大理茶(Camellia taliensis)为山茶科山茶属茶组植物,主要分布于云南横断山脉澜沧江至伊洛瓦底江流域,即从云南的西部及西南部至缅甸北部.在其分布区,大理茶亦被称为野生大茶树,常用于加工制作茶叶.采用水蒸气蒸馏法、GC及GC/MS联用技术,首次对大理茶的鲜幼叶和鲜幼叶及老叶分别制成的绿茶中的挥发性成分进行提取和分析,共鉴定出91个化合物.研究结果表明,大理茶鲜幼叶的主要香气成分为棕榈酸(30.52%),亚油酸(19.82%),植醇(8.75%)和亚麻酸乙酯(2.54%)等有机酸及其酯和二萜类,而制成绿茶后,其主要香气成分则为芳樟醇(28.43%),脱氢芳樟醇(1.13%),α-松油醇(11.68%),橙花醇(4.92%)和香叶醇(12.34%)等单萜醇类成分.从大理茶鲜叶到由其制成的绿茶,香气成分发生了较大变化,形成了28种原鲜叶中未检测到的香气成分,其中,(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-十八烷三烯-1-醇的含量分别达到1.21%(幼叶绿茶)和11.2%(老叶绿茶),是大理茶制作的绿茶的特征香气成分.DPPH和ABTS+自由基清除实验结果显示大理茶鲜叶及其制成的绿茶的挥发性成分均具有一定的抗氧化活性,但均弱于茶多酚的抗氧化活性.  相似文献

‘黄山白茶1号’是温度敏感型白化茶树品种,由其鲜叶加工的绿茶,即‘黄山白茶’,具有清香持久、滋味鲜爽等特征。为探究不同白化时期加工绿茶的香气和滋味差异,分析了绿茶中挥发性代谢物、儿茶素、咖啡碱和游离氨基酸含量的变化。结果表明,3个白化时期的‘黄山白茶’在香气和滋味上存在差异。气相质谱(GC-MS)分析表明,共有29个高丰度挥发性化合物被鉴定;主成分分析(PCA)显示芳樟醇、顺-己酸-3-己烯酯、香叶醇、顺-3-己烯醇、(Z)-丁酸-3-己烯酯可能是导致3类绿茶香气存在差异的标志性化合物。滋味成分分析表明儿茶素类物质在白化早期绿茶中含量最低;在白化中期绿茶中略有增加但不显著,而在白化后期绿茶中则显著增加;咖啡碱在3类绿茶中无显著差异;游离氨基酸在白化早期绿茶中含量最高,为干质量的4.4%,而在白化后期绿茶中只占干质量的1.3%。因此,不同时期的‘黄山白茶1号’嫩梢中的代谢物积累存在差异,使得加工的绿茶风味不同。  相似文献

本文首次报道著名的中国福建乌龙茶:铁观音茶、色种茶、武夷水仙茶和武夷奇种茶的香气成分。上述茶样香气浓缩物,用 GC-MS 和 SCOT 玻璃毛细管柱气相色谱标样叠加法及红外光谱,鉴定出70种香气成分。从中找出了12种典型特征香气成分:苯乙醇、反-芳樟醇氧化物(吡喃型)、顺-芳樟醇氧化物(呋喃型)、3,7-二甲基-1,5,7-辛三烯-3-醇、苯甲醇、反-芳樟醇氧化物(呋喃型)、香叶醇、吲哚、顺-茉莉酮、茉莉酮内酯、橙花叔醇和茉莉酮酸甲酯。从而初步剖析了由不同茶树品种、不同地区以及加工风格差异所形成的香气变化规律。  相似文献

为探究太平猴魁茶品质特点和‘柿大茶’无性系良种选育,对‘柿大茶’3个品系(No.6、No.7、No.23)的芳香类物质、儿茶素和游离氨基酸等生化成分进行了分析。结果表明,‘柿大茶’3个品系相对含量较高的香气组分有顺-3-己烯醇、月桂烯、柠檬烯、顺-β-罗勒烯、芳樟醇及其氧化物、水杨酸甲酯、顺-己酸-3-己烯酯和顺-茉莉酮等,分别占No.6、No.7、No.23绿茶香气总量的74.70%、81.72%和83.71%。‘柿大茶’3个品系间的儿茶素总量、咖啡碱含量和游离氨基酸总量差异显著,酚氨比分别为7.75、16.49和7.69。No.6和No.23两个品系加工而成的绿茶香气高爽度、滋味醇厚度均优于No.7。因此,No.6和No.23品系适宜作为选育无性系良种的材料。  相似文献

运用SPME与GC/MS联用技术从新鲜枫杨叶挥发性物质中共检测出化合物52种,主要成分是橙花叔醇(15.54%)、吉马烯A(14.22%)、反式子丁香烯(10.19%)、7,8,9,10-四氢化-S-三氮唑(3,4-A)-呔嗪(8.59%)、十六酸(6.22%);萎蔫枫杨叶挥发性物质中共检测出化合物32种,主要成分是α-红没药烯(17.69%)、橙花叔醇(16.64%)、反式子丁香烯(14.26%)、α-桉叶烯(9.14%);干枯枫杨叶挥发性物质中共检测出化合物31种,主要成分是反式子丁香烯(23.30%)、α-红没药烯(17.75%)、α-桉叶烯(12.69%)、橙花叔醇(8.35%)、杜松烯(7.O%).随着枫杨萎蔫程度的变化,三者含有的化合物组分以及其相对含量都发生变化.本研究是首次报道枫杨的挥发性化学成分分析.  相似文献

黄足黑守瓜是普通丝瓜生长过程中危害叶片的主要害虫.本文对普通丝瓜不同部位叶片挥发性成分、营养成分和物理结构对黄足黑守瓜取食和定位的影响进行了系统研究.本实验采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法分析了普通丝瓜不同部位叶片挥发性成分,研究结果表明,嫩叶主要挥发性成分有(Z)-3-己烯-1-醇(27.65%)和植醇(45.77%),成熟叶挥发性成分主要有(Z)-3-己烯-1-醇(49.34%),老叶挥发性成分主要有植醇(63.25%),且挥发性成分对黄足黑守瓜远距离定位起到了引导作用.同时,本研究还采用5点取样法、3,5-二硝基水杨酸法和考马斯亮蓝法分别研究了普通丝瓜不同部位叶片营养成分含量与黄足黑守瓜取食之间的关系,实验结果表明,黄足黑守瓜喜食植物叶片嫩叶部位,喜食部位叶片的总糖与还原糖含量、蛋白质含量都最高,且总糖含量与蛋白质含量比值最高.叶片物理结构调查采用石蜡切片法,发现叶片的物理结构对于黄足黑守瓜取食很少造成影响.通过研究,使我们充分地了解影响黄足黑守瓜取食不同部位叶片的因素,便于今后的育种和栽培过程中加强不利于黄足黑守瓜取食的因素,以达到安全、环保地进行农业生产的目的.  相似文献

采用无水乙醚超声萃取得到新鲜木荷(Schima superba)花浸膏提取物,顶空固相微萃取富集挥发性成分,气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析,归一化法计算各组分的相对含量.鉴定出挥发性化合物中的51个成分,约占相对总含量的99%;挥发性成分中含氧化合物的含量超过93%,其中主要的化合物及其相对含量为酮代异佛尔酮(26.33%)、氧化芳樟醇(19.53%)、环氧芳樟醇(8.80%)、3,7-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯-1-醇(8.23%)、白藜芦素(7.89%)、4-羟基3,5,5-三甲基-2-环己烯-1-酮(6.54%)、2,6,6-三甲基-1,4-环己二酮(4.06%)、苯乙醇(2.17%)、2-甲基-2-壬烯-1-醇(2.04%)等.  相似文献

目的:研究头花蓼(Herba Polygoni Capitati)挥发性成分.方法:利用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取头花蓼挥发性成分,用GC/MS进行分离测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量.结果:分离出88个成分,确定了51个化合物,占挥发油总量的73.10%.结论:头花蓼挥发油成分大于2%的为1-辛烯-3-醇15.205%,2-己烯醛4.444%,γ-古芸烯4.220%,2-庚烯醛4.047%,壬醛3.280%,长叶冰片2.722%,蓝桉醇2.544%.含量最高的化合物为1-辛烯-3-醇.  相似文献

采用多相同时蒸馏萃取(SDE)法分别提取紫丁香鲜花和鲜叶精油,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法分别分析其挥发性化学成分,研究了紫丁香鲜叶精油的季节动态。研究结果表明紫丁香鲜花精油GC含量最高的成分是乙酸丁酯(56.38%)。7月采集的紫丁香鲜叶精油得率最高,7月采集的紫丁香鲜叶精油GC含量最高的成分是甲苯(47.52%)。紫丁香鲜花精油和7月采集的紫丁香鲜叶精油均含有萘,萘是农药中间体。  相似文献

Camellia taliensis belonging to Camellia sect. Thea (Theaceae) is distributed from the western and southwestern areas of Yunnan Province, China to the north of Myanmar. Known as the “wild” tea plant, it has been commonly used for making tea by the local people of its growing area. It is the first investigation of the volatile constituents of the fresh tender leaves of C.taliensis and green teas produced from its tender and older leaves. The volatile constituents were obtained by hydrodistillation and analyzed by GC and GC MS. Ninety one compounds were identified. The results showed that the main compositions of volatile oil of the fresh tender leaves were hexadecanoic acid (30.52%), linoleic acid (19.82%), phytol (8.75%), and geraniol (2.54%), while monoterpenoids (58.51%) composing of linalool (28.43%), hotrienol (1.13%), α terpineol (11.68%), nerol (4.92%) and geraniol (12.34%) were the major volatile components of its green tea product. From the fresh leaves to the green tea products, 28 aroma components were formed. Among then, the content of (Z, Z, Z) 9, 12, 15 octadecatrien 1 ol (peak 77) was up to 1.21% (from tender leaves) and 11.2% (from older leaves), respectively. The DPPH and ABTS+ radical scavenging assays demonstrated a moderate activity of essential oil from the three essential oils of C.taliensis.  相似文献

The fresh leaves of Camellia sienesis (L.) Kuntze were distilled under low temperature and reduced pressure, the distillate thereof was extracted with ether, which gave rise to the volatile oil. From the volatile oil, by applying the GC, TLC, and IR, 51 components have been analyzed and identified. In addition, the variation law of the aroma of the fresh tea leaves in spring, summer and autumn has also been studied and determined. The main aroma of the fresh leaves of Camellia sienesis (L.) Kuntze are: cis-3- hexen-l-ol (spring, 2.15%; summer, 3.13%; autumn, 15%), benzyl alcohol (spring, 1.23%; summer, 1.60%; autumn, 1.01%), trans-linalooloxide (furanoid) (spring, 4.23%; summer, 4.11%; autumn, 3.18%), linalool (spring, 19.84%; summer, 8.20%; autumn, 11.91%), trans-linalooloxide (pyranoid) (spring, 1.73%; summer, 1.28%; autumn, 0.91%), geraniol (spring, 25.46%; summer, 3.93%; autumn, 3.16%), trans-2-hexenal (spring, 3.52%; summer, 25.48%; autumn, 1.13%), β-ionone (spring, 0.31%; autumn, 0.02%), cis-jasmone (spring, 0.20%; summer, 0.17%; autumn, 0.05%).  相似文献

Electrophysiological and behavioral responses of the wingless tea aphid, Toxoptera aurantii (Boyer), to 14 synthetic volatiles identified from tea shoots, their partial (GLV mixture) and full (ACB mixture) blends, and fresh young tea leaves, buds, tender stems, adult tea leaves and tea aphid-damaged young leaves (ADYL) were studied by using an electroantennography (EAG) and a four-arm olfactometer. ACB elicited the largest EAG responses. Major volatile components, Z-3-hexen-1-ol, E-2-hexenal, n-hexanol, methyl salicylate and benzylalcohol, from the tea shoots were strongly EAG active. All the 4 tested tea shoot tissues also elicited significant EAG responses, with the young tea leaves being the strongest, followed by buds, tender stems and adult tea leaves. Surprisingly, ADYL elicited a weakly negative EAG response. In the olfactory assays, the fresh and tender tea leaves, as well as the individual major volatile components, e.g. Z-3-hexenyl acetate, methyl salicylate, E-2-hexen-1-ol and Z-3-hexen-1-ol, from the tender shoots (EAG-active) were all attractive. This result might indicate that the wingless tea aphids may use tea shoot volatiles as kairomone to find their optimal feeding sites, e.g. fresh tender tea shoots.  相似文献

分别使用昆虫触角电位仪(EAG)和四臂嗅觉仪,测定了无翅茶蚜Toxopteraaurantii Boyer对14种茶树挥发性化合物、14种挥发物中"绿叶气味"组成的混合物(GLV)、14种挥发物的混合物(ACB)、以及新鲜嫩叶、芽、嫩茎、成叶和茶蚜为害嫩叶(ADYL)的EAG反应和行为反应。ACB引出最大的EAG反应值,茶树挥发物主要组分Z-3-己烯-1-醇、E-2-己烯醛、n-己醇、水杨酸甲酯和苯甲醇也引起较大的EAG反应值。4种正常茶梢的器官也引出较大的EAG反应,以嫩叶最强、依次为芽、嫩茎和成叶。有趣的是ADYL引出弱的负的EAG值。用嗅觉仪进行的生物测定表明,嫩叶以及主要的茶梢挥发性成分乙酸-Z-3-己烯酯、水杨酸甲酯、E-2-己烯-1-醇和Z-3-己烯-1-醇等也具有较强引诱活性。研究显示无翅茶蚜可能利用茶梢挥发物作为利它素而寻觅适宜的取食场所,如茶树嫩梢。  相似文献

Citronella oil is the main product of Java citronella grass (Cymbopogon winterianus Jowitt) rich in geraniol and citronellol, widely used in mosquito repellents and perfumeries. The age of the plant plays a key role in oil composition and its yield such that young leaves have lesser oil content than the mature leaves. Also, a remarkable difference between fresh and dried leaves regarding oil yield is observed. The various methods of extracting essential oils from citronella grass with respect to yield (%) were studied. Average percent yield in the manual extraction and hydro-distillation procedure was 0.8 and 1 % respectively, which was better as compared to steam distilled oil (0.7 %). The chromatographic analysis of essential oils with respect to standards geraniol and citronellol were studied by high performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC) with n-hexane and ethyl acetate (3:2) as mobile phase followed by its separation on plates. The developed plates showed geraniol, citronellol and citronellal as major bands. The analysis of all extracted oil samples by means of electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) in the positive ion mode showed rapid mass fingerprints of constituents present in the samples according to the observed mass of standards. Furthermore, the analysis of vibrational spectra was accomplished with Fourier transform infra-red spectroscopy (FTIR) specifying all the functional groups as major peaks confirming all of them as monoterpene alcohols with conjugated double bonds. Thus, HPTLC, ESI-MS and FTIR studies evidenced that the two essential oil components were majorly present in the methanol extract suggesting methanol as a good extractant in the manual extraction process.  相似文献

This paper reports chemical constituents of the essential oil from the leaves of Cinnamomum tenuipilis Kosterm. By applying PGC, GC/MS/DS, IR and other methods, 12 components have been identified. These components are: 3-hexen-l-ol, ocimene, L-linalool, geraniol, α-copaene, β-caryophyllene, t-β-farnesene, α-humulene, δ-cadinene, (Z)-β-farnesene, diphenylamine, farneol etc. The total content of the above 12 compounds is 99.94 percent of the essential oil. L- linalool amounts to 97.51%.  相似文献

用水蒸气蒸馏法分别从陕西南部不同产地的茶叶中提取挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发油中的化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定,运用气相色谱面积归一化法确定各个成分的相对百分含量。从南郑县茶叶挥发油中鉴出51种成分,从宁强县茶叶挥发油中鉴出47种成分,从西乡县茶叶挥发油中鉴出46种成分,各挥发油成分存在着一定的差异。对陕南不同产地茶叶的挥发油做了抗氧化试验,结果表明各挥发油对.OH均有明显的清除作用。  相似文献

Bymeans of HPLC technique, the theanine and gallic acid in the leaves of six species and three varieties of Camellia sect. Thea were analyzed. The results showed that both of them were generally occured in these plants and the contents in C. taliensis and C. kwangsiensis are mostly close to those of C. sinensis var. assamica. Since the leaves of C. taliensis have also been historically used for preparing tea by folk peoples of Yunnan province, it could be suggest that C. taliensis might one of the original plants of tea  相似文献
