纳米技术在抗白色念珠菌感染中的应用

摘    要:白色念珠菌(Candida albicans,C.albicans)在引发血源性感染的病原微生物中位列第四,全国每年由C.albicans引起的各类感染性疾病高达千万例。该菌极易附着于植入医疗器械的表面,形成坚固生物被膜阻碍药物和免疫系统的进攻,给治疗带来了极大难度。同时,近年来C.albicans的高流行率和不断增强的耐药性使C.albicans的治疗面临更大的挑战。纳米材料因其具有低毒性、尺寸效应、良好的抑菌性,以及促进光动力抗菌作用等功效被广泛应用于抗感染治疗。本文综述了近年来纳米技术在C.albicans预防、诊断和治疗中应用的研究进展,并探讨其作用机制,为纳米技术抗C.albicans感染的进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract:Candida albicans(C.albicans)is the fourth most common pathogenic microorganism that causes blood-borne infections,and 10 millions of various infectious diseases are caused by C.albicans in China every year.However,C.albicans can easily attach to the surface of implantable medical device and form a strong biofilm that resists the effects of drugs and the immune system,so it is extremely difficult to be killed.At the same time,the treatment of C.albicans also face a huge challenge due to its high prevalence rate and increasing resistance.Nanomaterials are widely used in the antibacterial field because of their lower toxicity,size effect,good antibacterial properties and enhancement to photodynamic antimicrobial chemotherapy.In this paper,we summarized the advance and possible mechanism of nanotechnology in the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of C.albicans,providing a reference for the further research of nanotechnology against C.albicans.
