The essential oils of three species of Phlomis from Turkey, Phlomis leucophracta, Phlomis chimerae and Phlomis grandiflora var. grandiflora have been studied. The main constituents of P. leucophracta essential oil were β-caryophyllene (20.2%), α-pinene (19.2%) and limonene (11.0%). This species also contained three diterpene derivatives, 15-isopimaradiene, manoyl oxide and epi-13-manoyl oxide that summed 1.4%. In P. chimerae the principal compounds were β-caryophyllene (31.6%), α-pinene (11.0%), germacrene D (6.1%), limonene (5.5%) and linalool (4.7%). In P. grandiflora var. grandiflora, germacrene D (45.4%), β-caryophyllene (22.8%) and bicyclogermacrene (4.9%) were among the principal derivatives.  相似文献

A new iridoid glucoside, 5-desoxysesamoside, was isolated from Phlomis tuberosa L. (Lamiaceae) together with three known iridoid glucosides sesamoside, shanziside methyl ester and lamalbid. Lamiide was found in P. herba-ventis ssp. pungens in high concentrations.  相似文献

From the aerial parts of Phlomis rigida, three iridoid glucosides, phlorigidoside A (2-O-acetyllamiridoside), B (8-O-acetyl-6-beta-hydroxyipolamide) and C (5-deoxysesamoside), were isolated together with the known iridoid glucosides, shanzhiside methyl ester, 8-O-acetylshanzhiside methyl ester, deoxypulcheloside I, lamiridoside, and 6-beta-hydroxyipolamide. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated based on spectral and chemical evidence.  相似文献

A new neolignan (7'E)-2',4,8-trihydroxy-3-methoxy-2,4'-epoxy-8,5'-neolign-7'-en-7-one (1) was isolated from the whole plants of Penthorum chinense Pursh, along with Iupeol (2), betulinic acid (3), glyceryl monopalmitate (4), β-sitosterol (5), palmitic acid (5), ursolic acid (7), 2β,3β,23-trihydroxy-urs-12-ene-28-oic acid (8), glyceryl monolaurate (9), scopoletin (10), (-)syringaresinol (11), 9,9'-O-diferuIoyl-(-)-secoisolariciresionl (12), pinocembrin (13), apigenin (14), kaempferol (15), Iuteolin (16), β-daucosterol (17), quercetin (18), 1-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(2S, 2'R, 3R,4E,8E)-2-(2'-hydroxyhexadecanoy- lamino)-4,8-octdecadiene-1,3-diol (19), gallic acid (20), pinocembrin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (21), and quercetin-3-O-β-D- glucoside (22). The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence.  相似文献

A phytochemical investigation of the roots of Symplocos caudata Wall (Symplocaceae) resulted in isolation and characterization of four optical isomers of a neolignan glycoside (1-4), a lignan lactone glycoside (5), a phenylpropanoid glycoside (6), as well as two known compounds (7, 8). Their structures were elucidated as (7S,8S)-threo-7,9,9'-trihydroxy-3,3'-dimethoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan-4-O-beta-d-glucopyranoside (1), (7R,8R)-threo-7,9,9'-trihydroxy-3,3'-dimethoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan-4-O-beta-d-glucopyranoside (2), (7R,8S)-erythro-7,9,9'-trihydroxy-3,3'-dimethoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan-4-O-beta-d-glucopyranoside (3), (7S,8R)-erythro-7,9,9'-trihydroxy-3,3'-dimethoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan-4-O-beta-d-glucopyranoside (4), 8R,8'R-matairesinol-4-O-beta-d-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)-O-beta-d-glucopyranoside (5), 1-O-[beta-d-xylopyranosyl-(1-->6)-O-beta-d-glucopyranosyl]-2,6-dimethoxy-4-propenyl-phenol (6), matairesinoside (7), and (R)-1-O-(beta-d-glucopyranosyl)-2-[2-methoxy-4-(omega-hydroxypropyl)-phenoxyl]-propan-3-ol (8) on the basis of spectroscopic data (1D and 2D NMR, MS and CD) and chemical evidence.  相似文献

An aliphatic alcohol glycoside, lunaroside 1-octen-3-yl [O-beta-apiofuranosyl-(1-->6)-O-[beta-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)]-beta-glucopyranoside, a phenylethanoid glycoside, lunariifolioside 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethylO-beta-apiofuranosyl-(1-->6)-O-[O-beta-apiofuranosyl-(1-->4)-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)]-4-O-(E)-caffeoyl-beta-glucopyranoside and a flavone glycoside, luteolin 7-O-[4-O-acetyl-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)]-beta-glucuronopyranoside, were isolated from the aerial parts of Phlomis lunariifolia, in addition to 15 known glycosides. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic interpretation and chemical degradation.  相似文献

The cyanogenic glucoside-related compound prunasinamide, (2R)-β-d-glucopyranosyloxyacetamide, has been detected in dried, but not in fresh leaves of the prunasin-containing species Olinia ventosa, Prunus laurocerasus, Pteridium aquilinium and Holocalyx balansae. Experiments with leaves of O. ventosa indicated a connection between amide generation and an excessive production of reactive oxygen species. In vitro, the Radziszewski reaction with H2O2 has been performed to yield high amounts of prunasinamide from prunasin. This reaction is suggested to produce primary amides from cyanogenic glycosides in drying and decaying leaves. Two different benzoic acid esters which may be connected to prunasin metabolism were isolated and identified as the main constituents of chlorotic leaves from O. ventosa and P. laurocerasus.  相似文献

From the leaves of Phlomis aurea, two new iridoids of unique structures named 3-epiphlomurin (1) and phlomurin (2), a new megastigmane glucoside phlomuroside (3) and a new benzyl alcohol glycoside having the structure benzyl alcohol-O-beta-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside (4) have been isolated together with four known iridoids auroside, lamiide, 8-epiloganin and ipolamiide, two known phenolic glycosides acteoside (verbascoside) and syringin, one known phenylethanoid glycoside 2-phenylethyl-O-beta-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside, one known lignan liriodendrin and three known flavonoids chrysoeriol-7-O-beta-glucopyranoside, acacetin-7-O-beta-glucopyranoside and luteolin-7-O-beta-glucopyranoside. The structures of the isolated compounds were verified by means of mass spectrometry (MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectral analyses.  相似文献

Three neolignan glycosides, including a new compound (7S,8R)-dihydro-3′-hydroxy-7-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1′-benzofuranpropanol-9-O-β-D-xylopyranoside ( 1 ), were isolated from the root of Nothopanax davidii. Their structures were determined by extensive spectroscopic analyses, particularly NMR, HR-ESI-MS, and ECD experiments, and the absolute configuration of 2 was first definitively determined. The anti-tumor activity was assessed on four tumor cells by MTT assay, the anti-inflammatory activity was determined by inhibition of NO production in LPS reduced RAW264.7 cells, and the interaction with iNOS was predicted by molecular docking. At the dose of 100 μM, the three neolignan glycosides showed no cytotoxic activity against HepG2, HCT116, HeLa and A549 human tumor cells, but significantly inhibited LPS induced NO generation in RAW264.7 cells with inhibition rates of 31.53 %, 23.95 %, and 20.79 %, respectively, showing weak anti-inflammatory activity, possibly due to their binding to key residues of iNOs involved in inhibitor binding.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of an EtOH extract of Pharbitis nil seeds (Convolvulaceae) resulted in the isolation and identification of a new neolignan, 7R,8S-threo-dihydroxydehydrodiconiferyl alcohol (1), and a new monoterpene glycoside, (3Z,7S)-7-hydroxy-3,7-dimethyl-3,8-octadienyl-β-d-glucopyranoside (2), together with a known compound, ethyl α-l-arabinofuranoside (3). The chemical structures of these compounds were unambiguously determined using physical data, HR-ESI–MS and spectroscopic evidence, including 1D and 2D NMR experiments. The anti-inflammatory activities of the isolates were evaluated by estimating the inhibition of nitric oxide (NO) production. Compounds 1 and 2 reduced NO levels in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated murine microglial BV-2 cells. In addition, compound 2 showed weak cytotoxicity against the HCT-15 cell line with an IC50 value of 28.6 μM.  相似文献

The chemical investigation of whole plants Euphorbia stracheyi Boiss. led to the isolation of 14 compounds, including eight diterpenes (18), one monoterpene (9), three coumarins (1012), and two phenols (1314). Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses and by comparison with the literature. Compounds 16, and 812 were firstly isolated from E. stracheyi, while compounds 6, and 9 were isolated from Euphorbia genus for the first time. The chemotaxonomic significance of these isolated compounds is discussed.  相似文献

Two new phenylethanoid glycosides integrifoliosides A (2) and B (3), along with a known phenylethanoid glycoside alyssonoside (1) and a flavone glucoside chrysoeriol-7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (4) were isolated from the aerial parts of Phlomis integrifolia. The structures of the new compounds were identified as 3,4-dihydroxy-beta-phenylethoxy-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1 --> 4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 --> 3)-4-O-feruloyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2) and 3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-beta-phenylethoxy-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1 --> 4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 --> 3)-4-O-feruloyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), on the basis of spectroscopic (UV, IR, 1D- and 2D-NMR, and HR-FABMS) methods.  相似文献

In the course of our study of bioactive natural products from Schisandra plants, we isolated a neolignan from an EtOAc extract of the stems of Schisandra propinqua (Wall.) Baill. The structure of the new com- pound was determined to be 4, 4-di (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenly)-2, 3-dimethylbutanol (compound 1) on the basis of 1H- and 13C-NMR spectra and 2D NMR methods. Eight known compounds, compounds 2-9, were also isolated and identified, of which compounds 3, 4, 6 and 9 were isolated for the first time from this plant. In addition, compounds 1-4 were evaluated for cytotoxicity by an 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2 thiazoyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H- tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Compound 1 showed significant potential cytotoxic ability in the bioassay.  相似文献

A new bitter phenylpropanoid glucoside, 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-(6-O-caffeoyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside and a new bitter tannin-related compound, 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside, have been isolated together with known compounds, 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-(6-O-caffeoyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside, 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-β-D-glucopyranoside and 6-O-caffeoyl-D-glucopyranose, from the bark of Prunus grayana. The structures of these compounds have been established on the basis of spectroscopic studies and chemical evidence.  相似文献
