摘    要:慢病毒能够感染分裂细胞和非分裂细胞,因而被发展成为重要的转基因载体。慢病毒载体已经发展到了第三代,其安全性已经大为提高。经过结构优化的慢病毒载体已经用于转基因动物生产和基因治疗研究,而稳定包装细胞系的建立使得慢病毒的生产更为简便。

Abstract:Lentivirus can be developed as an important transgenic vector because it can infect dividing cells and non-dividing cells. Safety of the lentivirus vector are improved especially a vector named as the third generation lentivirus vector, which had been applied to transgenic animals and gene therapy research. Stable packaging cell lines were developed, which make production of lentivirus vector convenient.
