Three compounds: (2S)-8-(3'-methylbut-2'-enyl)-7,3',4'-trihydroxyflavanone, (2S)-8-(3'-methyl-4'-hydroxy-but-2'-enyl)-7,3',4'-trihydroxyflavanone and (2S)-8-(3'-methyl-4'-hydroxy-but-2'-enyl)-5,3',4'-trihydroxy-7-methoxyflavanone, along with five previously known compounds, were isolated from the aerial parts of Flourensia fiebrigii. Six novel alkylated p-Benzoquinones irisoquin (A-F) (1-2, 4-7) together with a known cytotoxic quinone, irisoquin (3) along with three known isoflavones, tectoregenin, iristectorin and irigenin were isolated from the rhizomes of Iris kumaonensis and characterized. The structures of compounds 1-2, 4-7 were confirmed by extensive spectroscopic analysis, IR, MS, HRMS, GC, GC-MS, 1D (1H, 13C, NOE) and 2D (HMQC and HMBC) NMR and comparison with literature data of known compounds.  相似文献

Two novel deoxysugar esters, named enteridinines A and B, were isolated from the slime mold Enteridium lycoperdon. Their structures, including the absolute configurations of the hydroxyl and methyl groups, were determined by means of extensive spectroscopic data such as UV, IR, MS, 1D and 2D NMR spectra. Enteridinines A and B have unique structures containing 1,7-dioxaspiro[5.5]undecanes with an O-beta-D-mycarosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-olivosyl and an O-beta-L-olivomycosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-amicetosyl-(1-->4)-beta-L-digitoxosyl unit, respectively, and showed growth inhibitory activities against Gram positive bacteria.  相似文献

Activity-guided fractionation of an EtOAc-soluble extract of the leaves of Muntingia calabura collected in Peru, using an in vitro quinone reductase induction assay with cultured Hepa 1c1c7 (mouse hepatoma) cells, resulted in the isolation of a flavanone with an unsubstituted B-ring, (2R,3R)-7-methoxy-3,5,8-trihydroxyflavanone (5), as well as 24 known compounds, which were mainly flavanones and flavones. The structure including absolute stereochemistry of compound 5 was determined by spectroscopic (HRMS, 1D and 2D NMR, and CD spectra) methods. Of the isolates obtained, in addition to 5, (2S)-5-hydroxy-7-methoxyflavanone, 2',4'-dihydroxychalcone, 4,2',4'-trihydroxychalcone, 7-hydroxyisoflavone and 7,3',4'-trimethoxyisoflavone were found to induce quinone reductase activity.  相似文献

Eight sesquiterpenes, including four guaiane-types containing an interesting epoxy unit (1-4), a rare tricyclic carbon skeleton-type (5) and three eudesmane-types (6-8), along with five known compounds, were isolated from rhizomes of Atractylodes lancea. The structures and relative configurations of 1-8 were determined by analysis of spectroscopic data, and the absolute configuration of 8 was assigned by application of the CD technique. Compounds 1, 2 and 4 were evaluated for their cytotoxic effects against P388 and A549 cells, but all were inactive. Possible biosynthetic pathways for sesquiterpenes (1-8) were discussed.  相似文献

Six new steroidal saponins (1-6) were isolated from the roots of A. acutifolius L., together with a known spirostanol glycoside (7). Their structures were elucidated mainly by extensive spectroscopic analysis (1D and 2D NMR, FABMS and HRESIMS). Compounds 4-7 demonstrated antifungal activity against the human pathogenic yeasts C. albicans, C. glabrata and C. tropicalis with MICs values between 12.5 and 100 microg/ml.  相似文献

Three metabolites named phomopsin A (1), B (2) and C (3), together with two known compounds cytosporone B (4) and C (5), were isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus, Phomopsis sp. ZSU-H76 obtained from the South China Sea. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, mainly by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic techniques. The medium-sized cyclic phenol ether based on 1 or 2 is rare in natural products. In bioassays, compounds 1, 2, and 3 had no significant antibiotic activities, but compounds 4 and 5 inhibited two fungi Candida albicans and Fusarium oxysporum with an MIC ranging from 32 to 64 microg/ml.  相似文献

An aliphatic alcohol glycoside, lunaroside 1-octen-3-yl [O-beta-apiofuranosyl-(1-->6)-O-[beta-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)]-beta-glucopyranoside, a phenylethanoid glycoside, lunariifolioside 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethylO-beta-apiofuranosyl-(1-->6)-O-[O-beta-apiofuranosyl-(1-->4)-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)]-4-O-(E)-caffeoyl-beta-glucopyranoside and a flavone glycoside, luteolin 7-O-[4-O-acetyl-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)]-beta-glucuronopyranoside, were isolated from the aerial parts of Phlomis lunariifolia, in addition to 15 known glycosides. Three neo-clerodane diterpenoids, named barbatins A-C (1-3), and the neo-clerodane diterpenoid nicotinyl ester, named scutebarbatine B (4), were isolated from the whole plant of Scutellaria barbata D. Don. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses (UV, IR, HRFAB-MS, 1D NMR and 2D NMR). In vitro, compounds 1-4 showed significant cytotoxic activities against three human cancer lines, namely, HONE-1 nasopharyngeal, KB oral epidermoid carcinoma, and HT29 colorectal carcinoma cells, with IC50 values in the range 3.5-8.1 microM.  相似文献

A germination stimulant, fabacyl acetate, was purified from root exudates of pea (Pisum sativum L.) and its structure was determined as ent-2′-epi-4a,8a-epoxyorobanchyl acetate [(3aR,4R,4aR,8bS,E)-4a,8a-epoxy-8,8-dimethyl-3-(((R)-4-methyl-5-oxo-2,5-dihydrofuran-2-yloxy)methylene)-2-oxo-3,3a,4,5,6,7,8,8b-decahydro-2H-indeno[1,2-b]furan-4-yl acetate], by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic, ESI- and EI-MS spectrometric, X-ray crystallographic analyses, and by comparing the 1H NMR spectroscopic data and relative retention times (RRt) in LC-MS and GC-MS with those of synthetic standards prepared from (+)-orobanchol and (+)-2′-epiorobanchol. The 1H NMR spectroscopic data and RRt of fabacyl acetate were identical with those of an isomer prepared from (+)-2′-epiorobanchol except for the opposite sign in CD spectra. This is the first natural ent-strigolactone containing an epoxide group. Fabacyl acetate was previously detected in root exudates of other Fabaceae plants including faba bean (Vicia faba L.) and alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.).  相似文献

A new trinorsesterterpene glycoside was isolated from the ethanol extract of the American fern Woodwardia virginica having a 3-[6-(4,8-dimethyl-nona-1,3,7-trienyl)-4-hydroxy-2,6-dimethyl-cyclohex-1-enyl]-3-hydroxypropionic acid, as the aglycone and a saccharide moiety linked at C-4 to glucoses, xylose or arabinofuranose. The structure was elucidated using extensive spectroscopic analysis (1D and 2D NMR, MS, IR and UV) including determination of absolute stereochemistry by means of the MTPA and PGME derivatives and also by chemical methods.  相似文献

JP-1, an endophytic fungus isolated from Aegiceras corniculatum. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods, mainly by 2D NMR spectroscopic analyses. Compound 1 showed cytotoxicity against A-549 cells with an IC50 value of 1.45 microM, while compound 2 showed cytotoxicity against P388 cells with an IC50 value of 1.38 microM.  相似文献

Phytochemical analysis of the whole plant of Salvia moorcroftiana Wall. (Lamiaceae) resulted in the isolation of two new flavonoid glycosides, together with three known compounds. The structures of the new compounds were established as genkwanin 4'-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-galactopyranoside (1) and genkwanin 4'-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->6)]-beta-D-galactopyranoside] (2). Five cadinane sesquiterpenoids, named stereumin A (1), B (2), C (3), D (4) and E (5) were isolated from the CHCl(3) extract of the culture broth of the fungal strain CCTCC AF 207024. Based on the sequences at the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region and partial 28S rDNA, this fungus was identified as a Stereum sp. The structures of the five compounds were elucidated using spectroscopic data from 1D, 2D NMR and HRESIMS experiments, and the structures of 1 and 2 were further confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Compounds 1-5 showed nematicidal activities against the nematode Panagrellus redivivus at 400 mg l(-1). Among these five compounds, compounds 3 and 4 killed 84.4% and 94.9% of P. redivivus, respectively in 48 h.  相似文献

Three pyrones and a 2(5H)-furanone, designated pectinolides D-G, have been isolated from the dichloromethane extract of Hyptis pectinata. The metabolites were characterized on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic techniques. The pyrones were identified as 6S-[3S,6S-(diacetoxy)-5R-hydroxy-1Z-heptenyl]-5S-hydroxy-5,6-dihydro-2H-pyran-2-one (1)- pectinolide D, 6S-[3S,5R,6S-(triacetoxy)-1Z-heptenyl]-5S-acetoxy-5,6-dihydro-2H-pyran-2-one (2)- pectinolide E and 6S-[3S,5R,6S-(triacetoxy)-1Z-heptenyl]-5S-acetoxy-4R-methoxy-3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-4H pyran-2-one (3)- pectinolide F. The furanone was identified as [2'Z,5(1')Z] 5-(4'S,6'R,7'S-triacetoxy-2-octenylidene)-2(5H)-furanone (4)-pectinolide G.  相似文献

The twigs of Dorstenia barteri var. subtriangularis yielded three diprenylated chalcones: (-)-3-(3,3-dimethylallyl)-5'-(2-hydroxy-3-methylbut-3-enyl)-4,2',4'-trihydroxychalcone, (+)-3-(3,3-dimethylallyl)-4',5'-[2'-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)-dihydrofurano]-4,2'-dihydroxychalcone and 3,4-(6",6"-dimethyldihydropyrano)-4',5'-[2',-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)-dihydrofurano]-2'-hydroxychalcone for which the names bartericins A, B and C, respectively, are proposed. Stipulin, beta-sitosterol and its 3-beta-D-glucopyranosyl derivative were also isolated. The structures of these secondary metabolites were determined on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, especially, NMR spectra in conjunction with 2D experiments, COSY, HMQC and HMBC. The structural relationship of bartericins B and C was further established by the chemical cyclization of one to the other.  相似文献
