2004年12月25日~2005年1月5日,在可可西里地区收集到藏羚羊、野牦牛、藏野驴和藏原羚的新鲜粪便各36、16、13和20份带回实验室,利用漂浮法、沉淀法对其在冬季的寄生蠕虫卵进行检查。结果显示:藏羚羊、藏原羚粪便中均存在有细颈属线虫、马歇尔属线虫和莫尼茨属绦虫虫卵,藏羚羊的感染率在19.4%~94.4%之间,感染强度EPG分别为5.58、5.11和2.86;藏原羚感染率为15%~65%,感染强度EPG各自为11.1、2.45和12.65。野牦牛粪样有古柏属和毛圆属线虫卵,感染率在75%~87.5%之间,感染强度EPG为9.06和5.93;藏野驴粪样有裸头属绦虫卵和园形科线虫卵,感染率在31%~100%之间,感染强度EPG分别为3.77和104。粪检表明:冬季藏羚羊、野牦牛、藏野驴和藏原羚的蠕虫感染率高、感染种类少和感染强度低,动物处于带虫免疫状态。  相似文献

天山马鹿南山种群肠道寄生虫的流行病学调查   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了解野生天山马鹿胃肠道寄生虫感染情况,2011 年10 月至2012 年6 月和2012 年9 月,利用漂浮法和沉淀法,对分布于新疆乌鲁木齐南山山区天山马鹿的306 份马鹿粪便进行了调查。结果表明,天山马鹿寄生虫感染情况较为严重,主要有鞭虫卵、蛔虫卵、球虫卵、线虫卵和幼虫,总感染率高达85. 6% 。其中鞭虫卵、蛔虫卵、球虫卵及其他(未能鉴定分类的线虫卵和幼虫)的平均感染率分别为78.1% 、56. 9% 、0.7% 和25. 8% ,感染强度(EPG)分别为106.4、8. 6、0.9 和3.9,其中鞭虫卵占优势。混合感染情况比较严重,鞭虫卵和蛔虫卵的混合感染率为最高,可达44% 。  相似文献

为了掌握我国圈养麝内寄生虫感染情况,为圈养麝内寄生虫病防控技术的研究提供科学依据。本研究抽样采集圈养麝新鲜粪样,采用循序沉淀法、离心漂浮法和贝尔曼法进行粪样中寄生虫虫卵(或卵囊)和幼虫的检查。从四川、陕西、甘肃和湖北等地24个养麝场中抽样采集了1049只麝的新鲜粪样,共查到9种(类)寄生虫虫卵(或卵囊)和幼虫,总阳性率为71.21%。其中,球虫Eimeria sp.卵囊阳性率达44.61%,卵囊密度(OPG)为800~54 400;线虫卵(未定科属)阳性率次之,为11.73%,虫卵密度(EPG)为300~18 700;而肺线虫(网尾属Dictyocaulus sp.)幼虫、毛细线虫Capillaria sp.卵、毛圆线虫Trichostrongyloides sp.卵、食道口线虫Oesophagostmum sp.卵、绦虫Anoplocephalidae sp.卵、类圆线虫Strongyloides sp.卵和毛首线虫(鞭虫Trichuris sp.)卵的阳性率分别为6.01%、2.00%、1.81%、1.53%、0.95%、1.24%和1.33%。调查表明我国圈养麝感染的内寄生虫种(类)多,感染率较高,其中以球虫和线虫感染情况最严重。  相似文献

为调查上海市部分鸟类寄生虫感染情况,于2012年2、5、8、11月分别对上海市部分鸟类粪便进行采集,共抽样采集46种鸟类的231个粪样,采用漂浮法、沉淀法和麦氏虫卵计数法调查其寄生虫虫卵的感染率及感染强度。结果显示:有39种鸟的171个粪样检出寄生虫虫卵阳性,粪便中的寄生虫虫卵以球虫卵囊和线虫卵为主。5月和8月寄生虫虫卵的检出率相对较高。球虫卵囊和线虫卵的每克粪便卵囊数(OPG/EPG)最大值均出现在11月,分别为168 750个和3375个。检查结果表明,上海花鸟市场鸟类感染寄生虫的种类较多,感染率高。检查结果为掌握上海鸟类寄生虫的感染状况和做好寄生虫病的防控提供了基础数据。  相似文献

食草动物集群有利于降低被捕食的风险,同时集群也会增加感染和传播寄生物的风险。可可西里卓乃湖地区是雌性藏羚的重要产羔地,集群时间主要集中在6月上旬至7月上旬,停留时间不足30 d。区域内温度、湿度等气候因子对其粪便中的寄生虫卵发育到感染期可能存在重要影响。本研究于2018年6月9日在卓乃湖产羔地建立微气候观测仪收集当地气象数据的同时,收集新鲜藏羚粪便在当地室外分别放置0 d、10 d、15 d、20 d、25 d、30 d、35 d和约300 d,应用漂浮法检测35 d内不同时间段虫卵发育状况和放置近一年的存活幼虫数量。初步研究了卓乃湖区域内集群藏羚粪便中的优势寄生虫卵的发育及其越冬存活,探讨藏羚产羔地是否会增加藏羚胃肠道寄生虫传播和感染的风险。结果表明:(1) 6月9日至7月14日,藏羚产羔地平均温度为5℃,平均相对湿度81%;(2) 藏羚在卓乃湖产羔地集群期间,其粪便中的优势寄生虫卵不能发育到感染期 (第三期幼虫),如粪便中的优势线虫卵毛园属线虫 (Trichostrongylus sp.)、马歇尔属线虫 (Marshallagia sp.) 和细颈属线虫 (Nematodirus sp.) 在30 d内发育仅停留在第一期幼虫;优势种藏羚艾美耳球虫 (Eimeria pantholopensis) 和五道梁艾美耳球虫 (E.wudaoliangensis) 卵在25 d、30 d、35 d的孢子化率分别是0、18.9%、54.0%和0、13.5%、30.4%;(3) 很少有寄生虫卵能够越冬存活至第二年,在卓乃湖产羔地放置近一年的粪便中仅发现极少的马歇尔属线虫和细颈属线虫幼虫。研究认为藏羚在卓乃湖集群时发生胃肠道寄生虫传播和感染的风险较低,藏羚对产羔地的短时利用和迅速回迁是其避免增加胃肠道寄生虫病感染风险的重要行为策略,且产羔地的低温等气候环境利于对寄生虫的自然净化。  相似文献

2005~2006年和2006~2007年冬季分别对济源市人工隧道马铁菊头蝠(Rhinolophusferrmequinum)越冬群消化道寄生蠕虫进行了调查并对其寄生蠕虫群落进行比较。结果显示,济源市人工隧道马铁菊头蝠越冬期消化道寄生蠕虫共有5种,2种吸虫,即济源中孔吸虫(Mesotretes jiyuanensis)和朝鲜斜睾吸虫(Plagiorchis koreanus),2种绦虫,即垦丁蝙蝠绦虫(Vampirolepis kengtingensis)和东北蝙蝠绦虫(V.toohokuensis),1种线虫,即比勒陀利亚圆钩线虫(Strongylacantha pretoriensis)。2006~2007年越冬期缺少了垦丁蝙蝠绦虫。2005~2006年越冬期总感染率为94.74%,吸虫和线虫的感染率分别为73.68%和63.18%,2006~2007年总感染率为91.30%,吸虫和线虫的感染率分别为78.26%和65.22%。两个越冬群感染平均强度和平均密度比较高的是济源中孔吸虫和比勒陀利亚圆钩线虫,优势种以济源中孔吸虫和比勒陀利亚圆钩线虫为主;所感染蝙蝠体内寄生2种蠕虫的蝙蝠个体在两个冬眠群中占蝙蝠总数的比例都比较高(约50%以上);虫体数量在30条以内的蝙蝠个体约占蝙蝠感染总数的75%以上。数量较多的朝鲜斜睾吸虫、济源中孔吸虫和比勒陀利亚圆钩线虫在越冬群马铁菊头蝠消化道内彼此间没有明显的协同或排斥作用,这3种寄生蠕虫的寄生事件应该是相互独立的。结果表明,济源市人工隧道越冬马铁菊头蝠群消化道寄生蠕虫感染率比较高,不同年度冬眠期消化道内寄生蠕虫除朝鲜斜睾吸虫的平均强度和平均密度差异显著之外,相同种类之间几乎没有差异,冬眠期蝙蝠寄生蠕虫的群落结构几乎没有变化。  相似文献

丹江口水库鲤肠道寄生蠕虫群落结构与季节动态   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
2004年2月到2005年11月在丹江口水库库区206尾鲤(Cyprinus carpio)肠道中检获蠕虫11种,其中复殖吸虫3种,线虫5种,棘头虫2种,绦虫1种。总体感染率为45.63%,平均感染丰度为4.23±12.65,平均感染强度为9.29±17.48,其中饭岛盾腹吸虫(Aspidogaster ijimai)的总感染率(25.24%)和平均感染丰度(1.76±6.46)最大,瓣睾鲫吸虫(Carassatrema lamellorchis)的感染强度(25.00±46.68)最大。除部分平均感染丰度较低的线虫如鲤带巾线虫(Cucullanus cyprini)外,其他蠕虫的分布类型均为聚集分布,蠕虫群落多样性指数为4.63,均匀度指数为0.60,对群落多样性的季节动态分析表明,各季节群落多样性和均匀度波动较大,并无明显变化规律。每尾鲤感染蠕虫种数多在1—4种之间,所有感染的11种蠕虫中优势种为饭岛盾腹吸虫;次优势种为日本侧殖吸虫(Asymphylodora japonica)、中华许氏绦虫(Khawia sinensis)、瓣睾棘吸虫和鲤长棘吻虫(Rhadinarhynchus cyprini);非优势种为对盲囊线虫(Contracaecum sp.)、鲤带巾线虫、鲤杆咽吸虫(Rhabdochona cyprini)、黄颡刺盖线虫(Spinitectus gigi)、毛细线虫(Capillaria sp.)和木村小棘吻虫(Micracanthorhynchina motomurai)。在种间协调关系方面,鲤杆咽线虫和瓣睾鲫吸虫、鲤长棘吻虫和饭岛盾腹吸虫、对盲囊线虫和木村小棘吻虫、鲤长棘吻虫和木村小棘吻虫之间分别存在显著正关联。对优势种和次优势种蠕虫中种群的季节动态分析表明,鲤寄生蠕虫各组分的感染率和平均感染丰度存在显著的季节差异,在秋、冬季节的感染水平普遍比较高,而到春夏则急剧下降,但中华许氏绦虫无显著季节变化。  相似文献

从30只山羊体内检得寄生蠕虫13种,其中吸虫6种、绦蚴1种、线虫6种.总感染率为100%,平均感染强度为646条.其中以鹿同盘吸虫的感染率、平均感染强度为最高.山羊感染蠕虫种类在1~8种之间.种群分布型均为聚集分布,优势种有8种.该寄生蠕虫群落中各种群感染率和密度与山羊性别和年龄无关.种间关联分析表明该寄生蠕虫群落中具亲和性的种对有7对,关联和负关联达显著水平以上的种对分别有2对和3对.  相似文献

1999年,2000年和2002年,在西藏西北部的西藏羌塘自然保护区分别沿三条横跨该自然保护区的长度为750-860km的东西向样线估计了藏羚(Pantholopshodgsoni)、藏野驴(Equuskiang)和藏原羚(Procaprapicticaudata)密度(每平方公里个体数)和遇见率(每平方公里遇见个体数)。在低海拔(4500-4700m)地区,藏羚、藏野驴和藏原羚数量很少,在那些人类活动强度高或中等的地区,藏羚、藏野驴和藏原羚的数量也极少,以致无法估计密度或遇见率。在高海拔(4700-5200m)地区,藏羚和藏野驴数量在那些人类和家畜活动强度低的地区,数量总比那些中等人类活动强度的地区高,尽管藏羚的数量差别比藏野驴小。藏原羚的情形不一样,在人类活动强度低或中等的地区的遇见率相仿。在某种程度上,这种差别可能与这些动物的生境偏好有关。看起来,藏原羚、其次是藏野驴比藏羚更能耐受人类和家畜的活动。注意到这三种动物在人类和家畜活动低的地区的结果方差都大,表明三种动物在有人类和家畜活动低的地区与在那些中等人类和家畜活动地区的分布相反的成群分布。三年中有蹄类动物遇见率的模式都相似,在调查期间有蹄类动物种群没有波动的趋势  相似文献

随机采取拉萨市城关区、城郊结合部、当雄县流浪犬聚焦地61份犬新鲜粪样,通过直接涂片法和饱和蔗糖水漂浮法镜检寄生虫虫卵或卵囊。结果表明:粪检检出肠道寄生虫14种,主要寄生虫为犬绦虫、犬弓首蛔虫、犬隐孢球虫等;拉萨市区流浪犬肠道寄生虫阳性感染率为75.41%,其中城关区感染率为57.14%,城郊结合部感染率77.27%,当雄县感染率84.00%。上述结果说明,拉萨市流浪犬肠道寄生虫感染率高、种类多,存在人畜共患病危险。  相似文献

为了探讨藏羚羊(Pantholops hodgsonii)对低氧环境的适应机制。以生活在同海拔(4 300 m)的藏绵羊(Tibetan Sheep)为对照,用分光光度法测定2种动物心肌、骨骼肌中肌红蛋白(myoglobin,Mb)含量、乳酸(lactic acid,LD)含量及乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)活力。结果显示,藏羚羊心肌和骨骼肌中Mb含量明显高于藏绵羊(P0.05),但心肌和骨骼肌的Mb含量无差别(P0.05),而藏绵羊心肌Mb含量明显高于骨骼肌(P0.05);藏羚羊心肌和骨骼肌中LD含量及LDH活力明显低于藏绵羊(P0.05),且2种动物心肌中的LDH活力均明显低于其骨骼肌(P0.01)。结果表明,藏羚羊尽管生活在高寒缺氧地区,其心肌和骨骼肌细胞仍然能得到丰富的氧供应,并非处于缺氧状态,这可能是通过增加心肌和骨骼肌中Mb的含量,提高其在低氧环境获取和储存氧的能力,从而提高有氧获能水平。与之相反,藏绵羊尽管也生活在高寒缺氧地区,但其心肌和骨骼肌中Mb含量相对于藏羚羊较低,且LD含量和LDH活力较高,说明其心肌和骨骼肌细胞内氧供不如藏羚羊丰富,提示藏绵羊可能主要以糖酵解获能。我们推测这种差异可能与两种动物不同的运动习性密切相关,且认为藏羚羊较高的Mb含量可能是其适应高原缺氧条件的分子基础之一。  相似文献

以藏羚羊(Pantholops hodgsonii)及同海拔分布的藏系绵羊(Tibetan Sheep)的心肌组织为材料,提取总RNA,利用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术扩增出过氧化物酶体增生物激活受体γ辅激活因子-1α(PGC-1α)的基因编码区cDNA片段,与载体连接构建重组质粒,经转化、扩增培养、鉴定后测序。利用生物信息学方法分析显示,藏羚羊和藏系绵羊的PGC-1α基因编码区长度均为2 349 bp,编码797个氨基酸(GenBank登录号分别为:JF449959和JF449960);与其他脊椎动物PGC-1α基因的核苷酸及氨基酸序列相似性达到90%以上;其包含RNA/DNA结合位点、RNA识别基序(RRM)、与核呼吸因子1(NRF-1)及肌细胞增强因子2C(MEF2C)相互作用的区域、富含丝氨酸/精氨酸的结构域、负调节功能结构域、LXXLL模体以及TPPTTPP和DHDYCQ两个保守序列,14个氨基酸差异性位点位于以上部分功能结构域中;此外,磷酸化位点的预测提示藏羚羊可能存在一个潜在的蛋白激酶G的磷酸化位点(第329位的苏氨酸)。本研究成功克隆出了藏羚羊PGC-1α基因的编码区序列,为从能量代谢角度深入探讨藏羚羊适应高原的分子生物学机制提供了新的思路。  相似文献

Isolated, nonmigratory populations of bighorn sheep (Ovis canadensis) may experience high exposure to lungworms (Protostrongylus spp.) through a build-up of fecal material. However, semiarid climates may hinder lungworm transmission by limiting terrestrial gastropods, the intermediate hosts. We assessed potential for lungworm transmission, documented occurrence of transmission, and identified habitat types where transmission was likely to occur on ranges of two recently introduced populations of bighorn sheep in northern Utah. Gastropods were collected weekly on Antelope Island and the Newfoundland Mountains, May-August 2001-02, from each of the four major habitat types (riparian, rock, desert shrub, and grass). Distribution of 113 bighorn sheep groups was observed, and 421 fecal pellet groups were collected to estimate lungworm levels. A total of 1,595 gastropods representing five genera were collected from both ranges. Vallonia made up 85% of all gastropods collected. Of 980 gastropods collected on Antelope Island in 2002, only Vallonia were found infected with protostrongylid-type larvae (10 of 980=1%). Lungworm prevalence in bighorn fecal samples was 97% on Antelope Island and 90% on the Newfoundland Mountains. Lungworm prevalence in lambs indicated lungworm transmission was occurring on Antelope Island. Lungworm transmission was likely occurring in riparian habitat due to abundant gastropods, presence of infected gastropods, and reliance by bighorn sheep on few water sources. Differences in spatial distribution between ram and nursery groups may partly explain higher fecal larvae counts in nursery than in ram groups. We suggest lungworm levels in bighorn sheep on semiarid ranges may increase in dry years as bighorn sheep concentrate use on fewer perennial water sources.  相似文献

Toxocara vitulorum has been rarely reported in yaks at high altitudes and remote areas of Sichuan Province of Tibetan Plateau of China. The current study was designed to investigate the prevalence, associated risk factors, and phylogenetic characteristics of T. vitulorum in yak calves on the Qinghai Tibetan plateau. Fecal samples were collected from 891 yak calves and were examined for the presence of T. vitulorum eggs by the McMaster technique. A multivariable logistic regression model was employed to explore variables potentially associated with exposure to T. vitulorum infection. T. vitulorum specimens were collected from the feces of yaks in Hongyuan of Sichuan Province, China. DNA was extracted from ascaris. After PCR amplification, the sequencing of ND1 gene was carried out and phylogenetic analyses was performed by MEGA 6.0 software. The results showed that 64 (20.1%; 95% CI 15.8–24.9%), 75 (17.2; 13.8–21.1), 29 (40.9; 29.3–53.2), and 5 (7.6; 2.5–16.8) yak calves were detected out to excrete T. vitulorum eggs in yak calve feces in Qinghai, Tibet, Sichuan, and Gansu, respectively. The present study revealed that high infection and mortality by T. vitulorum is wildly spread on the Qinghai Tibetan plateau, China by fecal examination. Geographical origin, ages, and fecal consistencies are the risk factors associated with T. vitulorum prevalence by logistic regression analysis. Molecular detection and phylogenetic analysis of ND1 gene of T. vitulorum indicated that T. vitulorum in the yak calves on the Qinghai Tibetan plateau are homologous to preveiously studies reported.  相似文献

2005 ~2006 年草青期和草枯期我们在青海省天峻地区随机收集了藏原羚的粪样,并利用粪便显微分析法对藏原羚的食性进行了研究。结果表明,藏原羚采食共计16 科34 属43 种植物,其中草青期采食16 科33 属42种,草枯期12 科22 属30 种。豆科植物是藏原羚采食的主要类群,禾本科、菊科、蔷薇科和莎草科其次,豆科、禾本科、菊科、蔷薇科和莎草科等五科植物占藏原羚采食总量的90% 左右。不同物候期,藏原羚的食性变化明显,豆科、蔷薇科在草枯期所占的比例显著低于草青期,而禾本科、菊科和莎草科所占比例则显著高于草青期。  相似文献

Most of cases of visceral larva migrans syndrome are caused by Toxocara canis larvae. Man acquires the infection by accidental ingestion of ripe eggs of the helminth. In order to find out the frequency of the presence of Toxocara sp. eggs in dog fecal specimens from public places of Santiago city in 1999 july-september a study was carried out in 84 squares and 12 parks from 32 counties. Three fecal samples were collected in each of these places, making a total of 288. Each sample was processed according to a modified Telemann method and three smears of each were microscopically examined. Toxocara sp. eggs were found in 39 (13.5%) fecal specimens. In 28/84 (33.3%) squares and in 8/12 (66.7%) parks these eggs were detected. These results make necessary the control of dogs and cats populations with the aim of reduce the presence of animals without responsible owners. It should be advisable to prevent dogs and cats defecation in public areas grounds, trying to exclude these animals from recreation areas.  相似文献

Previously, we reported a tick recovered from Antelope Cave in extreme northwest Arizona. Further analyses of coprolites from Antelope Cave revealed additional parasitological data from coprolites of both human and canid origin. A second tick was found. This site is the only archaeological locality where ticks have been recovered. We also discovered an acanthocephalan in association with Enterobius vermicularis eggs in the same coprolite. This association shows that the coprolite was deposited by a human. This discovery expands our knowledge of the range of prehistoric acanthocephalan infection. In addition, findings from canid coprolites of Trichuris vulpis are reported. This is the first published discovery of T. vulpis from a North American archaeological context. The close association of dogs with humans at Ancestral Puebloan (Anasazi) sites raises the potential that zoonotic parasites were transferred to the human population. The archaeological occupation is associated with the Ancestral Pueblo culture 1,100 yr ago.  相似文献

The present study was designed to investigate the prevalence of gastrointestinal (GI) parasites in cattle and buffaloes of Lower Dir Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The presence of the eggs, cysts, and oocysts of GI parasites in fecal samples were detected using direct smear methods and concentration techniques including floatation, centrifugation, and sedimentation. Identification of recovered fecal stages were determined by morphology using size and appearance of the recovered eggs, cysts, and oocysts. A total of 314 fecal samples were collected from the different Tehsils (Administrative Districts) and analyzed through microscopy. A higher prevalence was observed in the buffalo than the cow population. A total of 184 samples were positive for GI parasites of which 109/196 (55.61%) were from cattle, whereas 75/118 (63.55%) were from buffaloes. The minimum number of strongyle eggs detected in all the samples were 136.39 eggs/g (EPG). The mean EPG in cattle was 143.30 and 122.56 in buffaloes. The open-source water prevalence of GI parasites was higher than the other sources in cattle and the second highest after tap water in buffaloes. The seasonal prevalence of GI parasites ranged from 32.39% (23/71), in spring to 68.8% (86/125) in summer in cattle. In was For buffaloes the infection prevalence was 52.94% (27/51) and 71.64% (48/67) in spring and summer, respectively. Gastrointestinal parasites are a serious problem in cattle and buffaloes in the lower district of Dir Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan. In general, the burden of parasitic infection was low in most animals that received previous anti-parasitic treatment.  相似文献

2005 年7 月和2006 年1 月在可可西里国家自然保护区内收集藏羚羊的新鲜粪样各33 份和55 份。利用粪便显微分析法分析了该地区藏羚羊的食物构成及其冷季(1月)和暖季(7月)的变化。结果表明,在藏羚羊粪便中镜检到的可识别植物碎片为15 科24 种(属)植物,其食物谱构成主要包括禾本科、豆科、菊科、柽柳科及玄参科植物;禾本科是藏羚羊全年的主要食物,它在食物组成中所占的比例为60. 5% ;莎草科、豆科、菊科、柽柳科及玄参科植物是藏羚羊全年都取食的主要食物,其所占比例分别为16.7% 、9.2% 、6.4% 、4.9% 及0.9% 。藏羚羊在冷季和暖季的食物构成有显著变化,莎草科和柽柳科在冷季所占比例较低,分别为7.7% 和0.8% ,而禾本科、豆科和玄参科在冷季所占比例较高,分别达到了70.4%、12.6% 和2.4%。   相似文献
