摘    要:本文综述了小麦抗条锈病基因染色体定位及抗条锈病基因分子标记的研究进展,并对几种分子标记技术的应用潜力作了比较分析,特别是对SSR、ISSR、AFLP等新型分子标记在小麦遗传育种中的应用前景作了初步探讨。

Abstract:Development of studies on chromosomal location and molecular markers of yellow rust resistance genes in wheat was summarized mainly in this paper. at the same time, application of several main molecular tagging techneques in wheat was comparatively analysed, especially application prospects of novel molecular markers, SSR, ISSR and AFLP in studies on wheat genetics and breeding was discussed.
