上海市不同区县中小河道氮磷污染特征   总被引:7,自引:4,他引:3

以上海11个区县,共19条河道、65个点位进行1a的氮磷污染情况调查。结果表明:(1)上海河道为不完全感潮型河网水系。潮汐、降雨对氮磷污染物的分布影响具有时间差异性。(2)上海河道区县之间氮磷污染差异大(P0.05)。氮磷浓度从中心城区河道依次向外呈现"圆环状"稀释扩散趋势。黄浦江以南河道水质好于黄浦江以北河道;近江苏的河道总体氮磷浓度水平高于近浙江的河道(上海东南部)(P0.05)。水体中污染物浓度、扩散、降解与人为扰动和城镇化程度密切相关。(3)聚类分析(Cluster Analysis,CA)结果显示上海市河道污染水平在点位之间区别不大,而多维尺度分析(Multidimensional Scaling,MDS)显示上海市河道污染水平在点位之间具有一定差异,并与水质评价结果一致。(4)经生态修复后的河道水质优于修复前(P0.05),说明上海市人工水生态修复措施和生态型驳岸建设对改善河道水质有潜在价值。  相似文献

The contribution of lymphotoxin to guinea pig leukocyte natural cytotoxicity was evaluated with [3H]TdR release and colony-inhibition assays of 104C1 benzo(a)pyrene in vitro-transformed and tumorigenic, tumor-specific transplantation antigen-negative, syngeneic strain 2/ N fibroblasts. Cytolethal 3H-release activities of mitogen (PHA)1-stimulated nonimmune and ovalbumin (OA) immune as well as OA-stimulated OA immune unfractionated, adherent (macrophage-enriched) and nonadherent peritoneal leukocytes are qualitatively similar. 3H release is maximal by 48 hr, increases with antigen or mitogen concentration, is greatest with unfractionated leukocytes, and is least with adherent macrophages. Lymphotoxin produced by peritoneal leukocytes, alone or in combination with the leukocytes does not or only minimally induces 3H release even after 6 days of incubation with guinea pig target cells although guinea pig lymphotoxin possesses cytolytic activity as indicated by 3H release from αL929 mouse tumor cells. In contrast to the absent or very weak cytolytic activity of guinea pig lymphotoxin for the guinea pig target cells nonimmune macrophages, nonadherent leukocytes, and lymphotoxin all exhibit readily detectable colony-inhibitory (CI) activity for the syngeneic tumor cells. Macrophage and lymphotoxin CI, moreover, are additive, whereas nonadherent leukocyte and lymphotoxin CI are synergistic. The latter may be due to additional lymphotoxin induced by target cell antigens or other mechanisms of target cell stimulation of effector lymphoid cells and result from very high local levels of lymphotoxin released by the effector cells. Lymphotoxin CI, furthermore, can be cytostatic or cytolethal as indicated by resumption of 104C1 but not αL929 colony growth following removal of lymphotoxin, indicating that natural cell-mediated cytotoxicity consists of lymphotoxin-dependent and -independent cytostatic and cytolethal effector mechanisms.  相似文献

PURPOSE: The relationship between endometrial carcinoma and cellular metabolism is unknown. In endometrial cancer, mutation rate of PTEN has been reported very high. Malate dehydrogenase 2 (MDH2) is one of the isoforms of malate dehydrogenase, which is involved in citric acid cycle in mitochondria. Our study aimed to investigate the role MDH2 played in PTEN-regulated endometrial carcinoma. METHODS: To reveal the expression of MDH2 and the co-localization of PTEN and MDH2, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescent staining were used. Western blot, Real-time PCR, RNA interference and overexpression plasmid DNA transfection were performed to investigate the relationship between PTEN and MDH2 as well as the impact of E2 on the expression of PTEN and MDH2, while CCK8, transwell and flow cytometric analysis were carried out to evaluate the proliferation, migration and invasion and apoptosis of endometrial carcinoma cell lines. RESULTS: Our results demonstrated that as a metabolism related enzyme, MDH2 was overexpressed in endometrial carcinoma tissues and related to the grade of the cancer (P = .038). Western blot, Real-time PCR and immunofluorescent staining revealed MDH2 inhibited the expression of PTEN and was co-localized with PTEN in the cytoplasm of endometrial carcinoma. Proliferation, transwell and apoptosis assay suggested that MDH2 enhanced the proliferation, migration and invasion but inhibited the apoptosis of endometrial cancer cell line through suppressing PTEN. Furthermore, E2 inhibited the expression level of PTEN but enhanced MDH2 via GPR30. CONCLUSIONS: Our study demonstrated that MDH2, stimulated by estrogen, was involved in the development of PTEN-regulated endometrial carcinoma through GPR30-related pathway.  相似文献

上海海岸带及邻近岛屿发育至今,生物、非生物环境因子起着重要作用。其中,成岛年龄、高程、土壤种类、土壤养分、土壤含盐量、土壤pH值等影响着诸岛植物群落的形成、定居与演替。在多年野外调查基础上,本文以时空跨度,运用PC-ORD生态学多变量分析软件中的典范对应分析(CCA)二维排序方法,阐述了上海海岸带及邻近岛屿植物群落的植物多样性,报导了上海海域诸岛的植物种类,并对该区域多种生境下植物群落的演替现状和所适应的环境因子进行了分析,为研究分析上海海岸带及邻近岛屿植被及其整个生态系统提供了基础资料。  相似文献

城市热岛效应的产生及演变与城市地表覆被变化、人类社会经济活动密切相关,是城市生态环境状况的综合概括与体现,目前对城市热岛形成、演变的驱动机制、热岛效应与地表覆被变化的定量关系研究大多还是从对某些影响因子的测定入手,缺乏对区域热环境系统全面、综合的评价与分析.近年来,在城市化过程中,人类社会、经济活动的加剧使城市地表热力景观呈现出高度的空间异质性,在利用Landsat 7 ETM+热波段数据反演上海地区地表温度的基础上,应用地统计学方法揭示了不同尺度下上海城市地表温度场空间变异特征及其不同的驱动因子.进而,采用决策树方法构造城市热环境系统的分类和预测模型,建立中心城区地表温度场空间分布及其驱动因素之间的定量关系,挖掘上海城市热岛效应的形成机制,揭示出多种影响因素综合作用下中心城区热环境空间格局差异.研究结果表明,城市热环境形成的驱动因子在空间上呈现出明显的分异性特征,各种影响因素在空间上不同的组合方式将决定城市热岛效应的时空演变趋势.运用决策树方法可以有效地确定在城市内部不同区域影响热环境形成的主导因素,揭示城市热岛形成与演变的成因机制及其空间差异,并可以进一步用来预测分析未来城市地表温度场动态变化的空间分布格局.  相似文献

PURPOSE: The monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio (MLR) has been shown to be associated with the prognosis of various solid tumors. This study sought to evaluate the important value of the MLR in ovarian cancer patients. METHODS: A total of 133 ovarian cancer patients and 43 normal controls were retrospectively reviewed. The patients'' demographics were analyzed along with clinical and pathologic data. The counts of peripheral neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, and platelets were collected and used to calculate the MLR, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR). and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR). The optimal cutoff value of the MLR was determined by using receiver operating characteristic curve analysis. We compared the MLR, NLR, and PLR between ovarian cancer and normal control patients and among patients with different stages and different grades, as well as between patients with lymph node metastasis and non–lymph node metastasis. We then investigated the value of the MLR in predicting the stage, grade, and lymph node positivity by using logistic regression. The impact of the MLR on overall survival (OS) was calculated by Kaplan-Meier method and compared by log-rank test. RESULTS: Statistically significant differences in the MLR were observed between ovarian cancer patients and normal controls. However, no difference was found for the NLR and PLR. Highly significant differences in the MLR were found among patients with different stages (stage I-II and stage III-IV), grades (G1 and >G1), and lymph node metastasis status. The MLR was a significant and independent risk factor for lymph node metastasis, as determined by logistic regression. The optimal cutoff value of the MLR was 0.23. We also classified the data according to tumor markers (CA125, CA199, HE4, AFP, and CEA) and conventional coagulation parameters (International Normalized Ratio [INR] and fibrinogen). Highly significant differences in CA125, CA199, HE4, INR, fibrinogen levels, and lactate dehydrogenase were found between the low-MLR group (MLR ≤ 0.23) and the high-MLR group (MLR > 0.23). Correspondingly, dramatic differences were observed between the two groups in OS. CONCLUSION: Our results show that the peripheral blood MLR before surgery could be a significant predictor of advanced stages, advanced pathologic grades, and positive lymphatic metastasis in ovarian cancer patients.  相似文献

基于CITYgreen模型,通过对1987、2000、2004和2008年4a的TM影像分析,从上海城市空间大尺度(上海市外环内整体)、中尺度(上海市外环内各行政区)和小尺度(上海市外环内各镇及街道)计算绿地年固碳和空气污染物去除两项生态效益,其中大尺度绿地的生态效益为:1987年为16722.58万元,2000年为8546.36万元,2004年为8161.48万元,2008年为968.47万元。继而利用基础统计学以及ArcGIS地统计分析扩展模块对生态效益进行分析,得出结论:(1)大尺度上分析,1987年至2008年,由于受到城市建设用地拓展的影响,城市绿地生态效益总体上呈下降趋势;(2)中尺度上分析,不同行政区绿地生态效益的浮动范围与变化趋势均不相同,中心城区外围的浦东区、宝山区、普陀区等一直处于较高水平且变动幅度较大,而中心城区一直处于较低状态;(3)小尺度上分析,基于克里格插值的曲面拟合分析表明中心城区部分区域出现回升。旨在通过模型拟合分析,完善上海市绿地生态效益研究,并为特大型城市绿地规划建设提供科学依据。  相似文献

PURPOSE: To prospectively investigate ultrasound-guided diffuse optical tomography (US-guided DOT) in predicting breast cancer response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC). MATERIALS AND METHODS: Eighty-eight breast cancer patients, with a total of 93 lesions, were included in our study. Pre– and post–last chemotherapy, size and total hemoglobin concentration (THC) of each lesion were measured by conventional US and US-guided DOT 1 day before biopsy (time point t0, THC THC0, SIZE S0) and 1 to 2 days before surgery (time point tL, THCL, SL). The relative changes in THC and SIZE of lesions after the first and last NAC cycles were considered as the variables ΔTHC and ΔSIZE. Receiver operating characteristic curve was performed to calculate ΔTHC and ΔSIZE cutoff values to evaluate pathologic response of 93 breast cancers to NAC, which were then prospectively used to predicate response of 61 breast cancers to NAC. RESULTS: The cutoff values of ΔTHC and ΔSIZE for evaluation of breast cancers NAC treatment response were 23.9% and 42.6%. At ΔTHC 23.9%, the predicted treatment response in 61 breast lesions for the time points t1 to t3 was calculated by area under the curve (AUC), which were AUC1 0.534 (P = .6668), AUC2 0.604 (P = .1893), and AUC3 0.674(P =. 0.027), respectively; for ΔSIZE 42.6%, at time points t1 to t3, AUC1 0.505 (P = .9121), AUC2 0.645 (P = .0115), and AUC3 0.719 (P = .0018). CONCLUSION: US-guided DOT ΔTHC 23.9% and US ΔSIZE 42.6% can be used for the response evaluation and earlier prediction of the pathological response after three rounds of chemotherapy.  相似文献

Lung cancer is the most common fatal malignancy for both men and women and adenocarcinoma is the most common histologic type. Early diagnosis of lung cancer can significantly improve the survival rate of patients. This study aimed to investigate the micro-computed tomography (micro-CT) manifestations of early lung adenocarcinoma (LAC) in mice and to provide a new perspective for early clinical diagnosis. Early LAC models in 10 mice were established by subcutaneously injecting 1-methyl-3-nitro-1-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG) solution. Micro-CT scan and multiple planar reconstruction (MPR) were used for mouse lungs. Micro-CT features of early LAC, especially the relationships between tumor and bronchus, were analyzed and correlated with pathology. Micro-CT findings of early LAC were divided into three types: non-solid (n = 8, 6%), partly solid (n = 85, 64%) and totally solid (n = 39, 30%). Tumor-bronchus relationships, which could be observed in 110 of 132(83%) LAC, were classified into four patterns: type I (n = 16, 15%), bronchus was truncated at the margin of the tumor; type II (n = 33, 30%), bronchus penetrated into the tumor with tapered narrowing and interruption; type III (n = 38, 35%), bronchus penetrated into the tumor with a patent and intact lumen; type IV (n = 99, 90%), bronchus ran at the border of the tumor with an intact or compressed lumen. Micro-CT manifestations of early LAC correlated well with pathological findings. Micro-CT can clearly demonstrate the features of mouse early LAC and bronchus-tumor relationships, and can also provide a new tool and perspective for the study of early LAC.  相似文献

从社会维度的视角分析评价生态系统所提供的各种效用,必然涉及供需双方。在提供城市公共服务的过程中,城市公园绿地的空间配置会潜在地影响社会效益享用的平等与有效性,是具有显著空间属性的社会资源。研究同时关注城市公园绿地与居住人口(使用者)的空间布局特征,提出基于社会公平正义的生态系统服务供需关系的研究框架,从"地域平等"、"社会公平"与"社会正义"3个层次评估城市公园绿地的空间配置对于社会服务有效供给能力的影响,进而关联使用者需求空间特征分析供需匹配关系。研究构建基于社会公平正义的6个指标反映城市公园绿地社会服务供需状况,并选取上海徐汇区进行实证研究。研究结果表明:(1)徐汇区城市公园绿地存在供需空间不匹配状况,尤其是口袋公园层面存在较大缺口;(2)空间布局均好性较高,地域平等性较好;(3)人均享有绿地资源水平还有待提高,社会公平性不足;(4)进一步地在社会正义层面,评价结果显示过去进行城市公园绿地空间布局决策时并没有特别关注老年人、青少年群体,各个空间单元差距较大,且这两类使用人群密度较高的空间单元在这两个指标上往往低于平均水平,社会正义性亟待提高。研究为实现城市公园绿地空间的社会效益均衡、高效、可持续发展提供了有益的探索。  相似文献

2002年7月到2004年6月对上海郊区祝桥镇、机场镇和朝阳农场及其附近区域的红隼种群密度进行了计数调查.调查通过固定路线进行,共进行调查53次.结果表明该区域红隼种群密度冬季明显高于夏季,呈现明显的月变化和季节变化,红隼种群的季节变动在一定程度上反映了该区域红隼的迁徙及居留情况,认为红隼在上海地区的居留状况包括留鸟、冬候鸟和过境鸟3种类型.混合农作物生境和芦苇生境中红隼种群密度具有极显著差异(t=4.6506,P=0.0000〈0.001),红隼更加偏好混合农作物生境.通过红隼的种群密度可以反映红隼的居留状况和对生境的选择情况.  相似文献

2000年冬季和2001年夏季对上海郊区三种典型生境(农田居民区、湿地滩涂和丘陵林地)鸟类分别进行了调查,共记录到鸟类96种,隶属14目29科。本文重点探讨了冬夏两季鸟类群落的多样性、均匀度、优势度、生物量、重要值、种间相通机率、食性等群落特征。研究结果表明,上海郊区冬季鸟类种类、密度、多样性和生物量都明显高于夏季,而优势度则夏季高于冬季。不同生境中,湿地鸟类多样性和均匀度均最高,优势度农田居民区最高。密度冬季湿地最大,夏季农田居民区最大。改善环境的自然性、增加空间异质性、扩大保护区面积和减少人为干扰等可使鸟类群落的多样性和密度增加。  相似文献

以上海崇明东滩入侵植物互花米草与本地种芦苇为研究对象,研究持续淹水胁迫对两种植物光合色素含量的影响.结果表明:互花米草与芦苇叶片的光合色素基本组成与含量不同,对持续淹水的响应也不同.在持续淹水胁迫下,互花米草叶绿素a、叶绿素b及类胡萝卜素含量降低,叶绿素a/b、类胡萝卜素/叶绿素值提高;芦苇各色素含量升高,叶绿素a/b、类胡萝卜素/叶绿素值基本保持稳定.解除持续淹水胁迫后,互花米草各色素含量逐渐升高,叶绿素a/b、类胡萝卜素/叶绿素值降低,并逐渐接近对照水平;而芦苇各色素含量显著高于对照.两种植物均表现出一定的补偿效应,但芦苇比互花米草更能适应同等程度的持续淹水胁迫.应用持续淹水措施治理互花米草时,可采用本地种芦苇作为治理后湿地恢复的替代植物.  相似文献

利用多重PCR和四色荧光(5-FAM,JOE,NED和ROX)自动化检测技术调查上海地区汉族人群D3S1358、vWA、FGA、D8S1179、D21S11、D18S51、D5S818、D13S317、D7S820等9个STR基因座多态性分布并计算 该9个基因座的的基因频率(Pi)、个体鉴别力(DP)、无偏倚期望杂合性(H)、多态性信息含量(PIC)和非父排除概率(PE)。结果显示:9个STR基因座的基因型分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡,9个STR基因座中FGA基因座的DP值最高为0.9584,D8S1179的H值最高为0.9403,D18S51的PIC值最高为0.8560,D18S51的PE值最高为0.7391,9个STR基因座累积个体鉴别力(CDP)为0.9999996,累积非父排除能力(CPE)为0.99991。9个STR基因座适合作为中国人群的遗传标志,用于人类学、遗传疾病基因连锁分析、法医学亲子鉴定和个体识别等研究领域。  相似文献
