| 摘 要： | 核性类固醇激素受体属核受体超家族成员,是配体依赖转录因子,在脊椎动物和无脊椎动物生殖内分泌中起关键作用。本文介绍了文昌鱼核性类固醇激素受体的结构、信号转导以及配体与受体结合的作用机制。同时,本综述将可为核性类固醇受体的进化研究提供新的资料。
