| Abstract: | The main type and characteristic of molecular markers are introduced. The application of molecular markers in the fields of Dendrobium such as variety identification,genetic diversity,classification,determination of hybrid purity,construction of molecular genetic map are reviewed in this paper. Finally,it pointed the future developing directions and application prospect of molecular marker on germplasm resources of Dendrobium. |
