| Abstract: | The present paper deals with the studies on the growing environment, the biological characteristics and the introduction of the rare and precious plant, Cathaya argyrophylla Chun et Kuang, a species endemic to this country. The scientific basis and the technical measures for the protection, development and utilization of the resources of this peculiar plant were provided. |
