摘    要:山茱萸( Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc.)为山茱萸科( Cornaceae)山茱萸属( Cornus Linn.)的多年生木本植物1],主要产自中国的陕西、河南和浙江等地,在四川、安徽和山东等地亦有栽培2]。山茱萸是世界三大名贵木本药材之一3],临床上常以成熟果实去核后的果肉入药,而占山茱萸果实质量约80%的种子则被大量废弃。因此,对山茱萸种子资源的研究有利于提高山茱萸的综合利用价值。

Analyses on oil content and fatty acid composition in seeds of Cornus officinalis from different locations
Abstract:Contents of neutral and polar lipids and fatty acid composition in seeds of Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc. from Lin’an of Zhejiang, Xixia of He’nan and Foping, Danfeng, Taibai of Shaanxi were analyzed by GC-MS technique. The determination results show that total contents of neutral and polar lipids in seeds from different locations are 31. 89%-36. 03% and 7. 96%-14. 89%, respectively. Both are mainly composed of linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid and stearic acid, in which, their relative contents in neutral lipids are 60. 24%-64. 57%, 22. 32%-25. 00%, 6. 38%-6. 88% and 2. 56%-3. 58%, respectively, those in polar lipids are 59. 06%-62. 76%, 14. 82%-17. 06%, 6. 31%-8. 23% and 2. 54%-3. 88%, respectively. Overall, content of unsaturated fatty acids in oil of C. officinalis from Danfeng of Shaanxi is higher. It is indicated that seeds of C. officinalis are rich in linoleic acid and oleic acid, which is a potential natural resource for extraction of excellent oil.
