滞育现象在多种小蜂类天敌昆虫中存在,通过研究小蜂滞育技术,可实现蜂种的长期贮存、延长防控作用时间、提高产品的抗逆性,对小蜂工厂化生产及应用具有重要意义。本文在分析国内外小蜂总科昆虫滞育文献的基础上,总结了已开展滞育研究的69种小蜂类昆虫的滞育虫态、滞育持续期、主要诱导因子以及亲代效应等,分属小蜂科、赤眼蜂科、姬小蜂科、跳小蜂科、金小蜂科、蚜小蜂科、旋小蜂、长尾小蜂科、广肩小蜂、四节小蜂科10科。小蜂多以幼虫或预蛹滞育,其滞育敏感阶段因种不同而异。滞育持续期相对较长,大多可维持数月。一种寄生麦红吸浆虫的金小蜂Macroglenes penetrans在2.5℃的土壤中,其滞育持续期可达16个月。低温、短日照和寄主是影响多数小蜂滞育的主要因子;但也有少数小蜂进行夏滞育,如普金姬小蜂Chrysocharis pubicornis、Aphelinus flavus、车轴草广肩小蜂Bruchophagus platypterus等。另外,亲代也可对小蜂滞育产生一定影响。目前,对小蜂滞育后发育生物学评价的研究报道较少,尚待进一步探索研究。  相似文献

姬小蜂为寄生蜂的演化研究提供了很好的材料。在姬小蜂分类中,盾纵沟是一个重要性状, 曾被用来区分亚科、族、属及种。非同源性相似形态特征的存在使得物种准确鉴定存在困难。从盾纵沟形状上,可疑瑟姬小蜂Cirrospilus ambiguu 和双斑潜蝇姬小蜂Diglyphus bimaculatus应介于瑟姬小蜂属Cirrospilus 和潜蝇姬小蜂属Diglyphus之间。确定这两种姬小蜂的系统发育位置将有助于分析盾纵沟的演化模式。本文用贝叶斯方法分析了线粒体COⅠ 部分序列、核糖体ITS1 序列及核糖体28S D2 区部分序列等3个基因序列,结果显示可疑瑟姬小蜂应被移到潜蝇姬小蜂属中; 研究结果支持潜蝇姬小蜂属是单系,而不支持瑟姬小蜂属是单系。结合28S D2 区部分序列的贝叶斯分析结果,分析了在姬小蜂亚科中盾纵沟的演化模式。结果显示,完整且延伸到中胸背板后缘的盾纵沟代表其原始类型;完整且延伸到三角片的盾纵沟类型分别出现在5个独立的枝上,代表了该特征5次独立的演化;不完整的盾纵沟类型出现在4个独立的枝上,表明该类型独立演化了4次  相似文献

葱斑潜蝇 1年发生 4~ 5代 ,世代重叠严重。以蛹在土中越冬 ,翌年 5月初越冬蛹羽化 ,5月上旬越冬代成虫开始产卵。室内自然变温饲养 ,得到全世代的发育起始温度为 10 .34℃ ,有效积温为 2 57.2 5日度。该虫主要以幼虫潜食叶肉造成危害。周年发生 ,呈春、秋季两个高峰 ,以春季为重。田间天敌主要是潜蝇姬小蜂 Diglyphus sp.、稀网姬小蜂 Euplectrus sp.以及金小蜂科 Pteromalidae中的一种寄生蜂 ,均为幼虫寄生。  相似文献

刺桐姬小蜂QuadrastichuserythrinaeKim是刺桐属植物的重要致瘿昆虫,2005年7月,中国大陆深圳首次发现其严重为害杂色刺桐Erythrinavariegata等,我国已将刺桐姬小蜂确定为禁止进境的检疫性有害生物。本文报道了胯姬小蜂中国大陆新记录属Quadrastichus和刺桐姬小蜂中国大陆新记录种的分类地位、形态特征、分布及寄主,描述了刺桐姬小蜂与近缘种的区别,并探讨了该种的危害情况及加强检疫的重要性。  相似文献

在西双版纳,钝叶榕传粉榕小蜂Eupristina sp.和杨氏榕树金小蜂Diaziella yangi均在雌花期进入钝叶榕果内繁殖和传粉,比较研究它们进入榕果的行为和活动时间。结果显示:在搜寻苞片处进蜂口时,2种榕小蜂的种内均出现打斗行为,并且杨氏榕树金小蜂的打斗更为激烈,但种间没有打斗行为发生,杨氏榕树金小蜂总是等待钝叶榕传粉榕小蜂先期进入榕果,然后才跟随着进入。在搜寻和进入苞片口通道阶段,钝叶榕传粉榕小蜂均比杨氏榕树金小蜂花费较长时间;而在果腔内产卵、传粉的时间,2种榕小蜂均最多不超过3d。相似的进蜂过程和活动时间,可能是2种榕小蜂与寄主榕树长期协同进化的结果。  相似文献

桉树枝瘿姬小蜂Leptocybe invasa Fisher&La Salle是桉属(Eucalyptus)植物的重要枝叶害虫。自2007年在我国发现以来,对广西、海南及广东地区的桉树种植已造成严重危害。本文在野外调查的基础上,研究了海南和广东地区共5种桉树上桉树枝瘿姬小蜂的虫体大小、寿命及怀卵量。结果表明,桉树品种能够显著影响桉树枝瘿姬小蜂的虫体大小;用40%蜂蜜水进行补充营养时,不同寄主植物上桉树枝瘿姬小蜂雌成虫的寿命差异显著,而桉树枝瘿姬小蜂雄虫在不同寄主间无显著性差异;不同寄主植物上桉树枝瘿姬小蜂雌成虫的怀卵量不同,并且随着日龄的延长,其怀卵量呈现上升的趋势。  相似文献

本报道从蔬菜潜叶蝇幼虫和蛹中羽化的金小蜂科5属5种,即两色卡丽金小蜂Callitula bicolor、圆形赘须金小蜂Halticoptera circulus、菲麦瑞金小蜂Merismus megapterus、横节斯夫金小蜂Sphegigaster stepicola、潜蝇底诺金小蜂Thinod ytes cyzicus。以及大痣细蜂科1属1种,即卡氏盾痣细蜂Dendrocerus car penteri。其中圆形赘须金小蜂是蔬菜地潜中蝇寄生性小蜂的优势种。另有寄生蜂的2种寄主新记录。植物寄主涉及各种蔬菜作物。  相似文献

小叶榕Ficus microcarpa是一种广泛分布于亚洲热带和亚热带地区的雌雄同株榕树,在它的隐头果中,除了专一性传粉的榕小蜂外,还寄生着多种非传粉小蜂,这些非传粉小蜂在榕果发育的不同时期来到果外产卵,对榕树和传粉榕小蜂繁衍后代产生不同的影响。加利里金小蜂Odontofroggatia galili是寄生于小叶榕雌花子房里的主要非传粉小蜂。本文在2012~2013年对该种小蜂的发生规律进行了研究,结果表明:该种小蜂雌雄蜂有翅,雄蜂二型,个体大小有显著差异。加利里金小蜂在榕果的雌花前期产卵,能独立造瘿;在西双版纳地区,干热季和雨季从卵发育到成虫羽化需31~38 d,雾凉季则长达58~72 d。成虫在榕果雄花期羽化出蜂,大多数雄蜂在苞片口等待羽化出果的雌蜂交配,雌雄蜂通常仅交配一次;为争夺交配机会,雄蜂间存在激烈打斗,且个体大者获交配机会多。成虫期雌蜂寿命2 d,雄蜂寿命仅1 d。小叶榕40%的树上隐头果内有加利里金小蜂寄生,但不同地区寄生率和单果内加利里金小蜂雌雄蜂数量树间均存在显著差异。在原生地西双版纳地区加利里金小蜂种群小,传粉榕小蜂种群占主导地位;而在引入地昆明地区,加利里金小蜂发生频率高,种群显著较大;随着纬度北移和海拔升高,在榕果内罕见有传粉榕小蜂传粉和繁殖,而加利里金小蜂种群则不断升高。说明小叶榕在海拔较高和纬度偏北地区栽种,不适宜传粉榕小蜂繁殖,而非传粉的加利里金小蜂则较为适应,获得成功繁殖及种群扩张。  相似文献

本文基于18S rDNA部分序列,用MP和Baysian方法研究了姬小蜂科的系统发育,对姬小蜂科的单系性及其与其它小蜂科间的关系进行了讨论。姬小蜂亚科、灿姬小蜂亚科和啮姬小蜂亚科形成三个独立的支系,研究结果支持它们各自的单系性,但本结果没有明确姬小蜂科的单系性。研究结果同时还支持瑟姬小蜂族、扁股姬小蜂族和狭面姬小蜂族三个族的地位,但不支持姬小蜂族的地位。姬小蜂科的单系性及其与其它小蜂间的关系还需更多的形态学数据和更多的基因序列来进一步研究[动物学报52 (2) : 288 -301 , 2006]。  相似文献

Parasitoids (Hymenoptera) associated with agromyzid leafminers (Diptera: Agromyzidae) were studied in three rural farms located in northern Italy. The parasitoids were reared from mined foliage of weeds growing in field margins. We reared 998 Hymenoptera specimens, representing five families, 23 genera, and 53 species, from leafminers infesting weeds. Eulophidae was the most abundant family (67.64%), followed by Braconidae (28.86%), Eucoilinae (1.40%), Tetracampidae (1.40%), and Pteromalidae (0.7%). Braconids was the most species rich family, accounting for 28 species; eulophids were represented by 19 species, pteromalids by four species, and eucoilins and tetracampids by one species each. The dominant parasitoid was the eulophid Pediobius metallicus (Nees), representing 18.17% of the total, followed by Diglyphus isaea (Walker) (12.73%), and Neochrysocharis formosa (Westwood) (10.82%). The most abundant braconid parasitoid was Dacnusa maculipes Thomson (9.62%). More than 80% of parasitoids were recovered from 10 plant species: Cirsium arvense (L.) Scopoli, Plantago lanceolata L., Sonchus asper (L.) Hill, Papaver rhoeas L., Picris echioides L., Lactuca serriola L., Myagrum perfoliatum L., Ranunculus velutinus Tenore, Arctium lappa L., and Medicago sativa L. The retention and the management of wild plants within field margins can be crucial tools to enhance the populations of biological control agents of agromyzids and to conserve rare parasitic wasp species.  相似文献

The incidence of generalist indigenous natural enemies of the citrus leafminer (CLM), Phyllocnistis citrella Stainton (Lepidoptera; Gracillariidae), was monitored during three growing seasons at two different orchards located in the major citrus-growing area of Spain. Composition of the parasitoid complex changed during the study period. However, the eulophids Cirrospilus near lyncus Walker and Pnigalio pectinicornis L. were consistently the predominant species. Despite the varying composition of the parasitoid complex, oviposition, host feeding, and predatory preferences of the natural enemies of the CLM clearly centered on third instar larvae. Incidence of beneficial fauna increased as the season progressed, reaching maximal values up to 70% of susceptible leafminers (mature larvae) at the end of the summer. Parasitism was significantly related to relative host density. However, predation showed no relationship to host availability but did so to flushing in one of the orchards. Incidence of indigenous natural enemies of the CLM should not be ignored when planning any introduction of exotic parasitoids, and their conservation should be taken into account when planning any citrus IPM strategy.  相似文献

基于深圳市1988和2003年的TM遥感数据及2004年土地利用变更调查资料,利用归一化植被指数(NDVI)变化分级方法对深圳市植被覆盖变化及与其相关的自然和社会经济因子之间的响应关系进行了分析.结果表明:1988—2003年间,快速城市化过程对深圳地区地表植被没有产生整体性影响,但平原台地地区的植被退化较明显;深圳市局部地区生态退化的主要原因是建设用地侵占林地和园地、海拔100 m以上区域林地向园地的转移、以及部分建设用地绿化率过低.今后深圳市植被保护和建设工作的重点主要包括:强化植被保护和恢复工作;尽可能避免建设用地侵占林地和园地等植被覆盖较好的区域;尽快纠正海拔100 m以上不合理的园地建设行为;强化城市内部的绿地建设.NDVI指数变化分级方法是揭示大尺度区域植被宏观变化趋势的有效方法,可有效避免数据噪声对NDVI指数的影响.  相似文献

对温带松嫩草原区不同农业生态系统土壤动物群落特征进行了研究。结果表明 ,不同农业生态系统中 ,类群数为草地 >杨树林 >玉米田 ,个体数为草地 >玉米田 >杨树林。土壤动物的垂直分布存在一定差异性。玉米田土壤动物向下层聚集 ,草地具明显的表聚性 ,杨树林随着土层深度的变化较均匀。土壤动物群落的季节变化不同 ,玉米田秋季作物收割后 ,土壤动物类群明显减少 ,而杨树林秋季有增多趋势。草地土壤动物的季节变化代表了松嫩草原区土壤动物群落分布的特征。土壤动物群落的多样性为草地 >杨树林 >玉米田。分析了土壤动物与地温、土壤自然含水量、p H及土壤养分的相关性。  相似文献

About 20 species of parasitic Hymenoptera havebeen reported from the horse chestnutleafminer, Cameraria ohridella Deschka & Dimic (Lepidoptera: Gracillariidae). Generally,parasitism is low compared to other closelyrelated leafminers and the parasitism levelvaries considerably. Among other reasons,parasitism rates depend on the developmentalstage of the moth and therefore vary with thesampling date. In the current study,investigations on the parasitism of the moth'sfirst generation were carried out in order todetermine which preimaginal stages areparasitized by the most abundant parasiticwasps. Minotetrastichus frontalis (Nees),Pnigalio agraules (Walker) and Chrysocharis nephereus (Walker) (allHymenoptera: Eulophidae) developed as larval orpupal parasitoids and preferred later larvalinstars of the moth. Egg parasitism did notoccur. Overall, the last two of the six larvalinstars (the spinning instars) of the leafminersuffered the heaviest attack. In concordancewith the fairly low parasitism rates, theeffect of the four most abundant chalcidoids onthe leafminer population was negligible, havingno significant influence on the mortality ofC. ohridella. Although the speciescomposition of the parasitoid complex of C. ohridella shows similarities with thesituation found in other closely relatedleafmining moths, it is unlikely that thenaturally occurring chalcidoids will be able toprevent the horse chestnut leafminer fromdeveloping epidemic population densities in thenear future.  相似文献

人类活动已成为地球上生物多样性的主要影响因素,而生物多样性的变化是目前主要的全球变化问题之一。榆树疏林是分布于温带草原地带的沙地生境顶级群落,其生态环境脆弱,极易遭到人类活动的破坏。研究结果表明,各种人类活动(包括人工林的建造)对原生榆树疏林土壤环境和植物多样性有很大的影响,其中人工樟子松林和重牧干扰影响最大,其次是人工杨树林。在沙地环境治理中应充分地考虑自然规律和系统的短期与长期生态过程的统一。  相似文献

Studies on predatory arthropods in agricultural areas seldom include Diptera other than hoverflies, partly because common sampling methods are less effective for capturing species that easily fly off when disturbed. To study the effect from this bias when describing the predator community, we compared traditional beat sampling of branches and suction sampling for describing the community of predatory arthropods in Swedish apple orchards, both organic orchards and orchards using integrated pest management (IPM). Our results indicate that the proportion of both predatory dipterans and parasitic hymenopterans increase dramatically when using suction sampling (Diptera: 32% vs. 20%, Hymenoptera: 25% vs. 7%). In fact, predatory dipterans were the most abundant predatory group when using suction sampling, in contrast to beat sampling where spiders were the most abundant group. One group of predatory flies that was particularly rich in both species and individuals in the surveyed apple orchards was dance flies in the family Hybotidae. Even though the bias of sampling method was evident, it was encouraging that the method choice did not affect the conclusions concerning management on predatory arthropod communities. With both methods, dipteran and coleopteran predators were more abundant in organic apple orchards whereas opilionids were more abundant in orchards managed according to IPM. The inclusion of landscape variables further indicated effects of landscape diversity and of deciduous forest cover, but the response varied in sign between predatory groups. Whereas both Coleoptera and Heteroptera were more abundant in orchards surrounded by more complex landscapes (high landscape diversity and/or high deciduous forest cover), spiders, opilionids and dipterans were rather less abundant in these orchards. To conclude, our study points to the potential importance of predatory dipterans in apple orchards, and we highly recommend future studies of arthropod predators in apple and other crops to actively include predatory Diptera.  相似文献

The European Common Agricultural Policy has promoted the intensification of productive olive orchards and the abandonment of the unproductive ones. This strategy has resulted in a significant loss of biodiversity and ecosystem functionality of this type of agroecosystem. Here, we studied the blackcap Sylvia atricapilla, a common frugivorous bird species, in an olive-dominated agroecosystem of southern Spain to assess the effects of the abandonment of olive groves and undergrowth structure on habitat selection in this species. By means of radiotelemetry, we determined habitat selection of blackcaps during both the breeding (N = 30) and the non-breeding (N = 27) seasons of 2011 and 2012. We found that outside the breeding season, olive groves were widely used by blackcaps, which invariably preferred abandoned olive groves over intensively managed ones. Additionally, deciduous woods and poplar plantation were positively selected, whereas open habitats and Pinus forests were avoided. Generally, woody habitats without undergrowth or with herbaceous undergrowth were avoided. During the breeding season, the species selected mainly riverine habitats and poplar plantations, favoring habitats with well-developed undergrowth. Our results suggest that the blackcap could benefit from maintaining patches of abandoned olive groves freely left to natural succession within intensive olive groves. In such a landscape, ecological services (i.e., seed dispersal provided by frugivorous birds) and functioning could also improve as a consequence of these measures.  相似文献

Litterfall in two deciduous woods in Ontario, Canada, was caught in bag traps and by new screen traps for two years. The beech-maple wood produced 818 g m−2 (8.2 t ha−1) and the poplar wood produced only 450 g m−2 (4.5 t ha−1). Of these totals, canopy leaves alone made up 386 g m−2 for the beech-maple wood and 270 g m−2 for the poplar wood leaving 47% and 34%, espectively, for other litter components. Data are presented for seven types of litter in addition to canopy leaves.
Redistribution of litter on the ground causes spatial heterogeneity of substrate and of habitats for decomposers and hence of decomposition.
Temporal distributions of various types of litterfall differ between the two woods in relation to their vegetation structure. The diversity of litter types combines with extensive temporal distribution of litterfall in the beech-maple woodland to give that wood the potential for nearly continuous decomposition activity. In contrast, the poplar woodland has low diversity of litter and short duration of litterfall.  相似文献
