藻类和微生物作为水体生态系统中的成员,它们之间的相互影响是关系生态平衡不容忽视的重要因素之一。本文报道了不同类型的11株抑制或溶解蓝藻的微生物,描述了它们的溶藻特点及其它生物学特性。它们在分类上分别属于粘球菌,溶解杆菌、屈挠杆菌、鞘丝菌、芽孢杆菌及链霉菌等6个属,其中包括直孢鞘丝菌、中华屈挠杆菌两个本文作者发表的新种。鞘丝菌能溶藻是第一次记载。研究结果进一步揭示了对蓝藻起制约作用的微生物类群的多样性;为了解此类生态系统中微生物类群提供了新的信息。  相似文献

生物土壤结皮是生态系统原生演替过程中的一个早期阶段,在铜陵铜尾矿废弃地自然生态恢复过程中生物土壤结皮在尾矿废弃地表面广泛分布.以生长在铜陵杨山冲和铜官山2处铜尾矿废弃地的生物土壤结皮为研究对象,运用常规培养方法和变性梯度凝胶电泳技术(PCR-DGGE)对不同群落生物土壤结皮中的蓝藻多样性及优势类群进行研究.结果表明2种研究方法所获得的蓝藻种类组成具有明显差异.显微观察结果表明常规培养试验中主要蓝藻类群为微囊藻属(Microcystis)、色球藻属(Chroococcus)、颤藻属(Oscillatoria)、念珠藻属(Nostoc)和浮鞘丝藻属(Planktolyngbya),其中优势种类主要为铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)、断裂颤藻(Oscillatoria fracta)和细浮鞘丝藻(Planktolyngbya subtilis);提取样品中微生物总DNA,对蓝藻16SrRNA进行PCR-DGGE分析,回收DGGE图谱中24个条带进行测序分析,结果显示,所有序列与GenBank数据库中的近缘蓝藻的相似性系数均在93%以上,其中优势蓝藻类群主要隶属于微鞘藻属(Microcoleus)和细鞘丝藻属(Leptolyngbya),裸地(YL)处和木贼群落下尾矿表面(YM)的生物土壤结皮中优势蓝藻类群主要为微鞘藻属,而黄色真藓-藻类混合结皮(YT)和白茅群落( YB,TG)下的生物土壤结皮中的优势类群主要隶属于细鞘丝藻属.  相似文献

自同氮蓝藻藻种培养池的土壤中分离得到一株具有透明薄鞘、宽度均一、长度不等、可届挠滑行运动的丝状菌。随菌龄增长或培养条件的改变,丝状体内分隔形成单列杆状细胞链。此种杆状细胞可由鞘内滑出形成新的丝状体。产生内生芽孢。革兰氏染色阳性,但不稳定。30—320c生长良好,45℃亦可生长,并形成大量不规则卷曲的螺旋状丝状体。在含铁蛋白胨琼脂上出现膨大的葫芦状细胞。初次分离物对固氮蓝藻细胞有明显的溶解能力。经鉴定为鞘丝菌属(Coleomitus)的一个新种,命名为直孢鞘丝菌(Coleomitus rectisporus sp.nov.)。  相似文献

西藏羊八井废弃地热热井的细菌多样性   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
【目的】旨在研究羊八井热田两废弃地热热井沉积物及热水中的细菌多样性。【方法】采用非培养分子分析技术分别构建了热井A沉积物A样、水样A以及热井B沉积物B样总DNA的16S rRNA基因文库,并对每个文库中随机挑选的克隆子进行扩增rDNA限制性酶切片段分析(amplified ribosomal DNA restriction analysis, ARDRA),分别选取文库中不同分类单元的阳性克隆子进行测序,将所得到的数据与国际基因数据库GenBank 的序列进行相似性比较并构建系统发育树。【结果】热井A和热井B的细菌类群大多为典型的栖热细菌,均以变形菌(Proteobacteria)为优势类群(在热井A沉积物A中为41.08% 、在水样A中为38.00%,以及在热井B的沉积物B中为42.57%,下同),以恐球菌-栖热菌(Deinococcus-Thermus)为亚优势类群(10.71%、20.00%、21.30%);此外两热井沉积物中均发现热泉中比较少见的且为亚优势类群的酸杆菌(Acidobacteria)(在热井A沉积物A中为16.07%、在热井B的沉积物B中为19.15%),热井A沉积物中第三个亚优势类群为壁厚菌门(Firmicutes)的真杆菌(Eubacterium sp.)(14.28%);水样A中则没有检测到酸杆菌,而以产水菌门(Aquificae)的产氢杆菌属(Hydrogenobacter)为另一亚优势类群(16.00%)。此外两热井中均检测到绿弯菌(Chloroflexi)、蓝藻(Cyanobacteria)以及噬纤维菌-屈挠杆菌-拟杆菌群 (Cytophaga-Flexibacter-Bacteroides,CFB group)等类群的细菌。【结论】通过与文献比较分析,发现羊八井热田中细菌类群大多为典型的栖热细菌,如恐球菌-栖热菌、产水菌、绿弯菌、蓝藻以及candidate division OP类群的微生物等;但是尚有一些不常见的细菌类群如弧菌(Vibrio sp.)、Bacteriovorax sp.、未培养的酸杆菌和Holophaga(uncultured Holophaga/Acidobacterium)和未确定的疣微菌(Unidentified Verrucomicrobium)等,羊八井热田地热的开发变迁和地下冷热水交融可能与细菌类群的复杂性有关。  相似文献

浮游植物作为海洋初级生产力的主要驱动者,其功能的发挥与共生微生物密不可分.藻类(甲藻、硅藻或蓝藻)的栖息环境中存在多样的共生细菌,各类细菌拥有不同的组成比例,但某些异养细菌在藻际环境中总是占据优势地位,如变形杆菌、黄杆菌及放线菌等.基于微生物在调节微食物网、促进物质循环和维持生态系统平衡中的重要意义,本文主要以赤潮事件的藻际环境为例,尝试梳理上述主导性“常驻微生物”在“藻-菌”共生体物质转化中的作用.特别是针对近些年来倍受关注的黄杆菌和玫瑰杆菌,着重例述了它们在物质代谢中的行为与生态策略,以更好地理解常驻物种在藻际生态位中的生态行为与协同进化.  相似文献

【目的】比较不同植被下红树林土壤细菌和古菌的多样性及群落结构,认识红树林土壤微生物资源多样性。【方法】直接提取红树林土壤总DNA,采用细菌通用引物27F/1492R和古菌通用引物Arch21F/Arch958R进行PCR扩增,构建细菌和古菌16S rRNA基因文库,对海南东寨港自然保护区秋茄林、无瓣海桑林和无红树林裸滩土壤的细菌和古菌多样性和群落结构进行分析和比较。【结果】3种土壤样品的细菌类群包括变形细菌门(Proteobacteria)等16个类群,其中变形细菌门(Proteobacteria)与绿屈挠菌门(Chloroflexi)是优势类群;古菌包括6个嗜泉古菌界(Crenarchaeota)类群和7个广域古菌界(Euryarchaeota)类群,分别以Marine Benthic Group C、Marine Benthic Group D为优势类群。多样性指数(H’)和物种丰富度指数(Schao1)表明,本地种秋茄林下土壤细菌和古菌的多样性指数最高,外来种无瓣海桑显著低于秋茄林,甚至明显低于相邻无红树林裸滩沉积物;不同植被下土壤细菌和古菌群落结构存在显著差异,秋茄林土壤微生物群落结构和无红树林裸滩沉积物更相似。【结论】红树林土壤微生物类群丰富,不同植被下土壤细菌和古菌多样性和群落结构存在显著差异。  相似文献

【目的】微生物是湖泊生态系统的重要组成部分,参与碳、氮和硫等元素的生物地球化学循环过程,其群落组成和功能对环境的稳定性和可持续性至关重要。然而,新疆的部分湖泊出现退化和盐渍化等问题,微生物如何响应湖泊退化值得研究。【方法】本研究基于16S rRNA基因的扩增子高通量测序,对巴里坤盐湖退化区域的土壤微生物群落结构进行分析,同时对微生物的潜在生态学功能进行预测。【结果】本研究发现,假单胞菌门(Pseudomonadota)、绿弯菌门(Chloroflexota)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidota)是巴里坤盐湖退化生境中的优势类群。在轻度退化阶段,脱硫菌门(Desulfobacterota)和弯曲杆菌门(Campylobacterota)是主要类群,但随着湖泊退化程度加剧,这些类群急剧减少甚至消失;在极度退化阶段,酸杆菌门(Acidobacteriota)和浮霉菌门(Planctomycetota)等类群逐渐占据主导地位。基于BugBase对氧的需求进行预测,结果发现好氧类群主要是放线菌门(Actinomycetota)、假单胞菌门(Pseudomonadota)和绿弯菌门(Chlorof...  相似文献

赤杆菌科微生物隶属于细菌域(Bacteria)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、α-变形菌纲(Alphaproteobacteria)、鞘脂单胞菌目(Sphingomonadales)。依据16S rRNA基因序列的系统发育分析结果,2005年赤杆菌科被提议建立,成立之初由3个属5个种组成;在过去10年中,该科的物种数量增加迅速;截止2015年10月,赤杆菌科合格发表6个属44个种。赤杆菌科微生物在土壤、热泉、海水和沉积物等环境中广泛分布,其在环境修复、食品工程及生物医药等领域具有重要的应用前景。此外,部分菌株具有细菌叶绿素a,营好氧异养生长兼具光合作用功能,是好养不产氧光合异养菌的一个重要类群,近年来其在全球海洋碳循环和能量代谢过程中的重要作用日益凸显,得到了国内外学者的关注。本文综述了赤杆菌科微生物的分类特征、生态分布和应用基础等方向的研究进展,并对其分类研究趋势做了分析。  相似文献

【目的】通过分析富含高分子有机物的云南洱源牛街热泉原核微生物16SrRNA基因克隆文库,丰富对高温热泉原核微生物多样性的认识,为进一步开发和利用该热泉微生物资源奠定基础。【方法】构建洱源牛街高温热泉原核微生物16SrRNA基因克隆文库,通过测序和序列相似性比对以及聚类分析研究该热泉原核微生物的多样性。【结果】该热泉原核微生物以细菌为主,包括变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、梭杆菌门(Fusobacteria)等在内的约10个细菌类群,其中变形菌门中的β-变形菌纲(β-Proteobacteria)为优势菌群,其次为拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、绿菌门(Chlorobi);古菌的生物量和丰度较细菌少,分属广古菌(Euryarchaeota)和泉古菌(Crenarchaeota)两个类群,以广古菌为优势类群。  相似文献

【目的】通过对云冈石窟石质文物表面及云冈石窟周边岩石样品中微生物的研究,建立可用于快速检测石质文物中微生物的方法。【方法】选取云冈石窟石质样品和云冈石窟周边岩石样品作为研究对象,应用PCR-DGGE技术对样品中的微生物群落结构进行了分析研究。【结果】根据系统发育树聚类分析,可以得出云冈石窟中检测出的微生物主要分为四大类群:γ-变形菌纲、鞘脂杆菌门、α-变形菌纲和放线菌纲;根据GenBank数据库中的序列比对结果,可以知道云冈石窟周边类似岩石样品中的微生物主要属于γ-变形菌纲、厚壁菌门和α-变形菌纲等。【结论】本实验成功检测出云冈石窟石质样品表面及云冈石窟周边岩石样品中的微生物类群,为云冈石窟的保护工作提供了有力依据,同时也证明了DEEG和分子克隆技术相结合的方法是检测石质文物中微生物群落结构的一种可操作性强、快速、准确的检测手段。  相似文献

Expressed sequence tags (ESTs) from the Antarctic green algae Pyramimonas gelidicola were analyzed to obtain molecular information on cold acclimation of psychrophilic microorganisms. A total of 2,112 EST clones were sequenced, generating 222 contigs and 219 singletons, and 200 contigs and 391 singletons from control (4 degrees C) and cold-shock conditions (-2 degrees C), respectively. The complete EST sequences were deposited to the DDBJ EST database (http:// www.ddbj.nig.ac.jp/index-e.html) and the nucleotide sequences reported in this study are available in the DDBJ/EMBL/ GenBank. These EST databases of Antarctic green algae can be used in a wide range of studies on psychrophilic genes expressed by polar microorganisms.  相似文献

Large amounts of well preserved microfossils have been reported from the cherts of the Upper Proterozoic of the Bohemian Massif (Middle Europe). They resemble those described by Cayeux (1894) from the Upper Proterozoic (Brioverian) of Bretagne (France). It is shown, unlike the views of Cayeux and his followers (Deflandre, 1955, and Graindor 1957), that the observed structures did not belong to individuals but to colonies of filamentous prokaryotic organisms, most probably blue-green algae (Cyanophyta). These produced specific crystal-like mineral aggregation round each filament. Scanning microscope examination has revealed that the individual facets of these mineral crystals were perforated by the openings through which the thread-like bodies of these primitive organisms protruded. It is shown that these microorganisms were attached to the cells of other, bigger microorganisms and enveloped them. Some of these substrate organisms might have been eukaryotic algae. The thecae gradually accumulated around the cells of these carrier organisms and after death the colonies disintegrated to constitute the main component of the sediment. The microfossils described are just a major component of a complicated fossil assemblage comprising coccoid and filamentous blue-green algae and bacteria. There are indications that several eukaryotic species might also have been present.  相似文献

Mycotoxins are secondary fungal metabolites and are reported to be carcinogenic, genotoxic, teratogenic, dermato-, nephro- and hepatotoxic. Several studies have shown that economic losses due to mycotoxins occur at all levels of food and feed production, including crop and animal production, processing and distribution. Therefore, there is a great demand for a novel approach to prevent both the formation of mycotoxins in food and feed and the impact of existing mycotoxin contamination. Recently, investigators have reported that many microorganisms including bacteria, yeast, moulds, actinomycetes and algae are able to remove or degrade mycotoxins in food and feed. We have reviewed various strategies for the detoxification of mycotoxins using microorganisms such as bacteria, yeast and fungi.  相似文献

钙化藻和微生物在造礁石珊瑚幼虫的附着变态过程中扮演着重要角色,对珊瑚礁生态系统的健康具有重要意义。对南海珊瑚礁区钙化藻的共附生细菌进行分离培养,一方面有利于发掘南海珊瑚礁的微生物资源,另一方面有利于进行微生物与珊瑚、钙化藻等珊瑚礁框架生物的相互作用研究。本研究分离获得孔石藻(Porolithon onkodes)表面共附生细菌,基于16S rRNA基因序列进行系统发育分析,并通过高效液相色谱和质谱对分离得到的假交替单胞菌属菌株的代谢产物进行比较分析。从孔石藻分离获得的369株细菌菌株分别隶属于变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)的5纲12目22科47属的97个种级类群。在属级水平上,假交替单胞菌属(Pseudoalteromonas)的菌株数量最多,分属于7个种。在假交替单胞菌属的代谢产物分析中,发现3株在系统发育树中聚为一簇的假交替单胞菌的代谢产物中存在四溴吡咯,而其余没有。研究结果不仅表明了钙化藻中含有丰富的可培养微生物和潜在新物种资源,还首次发现四溴吡咯在南海珊瑚礁区特定类群菌株的代谢产物中的存在,为珊瑚幼虫附着变态的化学信号研究提供基础。  相似文献

概述了藻类对PAHs的富集和代谢的研究进展。环境中多环芳香烃(PAHs)的污染能导致严重的健康问题,利用生物特别是微生物去除污染环境中的PAHs是一项新的技术。藻类对PAHs的富集与有机污染物的类型、藻类的种类及藻类的生物量有关,活细胞和死细胞对PAHs均有富集能力。还阐述了PAHs在真菌、细菌和藻类体内代谢的途径以及代谢过程中起关键作用的酶,PAHs在藻类中的代谢途径和细菌及真菌都不同,谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST)在藻类代谢PAH过程中起重要作用,但细胞色素P450酶所起的作用则不详。  相似文献

A systematic study of adenosine triphosphate (ATP)-dependent hexose kinases among microorganisms has been undertaken. Sixteen hexose kinases of five major types were partially purified from 12 microorganisms and characterized with respect to specificity for sugar and nucleotide substrates and Michaelis constants for the sugar substrates. Glucokinase activities that phosphorylate glucose and glucosamine are inhibited by N-acetyl-glucosamine and xylose, were found to be present in the non-sulphur photosynthetic bacteria Rhodospirillum rubrum, the blue-green algae Anacystis montana, and the protists Chlorella pyrenoidosa and Chlamydomonas reinhardtii (green algae), Hypochytrium catenoides (Hypochytridiomycete) and Saprolegnia Iitoralis (Oomycete). The myxobacteria Stigmatella aurantiaca contains a glucokinase activity with a different specificity pattern. Anacystis and Chlorella, besides their glucokinase activities, contain highly specific fructokinases, although that from Anacystis can also phosphorylate fructosamine; fructokinase from Anacystis has a molecular weight of 20 000, and exhibits a sigmoidal saturation curve for ATP when the Mg2+/ATP ratio is 2; this curve is transformed to a Michaelian one when under the same conditions an excess of Mg2+ (5 mM) is added. Saprolegnia however, besides the glucokinase, contains a mannofructokinase activity that phosphorylates mannose (Km 0.06 mM) and fructose (1 mM). On the other hand, hexokinase, a low specificity enzyme, was detected in the protist Allomyces arbuscula (Chytridiomycete) and in fungi Mucor hiemalis and Phycomyces blakesleeanus (Zygomycetes), and Schizophyllum commune (Basidiomycete). Schizophyllum contains a glucomannokinase activity together with hexokinase activity. The pattern of distribution of ATP-dependent hexose kinases among microorganisms seems to parallel that reported for biosynthetic pathways for lysine. The correlation with other biochemical parameters is also considered.  相似文献

Microalgae are photosynthetic microorganisms that use sunlight as an energy source, and convert water, carbon dioxide, and inorganic salts into algal biomass. The isolation and selection of microalgae, which allow one to obtain large amounts of biomass and valuable compounds, is a prerequisite for their successful industrial production. This work provides an overview of extremophile algae, where their ability to grow under harsh conditions and the corresponding accumulation of metabolites are addressed. Emphasis is placed on the high-value products of some prominent algae. Moreover, the most recent applications of these microorganisms and their potential exploitation in the context of astrobiology are taken into account.  相似文献

Differently directed effects from autochthonous algae and bacteria on allochthonous microflora in hyperosmotic conditions were revealed and analyzed. Living halophilic microorganisms increase survival time of enterobacteria. Cellular extracts from halophils decrease storage time of allochthonous bacteria in a highly mineralized medium. Allochthonous bacteria in hyperosmotic conditions are able to suppress viability of autochthonous halophilic microflora. Symbiotic interactions between autochthonous and allochthonous microorganisms, defined by correlation of protective and antagonistic effects, regulate survival of microorganisms in hyperhaline water reservours and can be used for the assessment of their ecological and sanitary-and-hygienic states.  相似文献

Cryptoendolithic habitats in the Canadian high Arctic are associated with a variety of microbial community assemblages, including cyanobacteria, algae, and fungi. These habitats were analyzed for the presence of metal ions by sequential extraction and evaluated for relationships between these and the various microorganisms found at each site using multivariate statistical methods. Cyanobacteria-dominated communities exist under higher pH conditions with elevated concentrations of calcium and magnesium, whereas communities dominated by fungi and algae are characterized by lower pH conditions and higher concentrations of iron, aluminum, and silicon in the overlying surfaces. These results suggest that the activity of the dominant microorganisms controls the pH of the surrounding environment, which in turn dictates rates of weathering or the possibility for surface crust formation, both ultimately deciding the structure of microbial diversity for each cryptoendolithic habitat.  相似文献
