钱塘江口弹涂鱼繁殖特征及早期发育   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对采自钱塘江口沿岸滩涂(E 30°15',N 121°27')的弹涂鱼(Periophthalmus modestus)进行了繁殖特征和早期发育研究。弹涂鱼的个体绝对繁殖力(F)为1 432~2 978粒,平均1 998粒;体长相对繁殖力(FL)为36~62粒/mm,平均45粒/mm;体重相对繁殖力(FW)为528~1 530粒/g,平均864粒/g(n=83)。雌鱼性体指标(GSI)为8.47%~25.39%,平均14.49%(n=83);雄鱼GSI为0.10%~0.57%,平均0.25%(n=76)。弹涂鱼的成熟卵为沉性黏着性卵,有黏着丝,卵径(0.42±0.01)mm(n=500);受精卵椭球形,长径(0.75±0.02)mm,短径(0.56±0.03)mm,长短径比例0.74±0.03(n=300);受精卵为端黄卵,胚盘形成于动物极,作盘状卵裂。胚胎发育可划分为29个发育时相,在(27±0.5)℃、盐度10和pH 7.8±0.3条件下,经历124.13 h孵出仔鱼,所需的积温达3 351.34 h.℃。初孵仔鱼全长(2.17±0.09)mm(n=9),器官发育完善,胸鳍和鳔等器官已形成,眼睛有大量黑色素沉积,心率达(154.33±5.87)次/min(n=20)。实验条件下,初孵仔鱼投喂褶皱臂尾轮虫(Brachionus plicatilis)培育至23 d。3~4 d龄卵黄囊已完全吸收,进入后期仔鱼;7 d龄,脊椎骨开始弯曲,消化管呈折型;11 d龄,尾鳍开始分化,尾椎骨开始上翘,上颌出现牙齿;15 d龄,下颌出现牙齿;23 d龄,尾鳍鳍条发育完整,除第一背鳍外,其他各鳍已形成。幼鱼在培育过程中出现了两个死亡高峰期,第一个高峰出现在仔鱼孵化后5~7 d龄的开口期,第二个高峰则出现在20~23 d龄的变态期。  相似文献

本文报道闽南—台湾浅滩渔场羽鳃鲐的生长特性和死亡参数,并讨论了捕捞规格问题。其纯体重 W 和总体重 W’与叉长的相关式分别为 W=2.5687×10~(-7)L~(3.7545),W’=1.003×10~(-6)L~(3.5140);叉长生长方程 L_t=346.5[1-e~(-0.2209(t+1.2263))]~(0.5700),体重生长方程 W_t=881.1[1-e~(-0.2209(t+1.2263))]~(2.1399);1988—1989年种群存活率为0.2808,瞬时总死亡率为1.2600,瞬时自然死亡率和瞬时捕捞死亡率分别为0.5863和0.6738;最佳最小捕捞叉长为170.3mm,最佳最小捕捞纯体重和总体重分别为63.9g 和71.0g.  相似文献

该研究比较观察青海湖裸鲤(Gymnocypris przewalskii)两亚种(青海湖裸鲤指名亚种(Gymnocypris przewalskii przewalskii)和青海湖裸鲤甘子河亚种(Gymnocypris przewalskii ganzihonensis))鳃的形态及显微结构。结果显示,指名亚种的第一鳃弓鳃耙数多、密集且较长,而甘子河亚种则耙数少、稀疏且短;两者的鳃丝间距及鳃小片间距无明显差异,指名亚种的鳃丝较长;指名亚种扁平上皮细胞形态以不规则椭圆形为主,鳃丝表面有黏液细胞,其上分布的氯细胞数量多于甘子河亚种,而甘子河亚种扁平上皮细胞的形态以六边形为主,鳃丝表皮未观察到黏液细胞。由此推测,青海湖裸鲤两亚种鳃形态的差异与其食性和栖息环境相适应。  相似文献

大弹涂鱼皮肤转录组测序及抗菌肽基因分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
抗菌肽是鱼类用于抵御外界微生物入侵的天然防御多肽,也是开发新型药物的重要先导分子。大弹涂鱼(Boleophthalmus pectinirostris)是一种特殊的可以营两栖生活的鱼类,其皮肤表面具有丰富的粘液,其中所含抗菌肽对其免疫防御和适应两栖生活具有重要意义。为深入了解大弹涂鱼皮肤组织基因表达谱并从中筛选抗菌肽相关基因,采用新一代Illumina高通量测序平台对大弹涂鱼皮肤组织进行了转录组测序。利用Trinity软件从头组装,从测得的78 608 366条双端测序读长(paired-end read)共计6 GB的序列数据中获得119 848条高质量的蛋白质编码基因(unigene)。经公共数据库序列检索和比对,发现7个unigene编码的多肽与已知的鱼类5大家族的抗菌肽高度同源,即β-防御素(β-defensin)、hepcidin、NK-lysin、piscidin和肝表达抗菌肽-2(liver-expressed antimicrobial peptide-2,LEAP-2)。最后,对上述抗菌肽相关unigene开展了组织表达差异分析、序列比对及进化树分析。研究结果为进一步了解大弹涂鱼适应两栖生活的免疫防御机制和利用新鉴定的抗菌肽开发新型抗菌药物奠定了基础。  相似文献

应用光学显微镜和透射电镜对斑马鱼(Danio rerio)鳃的组织结构及鳃丝、鳃小片超微结构进行了观察。结果表明,斑马鱼有4对全鳃,鳃耙呈长锥状,鳃丝呈梳状排列在鳃弓上,鳃小片均匀排列在鳃丝两侧。鳃小片由上皮细胞、柱细胞、内皮细胞和毛细血管网组成,鳃小片基部和血管周围分布有泌氯细胞,胞内有丰富的线粒体和排泄小泡,根据线粒体形态特征和细胞质电子密度可将其分为两个亚型。黏液细胞通常与泌氯细胞对生存在,并且有通外的开口。斑马鱼鳃组织结构与其他硬骨鱼鳃结构相似,其结构和功能有密切的关系。  相似文献

对鲈形目科、底栖生活、凶猛肉食性的鲑点石斑鱼 (Epinephelusfario)和大眼鳜 (Sinipercakneri)鳃的结构进行扫描电镜观察。结果表明 ,两种鱼鳃的表面结构和微细结构与其他硬骨鱼类基本相似 ,鳃丝表面都具有规则或不规则分布的环形微嵴、沟、坑、孔等结构 ;然而两者的鳃小片都较高 ,表面更加凹凸不平 ,是对低溶氧环境的适应。鲑点石斑鱼的鳃丝表面一部分较为平坦 ,另一部分则凹凸不平 ,其鳃小片高度也高于大眼鳜 ,因而具有更大的表面积和较高的摄氧效率。在扫描电镜下能在鲑点石斑鱼和大眼鳜的鳃上分辨出扁平上皮细胞、氯细胞和粘液细胞 3种细胞 :前者鳃上的扁平上皮细胞界限清楚 ,而后者的界限模糊且表面遍布不规则的微嵴 ;前者的鳃丝和鳃小片上氯细胞的数量明显多于后者 ,两者细胞形态也存在差异 ;而鳃丝表面的粘液细胞的数量则是后者较多。两种鱼鳃上的细胞的形态结构及数量分布存在的差异 ,可能与前者生活于海水而后者生活于淡水的不同生活环境有关。  相似文献

以大弹涂鱼(Boleophthalmus pectinirostris)基因组DNApool为材料,构建基因组PCR文库,采用链霉亲和素包被的磁珠富集法筛选目的片段.目的片段经克隆、测序验证后获得大弹涂鱼微卫星序列.在筛选的409个菌落中共获得209个阳性克隆,其中具有144个微卫星序列(GenBank登录号为HQ852252 - HQ852395),除去重复测序和侧翼链不足的序列,可以设计引物的微卫星序列有117条.  相似文献

大弹涂鱼Boleophthalmus pectinirostris间断分布于西太平洋海岸带东亚与马来西亚马六甲海峡,但马来西亚种群的分类地位尚存争议。研究使用线粒体ND5基因序列(718 bp)与核位点Rag1基因序列(1395 bp)对西北太平洋海岸带11个地点的45尾大弹涂鱼属鱼类进行系统发育关系重建,结果表明大弹涂鱼包括东亚与马来西亚两个单系群,两者形成姊妹群关系。GMYC分析、*BEAST物种树支持大弹涂鱼东亚谱系和马来西亚谱系是不同种。分子测定年龄分析表明大弹涂鱼东亚谱系与马来西亚谱系之间的分化时间为2.73百万年。因此,西北太平洋海岸带大弹涂鱼是复合体,包括两个物种:东亚种群是大弹涂鱼Boleophthalmus pectinirostris sensu stricto,而马来西亚种群是隐存种Boleophthalmus sp.。大弹涂鱼与隐存种之间的物种分化可能是晚上新世冰期海平面下降产生的地理隔离以及间冰期洋流对基因交流的阻碍两方面相互作用的结果。  相似文献

中国东南沿海弹涂鱼科常见鱼类的遗传多样性和DNA条形码   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为了探究中国东南沿海海岸线经济开发、海水污染等对该区域生物遗传多样性的潜在影响,本文使用COI基因作为DNA条形码,对从中国东南沿海广东汕头、福建东山、福建云霄、福建泉州、福建霞浦、上海崇明6个地点采集的大弹涂鱼(Boleophthalmus pectinirostris)、弹涂鱼(Periophthalmus modestus)和青弹涂鱼(Scartelaos histophorus)进行种间和种内的遗传学分析。遗传多样性分析显示,青弹涂鱼的核苷酸多样性(0.0018)在3个种中最低;青弹涂鱼广东汕头种群的核苷酸多样性(0.0018)比福建云霄种群低;大弹涂鱼的上海崇明种群核苷酸多样性(0.0021)低于其他5个地理种群。物种水平分析表明,3个物种间分化明显,种间与种内遗传距离有明显差异;不同种的单倍型在系统发育树上聚成3个高度支持的独立分支。种群水平分析显示,大弹涂鱼的6个不同地理种群之间有共享单倍型,地理种群间与地理种群内的遗传距离重叠;各地理种群之间的基因流较频繁(Nm>4);青弹涂鱼的分析情况与大弹涂鱼基本一致。大弹涂鱼和青弹涂鱼的单倍型在系统发育树上均呈现多系或并系分布格局,并未按地理位置分成不同的单系群。本研究表明,应及时加强3种鱼类及其野生种群遗传多样性的保护,且COI基因对种一级的识别明确可靠,而在地理种群水平的识别则比较困难,有待进一步深入研究。  相似文献

应用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术及细胞色素b(Cytb)基因序列,分析了长江口及其南部邻近地区大弹涂鱼(Boleophthalmus pecinirostris)群体遗传结构及种群历史,结果显示这一区域大弹涂鱼群体的遗传多样性水平很高。(1)RAPD分析结果:从100个10碱基随机引物中筛选出30个多态性引物,对长江口九段沙湿地、浙江舟山定海、福建霞浦群体各20个体进行RAPD分析,3个群体分别获得236、270、274条带,共301个有效位点。3群体多态位点比例(P)、Nei基因多样性指数(H)、Shannon多样性指数(I)分别在93.02%—96.35%、0.3890—0.4219、0.5618—0.6044。分子方差分析(AMOVA)表明,大弹涂鱼群体间存在显著的遗传分化(Fst= 0.03004-0.03254,P<0.05),但仅3.2%的遗传变异来自群体间。(2)Cytb基因序列分析结果:从采自九段沙、定海、霞浦及浙江慈溪的42尾大弹涂鱼样本中,共获得33个Cytb基因单倍型(序列长1 141 bp)。4群体的平均单倍型多样性(h)、核甘酸多样性(π)分别为0.9814、0.0048。4群体间的遗传分化指数Fst为0.00043—0.07814,仅1.93%的变异来自群体间(AMOVA分析),而基因交流值却达14.50—30.79,群体间K2-P遗传距离为0.0040—0.0056,从而显示大弹涂鱼群体间没有发生明显的地理分化。以Cyt b基因序列构建的NJ树揭示4个群体的个体组成2个谱系,但这2个谱系与地理分布并不相关。中性检验、错配分析和网络亲缘关系分析皆表明大弹涂鱼群体有过种群扩张,扩张时间约在更新世末期的0.057—0.023百万年前。  相似文献

During several surveys made in the region of the lower Fly River and delta, Papua New Guinea, nine species of oxudercine gobies (Gobiidae: Oxudercinae) were recorded: Boleophthalmus caeruleomaculatus, Oxuderces wirzi, Periophthalmodon freycineti, Periophthalmus darwini, Periophthalmus novaeguineaensis, Periophthalmus takita, Periophthalmus weberi, Scartelaos histophorus and Zappa confluentus. An exploratory multivariate analysis of their habitat conditions discriminated five guilds, differentially distributed in habitats with different quantities of environmental water and three guilds corresponding to different levels of salinity. A partial correspondence between phylogenetic and ecological categories suggested the presence of parallel adaptive radiations within different genera. In particular, the species found in the most terrestrial habitats (P. weberi) was also found in the widest range of conditions, suggesting that colonization of extreme semi-terrestrial and freshwater habitats by this species was facilitated by eurytypy. It is proposed that these findings provide insight into convergent adaptations for the vertebrate eco-evolutionary transition from sea to land.  相似文献

Length–weight relationships, W  =  aL b , were calculated for three species of mudskippers: Scartelaos tenuis , Periophthalmus waltoni and Boleophthalmus dussumieri from the Iranian coast of the Persian Gulf. Presented is a phylogenetic reconstruction of mudskippers using sequences of the mitochondrial COI and cytb genes. The phylogeny combines the sequences of 12 species from GenBank with those of three species (Boleophthalmus dussumieri, Periophthalmus waltoni and Scartelaos tenuis) collected from the coastal area of the Persian Gulf and Oman (Makran) Sea and sequenced for the first time. Based on the Maximum likelihood and Bayesian methods, Periophthalmus forms a separate clade that is the sister lineage to a group formed by all remaining genera. The subfamilies Oxudercinae and Amblyopinae established on the basis of morphological characters have been shown to be paraphyletic and their use as taxonomic units is no longer recommended. The evolution of Periophthalmus waltoni, Periophthalmus barbarous and Boleophthalmus dussumieri is discussed based on molecular phylogenetic reconstruction.  相似文献

The annual range of body temperatures (14–35°C) of emergent mudskippers are substantially less than that of air temperatures (10–42°C) as a result of behavioural thermoregulation. In winter, low surface temperatures are avoided by remaining in burrows. Newly emerged mudskippers then bask until body temperatures rise above 14°C before they move onto the mud. In summer, body temperatures are kept lower than ambient by selecting areas where evaporative cooling is high. Body temperatures generally match those of wet mud, which can be 7°C lower than air shade temperatures. The smaller, more terrestrial, Periophthalmus koelreuteri have body temperatures which are mainly lower in summer and higher in winter than Boleophthalmus boddarti .  相似文献

The gills of Periophthalmus chrysospilos exhibited significantly greater pyruvate kinase and lactate dehydrogenase activities than those of Boleophthalmus boddaerti ( P <0.01). Under the control normoxic condition, the branchial lactate content of the former mudskipper was also significantly greater ( P < 0.01) than that of the latter. After hypoxic exposure, lactate and alanine accumulated in the gills of P. chrysospilos but not B. boddaerti . Succinate and propionate were not detected in the gills of these two mudskippers under the control and hypoxic conditions.  相似文献

Morphometric measurements have been made on various gill components of different stages in the life cycle of the anadromous parasitic lamprey, Lampetra fluviatilis, and its nonparasitic derivative Lampetra planeri. The total gill area, expressed in terms of body weight, of both larval (1462–2717 mm2 g–1) and adult (1402–2337 mm2 g–1) L. fluviatilis are greater than those previously recorded in the rather meagre literature on lamprey gill measurements and are comparable with those found in the most active teleosts. The gills of the two Lampetra species are apparently identical in the larval stages and those of metamorphosing and adult L. planeri are similar to those of metamorphosing L. fluviatilis. Although the pharyngeal arrangement of lampreys differs greatly from that of teleosts, there are many features of the gills indicative of convergence between the two groups. Thus, in a given stage in the life cycle of lampreys, the secondary lamellae on either side of the filaments also alternate, become more widely spaced as the filament length increases and increase in area as the body weight becomes greater. Furthermore, the fractional cumulative increase in secondary lamellae area along a line following the presumed direction of water flow is also represented by a sigmoid curve. While at metamorphosis the pharynx becomes considerably modified to accommodate the change from a unidirectional to a tidal respiratory water flow, the total gill areas of the ammocoete are similar to those of metamorphosing stages which have attained adult characteristics. However, there are clearly differences in some of the components that influence and contribute towards the total gill area. Thus, in terms of body weight, the number and total length of the filaments and the total number of secondary lamellae, together with the number of secondary lamellae found on a given distance of filament, are greater in late metamorphosing stages, while the reverse is true for the average bilateral area of the secondary lamellae which is considerably greater in ammocoetes.  相似文献

To investigate the life history and ecology of the mudskipper Periophthalmus magnuspinnatus, observations and collection were made on coastal mudflats in southern Korea. Periophthalmus magnuspinnatus was active from May to September on the mudflats, exclusively occupying rough and elevated or sloped mudflats of the seashore or the stream mouth, usually vegetated with halophilous grasses. The congeneric species, P. modestus, mainly occurred on extensive low-elevation and level mudflats with no visible vegetation. An apparent alternation of habitat use by P. modestus took place on mudflats at the stream mouth in mid-October, when P. magnuspinnatus began wintering in its burrow and P. modestus came onto the vacated mudflats to construct burrows for wintering. The active season for P. magnuspinnatus at 17°C or higher air temperature was a little shorter than that of P. modestus. Periophthalmus magnuspinnatus constructed a burrow for the entire season in the highest area of the intertidal mudflat, where they hid themselves during high tide or when frightened, whereas P. modestus were likely to use any burrow constructed by other animals or sunken places to hide. The main stomach contents of P. magnuspinnatus were crabs and gammarids. During the reproductive season from May to July, P. magnuspinnatus performed mating behaviors and constructed a spawning burrow similar to the ones known for P. modestus, except their body color turned dark and quivering body movements were observed in the mature male instead of a pink or orange body color and wiggling body movements as in P. modestus. Eggs, measuring 1.56–1.69 mm in major axis and 0.94–1.0 mm in minor axis, were laid on the ceiling and the side wall of the “J”-shaped spawning room generally known for Periophthalmus species. Presented are the length–weight and length–length relationships and condition factors for two mudskippers, Periophthalmus modestus and Periophthalmus magnuspinnatus, on the tidal flats of Korea. Values of the exponent b, estimated by nonlinear least squares from weight and length data, were 3.031 for P. modestus and 3.044 for P. magnuspinnatus. All relationships between total and standard length were linear (r2 > 0.974). The condition factors were significantly higher during the post‐spawning season than at other times for both species.  相似文献

A seminal study was conducted in which the population dynamics (growth, mortality and recruitment) of the mudskipper (Periophthalmus papilio) in the Cross River, Nigeria, was elucidated for the first time using length frequency data and the ELEFAN software. The allometric relationship was: Weight=0.012(Length)2.940, n=415, r2=0.939, P <0.0005. The seasonalized Von Bertalanffy growth parameters were L=19.39 cm, K=0.51 y–1, C=0.3, and WP=0.4. The instantaneous total mortality coefficient Z was 2.208 y–1 while the instantaneous natural mortality coefficient was 1.341 y–1. The instantaneous fishing mortality coefficient of 0.867 y–1 yielded the expectedly low exploitation rate E of 0.393. Our estimate shows that the species could reach an average maximum life span of about 6 years in the Cross River system. These results are used in quantitative elucidation of the state of exploitation of the population and will serve as input for the proper and scientific management of the fish resource.Alfred Wegener Institute Contribution nr. 1090.  相似文献
