历山自然保护区猪尾沟森林群落植被格局及环境解释   总被引:49,自引:6,他引:43

应用TWINSPAN、DCA和DCCA,从植物种,植物群落与环境的生态关系方面,研究历山自然保护区猪尾沟森林群落的植被分布格局,并给予合理的环境解释。结果如下:(1)采用TWINSPAN数量分类方法,将植被划分为9个群落类型。(2)对于特定的研究区域猪尾沟,制约森林群落类型,植物种分布格局的主要因素是海拔梯度,即水、热两个环境因子。(3)DCCA排序图明显反映出排序轴的生态意义,第一轴基本上突出反映了各植物群落所在环境的海拔梯度,即热量因素,沿第一轴从左到右,海拔逐渐升高,植物群落或植物种对热量要求降低;第二轴主要表现了各植物群落或植物种所在环境的坡度,坡向,即水分和光照因素,沿第二轴从下到上,坡度渐缓,坡向渐向阳。  相似文献

在野外植被调查的基础上,采用植被数量分析方法对岷江流域卧龙自然保护区亚高山草甸进行TWINSPAN分类和DCA排序,研究了植物种、植物群落与环境之间的关系.结果表明,该地区亚高山草甸共有植物139种,隶属于31科88属.应用数量分类方法将114个样方分为12个群落类型.在分析不同环境因子间的关系基础上,从定量的角度揭示了影响群落分布的主要因素是海拔梯度和土壤含水量.DCA排序图反映出排序轴的生态意义,第1轴反映了各群落类型所在环境的海拔梯度,从上到下,随着海拔的升高,植物群落或植物种的耐寒性越来越强;第2轴基本上反映了各群落类型所在环境的土壤含水量.排序结果与分类结果比较吻合,反映出植物群落类型和物种分布随环境因子梯度变化的趋势.  相似文献

采用TWINSPAN、DCA和DCCA,从植物种、植物群落与环境因子关系方面对平朔安太堡矿区的人工植被在恢复过程中的生态关系进行了研究.结果表明,将63个样方划分为12个群落类型,反映了植物群落与环境梯度之间的关系,并列举了各群落的特征.DCA排序图明显反映出排序轴的生态意义,随着复垦时间的增加,土壤含水量也不断升高.DCCA排序进一步表明了土壤有机质含量是所有因子中对植物群落发展起决定性作用的主要环境因素.  相似文献

地震滑坡是大陆山区常见的次生地质灾害,其会带来植被损毁、土壤破坏、生物栖息地破碎化等一系列生态问题。已有不少学者对地震滑坡迹地的植物群落特征和土壤性质进行调查研究,但对其恢复效果的综合评价鲜有报道。以龙门山东坡的地震滑坡迹地为研究对象,通过调查分析不同恢复方式下的植物群落特征和土壤性质,并基于模糊数学模型,结合主成分分析,定量地综合评价地震滑坡迹地恢复十年的植物群落与土壤恢复效果。结果表明:(1)地震滑坡迹地的乔木层平均高度和胸径显著小于未受损区(P<0.05),灌木层平均基径和草本层α多样性与未受损区无显著差异(P>0.05),人工恢复与自然恢复的灌草层α多样性均无显著性差异(P>0.05);(2)地震滑坡迹地的土壤容重显著大于未受损区(P<0.05),孔隙度和碱解氮含量显著小于未受损区(P<0.05),土壤微生物生物量碳氮以及脱氢酶、蛋白酶、脲酶、磷酸酶和蔗糖酶活性小于未受损区;(3)地震滑坡迹地的植物群落特征与土壤性质综合得分小于邻近未受损区,人工恢复滑坡迹地的综合得分小于自然恢复;(4)与自然恢复相比,水平阶整地滑坡迹地的综合恢复率小于0,栽植不同树种对其恢复率无显著影响(P>0.05);穴状整地后,栽植刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia)滑坡迹地的综合恢复率大于0,且显著高于栽植柳杉(Cryptomeria fortunei)的滑坡迹地(P<0.05);进行穴状整地的综合恢复率显著高于水平阶整地的滑坡迹地(P<0.05)。龙门山东坡地震滑坡迹地恢复十年,其植物群落与土壤还未恢复到未受损区水平,通过穴状整地并栽植适宜树种可在一定程度上提高其恢复率。  相似文献

排序和广义线性模型(Generalized Linear Model,GLM)与广义可加模型(Goneralized Additive Model,GAM)是研究植物种与环境间关系的重要方法。基于线性模型的排序方法应限定于环境梯度较短的植被数据。而基于单峰模型的排序方法更适用于梯度较长的情况。PCA、CA/RA系列和CCA系列是常用的排序方法。同时进行环境数据和植被数据分析的CCA系列,能清楚地得出植物种与环境间的关系。CCA改进后的DCCA和PCCA,是现今较理想的排序方法。GLM和GAM实质上是用环境变量的高阶多项式来拟合植物种与环境变量的关系。GLM和GAM扩展了植物种与环境变量之间的关系模型,能深入地探讨植物种与环境间的关系。GLM主要是模型决定的,而GAM主要取决于原始数据。一般来说,排序能得出研究区域的主要环境梯度,提供了物种聚集和植物群落的概略描述。GLM与GAM对于深入研究单个植物种与环境间的关系具有优势。在实际研究中,两种方法结合使用能互补不足。  相似文献

 为研究北京东灵山辽东栎(Quercus liaotungensis)不同层植物的分布与环境因子之间的关系,对东灵山辽东栎林进行了植物群落学调查。沿 海拔梯度在乔木层、灌木层和草本层各调查119个样方,同时调查了每个样方的环境因子如海拔、坡度和坡位。物种数据采用二元属性数据,对 非数值环境因子进行赋值。对东灵山辽东栎林和各环境因子进行去趋势典范对应分析(Detrended canonical correspondence analysis, DCCA),结果表明:DCCA 第一轴基本上反映了植物群落所处环境的海拔的梯度变化,第二轴基本上反映了坡位的梯度变化。同时发现辽东栎林 大多数植物分布在低海拔区域。乔木层的物种分布比较均匀。草本层的物种分布重叠率是最大的,说明草本植物的生境相似性很高。低海拔区 域的生物多样性要高于高海拔区域的生物多样性。结合环境因子间的相关关系和DCCA排序结果,发现海拔是影响东灵山辽东栎林物种分布的主 要环境因子。  相似文献

通过样带调查和TWINSPAN、DCCA分析,从植物种、植物群落及其多样性与环境关系方面,研究了岷江上游土地岭大熊猫走廊带恢复植被的干扰状况。结果表明:应用TWINSPAN分类,并结合优势种组成、干扰状况分析及DCCA排序,可将植被划分为6个群落类型,同时划分出响应型、迟钝型、中度干扰忍耐型和重度干扰忍耐型4类干扰响应的植物类型。以样方物种和以样方多样性指数的DCCA分析结果基本一致,物种及群落的空间分布呈明显的聚集格局,反映其与环境因子间的密切关系。DCCA排序图上,海拔差、坡形、与公路距离、坡度及道路条数对群落和物种分布有明显的影响,与干扰相关性最大的坡度、样地道路数目、与公路间的距离3个因子反映了植被的干扰梯度。干扰对土地岭恢复植被影响显著,干扰降低了群落的物种多样性,同时阻碍了演替进程。  相似文献

研究敦煌阳关自然保护区内湿地植物群落的数量分类, 给保护区湿地生态恢复和植物多样性保护提供具有实践价值的参考依据。采用野外调查结合TWINSPAN 数量分类法和DCA 排序方法对阳关保护区湿地植物群落进行多元分析, 结果表明: TWINSPAN 分类将阳关保护区湿地的 29 种植物种划分为8 个主要植物群落, 且各群落内的植物种之间具有相似的生境; DCA 排序图第1 轴明显反映了土壤含水量梯度, 而植被群落类型在DCA 第2 轴上变化所指示的环境特征不如第1 轴明显; TWINSPAN 分类与DCA 排序结果基本吻合, 同时DCA 排序结果进一步验证了TWINSPAN 分类结果的合理性, 能够有效地解释阳关保护区湿地植物种分布的稀疏性。  相似文献

基于科尔沁沙地流动沙丘、半固定沙丘、固定沙丘和草地群落类型24个样地的野外调查,选取11个土壤因子,应用除趋势对应分析法(DCA)、典范对应分析法(CCA)和除趋势典范对应分析法(DCCA)分析沙地植物群落分布与环境因子的关系。结果表明:DCA、CCA和DCCA的物种排序第1轴代表的土壤特性梯度一致,其解释总方差超过33%,即土壤碳氮含量、p H、电导率、容重、粘粉粒等共同的梯度决定了群落生境的变化,影响着沙地植物群落类型的分布格局;3种排序法的物种排序第2轴土壤因子的相关性有较大差异,DCA第2轴仅与土壤细沙含量显著正相关,CCA第2轴与土壤碳氮比和细沙含量显著负相关,DCCA第2轴与土壤碳氮比和细沙含量显著正相关,而与粗沙含量显著负相关。Shannon指数和Simpson指数分别与DCA、CCA和DCCA前2个排序轴存在显著二元线性关系,且Shannon指数的拟合程度好于Simpson指数。3种排序分析方法中,CCA物种排序前两轴的累计解释方差(58.6%)高于DCA和DCCA,因此CCA排序法更适合于沙地植被分布格局研究及其环境的解释。  相似文献

To investigate the dynamic changes in the artificial vegetation in an abandoned mining site,we analyzed the relationships among community types,environmental variables and community structure in the process of vegetation restoration in the Antaibao mining site,China by survey of the communities and use of biological dating methods.By means of the quantitative classification method (two-way indicator-species analysis,TWINSPAN) and the ordination technique (de-trended correspondence analysis,DCA; and de-trended canonical correspondence analysis,DCCA),the plant communities were classified into seven groups:community Ⅰ,Robinia pseudoacacia + Pinus tabulaeformis-Caragana korshinskii-Agropyron cristatum; community Ⅱ,Robinia pseudoacacia-Hippophae rhamnoides-Artemisia capillaries; community Ⅲ,Ulmus pumila-Elaeagnus angustifolia-Artemisia capillaries;community Ⅳ,Caragana korshinskii-Agropyron cristatum+Artemisia capillaries;community Ⅴ,Hippophae rhamnoides-Elymus dahuricus;cornrnunity Ⅵ,Elaeagnus angustifolia+Hippophae rhamnoides-Brassica jucea;community Ⅶ,Hippophae rhamnoides+Elaeagnus angustifolia-Salsola collina.We conclude that the community types and diversity are mainly influenced by the succession time and the soil organic matter content.The forest community is more adaptable to the special inhabitation than the shrub community.  相似文献

Aim The aim of this study was to explore the environmental factors that determine the spatial distribution of oro‐mediterranean and alti‐mediterranean plant communities in Crete. Location The paper provides a quantitative analysis of vegetation–environment relationships for two study areas within the Lefka Ori massif Crete, a proposed Natura 2000 site. Methods Eleven environmental variables were recorded: altitude, slope, aspect, percentage of bare rock, percentage of unvegetated ground, soil depth, pH, organic matter content and percentages of sand, silt and clay content. Classification of the vegetation was based on twinspan , while detrended correspondence analysis (DCA) and canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) were used to identify environmental gradients linked to community distribution. Results One hundred and twenty‐five species were recorded from 120 plots located within the two study areas. Forty‐seven of the recorded species are endemic, belonging to 35 families. Hemicryptophytes and chamaephytes were the most frequent, suggesting a typical oro‐mediterranean life form spectrum. The samples were classified into five main community types and one transitional. The main gradients, identified by CCA, were altitude and surface cover type in the North‐west site, while in the Central site the gradients were soil formation‐development and surface cover type. Main conclusions The use of classification in combination with ordination techniques resulted in a good discrimination between plant communities and a greater understanding of controlling environmental factors. The methodology adopted can be employed for improving baseline information on plant community ecology and distribution in Mediterranean mountain zones.  相似文献

河北小五台山国家级自然保护区森林群落与环境的关系   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
植物与环境之间的关系是一个复杂的演变过程,运用数量生态学方法探讨森林群落的物种组成、种群的生态特征、不同植物群落与环境之间的关系,有助于保护该区森林群落的稳定性和生物多样性。根据148个森林群落样方数据,选用双向指示种分析(TWINSPAN)和典范对应分析(CCA)方法,对河北小五台山国家级自然保护区森林群落进行分类和排序研究。结果表明:(1)TWINSPAN将该区的森林群落分为20个类型;(2)CCA排序结果较好地反映出群落分布格局与环境梯度的关系,各个森林群落类型在前两轴分异明显,在11个环境因子中,海拔、坡位、凋落层厚度、土壤导电率、土壤温度、土壤湿度、土壤厚度和干扰程度这8个环境因子对森林群落的分布起较大的作用,影响森林群落的分布格局,形成不同的植被类型。(3)乔木层优势种的CCA二维排序图所揭示的环境梯度与群落类型的分布有很大的相似性;t值双序图阐明了海拔、凋落层厚度、土壤温度、干扰程度等环境因子对森林群落乔木层优势种有着重要影响。采用TWINSPAN分类与CCA排序的方法,较好地解释了森林群落与环境因子的关系,为小五台山地区森林生态系统的科学管理和保护提供了理论依据,研究结果也为同类地区森林生态系统研究及保护提供参考和借鉴。  相似文献

Abstract. The objective of this study was to quantitatively describe vegetation-environment relationships at a regional scale within the Province of New Brunswick, Canada, using vegetation and environment data from 3947 provincial forestry sample plots. The major plant community types in the province were identified using cluster analysis. Relationships of these communities to climate, topography and soil variables were analyzed by Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA), using both a reduced data set consisting of cluster likelihood scores × sample plots and an unreduced species × sample plots data matrix. The vegetation types and major axes of environmental variation were mapped to examine the geographic distributions of these factors within the province. Eight communities were identified and described in terms of enhanced/reduced species (significantly higher or lower frequencies of occurrence in a specific community type relative to all plots) and common species (species in the community type with the highest frequencies of occurrence). The canonical axes explained 25 % of the variation in the vegetation cluster data. Vegetation composition was related to three major environmental gradients representing climate and elevation, soil moisture, and soil fertility. The geographic distributions of vegetation communities exhibited predictable but weak correspondence to the geographic distributions of individual environmental factors. Our findings emphasize the overriding importance of climate and topography and the secondary importance of soil factors in controlling vegetation pattern at the regional scale.  相似文献

“Mallines” are characteristic Patagonian wet meadows. The objectives of this study were to describe plant community composition in the main mallines in northern Patagonia and to determine the influence of selected environmental variables on the distribution of vegetation. Fifty-two sites were selected for vegetation surveys and measurements of water table (WT) depth, soil pH, electric conductivity (EC), and mean annual precipitation. We performed cluster analysis for vegetation classification and correspondence analysis (CA) and canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) for vegetation ordination. Plant composition was mostly related to both environmental variables and longitude and that it was not possible to disentangle the two (i.e. the vegetation was spatially structured). We defined three plant communities that differed along two main environmental gradients. The main gradient operates on a regional scale and is determined, from west to east, by a decrease in mean annual precipitation and an increase in the depth of the WT, soil pH, and EC. The secondary gradient operates on a site scale and is determined by topographic features inside the mallín and their influence on the hydrological regime (increasing moisture from the border towards the center). This second gradient allowed us to distinguish two plant communities, one of wet characteristics in the centers of the mallín, and another of mesic characteristics along the borders of the mallín.  相似文献

Against the background of global climate warming, the relationship between plant communities in high-cold ecosystems and environmental gradients has attracted much attention. We investigated the relationship between the distribution of plant communities and environmental factors in a semi-arid region of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. We analyzed the effects of environmental factors on the distribution of plant communities using two-way indicator species analysis and canonical correspondence analysis. The most important factor explaining the distribution of plant communities was the depth of the active layer of permafrost (denoted as PF), followed by soil water content at 40-cm soil depth. There was a strong correlation between these two factors. With changes in the PF, the dominant species in plant communities showed an obvious transition. The indices of species richness and species diversity decreased markedly with increasing PF, whereas biomass and vegetation coverage showed weaker responses to changes in the PF. The distribution structure for plant communities in this area mainly results from changes in the PF. Furthermore, the PF has remarkable and important effects on the characteristics of the plant community.  相似文献

Aims Road effects from maintenance and traffic have the potential to alter plant communities, but the exact relationships between these effects and changes in plant community composition have not often been studied in diverse environments. To determine the direction and level of community composition changes in saline environment due to road effects, we conducted a study along roads of different ages and in nearby non-road (i.e. natural) areas in the Yellow River Delta, China. Additionally, to potentially elucidate the mechanisms underlying the changes in the richness and composition of plant communities along roads, we evaluated physiochemical changes in soil of roadside and non-road areas.Methods Floristic and environmental data were collected along roadside of different ages and nearby non-road areas. To evaluate plant communities at each site, six 2 m × 2 m quadrats were placed at 3-m intervals along roads and six quadrats were arranged randomly in non-road areas. To determine the difference in plant community composition between roadside and non-road areas, we measured species richness and the abundance of each species, examined species turnover and floristic dissimilarity between the two areas and positioned plant species and sites in an abstract multivariate space. Plant community (species richness, percentage of halophytes) and soil physicochemical properties (pH, salinity, moisture content, bulk density, nitrate and ammonium nitrogen concentration) were compared between roadside and non-road areas (young roadside vs. corresponding non-road areas, old roadside vs. corresponding non-road areas) by using t -tests. Classification and ordination techniques were used to examine the relationship between vegetation and related environmental variables in both roadside and non-road areas.Important findings For both the young and old roadside areas, species richness in roadside areas was significantly higher than in non-road areas and high floristic dissimilarity values indicated that roadside and non-road areas differed greatly in community composition. In both the young and old roadside areas, the plant communities in roadside areas had lower percentages of halophytes than non-road communities. Correspondence analysis and two-way indicator species analysis showed that halophytes dominated in the non-road areas, while a number of typical non-salt-tolerant species dominated in the roadside areas. Compared to non-road areas, activities associated with roads significantly decreased soil moisture, bulk density and salinity and increased soil pH and nitrate content. Forward selection for the environmental variables in canonical correspondence analysis showed that soil salinity was the most important factor related to the variation of species composition between roadside and non-road areas. Our study demonstrates that road effects have a significant impact on the associated vegetation and soil, and these changes are consistent across roads of different ages in our system.  相似文献
