中国桑寄生科植物化学分类学研究

摘    要:用薄层层析 (TLC)方法对中国产桑寄生科植物的 2 7个分类种 (包括变种 )进行了初步的化学分类研究。TLC结果表明 :槲寄生类植物各种均具有齐墩果酸 ,且在Rf=0 .5附近存在特征性斑点群 ,桑寄生类植物均存在槲皮素。根据TLC图谱 ,采用SPSS系统进行了聚类分析研究

Abstract:The essential chemical constituents of 27 species(incl.subsp.)of Loranthaceae were determined by TLC technique. From which 48 main features of the TLC were selected as characters for cluster analysis by SPSS. The results show that:(1)The species are obviously grouped into Loranthoid species and Viscoid species. There are olenanolic acid and other triterpene constituents in Viscoid species,but flavonoids in Loranthoid species;(2)The constituents of Viscoid species are influenced more than those of Loranthoid by different host species;(3)There is significant different between Taxillus species and Scurrula ones. So they should be dealt as two genera independly.
