杉木种子劣变某些生理生化过程的数学模型

摘    要:建立了杉木种子劣变过程中SOD、质膜相对透性与不同生理生化过程的数学模型,并进行统计检验。结果表明:在高温下人工老化处理时间和不同湿度对不同生理生化过程行为模式均有不容忽视的.TTCH和SOD活性与老化时间存在着极为显著的线性负相关,相对电导率,可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白等与老化时间存在着较显著或显著或极显著的正相关。在高温状态下,高湿处理过的种子的质膜损伤速度、TTCH、SOD活性下降速率均大于低湿处理的。从数学模型及其比较看,SOD和质膜透性不仅对不同的生理生化过程的行为模式不同,而且在高温不同湿度条件下,对同一生理生化过程的行为模式亦发生变化。

Abstract:The mathematical models of SOD or relative permeability of plas ma membrane (RPPM) on other physiology and biochemical procedures were established and analyzed with mathematics model and statistics.The results showed that:during aging of Chinese fir seed,the effect of time and humidity on the different deed patterns of physiological and biochemical procedures were greatly under high temperature.There were very significantly negative liner correlation between TTCH or SOD activity and aging time;relative significantly,significantly,or very significantly positive correlation between RPPM or soluble protein or soluble sugar and aging time.In high temperature,the speed causing plasma membrane damage of the seed with the treatment of high humidity was more serious than that in low humidity.As far as the mathematical model and its parameters test were concerned,not only the deed patterns were different of SOD or RPPM on the different physiological procedure,but also the deed patterns were changed of SOD or RPPM on the same physiological procedure.
