从沙针乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分分离得到11个化合物,它们的结构经波谱分析鉴定为(+)儿茶素(1)、(+)-afzelechin-3-氧-L-鼠李糖(2)、afzelechin-(4α-8)-儿茶素(3)、(+)-儿茶素-3-氧-L-鼠李糖(4)、二氢山奈酚3-氧-L鼠李糖(5)、反式-植醇(6)、24-乙基胆甾烷-5,22.二烯-3β-醇-棕榈酸酯(7)、2.十八烯酸(8)、芒柄花萜醇(9)、3β-谷甾醇(10)、胡萝卜苷(11).化合物1~11为首次从该属植物中分离得到.  相似文献

The antioxidant polyphenols in cacao liquor, a major ingredient of chocolate and cocoa, have been characterized as flavan-3-ols and proanthocyanidin oligomers. In this study, various cacao products were analyzed by normal-phase HPLC, and the profiles and quantities of the polyphenols present, grouped by molecular size (monomers~oligomers), were compared. Individual cacao polyphenols, flavan-3-ols (catechin and epicatechin), and dimeric (procyanidin B2), trimeric (procyanidin C1), and tetrameric (cinnamtannin A2) proanthocyanidins, and galactopyranosyl-ent-(-)-epicatechin (2α→7, 4α→8)-(-)-epicatechin (Gal-EC-EC), were analyzed by reversed-phase HPLC and/or HPLC/MS. The profile of monomers (catechins) and proanthocyanidin in dark chocolate was similar to that of cacao liquor, while the ratio of flavan-3-ols to the total amount of monomeric and oligomeric polyphenols in the case of pure cocoa powder was higher than that in the case of cacao liquor or chocolate.  相似文献

An homologous series of acylated flavan-3-ols and procyanidins have been isolated, together with the known procyanidins B-1, B-3 and trimer, from the bark of Salix sieboldiana. Chemical and spectroscopic evidence led to the assignments of their structures as the 3-O-(1,6-dihydroxy-2-cyclohexene-1-carboxylic acid ester) of (+)-catechin and the 1-hydroxy-6-oxo-2-cyclohexene carboxylic acid esters of (+)-catechin and procyanidins B-1, B-3 and trimer.  相似文献

目的:研究银莲花属植物小花草玉梅的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱,凝胶柱色谱,反相柱色谱并结合制备高效液相色谱等技术分离纯化单体化合物,并根据理化性质及光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别是常春藤皂苷元-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(1)、3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-齐墩果酸皂苷元-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(2)、3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-常春藤皂苷元-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(3)和3-O-β-D-吡喃核糖-(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-常春藤皂苷元-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(4)。结论:化合物1为首次从银莲花属植物中分离得到,2-4为首次从小花草玉梅中分离得到。  相似文献

To investigate saponins from the roots of Pulsatilla cernua (Thunb.) Bercht. et Opiz., two new compounds together with five known triterpenoid saponins were isolated. The structures of the two new triterpenoid saponins, named cernuasides A and B, were elucidated as 3-O-[β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→2)]-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)]-α-Larabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (compound 1) and 3-O-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl(1→3)]-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→2)]-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (compound 2) by 1D, 2D-NMR techniques, ESIMS analysis, as well as chemical methods.  相似文献

Several new 4α-methyl sterols with unusual unsaturation in the Δ8(14)-or Δ14-positions, 4α,24S-dimethyl-5α-cholest-8 (14)-en-3β-ol, 4α-methyl-24ξ-ethyl-5α-cholest-8(14)-en-3β-ol, 4α-methyl-24(Z)-ethylidene-5α-cholest-8(14)- en-3β-ol, 4α,23 (or 22),24ξ-trimethyl-5α-cholesta-8(14),22-dien-3β-ol, 4α,24S(or 23ξ)-dimethyl-5α-cholest-14-en-3β-ol and 14-dehydrodinosterol, have been isolated from extracts of the cultured marine dinoflagellates Amphidinium carterae, A. corpulentum and Glenodinium sp. 4α-Methyl-24ξ-ethyl-5α-cholestan-3β-ol was isolated from the steryl ester fraction of Glenodinium sp. The structures of these new sterols are based upon extensive 360 MHz 1H NMR and MS analyses.  相似文献

The flavan-3-ols (-)-epicatechin (epicatechin) and (+)-catechin (catechin) and their related oligomers (procyanidins) isolated from cocoa were assayed for their capacity to inhibit the UVC-mediated formation of 8-oxo-7,8-dihydro-2'-deoxyguanosine (oxo(8)dG) in calf thymus DNA. The above-mentioned compounds inhibited oxo(8)dG production in a concentration- and time-dependent manner. After 30 min of irradiation (30 kJ/m(2)), 0.1, 1.0, 10, and 100 microM epicatechin inhibited oxo(8)dG formation by 20, 36, 64, and 74%, respectively. For the same dose of UVC, 0.1, 1.0, 10, and 100 microM catechin inhibited oxo(8)dG formation by 1, 23, 50, and 70%, respectively. Epicatechin was more efficient than catechin with respect to inhibiting oxo(8)dG formation (IC(50) 1.7 +/- 0.7 vs 4.0 +/- 0.7 microM). Monomer, tetramer, and hexamer fractions were equally effective in inhibiting oxo(8)dG formation when assayed at 10 microM monomer equivalent concentration. At similar concentrations (1-50 microM), the inhibition of the UVC-mediated oxo(8)dG formation by flavan-3-ols and procyanidins was in the range of that of alpha-tocopherol, Trolox, ascorbate, and glutathione. These results support the concept that flavan-3-ols and their related procyanidins can protect DNA from oxidation at concentrations that can be physiologically relevant. Both epimerism and degree of oligomerization are important determinants of the antioxidant activity of flavan-3-ols and procyanidins.  相似文献

The effects of flavan-3-ols (the monomer units of condensed tannins (CT)) and their galloyl derivatives on the viability of eggs, the development of first stage (L1) larvae, and the viability of the infective larvae of Trichostrongylus colubriformis were investigated under in vitro conditions. Each of the flavan-3-ol gallates showed some inhibition of egg hatching at 100 μg/ml, and 100% inhibition at 1000 μg/ml, with epigallocatechin gallate being the most effective in the egg hatch (EH) assay. In contrast, none of the flavan-3-ols were able to completely inhibit egg hatching. The flavan-3-ols and galloyl derivatives dose-dependently inhibited the development of infective larvae as assessed by the larval development (LD) assay. A larval migration inhibition (LMI) assay was used to assess the effect of flavan-3-ols and their galloyl derivatives on the motility of the infective third-stage (L3) larvae of T. colubriformis. In general, the flavan-3-ol gallates were more effective than the flavan-3-ols at immobilising the infective larvae as evidenced by their ability to inhibit more (P<0.05–0.01) larvae from passing through the LMI sieves. At 500 μg/ml, epigallocatechin gallate inhibited significantly more (P<0.1) larvae from passing through the sieves than did catechin gallate, epicatechin gallate, or gallocatechin gallate. Comparisons were made between the flavan-3-ols and their galloyl derivatives with the in vitro effects of CT extracts from several forage legumes, which have exhibited effects on parasites in vivo. The forage legumes tested at 200–500 μg/ml reduced the proportion of eggs that hatch, with comparable results to those obtained using the flavan-3-ols. The activities may be influenced by the prodelphinidin: procyanidin (PD:PC) ratios: CT extracts from Lotus pendunculatus and sainfoin have PD:PC ratios of 70:30 and 77:23, respectively, whereas the less active CT extract from Lotus corniculatus has a PD:PC ratio of 27:73. The active CT extracts from forage legumes have epigallocatechin as the dominant flavan-3-ol extender unit, and epigallocatechin is the most active flavan-3-ol in both the EH and LD assays.  相似文献

Sixteen oleanane-type glycosides were extracted from three Weigela hybrids and cultivars: W. x Styriaca, W. florida “Minor black” and W. florida “Brigela”, and four of them were previously undescribed ones: 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-xylopyranosyloleanolic acid, 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyloleanolic acid, 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyloleanolic acid, and 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyloleanolic acid. Their full structural elucidation required extensive 1D and 2D NMR experiments, as well as mass spectrometry analysis. Six compounds among the known ones were in sufficient amount to be tested for their antifungal activity against Candida albicans, and their antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.  相似文献

The complex sterol mixture isolated from A, nigra was found to contain a low level of Δ4-3-keto steroids, 5β-stanols and 4α-methyl sterols in addition to regular (4-demethyl) sterols. The following new marine sterols were isolated and identified using MS and 360 MHz NMR: 5β-cholest-22E-en-3β-ol, 24S-methyl-5β-cholest-22E-en-3β-ol, 24-methylene-5β-cholestan-3β-ol, both epimers at C-24 of 4α-methyl-24-ethyl-5α-cholest-22E-en-3β-ol, 4α, 22ξ, 23ξ-(or 24ξ-)trimethyl-5α-cholest-8(14)-en-3β-ol and (22S, 23S, 24S)-4α-24-dimethyl-22, 23-methylene-5α-cholestan-3β-ol. The latter sterol and 23-demethylgorqosterol have opposite configurations at C-22, C-23, and C-24; the Δ8(14) sterol has an unprecedented side chain.  相似文献

从采自四川汉源县的古蔺雪胆(Hemsleya penxianensis var.gulinensiks)中分到9个三萜皂苷化合物,通过化学反应和光谱方法鉴定了它们的结构。其中7个为已知化合物,分别为齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-比喃葡萄糖苷(1),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛基齐墩果酸苷(3),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛基—齐墩果酸—28-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(4),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛基—齐墩果酸—28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5),3-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖基—(1→3)—β—D-吡喃葡萄糖醛基—齐墩果酸—28—O—β—D—吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),3—O—(6′—丁酯)—β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛基—齐墩果酸—28-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖苷(7),3-O-(6′-丁酯)—β—D吡喃葡萄糖醛基—齐墩果酸—28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)。两个新化合物,即雪胆皂苷A(2)和雪胆皂苷B(9)。  相似文献

Mushroom tyrosinase catalysed oxidation of three flavan-3-ols, viz. catechin, fisetinidol and mesquitol, was conducted to construct biphenyl bonds. Exposure of the flavan-3-ols to tyrosinase and subsequent trapping of the o-quinone intermediates resulted in the formation of novel flavan-3-ol derivatives, the structures of which were elucidated by mono- and two-dimensional 1H-NMR experiments. Application of the methodology resulted in the improved synthesis of the natural flavan-3-ol dimer, mesquitol-[5-->8]-catechin, previously isolated from Prosopis glandulosa.  相似文献

A novel 1,2-cis stereoselective synthesis of protected α-D-Gal-(1→2)-D-Glc fragments was developed. Methyl 2-O-acetyl-3-O-allyl-4,6-O-benzylidene-α-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)-3-O-benzoyl-4,6-O-benzylidene-α-D-glucopyranoside (13), methyl 2-O-acetyl-3-O-allyl-4,6-O-benzylidene-α-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)-3,4,6-tri-O-benzoyl-α-D-glucopyranoside (15), methyl 2-O-acetyl-3-O-allyl-4,6-O-benzylidene-α-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)-3-O-benzoyl-4,6-O-benzylidene-β-D-glucopyranoside (17), and methyl 2-O-acetyl-3-O-allyl-4,6-O-benzylidene-α-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)-3,4,6-tri-O-benzoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (19) were favorably obtained by coupling a new donor, isopropyl 2-O-acetyl-3-O-allyl-4,6-O-benzylidene-1-thio-β-D-galactopyranoside (2), with acceptors, methyl 3-O-benzoyl-4,6-O-benzylidene-α-D-glucopyranoside (4), methyl 3,4,6-tri-O-benzoyl-α-D-glucopyranoside (5), methyl 3-O-benzoyl-4,6-O-benzylidene-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), and methyl 3,4,6-tri-O-benzoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (12), respectively. By virtue of the concerted 1,2-cis α-directing action induced by the 3-O-allyl and 4,6-O-benzylidene groups in donor 2 with a C-2 acetyl group capable of neighboring-group participation, the couplings were achieved with a high degree of α selectivity. In particular, higher α/β stereoselective galactosylation (5.0:1.0) was noted in the case of the coupling of donor 2 with acceptor 12 having a β-CH(3) at C-1 and benzoyl groups at C-4 and C-6.  相似文献
