本研究旨在探讨福建荔枝最重要品种兰竹的叶片营养元素适宜含量。统计分析表明,不同地点、年份对同一品种叶片元素含量存在明显的差异;荔枝叶片含氮量变异系数最小,并按磷、镁、钙、钾依次增大。本研究初步提出的丰产兰竹荔枝秋梢叶片营养元素适宜含量为:氮1.5—2.2%,磷0.12—0.18%,钾0.7—1.4%,钙0.3—0.8%,及镁0.18一0.88%;其叶片氮、磷、钾、钙、镁的适宜比例是1:0.08:0.57:0.30:0.12。上列指标可供荔枝营养诊断指导施肥之参考。  相似文献

采用中子活化,原子吸收,火焰光度,比色,比浊,滴定等分析方法,测定了陕西省关中地区果园的桃树叶组织内42种化学元素。表明各类元素有不同的积累变化:其中大量营养元素氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、硫的含量累积较多,约占干物质的1~5%;微量营养元素铁、锰、锌、钼、铜、硼、氯、钠的含量累积较少,变化不大,比较稳定,约占干物质的10~40ppm;一些非营养元素汞、镉、铅、砷、铬、氟以及稀土元素等均可检出。各类元素的累积水平随生长条件而有所差异。栽培桃树叶片营养元素含量与桃叶标准值、野生山桃树叶片营养元素含量测定值比较一致。说明桃叶组织内各类元素累积水平的揭示,将对指导该地区果树生产和环境保护起一定作用。  相似文献

养分胁迫对降香黄檀幼苗生长及叶片养分状况的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
设置氮、磷、钾缺乏和过量,钙、镁、硫缺乏以及全素等10个处理,采用砂培法研究大量元素缺失或过量对降香黄檀幼苗生长及叶片养分状况的影响。结果表明:处理约20 d时幼苗叶片开始出现不同症状,其中氮、磷、镁的影响最为明显;养分胁迫显著影响苗木生长,缺磷、磷过量和缺氮的苗高分别比对照下降64.5%、61.6%和56.0%,叶面积下降95.1%、92.8%和76.3%,生物量下降92.1%、93.0%和80.6%。向量分析结果表明,在大量元素缺乏的情况下,叶片营养元素间存在协同或拮抗作用,氮和钙之间具明显的协同作用,而磷过量和钾过量会降低钙的吸收。  相似文献

以雌雄异株植物东北鼠李(Rhamnus schneideri var. manshurica)为研究对象,分析不同繁殖阶段雌雄植株叶片元素含量的性别差异和动态变化,可为雌雄异株植物性别特异性资源需求及利用策略提供理论参考。该研究在吉林蛟河天然针阔混交林内建立1块23.76hm2的永久性固定监测样地,于2019–2021年花期和果期(共5个繁殖阶段)选择样地内一定数量的东北鼠李雌雄植株,测定每株的叶片营养元素(氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、铁、硼)含量,比较东北鼠李雌雄植株在不同繁殖阶段叶片各营养元素含量的差异及动态变化;并计算各个繁殖阶段雌雄植株的花、果生物量,利用方差分析方法检验雌雄植株各个繁殖阶段的花果生物量差异,以分析雌雄植株叶片营养元素出现性别差异及动态变化的背后机制。结果表明:(1)东北鼠李雌雄植株的叶片营养元素含量具有显著的性别差异,但这种性别差异仅在某些繁殖阶段存在。在2019年花期,雌雄植株的各叶片元素含量均无显著差异,2021年花期,雌株叶片的磷含量显著小于雄株。在2019年果期,雌株叶片的磷、钾含量显著小于雄株;而在2020年果期,雌株叶片的氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、铁、硼含量均显...  相似文献

外源施钙对盐胁迫下花生营养元素吸收与分配的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为解决盐碱地花生养分吸收不畅及分配受阻等问题,研究外源施钙对盐胁迫下花生氮、磷、钾、钙、镁吸收积累、分配特性和产量的影响,为盐碱地花生生产合理、高效施肥提供理论依据.以‘花育25号’为材料,在0.3%盐胁迫浓度下,设置4个Ca浓度梯度[T1(0)、T2(75)、T3(150)和T4(225) kg·hm-2 CaO]进行盆栽试验.结果表明: 花生植株内养分含量依次为氮>钾>钙>磷>镁,苗期植株对氮和钙素的吸收中心均在叶片,磷、钾、镁的吸收中心为茎,苗期近一半的营养积累分配在各元素相应的生长中心.成熟期氮、磷、钾吸收中心转移到荚果中,尤以氮、磷在籽仁中的积累量居多,达72.3%~78.9%;钙、镁的吸收中心仍为叶片和茎,其分配比例分别为49.8%、32.6%.盐胁迫明显抑制花生植株各器官对氮、磷、钾、钙和镁各元素的吸收积累与分配,尤以对叶片和籽仁中氮素积累的抑制较为显著,但盐胁迫对荚果中镁的积累有促进作用.外源钙对盐胁迫下花生植株各器官氮、磷、钙和镁的吸收累积有明显的促进作用,尤其对籽仁中磷素积累的调节最为显著,其在籽仁中的积累量提高50%以上.适宜的钙施用量可显著促进盐胁迫下花生养分吸收积累量,提高花生成熟期荚果中氮、磷、钾的分配比,最终提高产量.综合各养分吸收、积累分配和产量结果,在0.3%盐胁迫条件下钙肥适宜施用量为150 kg·hm-2 CaO.  相似文献

川东红池坝地区红三叶(Trifoliumpratense)和鸭茅(Dactylisglomerata)人工草地土壤和植物营养元素的含量特征如下:(1)土壤中的元素含量以铁、钾和镁较高,钠、钙、氮、锰和磷较低,硫、锌、硼、铜和钼微少;(2)从元素的富集特征来看,该区土壤中的钙、硫为重度淋溶元素,钾、磷、镁、锌、钠为中度淋溶元素,铁、铜属轻度淋溶元素,锰属富集元素;(3)根据元素的生物吸收系列,红三叶属氮-钙型植物,鸭茅属氮-钾-磷型植物。(4)两种牧草的生物吸收系数,均以钙、硫、磷较高,钠、铁较低,其余7种元素介于二者之间。  相似文献

本文研究了两种优化经营措施油茶林中营养元素的含量、净积累和循环,以综合措施的油茶林作一实例,分析了生态系统中营养元素的循环过程,并提出了氮、磷、钾元素的循环局部动态模型。结果表明:(1)油茶林各器官的营养元素的含量呈现出氮>钾>镁>钙>磷的趋势,最高的是果或叶,最低的是树干。(2)当油茶林采取优化经营管理后,器官养分随之增高。如综合措施一年生叶氮、磷、钾含量分别高于对照的32.5%、26.5%、8.6%;而一年生枝中氮、磷、钾含量分别高于对照的26.5%、33.9%、1.7%。这更进一步证实了优化措施之所以产果量高,就是因为积累了充分养分,保证了生长发育的需要这一点。  相似文献

本文测定了日本落叶松人工林针叶中N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn9种矿质营养元素含量并研究了生长期内元素含量的变化规律。结果表明,在生长期内各元素含量随季节变化可用修正指数曲钱描述;探讨了落叶松针叶中常量元素与某些土壤化学因子之间的关系。土壤有机质仅与土壤全量氮、水解氮表现了显著的线性相关,与落叶松针叶中的氮没有直接的线性相关。土壤中钙镁的含量则表现出明显的对针叶中磷、钾的含量的制约关系。在日本落叶松针叶中的氮、磷、钾3个元素之间,氮、磷的比值与钾的含量有显著的线性负相关,而磷与钾之间则表现为显著的线性正相关关系。  相似文献

 The content of natural (S, N, P, Ca, Mg, K, Mn, Zn, Cu) and extraneous elements (Pb, Cd, Al) in leaves of birch growing in the Krusne hory Mts. (Czech Republic), a territory affected by air pollution (SO2), was evaluated with regard to the altitude and age of birch stands, and in relation to stand nutrition. The contents of S, Ca, Mg, Zn and Pb culminated at the highest points of the altitudinal transect (elevation 900–1000 m). In contrast, at high altitudes the content of Cd, Al and Mn decreased. The content of elements in leaves was mostly not dependent on tree age. In terms of nutrition and growth of birch, the content of Cu was insufficient, the content of Ca, Mg, N, P and K was optimum, and the content of S, Zn and primarily Mn was higher. 采用微波消解法处理普通甘薯和紫甘薯样品,运用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中的K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu 7种对人体有益的金属元素含量。结果表明,普通甘薯和紫甘薯中K、Ca、Fe、Mg元素含量较高,Mn、Zn、Cu元素含量较低,且7种金属元素含量在两者之间存在一定的差异,各元素在紫甘薯中的含量均比普通甘薯中含量高。方法的加标回收率介于98.5%~103.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)不大于3.14%。可为普通甘薯与紫甘薯的品质评价提供理论参考。  相似文献

A three-year field experiment was conducted in a commercial orange grove [Citrus sinensis (L.) Osb. cv. `Valencia late' grafted on Citrange Troyer] established on a calcareous soil in the south of Portugal, to investigate if flower analysis could be used to diagnose lime-induced iron chlorosis. In April, during full bloom, flowers and leaves were collected from 20 trees. Leaf samples were again collected from the same trees in May, June, July and August. Total chlorophyll was estimated in all the leaves sampled for foliar analysis, using a SPAD-502 apparatus. Leaves and flowers were analysed for N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn and Cu. Principal Component Analysis was used to evaluate the variation of nutrient concentrations in flowers, and linear regressions were established between these and the chlorophyll content of leaves 90 days after full bloom. Evaluation of the best-fit equation was carried out using separate data obtained from other groves. Variation in the pattern of floral mineral composition in the flowers showed contrasts between the increase in N, P and K and that of Ca, Fe and Zn, while the concentration of Mg, Mn and Ca varied synchronously. The ratio of Mg:Zn in flowers explained about half of the variation of chlorophyll in leaves later in the season. A ratio below 100 indicated that trees would develop iron chlorosis, while with a ratio above 200 leaves would remain green. An early prognosis of iron chlorosis based on floral analysis can benefit growers, since it allows them to apply treatments in time to prevent loss of fruit yield and quality due to iron chlorosis.  相似文献

在涪陵区选取30个茎瘤芥种植农户,采用大田调查和室内化学分析方法,研究了茎瘤芥不同生长期(苗期、快速膨大期、采收期)叶片和茎瘤10种必需营养元素含量的变化特征及其与产量的关系。结果表明:茎瘤芥在整个生育期内,除K、S含量较高外,其余大、微量元素均在大多植物含量范围内;不同生育期茎瘤芥叶片、茎瘤中各养分含量变化具有明显的规律性,苗期叶片大量元素含量次序为N>K>Ca>P>S>Mg,快速膨大期和采收期叶片大量元素含量次序均为N>K>Ca>S>P>Mg,茎瘤中大量元素含量次序均为K>N>P>S>Ca>Mg,3个生长期叶片和茎瘤的微量元素含量,除快速膨大期茎瘤中略有不同(Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu)外,其余均为Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu;从苗期到快速膨大期再到采收期养分变化规律看,叶片中N、P、K、Fe、Cu和Zn含量呈降低趋势,而Ca、Mg、S和Mn则呈现先降低后升高的趋势,从快速膨大期到采收期茎瘤中除N、S、Fe和Cu元素呈降低趋势外,其余养分元素均呈上升趋势。从茎瘤芥不同器官养分含量高低看,快速膨大期和采收期叶片中N、P、K、Cu和Zn含量较茎瘤中低,而Ca、Fe和Mn含量的变化特点则相反,S和Mg差异较小,表明茎瘤芥不同部位对不同养分的敏感程度各异。相关分析表明,各生育期不同器官的Mg、Fe、Mn和Zn与产量呈显著或极显著的负相关关系,K、Cu与产量呈正的相关关系。通过逐步回归分析建立茎瘤芥各生育期植株营养元素与产量的回归预测模型,其中苗期叶片营养元素与产量的最优回归方程为Y= 36768 3583XK-6.328XFe-76.09XMn;快速膨大期叶片和茎瘤营养元素与产量的最优回归方程分别为Y=50458 21557XP 7925XCa-88092XMg-1145XCu和Y=32487 7294XK-116122XMg;采收期叶片和茎瘤营养元素与产量的最优回归方程分别为Y=36064 3413XK-30.15XFe和Y= 11791 7334XK-385XZn。因此,在茎瘤芥各生长期均应注意钾肥的合理施用,快速膨大期应重视磷肥的施用。而几种微量元素和镁素对茎瘤芥产量的负效应,则可通过增施充分腐熟的有机肥料加以调控。  相似文献

Summary Concentration of N, P, K, Ca, Mg and S in summer groundnut crop was higher than in kharif while Zn, Fe, Mn and Cu contents were higher in summer crop. Kernel's N, P and Zn; Leaflet's Ca and Mn; Stem's K and Fe; Root's S and Cu and Petiole's Mg contents were highest. Shell's N, P, K, Mg, S, Zn and Cu; Kernel's Ca, Fe and Mn contents were the least. N, P, K, S, Zn and Cu concentrations decreased linearly as the crop grew. Ca, Mg, Fe and Mn concentrations did not display any distinct pattern. The changes in distribution of several important mineral nutrients (N, K, Ca, Mg, Mn, and Fe) were studied in relation to monocarpic senescence (measured as leaf yellowing) and fruit development in hydroponically-grown (and to a lesser extent field-grown) Anoka soybeans with particular emphasis on the leaves and seeds. Only N shows a clear redistribution from the leaves to the seeds as the seeds grow, and this transfer starts before visible leaf yellowing. K, Ca, Mn and Fe do not seem to redistribute, but Mg may undergo limited redistribution. Depodding prevents the drop in the amounts of minerals in attached leaves by blocking leaf shedding and/or redistribution and also creates some quantitative changes in mineral distribution. On a g fresh weight basis, only the N content of leaf blades decreases during yellowing; the K, Mg, Ca, Mn and Fe contents do not decrease. Therefore, depletion of the latter minerals from the leaves cannot be responsible for their yellowing. Although N deficiency alone could cause foliar chlorosis, the monocarpic yellowing pattern is distinctly different from that induced by N deprivation.  相似文献

Summary The Ca, Mg, S, Mn and Cu contents in leaves ofCoffea canephora trees selected in 64 plots under a 4×4×2 NPK trial were determined after seven years of fertilizer application. It was observed that NPK applications increased Mn uptake, P application increased the uptake of Cu, Ca and S while application of N and K did not enhance the uptake of Cu, Mg, Ca and S. It was shown that as a result of NPK applications, Ca and Mg had become deficient in coffee leaves, which corroborates earlier findings based on soil analysis.  相似文献
