| Abstract: | The research objective of this paper was seven estuarine crocodile(Crocodylus porosus Schneider) fed in Chengdu Zoo. A few technical operations of catching,taking blood and sex identification often used and its significance in the artificial breeding conditions were discussed. It can provide some reference for artificial feeding and management of the estuarine crocodile. |
