| Abstract: | The distribution of Puerariae radix resources in China,the biology characteristics,the main chemical composition of Puerariae radix and its medical functions and nutritional functions,as well as the utilization situation of puerariae radix in China were briefly described in this paper.In addition,the prospect of uerariae radix biotechnology industry was discussed.The ways of uerariae radix processing were also introduced. |
