| 摘 要： | 白藜芦醇广泛存在于多种植物中,具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒等重要生物活性。综述了白藜芦醇在植物中的分布及其生产,特别是生物技术在生产中的应用,为白藜芦醇在药品和功能食物方面的进一步开发提供参考。

| Abstract: | Resveratrol is a substance widely distributed in plants,having such important biological activities as antitumor and antivirus etc.The plant resources of resveratrol and its production methods,especially biotechnology application in its production were summarized in this paper,so as to provide a reference for its further development in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products. |
