摘    要:考察了不同条件下重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)的稳定性。结果表明,不同的保存条件(物理状态、温度、pH、浓度等)对rhEGF的稳定性有显影响,使用适当的添加剂(保护剂、抗氧剂、抑菌等)可以提高rhEGF的稳定性。上述结果为rhEGF的制剂学研究提供了依据。

Abstract:The stability of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) under different circumstances was investigated. It was indicated that the different storage condition (physical state, temperature, pH and drug concentration) had significant effect on the stability of rhEGF. Some additives(such as protectants, antioxidants, and bacteriostats etc.) could inhibit activity loss of rhEGF, and could be used as stabilizing agents in rhEGF preparations. Such result give an important basis for the pharmaceutical research of rhEGF.
