罗非鱼对盐碱池塘围隔浮游生物群落的影响   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
本文报道了单养尼罗罗非鱼 (Orecohromisniloticus)对施肥处理下盐碱池塘围隔生态系统浮游生物群落的影响。结果表明 ,罗非鱼的放养使浮游植物丰度、叶绿素a含量和初级生产力增大 ,浮游植物小型化 ,生物量以小型硅藻和绿藻占优势 ,裸藻占有相当比重 ;浮游动物生物量也增大 ,桡足类占优势 ,枝角类小型化 ,原生动物密度增大。施肥特别是施有机肥能显著地提高浮游植物生物量 ,使透明度降低 ,但施无机肥对初级生产力和浮游动物生物量影响不大。施有机肥围隔浮游植物和浮游动物密度、浮游动物生物量和浮游生物多样性指数高于其他有鱼围隔 ,罗非鱼的生长最好。文后讨论了罗非鱼滤食和施肥对浮游生物群落结构的影响 ,并与鲢鱼的实验结果 (赵文 ,1999)进行了比较  相似文献

调查了三门湾健跳港海水养殖区夏季浮游生物的种类组成、密度和多样性指数,并将浮游生物群落指标与水质理化因子进行相关分析。共发现浮游生物29种,其中浮游植物14种,第一优势种为中勒骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum);浮游动物15种,第一优势种为太平洋纺锤水蚤(Acartia pacifica)。表层浮游植物的平均密度为43 328ind·L-1,Shannon-Weiner多样性指数为0.826;浮游动物平均密度为389ind.m-3,Shannon-Weiner多样性指数为2.964。相关分析结果表明:无机氮、无机磷促使了浮游植物大量繁殖,并使浮游动物多样性指数提高。网箱养鱼区水体富营养化指数与浮游植物多样性指数之间有一定的正相关关系,与浮游动物多样性指数之间呈显著的正相关关系。  相似文献

为阐明鄱阳湖不同水文期浮游生物群落结构特征及其影响因素, 研究于2017年8月(丰水期)和12月(枯水期)在鄱阳湖湖区典型水域设置5个采样点进行浮游生物采样调查。研究期间共鉴定浮游植物8门75属186种, 丰水期与枯水期均以硅藻门和绿藻门为主。共鉴定浮游动物4类76种, 丰水期与枯水期均以原生动物和轮虫为主。方差分析显示: 浮游植物密度与生物量在不同水文期之间的差异均为极显著(P<0.01), 浮游动物丰水期密度高于枯水期, 但无显著差异(P>0.05), 浮游动物生物量(P<0.05)在不同水文期差异显著。冗余分析(RDA)显示: 丰水期透明度和浮游生物呈显著负相关关系, 电导率和浮游生物呈显著正相关。透明度、电导率与营养盐是影响丰水期浮游生物群落结构的主要环境因素, 枯水期水温和溶解氧是驱动鄱阳湖浮游生物群落生态分布的主要环境因素。基于Shannon-Wiener(H′)、Margalef(d)和Pielou(J)等生物多样性指数的水质评价结果表明: 鄱阳湖研究区域水质状态处于寡污-中污之间。研究揭示了2个水文期对通江湖泊浮游生物的影响: 季节变化不改变湖泊浮游生物的物种组成及优势种, 但显著影响浮游生物的丰度及多样性。  相似文献

为了解澜沧拉祜族自治县浮游生物多样性及水质状况, 于2017年3月、8月和11月, 分为3个不同时期进行浮游生物采样。通过对澜沧县浮游生物定性和定量分析, 根据密度、生物量、多样性指数和指示生物对澜沧县水质进行评价, 弥补了澜沧县县内无相关研究的空缺。采集到澜沧县浮游植物共7门97属270种, 以硅藻门和绿藻门为优势类群; 浮游动物共4类85种, 以原生动物和轮虫为优势类群。浮游植物密度和生物量分别为0.8443×107-4.3240× 107 ind.·L–1和42.1590-107.3514 mg·L–1, 峰值均出现在枯水期(3月)。浮游动物密度和生物量分别为0.4733×106-1.2000×106 ind.·L–1和1.2121-2.8368 mg·L–1, 峰值均出现在丰水期(8月)。根据浮游生物不同生物指标对水质的评价标准, 分析得出澜沧县部分水体受到污染, 需要引起当地人民和政府对生态环境的重视。  相似文献

为探究北盘江大峡谷流域内浮游生物群落组成及多样性情况,于2017年10月对该流域进行浮游生物调查及多样性分析.结果表明该流域内浮游植物共有7门40属61种、其中绿藻门、硅藻门和蓝藻门种类分别为21种、19种和12种,分别占到34.43%、31.15%和19.67%,浮游植物平均密度为4 298.33(375~9 500)ind./L,Shannon-Wiener藻类生物多样性指数均处于1和2之间;浮游动物3门12属21种,其中轮虫类、枝角类和桡足类种类分别为11种、5种和5种,各占到52.38%、23.81%和23.81%,浮游动物平均密度为436.11(55~1 437.5)ind./L,Shannon-Wiener生物多样性指数均处于1和2之间.本研究结果该地区水生生物资源积累了本底资料.  相似文献

湘江干流浮游生物群落结构及水质状况分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为了解湘江干流水质与生物群落现状, 2010-2011年对湘江的水质和浮游生物的分布进行了采样分析, 利用香农-威纳多样性指数分析湘江干流浮游生物群落特征, 并结合水质理化指标评价其水体营养状态。结果表明, 共检出浮游植物8门99属164种, 丰度变化在(1.83-51.1)104cells/L, 生物量变化在0.03-0.60 mg/L; 浮游动物80种, 密度变化在2.16-76.34个/L, 生物量变化在0.01-1.95 mg/L。各采样点的浮游植物多样性指数变化在2.47-5.43, 浮游动物多样性指数变化在1.63-3.38, 浮游生物的多样性较好, 显示出湘江干流的浮游生物群落处于较稳定的状态。对湘江m-m指示种种类组成和群落结构分析, 结果显示湘江水体属于中污带水质; 综合营养状态指数(TIL)在38.27-51.97, 均值为43.73, 属于中营养水平; 综合水质生物学和化学评价结果可知湘江干流的水质较差, 但无明显向富营养化转化的趋势。    相似文献

1993-1994年在保安湖主体湖区开展围圈养殖草鱼对浮游生物多样性影响的研究,包括围圈内外浮游动物种类组成、密度、生物量和多样性指数的季节变化等。分析表明,围圈内共有常见浮游动物64种,围圈外共有常见浮游动物55种。围圈内外浮游动物的年平均密度分别为3738和3196ind/L,年平均生物量分别为0.8177和0.8135mg/L,年平均多样性指数分别为3.3808和2.9717.研究结果表明:围圈养殖草食性鱼类对浮游动物现存量以及多样性指数无显着影响。    相似文献

海洋浮游植物的生长和小型浮游动物的摄食,与温度、光照和营养盐等因素密切相关。中国南海海盆是层化结构稳定的寡营养海,然而每年台风过后都有大量藻华的报道。为了探究台风引发藻华的生物形成机制,通过南海海域表层和次表层叶绿素最大层(DCM)中的小型浮游动物的摄食活动以及浮游植物对光照和营养响应的现场实验,探究小型浮游动物摄食、光照和营养对海洋浮游植物生长和群落结构的调控作用。实验表明:1)表层水体中的小型浮游动物摄食速率明显大于DCM层;小型浮游动物摄食在表层水体中以大粒级的浮游植物(5μm)为主,在DCM层中没有明显粒级选择;自然光中的紫外线能增加小型浮游动物的摄食;营养盐添加轻微降低小型浮游动物的摄食。2)营养盐和光照的增强显著促进DCM层浮游植物的生长,并增加大粒级浮游植物的占比;而光照和营养盐变化对表层浮游植物的生长和粒级结构的改变相对不明显。因此,相对表层,深层浮游植物面临较小的摄食压力,拥有更大的光照和营养盐需求潜能;当台风引发水体垂向混合后,获得营养盐补充的表层浮游植物并不能迅速生长,而获得充足光照的深层浮游植物能迅速生长,成为藻华爆发的优势种。  相似文献

Silver carp and bighead carp exhibited size-selection for food particles in aquarium experiments, but did not select their preferred species of plankton actively when they were distributed evenly in the water. They also possessed the capacity of selection for feeding area. The removal rates (% g−1 fish weight) of silver carp for smaller plankton (phytoplankton) were higher than those of bighead carp. The removal rates by the latter for bigger plankton (zooplankton) were higher than those of silver carp, but for plankton about 70 μm dia. the rates by the two species were almost equal.  相似文献

2005年对太湖梅梁湾大型鲢、鳙控藻围栏内外浮游甲壳动物群落结构的季节变化进行了监测.结果表明:围栏内外的环境因子、浮游植物生物量、浮游甲壳动物种类组成无显著差异.但鲢、鳙放养对浮游甲壳动物的生物量产生了较大的影响,围栏内浮游甲壳动物的总生物量和枝角类的生物量显著低于围栏外.总体上,枝角类各种类的生物量受鲢、鳙放养的影响程度大于桡足类的种类.太湖梅梁湾浮游甲壳动物的季节演替明显,大部分种类只是季节性出现.冬季和春季以溞(Daphnia sp.)和近邻剑水蚤(Cyclops vicnus)等大型种类为主,夏季和秋季以象鼻溞(Bosmina sp.)、角突网纹溞(Ceriodaphnia cornuta)和中华窄腹剑水蚤(Limnoithona sinensis)等小型种类为主.典范对应分析表明,透明度、温度和浮游植物的生物量是影响浮游甲壳动物季节变化的主要因素.  相似文献

1. An in situ enclosure experiment was conducted in a deep reservoir of southern China to examine (i) the effects of a low biomass (4 g wet weight m?3) of silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) and nutrients on the plankton community and (ii) the response of Daphnia to eutrophication. 2. In the absence of fish, Daphnia galeata dominated the zooplankton community, whereas calanoids were dominant in the fish treatments, followed by D. galeata. Silver carp stocking significantly reduced total zooplankton biomass, and that of D. galeata and Leptodorarichardi, but markedly increased the biomass of smaller cladocerans, copepod nauplii and rotifers. In contrast, nutrient enrichment had no significant effect on the plankton community except for cyclopoids. 3. Chlorophyta, Cryptophyta and Bacillariophyta were dominant phytoplankton groups during the experiment. Chlorophyta with high growth rates (mainly Chlorella vulgaris in the fish enclosures and Ankyra sp. in the fishless enclosures) eventually dominated the phytoplankton community. Total phytoplankton biomass and the biomass of edible phytoplankton [greatest axial linear dimension (GALD) < 30 μm], Chlorophyta, Cryptophyta, Bacillariophyta and Cyanobacteria showed positive responses to fish stocking, while inedible phytoplankton (GALD ≥ 30 μm) was significantly reduced in the fish enclosures. However, there was no significant effect on the plankton community from the interaction of fish and nutrients. 4. Overall, the impact of fish on the plankton community was much greater than that of nutrients. High total phosphorus concentrations in the control treatment and relatively low temperatures may reduce the importance of nutrient enrichment. These results suggest it is not appropriate to use a low biomass of silver carp to control phytoplankton biomass in warmer, eutrophic fresh waters containing large herbivorous cladocerans.  相似文献

为探索池塘混养模式下生态基对鱼类生长的影响, 在6个土池中进行了一个饲养试验, 将土池分为2组, 一组为不放生态基的对照组, 另一组为放置生态基的生态基组, 每组3个重复。将尾均重为(310±11) g鲤3867尾、尾均重(810±15) g鲢及鳙370尾平均分别分为2组, 平均放养于6个土池中。对池塘鲤每天饲喂颗粒饲料3次, 饲养周期62d。在饲养期内, 每隔10天左右采集水样与底泥样品, 检测其中的浮游生物与微生物群落。在饲养结束后, 将试验鱼捕出并称重, 计算鲤的饲料效率。结果表明, 生态基组鲤鱼的增重率与饲料效率显著高于对照组; 生态基组的鲢、鳙末重显著低于对照组; 生态基组水体透明度与微生物群落多样性显著高于对照组; 生态基组浮游生物浓度低于对照组。结果表明, 在混养模式下土池中生态基的应用有利用促进鲤的生长, 然而池塘生态基的应用对于滤食性鲢、鳙的生长并无促进作用。  相似文献

Silver and bighead carp were stocked in a large pen to control the nuisance cyanobacterial blooms in Meiliang Bay of Lake Taihu. Plankton abundance and water quality were investigated about once a week from 9 May to 7 July in 2005. Biomass of both total crustacean zooplankton and cladocerans was significantly suppressed by the predation of pen-cultured fishes. There was a significant negative correlation between the N:P weight ratio and phytoplankton biomass. The size-selective predation by the two carps had no effect on the biomass of green alga Ulothrix sp. It may be attributed to the low fish stocking density (less than 40 g m−3) before June. When Microcystis dominated in the water of fish pen, the pen-cultured carps effectively suppressed the biomass of Microcystis, as indicated by the significant decline of chlorophyll a in the >38 μm fractions of the fish pen. Based on the results of our experiment and previous other studies, we conclude that silver and bighead carp are two efficient biomanipulation tools to control cyanobacterial (Microcystis) blooms in the tropical/subtropical eutrophic waters. Moreover, we should maintain an enough stocking density for an effective control of phytoplankton biomass.  相似文献

Top–down control of phytoplankton biomass through piscivorous fish manipulation has been explored in numerous ecological and biomanipulation experiments. Piscivores are gape-limited predators and it is hypothesized that the distribution of gape sizes relative to distribution of body depths of prey fish may restrict piscivore effects cascading to plankton. We examined the top–down effects of piscivorous largemouth bass on nutrients, turbidity, phytoplankton, zooplankton and fish in ponds containing fish assemblages with species representing a range of body sizes and feeding habits (western mosquitofish, bluegill, channel catfish, gizzard shad and common carp). The experimental design consisted of three replicated treatments: fishless ponds (NF), fish community without largemouth bass (FC), and fish community with largemouth bass (FCB). Turbidity, chlorophyll a, cyclopoid copepodid and copepod nauplii densities were significantly greater in FC and FCB ponds than in NF ponds. However, these response variables were not significantly different in FC and FCB ponds. The biomass and density of shallow-bodied western mosquitofish were reduced and bluegill body depths shifted toward larger size classes in the presence of largemouth bass, but the biomass and density of all other fish species and of the total fish community were unaffected by the presence of largemouth bass. Our results show that top–down impacts of largemouth bass in ecosystems containing small- and deep-bodied fish species may be most intense at the top of the food web and alter the size distribution and species composition of the fish community. However, these top–down effects may not cascade to the level of the plankton when large-bodied benthivorous fish species are abundant.  相似文献

本文研究在水库围隔实验生态系统中鲢鱼对浮游生物群落的影响。结果表明,放养鲢鱼后,浮游动物生物量、浮游植物生物量、叶绿素a和浮游植物毛产量分别下降了58.7%、63.6%、52.5%和65.0%;透明度、浮游植物群落多样性指数分别提高了18.2%、32.5%;铜绿微囊藻数量减少了90.6%“水华”得到明显抑制。但小型绿藻(<20μm)数量未出现显著变化,因而其在藻类生物量中所占比例反而提高了82.3%。围隔内可被鲢鱼滤食的大型藻类(硅藻、甲藻、隐藻和绿藻(>20μm))占藻类生物量的85.8%,因此鲢鱼的存在能明显限制浮游植物的生物量。此外,放养鲢鱼还显著降低了水体中的COD,TP,DO和pH值,这表明鲢鱼对水质有净化作用。  相似文献
