and a Catholic nursing sister who maintained a small hospital. Considerable experience was gained in preventive medicine and in the diagnosis and management of a wide variety of illnesses, using basic clinical skills and minimal laboratory facilities. The pressure of responsibility was particularly beneficial. It provided a potent impetus to learn and perfect skills in clinical medicine and basic therapeutics. Visits by an interested clinician every two to three weeks provided the optimum combination of responsibility and supervision. The existence of some local health organization was considered helpful.  相似文献
