The center of diversity of the genus Musa (Musaceae) is in Southeast Asia, a region not studied in detail and where new species and varieties continue to be reported. A new wild banana species, M. chunii Hakki-nen from Yunnan, China is described and illustrated based on observed morphological characteristics in the field. This extremely rare new species was only found in Tongbiguan Nature Reserve, Dehong District, West Yunnan. A key to M. chunii and related taxa is provided. In addition, critical notes regarding M. rubra Kurz identity are given.  相似文献

龙骨星蕨(Microsoriummembranaceumvar. carinatum)是新近发表的一个变种,从形态特征看,它与原变种膜叶星蕨(M. membranaceumvar. membranaceum)可以很容易地区分。但将龙骨星蕨与另外 3种国产星蕨属 (Mi crosorium)植物叶绿体基因组中rbcL、rps4基因和trnL trnF、rps4 trnS基因间隔区进行PCR扩增和序列分析,并与已经发表的真蕨类的相应序列进行比较发现,龙骨星蕨与膜叶星蕨在所研究的 4个DNA片段中均未表现出序列差异(除了trnL trnF区的一个 2bp长度差异外 ),而所比较的其他真蕨类变种间的相应DNA片段均存在一定的差异。因此DNA序列证据不支持龙骨星蕨变种的成立。  相似文献

以龙船花两变种橙红龙船花Ixora coccinea var. coccinea、邦德胡卡红仙丹草I. coccinea var. bandhuca的成熟叶为材料,利用WinFolia软件测定多项叶形态指标,并对叶面积进行回归分析,分别建立其8种回归方程以及总的适用回归方程。结果表明,龙船花两变种的叶片长×叶水平宽、叶周长、叶垂直长、叶片长、叶水平宽、叶片长×叶片长以及叶水平宽×叶水平宽与叶面积之间的相关系数及复相关系数均呈极显著水平(P<0.01),可分别用来建立龙船花的叶面积回归方程;叶面积与叶片长×叶水平宽的相关系数及复相关系数最高,基于叶片长×叶水平宽的8种叶面积回归方程更好地估测两种龙船花的叶面积。经检验发现,二次函数、复合函数、幂函数能更准确地估测叶面积;由两种龙船花共同建立的3种总的回归方程中,复合函数与幂函数能更好地模拟估测叶面积。  相似文献

Musa aurantiaca Baker (Musaceae) is distributed from northeast India, Tibet to northern Myanmar. In the present study its intraspecific taxa are thoroughly investigated. Two new varieties are described and illustrated based on live plants in the field: M. aurantiaca Baker var. homenborgohainiana Gogoi and M. aurantiaca Baker var. jengingensis Gogoi. A key to the varieties of Musa aurantiaca Baker and closely related taxa is also provided.  相似文献

本文以气相色谱质谱计算机联用的方法分析了牛尾蒿原变种Artemisia dubia var. dubia及无毛变种B A. dubia var. subdigitata精油化学成分,共鉴定出82种化合物,其中萜类50种,芳香类12种,脂肪族类20种。经比较研究表明,这两变种的精油中有39种化合物(27 种萜类,5种芳香类和7种脂肪族类化合物)相同,而它们的差别在于牛尾蒿无毛变种中二环、三环倍半萜、芳香类及脂肪族类化合物的类型比原变种多。从精油的萜类化学组成特点来看,这两个变种的萜类化合物环化程度比蒿亚属植物高,而与龙蒿亚属植物相近。因此,这两个变种归属于龙蒿亚属较合适。  相似文献

Nuclear DNA content and genomic distributions of 5S and 45S rDNA were examined in nineteen diploid accessions of the genus Musa representing its four sections Eumusa, Rhodochlamys, Callimusa and Australimusa, and in Ensete gilletii, which was the outgroup in this study. In the Eumusa (x = 11), 2C DNA content ranged from 1.130 to 1.377 pg, M. balbisiana having the lowest DNA content of all sections. M. beccarii (x = 9), a representative of Callimusa, had the highest 2C nuclear DNA content (1.561 pg). Species belonging to Rhodochlamys (x = 11) and Australimusa (x = 10) had 2C DNA contents ranging from 1.191 to 1.299 pg and from 1.435 to 1.547 pg, respectively. E. gilletii (x = 9) had 2C DNA content of 1.210 pg. The number of 5S rDNA loci in Musa varied from 4 to 8 per diploid cell. While different numbers of 5S rDNA loci were observed within Eumusa and Rhodochlamys, four 5S rDNA loci were observed in all accessions of Australimusa. M. beccarii (Callimusa) and E. gilletii contained 5S rRNA gene clusters on five and six chromosomes, respectively. The number of 45S rDNA loci was conserved within individual sections. Hierarchical cluster analysis of genome size, number of chromosomes and 45S rDNA sites suggested a close relationship between Rhodochlamys and Eumusa; Australimusa was clearly separated as were M. beccarii and E. gilletii. Within the Eumusa-Rhodochlamys group, M. balbisiana, M. schizocarpa and M. ornata formed distinct subgroups, clearly separated from the accessions of M. acuminata, M. mannii, M. laterita and M. velutina, which formed a tight subgroup. The results expand the knowledge of genome size and genomic distribution of ribosomal DNA in Musa and Ensete. They aid in clarification of the taxonomical classification of Musa and show a need to supplement the analyses on the DNA sequence level with cytogenetic studies.  相似文献

The essential oil of Artemisia dubia var. dubia and dubia var. subdigitata were analysed by GCMS and a tatal of 82 compounds including 50 terpenoids, 12 aromatics and 20 aliphatics were identified, among which variety dubia and var. subdigitata contained 54 and 67 compounds respectivey. Comparative studies indicate that 39 compounds (27 terpenoids, 5 aromatics and 7 aliphatics) were shared by the two varieties. The difference in constituents of essential oil between the two varieties is that more types of biocyclic and tricyclic sesquiterpenes, aromatics and aliphatics were shown inA. Dubia var. subdigitata than A. dubia var. dubia. Compositionally, the terpenoids in essential oil of the two varieties were endowed with a higher degree of cyclization than those of the species from Subgen. Artemisia, but similar to those of the species from Subgen. Dracunculus. Thus the assignment of the two varieties in Subgen. Dracunculus was consistent with the phylogeny of the genus Artemisia.  相似文献

产自湖北神农架的狭叶三脉紫菀Aster ageratoides var. gerlachii (Hance) Chang一直被各种文献和有关标本馆误定为小花三脉紫菀A. ageratoides var. micranthus Ling。我们对二者进行了野外采集和形态学、细胞学的比较研究,分析了导致错误鉴定的原因,重新确定了二者的界限。小花三脉紫菀无横走地下茎,这一性状具有重要的分类学价值。核型研究发现,小花三脉紫菀为二倍体,2n=2x=18=18m,核型属1A型;狭叶三脉紫菀则是四倍体,2n=4x=36=32m+4sm (2SAT),核型属2A型。二变种的染色体数目、核型均为首次报道。狭叶三脉紫菀在湖北为新分布记录。  相似文献

In order to get a thorough understanding of the Characeae, the specimens collected from Guangxi and Gansu were identified. The result shows that the two provinces, especially Guangxi, are abundant in this family. In this paper, however, reported are only new species, new varieties and new records of Chara in China. Genetic diversity and relationships were assessed in 28 accessions of Musa acuminata (AA) Colla and Musa balbisiana (BB) Colla, and some of their natural hybrids, using the amplified fragment length polymorphisms (AFLP) technique. Fifteen AFLP +3 primer pairs produced 527 polymorphic bands among the accessions. Neighbor-joining and principal co-ordinate (PCO) analyses using Jaccard's similarity coefficient produced four major clusters that closely corresponded with the genome composition of the accessions (AA, BB, AAB and ABB). The AFLP data distinguished between the wild diploid accessions and suggested new subspecies relationships in the M. acuminata complex that are different from those based on morphological data. The data suggested that there are three subspecies within the M. acuminata complex (ssp. burmannica Simmonds, malaccensis Simmonds, and microcarpa Simmonds). 'Tjau Lagada' (ssp. microcarpa), 'Truncata' [ssp truncata (Ridl.) Shepherd] and 'SF247' [ssp. banksii (F.Muell) Simmonds] clustered very closely with 'Gros Michel' and 'Km 5', indicating that more than one M. acuminata subspecies may be involved in the origin of triploid AAA bananas. 'Calcutta 4' (ssp. burmannicoides De Langhe &; Devreux) and 'Long Tavoy' (ssp. burmannica) were closely related and could be together in the same subspecies. This study also showed that there is much more genetic diversity within M. balbisiana that was split into two groups: (1) 'I-63' and 'HND' and (2) 'Los Banos', 'MPL' (Montpellier), '10852', 'Singapuri', 'Etikehel', and 'Butohan 1' as the other.  相似文献
